I'm surprised that as the number one rk fan I haven't posted a small analysis of him yet but here we go

So what we know from RK so far is barely anything at all but it's clear he wants to escape with people together rather than alone.

of course if that wasn't clarified I would most likely interpret it as him using the nomes to get further without giving 2 shits about them, but because it's canon, thats not rhe case. that doesn't mean he doesn't defend himself though. He will kill/harm others in order to defend himself (n this is why a lot of the times where I see comics of him getting bullied i get pissed because thats NOT him.) he does seem to defend himself several times throughout the game and will harm others in order to protect himself. What's unique about him is that not only do we get a view of what's happening all the way down at the maw, but his story compared to the other stories has a much more different vibe to it. With mono and six it was very hectic. RK seems to be the only kid that doesn't outright have a chasing scene the same way Six or Mono does (The guests, The doctor, the teacher, that kind of chasing scene.) The only thing we really have is the little battles of him defending himself. he gets chased by the lady for the last bit, and I think that part truly shows WHY he didn't have any chase scenes. I'm sure he was panicking when the lady was chasing him, and when you're panicking, it's very common for people to get impatient. So when he gets caught by the lady, he desperately tries to get away, having the lady basically haunt him from each corner. he goes into a room at some point with a broken mirror and you know if he stood hidden in there or was patient enough to just wait a few seconds or avoid going to the door that opened for him, he would've most likely lived. but being the kid he is, out of curiosity, he goes to where the lady opened the door from. He seems to be a curious little guy. I also wanna mention that he is really smart and it's overseen by the Fandom a lot. We know that Six is smart that's canon, but let's not forget that RK literally solved THE LADYS PUZZLES. I'm sure the lady wanted her puzzles hard enough for not anyone else to figure out, prior to the figures being placed in odd places to take and put on a statue, and extreme puzzles that were even hard for me, he figured it out. it's amazing. And he's invaded the lady's space so much that not only did he finish all her puzzles but ALSO find out her secret. So RK is pretty curious, gets impatient when panicking, and smart on top of that.

Could be a stretch, but truly, in this fandom everything gets stretched so why not 🤷‍♂️

One thing about his story that makes me think a lot are the shadow kids. Although you can usually hear giggles and whispers in the game, if you listen close enough, they will say actual things! (What upsets me though is someone figured this out way before I did and while I went on YouTube to find voice clips I saw the video of the girl that posted this 😭 its only fair if I credit her she's called SPILLTHETHEORIES, watch her video its informative!)

tina: 100% most likely to be an army also def a once and a sone but that's not relelvant here! girlie has taste and i love that for her <3 she has jimin stan energy to me, i think she'd see the similarities between him and mike and she'd have a major soft spot for that

sugar: not technically one of the main new directions but i wanted to include her anyway bc i bet she loves bts. she has that vibe. she'd have all the merch and could very easily spend hundreds of dollars on concert tickets for herself and tina and anyone else who wanted to come. idk how she'd feel about the older eras but she'd def be a fan of the more poppy songs (maybe hyyh-onwards? def enjoys the LY/MOTS eras). probably a big vocal line fan, specifically jin and possibly jungkook as a bias wrecker

brittany: i think she'd enjoy bts a lot tbh! idk if she'd dive deep into fan theories or keep up with stuff like run bts but she'd def vibe with their music and i would kill to see her do the dance challenges or even full dance covers. i'd say she's hobi-biased but also just a big fan of 3J/sunshine line

blaine: i think he'd enjoy their more recent eras! mainly LY/MOTS-onwards i think? he has boy with luv/dynamite vibes. major jungkook stan in my head but i think he would really enjoy joon's lyrics/writing style

mike: def introduced to bts through tina dkfjgh but i think he'd get sucked in by the dance practices and the live performances even if the music itself isn't necessarily stuff he'd listen to! probably a 3J stan, if i had to pick one i'd very hesitantly say jimin

Istggg I do this so fucking easily, like I don't even think it means much bc it's based on so little, but I just wanna be loved so bad, I'm so desperate for attention, my brain will latch onto the tiniest little thing and run with it.

Like I'm realizing now I've done this all my life, but before I was an anxious wreck so doing anything with the thoughts besides thinking didn't even register as an option so it was fine it never mattered. But now I'm like, confident... ish? Like confessing to my friends is now an actual thing that I could do, (and actually have done before, albeit unsuccessfully, but thats another story). But anyways ya I called up an irl friend of mine earlier who I hadn't spoken to directly in weeks just to hang out and chat, and I forgot how nice it was to just talk with them,, and we talked about how we should cuddle and play with each other's hair (platonically, we were both talking about loving being pet like a cat) when she gets back into town.... ~~and I realized I kinda wanted to add that honestly she could even just straight up kiss me and I would be ecstatic about it~~, and then I spent the next hour or so thinking about how good the vibes were just hanging out together,,, and how yk actually was she always that pretty?? opinion on raincoat girl?

oh, hi!!! this is both a very fun and somewhat bewildering ask! mostly because raincoat girl does not, as far as i am aware, commit any notable acts that might be seen in a negative light! (her locking six out of that shed doesn't count due to the fact that six was down and she was still being hunted. it was a smart decision, and i don't fault her for her fear.) my opinion of her is Neutral Positive, overall. HOWEVER: i do have Thoughts, and i will delightedly share them!

