So we all agree this is what happened at the end of Monster High Two? (Spoilers ahead)

Clawdeen and Toralei hold hands and be gay. With the award winning scene of

Toralei, holds Clawdeens hand and caresses her scar gently, “Looks like youve got a few scars of your own now.’

Clawdeen, “Well I guess we finally have something in common.’

Toralei, “We’re were-creatures Wolf. We Share the Moon’ (fucking god who wrote that that’s the best fucking line ever that’s a love confession I SEE WHO YOU ARE TORALEI)

Deuce and Clawdeen break up like literally right after and part as friends. (Cause deuce is going on some Gorgan ritual for a year)

Clawdeen and Toralei have another duo scene where they interlock hands AGAIN.

I like the live action MH movies because they don’t shy away from his WHACK the monster high universe canonically is. Like at no point as the MH universe ever made sense. Like how the fuck do you determine a monsters age when some stay bodily the age they died/were created? Even after 1000s of years they still look and act 16. The Greek gods are canonically real, CA Cupid is Eros daughter. Deuce is Medusas son. But River Styx is the daughter of ‘the grim reaper’ which one? Thanatos? Charon? Hades? A non Greek myth god? The Egyptian myth magic exist too because mummies exist and are undead and walking around. In G3 witchcraft is seen as a human thing, a type of magic. But monsters ARE magic, some of them anyway. So they only look down on it because it’s a magic that doesn’t come from monsters.

Monster high has NEVER made any sense, and the live action movies acknowledge that and just come up with the wildest campy ass stories and it STILL canonically fits into the MH universe. Like yeah, of course the grim reaper would have it out for Frankie because they defy the laws of life and death, sure makes sense. It’s absolutely wild but it’s still technically canon compliant.

Clawdeen & Toralei in Monsters Are

Monster High's live action movies sure are… something.

I just think it’s hilarious how even though in the new episode of the Nickelodeon Monster High show “Monster Match” they canonized multiple ships, they didn’t even acknowledge Clawdeen and Deuce. Both of them are headed to the Monster Ball by themselves in the animated series which is wild considering they’re the main romantic ship in the live action Monster High movies.