RCG will henceforth be referred to as Ricky by me, which is the name i gave her because the "rc" in rcg translated to ricky in my head and i felt that "raine" was way too on the nose. this is silly, because rk is probably way more likely to get that kind of name logically? but i've been calling rk Una for since i learned about them, pretty much, so. rk is una, rcg is ricky.

DISCLAIMER: i havent played vln and i havent watched a complete playthru. i've read all of ricky's wiki.

anyway. since i haven't seem (much) gameplay, im not particularly familiar with ricky's body language or conduct. most of what i understand about her is based around the fact that the nomes of the maw have apparently drawn her, and that she helps other kids and nomes multiple times throughout her escape from the nest. so i personally think ricky is (or was, rather) helpful and compassionate. she seems survival-oriented in a way that makes her inclined to help others, likely because she recognizes that thats how u Get help.

she goes out of her way a few times to help the kid in the red scarf and six, and iirc she does seem to follow them, or at least her path consistently heads in the same directions they've gone. this can be, of course, limitations set by the environment; only so many climables, only so many vents. she likes nomes and toys (evidence for toys: the vln collectible spring toy thingies). however, the general vibe i get from her is that she's a pretty independent person most of the time. she knows her skills and limits and is good at thinking several steps ahead, and does well with little. she has no qualms asking for help—all the nome-focused puzzles—but she's focused and determined enough to manage on her own as she needs.

i also get the general vibe that ricky's kind of playful and silly? i bet she likes little jokes and practical pranks, or she would if those were plausible in the ln reality. i bet she'd use humor to cope with things and it'd seem pretty lighthearted, at least hypothetically. this aspect mostly comes from (1) the general atmosphere of vln is lighter and way less spooky due to game style and limitations; (2) something about her hot air balloon or blimp, man, idk, it just speaks to me; (3) her collectibles are playful and relatively lighthearted compated to mono's remnants and six's statues. kinda. sorta.

random hcs are that she's a year or two older than six, maybe. she'd be the second tallest (usurped only by mono), and she would have a hard time getting along with mono. she and una would be fine, and i think six would be okay with her but they wouldn't be super close or anything.

hm. there you have it! not rly sure what else to say—i don't really care about ricky all that much, unfortunately. i don't NOT care about her, it's just that she's dead and an important piece of six's background, so my interest in ricky is mainly in that and not really in herself as a character. sorry if that's disappointing!

1: sexuality headcanon: Interestingly enough, my headcanons for JP and EN Edelgard differ.

For EN Edelgard, bisexual with a strong preference for women.

For JP Edelgard, however, pansexual. Did you know that JP Edelgard is the only major character in JP FE3H whose lines are exactly the same, no matter if you play as Bereto (m!Byleth) or Beresu (f!Byleth)? That's pretty much proof that her feelings are based on Byleth as a person and are independent of gender. Hence the pan headcanon.

2: otp: Oooh, Edelthea is my favorite! Though I also enjoy Edeleth as well~

3: brotp: Hubert, hands down. I mean... it's pretty blatantly clear how much they mean to each other. And in fact, their JP supports together with their paired ending seriously gives me strong queerplatonic vibes.

4: notp: Hubert - I mentioned it elsewhere, but my strongest brotps also tend to be my strongest notps. True, Ferdibert is my one FE3H monoship, making conflicting ships 'technically notp by default', but this specific pair draws a very strong reaction from me precisely *because* I see them as queerplatonic or an extremely close platonic pair.

I should note that this is all with JP conversations in mind. The JP supports mention 'strong feelings', but the charge and target of said feelings were left open ended. So while you could read the charge as romantic and the target as Edelgard, it is far from explicit or definitive. Meanwhile the EN localization took away all the nuance and ambiguity and explicitly declared a charge and target. I could go on forever about localization issues, but I'd be here all day >.>

5: first headcanon that pops into my head She's such a strong romantic, even if she hides it. Well... that part is canon, but small things like loving romance-driven media is my HC!

6: favorite line from this character Oh, I adore JP Edelgard - her softer personality (relative to EN Edelgard, at least) just shines in these subtle ways. A personal favorite is from the JP Edelthea A support. Here is the EN line, the JP line, the transliteration, and my translation of the JP line in italics:

Don’t you see? No story about me would be complete without the character of Dorothea. わからない？私の物語には、貴方ガ必要だもの。 [Wakaranai? Watashi no monogatari ni wa, anata ga hitsuyo da mono.] You don’t understand? In my story, you are irreplaceable.

ok so my favourite albums by any artists would have to be the ones which the songs i recommended are from! this commentary is unnecessary, but still:

are you experienced (the jimi hendrix experience). the quintessential late 60s psychedelic rock album! a lot of classics on here as well as less overplayed gems

led zeppelin 1. a great example of a concept album. every time i listen it’s like i’m hearing it all over again for the first time. i have this one on vinyl and it’s one of my most precious records :)

now this one wasn’t in my initial recommendations but i’m also gonna recommend the album deep purple in rock by deep purple :^) to me, it sounds like a musical marriage between zep and hendrix. how about you? apart from the beatles' albums, what are your top 3 albums atm?

records: sadly i don’t buy records as much as i'd like to but i’m working on growing my collection slowly atm 😭 your help record sounds rly cool, i like the more unusual ones more bc they have small histories behind them. how did a dutch vinyl end up in a german jacket, and then made its way to you - i always wonder who owned the record before me? where are they now? do they still love the same music? ok i’m rambling, but to answer ur question: my ideal collection would have all beatles studio albums, as well as the rolling stones albums (up until the end of the 70s, bc my music taste kinda ends there) bc they’re classics + i love every album. but beatles records are hard to find and expensive here :( i’d also like some coloured vinyl, which i don’t have, like red or blue or something funky. how about you - any goals for your collection?

yep, my collection is growing very slowly too! my main concern is how the record sounds bc i listen to them pretty often but usually i aim for the earliest pressings i can find. too bad it's practically impossible to find original beatles editions. i still remember seeing a uk mono copy of meet the beatles in a local shop, meaning it was the original press probably, and it wasn't even crazily expensive but i still didn't have enough money and eventually someone bought it before me. i'm still so salty about it lmao

and yes i love colored vinyl too! if only i could get my hands on those modern fancy pressings ugh. so far i only have two colored records, a red 1962-1966 and a blue abbey road. i kinda regretted getting AR since it's obviously a modern bootleg but it doesn't sound too bad (for a bootleg at least) and the shade is almost exactly like the blue 1967-1970 i wanted to get. it was another case of someone buying it before me 😭 tbh that shade was the deciding factor for me lmao

by the way, if you want something kinda similar to colored vinyl: some original uk copies of elton john albums from 1969 to 1975 are black but appear translucent red when held up to light! and there were a lot of them pressed so they shouldn't be too expensive or hard to find. it was a very cool discovery i accidentally made

i hope you'll enjoy the films, i love both of them! and as for th&t.... well like i said it's in no way perfect but definitely not bad! esp given the circumstances in which it was made. there are so many themes, dynamics and emotions they could explore deeper and further but i suppose they just did the best they could. so if you're interested in the relationship between john and brian i think you should give it a try for at least one point of view on the spanish holiday that in my opinion could very well be pretty close to reality.

Who is your favorite kpop group?

I'm honestly still pretty new to kpop and have mostly been casual fans of most solo artists like Jessi or Taeyang. BTS has been my first and fave 💜

Which member sparked your interest first?

Jungkook! He had me summer of 2023 and I was like whoa, this kpop star has tattoos and piercings??? I vibed with him because we both have alt outsides to soft and sweet insides haha. "Seven" was my most played song of 2023, started watching BTS interviews, asked myself who were these other incredibly talented (and hot) people and then fell down the rabbit hole from there.

Who was your first bias?

I think if we're going by who did I read up the most in terms of their history, I would say Hobi/Jhope. He was such a sunshine in interviews (the James Cordon one really got me!), danced extremely well, and I got curious about his background. Also - we're both INFJs haha.

Who is your current bias/what makes them your bias?

Namjooooooon, I can't get enough of Indigo and Mono. I love how well read he is and I think I really melt when someone has a nice voice. He's also changed a lot since he started and believes in growth and living your truth. So much love for that. (And??? He is so prolific??? And so fine???) I'm drawn to thoughtful people and I admire him so much as a leader. His servant leadership style has resonated with me and I think his ability to stabilize the oldest and the youngest is no small feat. He's just a guy trying to live a Renaissance man's life and surrounding himself with plants, art, books, and people he loves.

Who is your bias wrecker/which members are you currently obsessing over that aren't your bias/bias wrecker?

I'm OT7 at this point lol, everyone takes a really strong turn in my heart. Everyone is just unapologetically themselves!

Jungkook: sweet, gym rat, tattoo loving, multi talented, Golden maknae + GOLDEN album, like we share a love for namjoon, whats not to love??

Taehyung: his brain is so curious, I really resonate with him when he slips into taetae language - he's so clever and thinks outside of the box and is so playful. Always with the drama. LAYOVER and FRI(END)S are so great and really nice home music for me.

Jimin: ok filter jimin sends me off the edge??? Like??? This man is such a libra its not even funny??? I love how quick he is to hug everyone and comfort people and I love how quick tempered he is. FACE is such a dance vibe.

Namjoon: I've said my piece above. We love a reflective leader. He's a poet, philosopher, and philanthropist.

Hobi: fellow INFJ, fellow person who acts as a second leader, he has such a vibrant smile and playful personality and you can tell he just cares so much. Hobi deserves all the love in the world and I'm so glad that he's relearning what he loves. HOPE ON THE STREET!! NEURON makes me so happy and the whole EP is such a good gym list addition.

Yoongi: lil meow meow - I really love cats and I love people who remind me of cats hahaha. He just takes care of his favorites, is so shy ab affection but is like the goth kid ur mom tells u to find if you get lost in a Walmart. Also tongue technology LOL

Jin: Epiphany and The Astronaut and Crystal Snow always make me cry because of Jins vocals. He is extremely clever and has such incredible EQ. Reads a room very well but isn't overbearing about hierarchy. You can tell how much he worked to love himself and how much he cares.

When did you first discover this group?

I think I remember hearing Euphoria as my first song ever from them and enjoying it and then Savage Love, Dynamite, and Boy with Luv Summer 2020, but I was still a pretty casual listener who didn't know them really. WEBTOON also released "Save Me," a webtoon series that takes place in the BTS MV universe that I really enjoyed. I re-discovered Jungkook in summer 2023 and snowballed with each of their individual albums after watching Jimmy Fallon interviews, their Tiny Desk performance, Namjoon's Tiny Desk performance, and Tae's. I would say I started listening to all their albums in their entirety beginning of fall 2033 and have never looked back.

I don't quite remember for Bts, but I'm pretty sure it was Namjoon. I was really drawn to his general style and aesthetic, as well as his solo work like Mono.

Like, I will never understand how people think he's cold or indifferent, he's such a kind, loving person. I really admire his drive and passion for music, he's one of the people who inspired me to take back up writing. Idk, it's just everything.

For Chan, he's just super sweet and funny, and he clearly cares so much for everyone around him, from his group members to their crew/staff to the fans. He's also just soo relatable, and I really admire his dynamic with the fans, he feels like a best friend. I also really appreciate his honesty on tougher topics like self love and mental health. He's brought me so much comfort on tough days and makes me want to be a better person. Again, Idk, he's just Chris💜

Why do you think YGO attracts so many LGBTQ and non-gender conforming fans?

Okay, I really liked this question, and I assume you're asking in good faith, so I decided to get some second opinions from friends (though keep in mind the LGBT community is not a monolith):

A) It's a big franchise that's over 25 years old, it's gonna have something for everyone at this point. There's probably some game, card or show or manga that vibes with you at this point.

B) Takahashi Kazuki was at least center-left at least, and was a pretty, near as we can tell, open minded person, who wanted a better world. His tendency to vibe with underdogs I think gives him a certain Neil Gaiman esque quality of writing in such a way that can be fairly endearing to LGBTQ+ and Non-Gender Conforming Fans looking for rep.

Now from Friends:

C) The series had Yugi be inspired by Edward Scissorhands, a social outsider who for reasons, couldn't quite fit in with 'normal' society. That's definitely going to leave marks and signs.

D) The wide variety of Decks allows people to find a Deck that 'fits' them, something important to a lot of LGBTQ+/NGC fans of media, that they like to latch onto something that lets them express themselves if they're into something casual.

E) Aesthetics wise, the manga and the spinoffs were and are generally good at very attractive guys (and femme masculine characters) and very very gorgeous pretty women.

F) A friend of mine joked "If VRAINS had been brave enough to have Aoi be a feminine boy in RL who plays a big tiddy cute fashionable girl online", do you KNOW how many people would be going "She's just like me fr fr fr"

G) "Plus who else wouldn't love having a steady consistent friend group that is present in many of the shows where you can honestly say "they're all going to form one Functional Adult by the time they hit college"."

H) Yugi is a VERY rare case of positive non-toxic, non-villainous plural representation. Judai + Yubel by show's ending. That's a good thing for people. Plural people tends to be very LGBT+/NGC adjacent or intersectionalize.

I) From another friend:

"Every single Trans girl I know has had a period of looking at Dark Magician Girl and going "God, I wish that were me" without realizing at the time what they were doing."

J) The Punk Subculture vibes with Yugi and Kaiba. Leather. Chains. Gold. Yu-Gi-Oh! has a LOT of spiked/gelled looking hair. Remember, Punk is an anti-establishment subculture originally.

K) Huge phenomenon, a Japanese series that blew up in the west that had a fairly androgynous cast. Marik, Bakura, Pegasus etc. A lot of the popular guys tend to be femme masculine. That sort of aesthetic can be very appealing and comforting to young Queer fans still in the closet.

Bakura's been HUGELY formative on at least two of my friends.

L) It's a large Fujoshi attracting IP, and if you don't think Fujoshi aren't attracted to LGBT material or become LGBT adjacent, boy I think you gotta go and sit down and think for a while.

M) Yugi comes off as very queer energy, Kaiba's incredibly practically homosexual lust for Atem, Mai despite it being a 90s-00s manga and anime was a pretty strong woman, dominating, powerful feeling, while very very CLEARLY feminine, can be fairly endearing?

N) The art style not being mono-coded as Magic the Gathering, allows for much more variety leaning back to points A and D

O) Yubel. Judai and Johan. Yugi. Etc. There's a lot of undercurrents of unintended queer writing.

There's a lot of reasons, but the IP has a LOT going for it that can be attractive. LOTS of Questions of identity. Characters who are social outsiders (especially the main characters). The artistic style favors NGC appearance to some degree.

There's as many reasons as there are people, but the franchise is just very, even if it doesn't directly intend for it, you can draw a LOT of feelings and thoughts and headcanons and vibes from the franchise.

Skyward Sword - comparing NPC names in English and Spanish

For this I’ll be comparing mainly 2 (technically 3) translations of SkSw: English (ENG), Spanish (Latinamerica) (ESP-LA) and Spanish (Spain) (ESP-SP). If available, I’ll add the Japanese (JP) too. The spanish ones might be the same in some cases, which will be marked as (ESP). (I might also add an extra translation or two if i know them)

Link (リンク - Rinku), Zelda (ゼルダ - Zeruda) and Impa (インパ - Inpa) stay the same in all translations. Some of them have some minor changes tho (beware of slight spoilers for SkSw)

Main/Important Characters

Fi (ENG) - Fay (ESP) - ファイ (Fai) (JP)

These are basically the same, just different spelling. There’s a lot of speculation as to what Fi’s name is based on. For some reason I like to think it’s because of “Wi-Fi” but anything goes

Ghirahim (ENG) - Grahim (ESP) -  ギラヒム (Girahimu) (JP)

This one’s interesting because both ‘translations’ are technically right. English follows it more “to the letter” doing “Gira” as “Ghira”, while Spanish interprets it as “Gra” since Japanese doesn’t do the two-different-consonants together thing, but overall both are the same

Groose (ENG) - Vilán (ESP-LA) - Malton (ESP-SP) -  バド (Bado) (JP)

Groose, Groose, Groose. Probably the main character with the MOST changes. “Bado” seems to be referencing the Japanese pronunciation of “bird”, but could also be interpreted as “Birdo”. LA Spanish’s “Vilán” is sometimes seen as referencing the english “Villain”, but recently @/deerdroo pointed out to me it’s most definitely referencing the “Gavilán” bird, which resembles a little eagle (Wikipedia calls it a “sparrowhawk” in English). Not sure what Spain’s doing with “Malton” but I like it. And of course “Groose” follows the bird naming theme most of Skyloft has (referencing grouse and goose). Also his name in French is “Hergo”

Demise (ENG) - El Heraldo de la Muerte (ESP) -  終焉の者 (Shūen no Mono) (JP)

Okay this guy. “終焉の者” could be translated as “The One Who Brings The End”, according to @/sunnylaurels. So, in a way, I guess it makes sense for the English translation to just grab “Demise” for the name but also I feel it REALLY takes away from how it’s a Title rather than a name? He’s an ancient being, him existing as a “concept” and having no name adds a lot to his character imo. Anyways, “El Heraldo de la Muerte” would translate as “The herald of death” or “the messenger of death”, which is like really ominous i think - imagine having to fight some guy and everyone on earth calls him the messenger of death. I’d be so scared. Yes I’m very aware Demise means Death i just think it’s silly he just gets called that and that’s it. Also i keep reading it as Denise so really, who’s losing here? Not me. 

As a fun add-on to this, in German his name can be translated to “Death-bringer” (thanks @/aureateart), while in French it’s Avatar du Néant, which would translate to “Avatar of the Void” (thanks @/attllhak)

The Imprisoned (ENG) - El Cautivo (ESP-LA) - El Durmiente (ESP-SP)

“El Cautivo” basically means The Imprisoned, but “El Durmiente” means “The Sleeping One”, which... fits, but also i find it a bit funny, not sure why. Fight the sleepy avocado everyone

Deities + The Surface’s Main Places’ Names

The Goddesses stay the same in these translations too:

Din (ENG, ESP) - ディン (Din) (JP)

Nayru (ENG, ESP) - ネール (Nēru) (JP)

Farore (ENG, ESP) - フロル (Furoru) (JP)

Hylia (ENG, ESP) - ハイリア (Hairia) (JP)

The dragons, for the most part, too. The only one that really changes is Faron, which changes to “Farone” much like in Twilight Princess with the Light Spirit of the same name.

Eldin (ENG, ESP) - オルディン (Orudin) (JP)

Lanayru (ENG, ESP) - ラネール (Ranēru) (JP)

Faron (ENG) - Farone (ESP) -  フィローネ (Firōne) (JP)

Levias (ENG) - Narisha (ESP)

I couldn’t for the life of me find Levias’ name in Japanese, but considering EVERY translation EXCEPT English has him as Narisha? i’m gonna take a wild guess and say it’s ナリシャ (Narisha) or similar. His name Levias is based off the word Leviathan. And Fun fact! Did you know the spaniard Zelda Wiki lists him as being one of the dragons? as in, him being a whale-shaped dragon? yeah.

The Surface (ENG) - Las Tierras Inferiores (ESP)

Las Tierras Inferiores would translate as “The Lower Lands”

Faron Woods (ENG) - Bosque de Farone (ESP)

Eldin Volcano (ENG) - Volcán de Eldin (ESP)

Lanayru Dessert (ENG) - Desierto de Lanayru (ESP)

These ones mean the same for the most part, just with the change of Faron to Farone.

Skyloft / The Sky - Places and Animals

The Sky (ENG) - El Cielo (ESP-LA) - Celéstea (ESP-SP)

“El Cielo” literally means The Sky, while Celéstea would be a play on “Celestial” (From the Heavens/Skies). Fun side note - “El Cielo” also means “Heaven”, so when i was younger everytime i went back to the sky i’d be like “rip Link he’s dead :/”

Skyloft (ENG) - Neburia (ESP-LA) - Altárea (ESP-SP)

Neburia, from what I learned after a 4 am Wikipedia dive, could be based off the word “Nébula”, which can mean “Cloud”. It basically means “Cloud Town”. Altárea, I think??? would be based off the word “Alto” which means “High (Altitude)” so basically, “A Place High Up”? If anyone wants to comment on this i’d appreciate it

The Lumpy Pumpkin (ENG) - La Calabaza Flotante (ESP-LA) - Calabarza’s (ESP-SP)

“La Calabaza Flotante” literally means “The Floating Pumpkin”, while “Calabarza’s” is a really clever play on Calabaza and bar. I’m not sure what the name of the island itself is in english, but in Spanish it’s “Isla Calabaza” (Pumpkin Island) (ESP-LA) and “Calabia” (word play on “Pumpkin Place”) (ESP-SP)

Loftwing (ENG) - Neburí (ESP-LA) - Pelícaro (ESP-SP)

Neburí would also come from Nébula, so it’d translate to something like “Cloudy (thing)”? possibly. Pelícaro seems like a play on the word “Pelícano” which means Pelican.

Remlit (ENG) - Lémury (ESP) - Remuri (JP)

Lémury is a play on “Lémur”, probably because of Remlits’ ringed tails. Remuri might be the same play of words. 

Skyloft/The Sky - NPCs

(I might revisit some of these at one point since some of the references they could have flew over my head!) (haha get it? flew? the sky? ok)

Batreaux (ENG) - Mursego (ESP-LA) - Batolo (ESP-SP) - Morusego (JP)

My friend! my buddy! Batreaux is an obvious play with “Bat”, since he kind of resembles one. This is kept in both Spanish names - Batolo seems like a combination of “Bat” and “Bartolo” (a spanish name), and Mursego is based off the spanish for Bat “Murciélago” (as well as being the closest to the Japanese “Morusego”!!). Keeps the “flying animal” theme in all three languages.

Beedle (ENG) - Terry (ESP) - テリー (Terī) (JP)

The man, the myth, the legend. Beedle’s name is similar to “beetle”, the insects he loves in BoTW and SS. Not sure what the deal with “Terry” and similar is. He keeps the “flying animal name” theme with Beedle, sort of, but loses it in every other translation (which, btw, is also Terry or a variant in most languages)

Bertie (ENG) - Arín (ESP-LA) - Alfred (ESP-SP) - Arin (JP)

This poor man. Working all day and all night. Bertie’s supposed to reference a type of sparrot called “lovebird” (the bird part). For Arín, besides being basically the same as Japanese, could reference the word “Cantarín”, which means “singsong” and is used to describe birds that sing a lot. Alfred... no clue.

Cawlin (ENG) - Corvy (ESP) - Ras (JP)

In the same way “Cawlin” references “caw”, which is the sound crows make, “Corvy” references this same bird, called “Cuervo” in Spanish. In french he’s “Orbo”, which if i had to guess also references crows.

Croo (ENG) - Gurriaco (ESP)

“Croo” could reference both the “cooing” of birds and “crow”, like Cawlin above. Gurriaco, if I reach enough, could be referencing “Urraca”, a type of bird in Spanish.

Dodoh (ENG) - Dodo (ESP) - Dodo (JP)

Referencing the extinct bird of the same name in all languages, I guess. 

Dovos (ENG) - Dombo (ESP)

Dovos feels like it’s referencing “Dove”. Dombo gives be “Dumbo” vibes - probably could reference it because he flies? not sure

Eagus (ENG) - Aquilo (ESP) - Igurusu (JP)

Eagus, Aquilo, and Igurusu are referencing Eagles. It’s more obvious in Eagus. The spanish for Eagle is “Águila”, which is just two letters off from Aquilo. 

Fledge (ENG) - Gruyo (ESP) - Sebasun (JP)

Fledge is referencing Fledgling, a young bird. Gruyo comes from “Gruya”, which is Crane in spanish. In french his name’s “Célestin”.

Gaepora (ENG, ESP-LA) - Gaépora (ESP-SP) - ゲポラ (Gepora) (JP)

Pretty much the same. His name is also a combination of the Owl from Ocarina of Time’s name “Kaepora Gaebora” (ENG, ESP) - ケポラ・ゲボラ (Kepora Gebora), probably because he looks a lot like the Sage of Light Rauru and the owl he turns into. One of the few Skyloftians not named after a bird in English, though technically he is if we consider the above?

Gondo (ENG, ESP-LA) - Dorcon (ESP-SP) - Doruko (JP)

Not sure what Gondo might be referencing bird-wise exactly? though i think “Gondo” is similar to “Gonzo” (from Wind Waker), with who I think shares some design aspects. Dorcon in Spain’s Spanish seems to just take from the original Japanese. In French his name’s also “Dorco”!

Goselle (ENG) - Alani (ESP) - Otaka (JP)

I’ll be real, not sure what’s going on with her names in either language. Goselle gives me bird vibes but i’m not sure. Alani reminds me of the spanish “Alaja”, which means Jewel

Greba (ENG) - Ornella (ESP) - Miho (JP)

Ornella reminds me of the word “Hornilla” (mute H), which is basically the hole where the heat comes out of in wooden ovens... but! according to the dictionary it also means “(a) hole where pigeons make their nest” so i guess it’s bird related too!

Gully (ENG) - Gabio (ESP-LA) - Gabi (ESP-SP) - Garu (JP)

Gully most definitely references a seagull. Gabio and Gabi references the same animal, but in spanish obviously - “Gaviota”. 

Henya (ENG) - Galina (ESP-LA) - Zenona (ESP-SP) - Heena (JP)

Henya references Hens, as does Galina (Hen being “Gallina” in Spanish). Zenona... uh.. not sure where that came from? I’m halfway through this post realizing i’d gladly accept comments from any spanish speaking person who wants to give an input on these things im missing 

Horwell (ENG) - Asteus (ESP) - Hoonelu (JP)

i’ll be real im not sure what Asteus is referencing. Horwell seems to be pretty close to the japanese for the most part though

Jakamar (ENG) - Carpín (ESP) - Geran (JP)

Carpín is most definitely referencing Wood Peckers (“Pájaro Carpintero”/Carpenter Birds)

Karane (ENG) - Grusi (ESP-LA) - Gracielle (ESP-SP) - Kuranu (JP)

Karane seems to be almost the same as in Japanese, while Spanish went crazy and gave her a completely different name, tho at least they’re kinda similar between each other. Also in french her name’s “Grida” (another Gr name!!)

Keet (ENG) - Pío (ESP-LA) - Pitxi (ESP-SP) - Michiru (JP)

Pío is, quite literally, the sound birds make (or the way we’d write that sound in spanish), especially chicks. Pitxi is a mystery to me

Kina (ENG) - Calabel (ESP-LA) - Calabelle (ESP-SP) - Panan (JP)

Calabel/Calabelle is referencing the spanish for Pumpkin, “Calabaza”, giving it a more feminine name-esque ending (like in Anabel/Anabelle)

Kukiel (ENG) - Picalia (ESP-LA) - Cuqui (ESP-SP) - Kuuko (JP)

Cuqui could be referencing that exact same word (often spelled “Kuki”) that just means “cute”. Picalia seems like a play with “pícara” which basically means “gremlin” (google translates it as “sassy” but im not sure if that word fits)

Luv (ENG) - Mandi (ESP-LA) - Amanda (ESP-SP) - Manda (JP)

Mandi and Amanda seem to stay close to the Japanese name, both of them being common spanish names. Luv, like i mentioned in Bertie’s part, would reference “love bird” (the love part)

Mallara (ENG) - Pati (ESP-LA) - Patty (ESP-SP) - Rubia (JP)

I only now realized Mallara is referencing mallard ducks. wow. Pati/Patty are just a common name in Spanish. Lil fun fact related to her Japanese name! Rubia means “blonde” in Spanish

mia my baby girl. i love her. im yeeting her off Skyloft. seems they all reference meowing in some way

LISTEN. the other day i was trying to think just WHAT Corina could be referencing. And the only thing that popped into my brain is that “Corina” is the name they gave the bird Tokyo Mew Mew girl in LatinAmerica. It’s literally the only bird related thing i can think of. Also it sounds a bit like “Kuina”. French name is “Kinaé”, similar to Japanese!

Owlan (ENG) - Buhel (ESP) - Aoulu (JP)

Owlan seems to keep the owl theme across all three! Aoulu seems to just be “owl” quite literally, and Buhel is a play on the spanish for Owl (”Búho”)

Parrow (ENG) - Golondro (ESP) - Parou (JP)

Golondro comes from “Golondrina”, a type of bird! I think it’s called “swallow” in english ... so it kinda fits Parrow anyways! Also Parrow seems to be his japanese name too

Peater (ENG) - Panolo (ESP-LA) - Paul (ESP-SP) - Jakusin (JP)

This guy. man. Seems to be “Jackson” in Japanese? But everyone grabbed a P and ran. Panolo seems like a play on “Manolo”, a nickname for people with the name “Manuel” - maybe mixed with the P for “Pájaro”(Bird)? Paul’s just a common name as far as i know.

Peatrice (ENG) - Panalí (ESP-LA) - Paula (ESP-SP) - Jakuriinu (JP)

Peatrice seems to always be named after her dad. “Jackeline” in Japanese i believe, and barely “feminized” names for the rest. Panalí sounds a bit more like “panal”, the spanish for “hive” (as in beehive)

There’s not much to comment here. Joana’s a common name in Spanish

I have NO clue where Vito came from. It sounds like a badly spelled “Victor”. Where did the Pumpkin theme go???? huh?????. Ruperto’s kind of the same? Unless i’m missing some pumpkin related words in spanish, it’s just a common name.

This guy. It seems a lot of languages kept the C/K sounds in his name? He’s Kiko in French and Cuco in german (thanks @/aureateart). They seem to reference cuckoo clocks maybe? and the german’s really close to cucco.

Rupin/Rupin are referencing Rupees, since he’s the shopkeeper and the alike. Milo... I... I’m not sure what’s referencing?

Rusta and Rostaa seem to be referencing Roosters, while Ganzo’s referencing the spanish for Goose! (Ganso)

Alisia seems to stick to the Japanese name Arisu (Alice), while Elenia went... a different direction. Elenia is a variation of a common spanish name, Elena.

Six as Tubbo: tubbo really has that vibe of "cute and adorable when you look at them but could also absolutely murk you if they wanted to" and so does six. that, plus other reasons that will be explained later

Mono as Tommy: we dont get too much characterization for mono aside from the fact that he was very willing to work with six, and that just fits our very clingy young man, doesn't it? "oh, but OP!" i hear you crying. "why would tubbo drop his best friend into the void! that makes no sense!" well, my friends, i would just like you to consider...

The Thin Man as Wilbur: not only is wilbur just super tall...but have you considered why tubbo would drop tommy? tubbo looks into tommy's eyes and sees them broken, shattered, and on the brink of insanity just like wilbur's and he drops him for the greater good? also mono having his little trenchcoat sure would make sen [GUNSHOTS]

The Hunter as Jschlatt: for no other reason aside from haha funny gun man go brr. he uses a shotgun instead of a rifle and is DAMN good at it, too.

The Teacher as Niki: would just be a terrifying image and haha kill tommy go brr. she's less of an awful person to her students than the canon teacher but also more horrifically ruthless to tubbo and tommy especially.

The Bullies (or just one bully) as Purpled: LMFAO get it he's a child. also because he's a mercenary and the teacher sends the bullies after you when you're out of her reach so. shrug. by extension,

Another Bully as Punz: because mercenary brothers can never be seperated

The Doctor as Ponk: ponk is a doctor! that's...my only reason. also scary man with metal hand crawling on ceiling [shudder]. headcanon that the main hand that chases after you isn't actually a human hand, it's just ponk's. when you conk it out it doesn't die or even crack, it just runs away,,,back to ponk's hand.

The Runaway Kid (or Seven) as Ranboo: "oh op" i hear you saying. "you totally thought of this AFTER ranboo played the games, there's no way you could have possibly big brained this enough to PREDICT his attachment to the nomes" well im sorry reader, I DID. /hj also lmao he gets eaten by tubbo, we love to see it. that's awful. oh god.

My personal opinions:

Gremaya - it's cute but doesn't do it for me. I have a confession to make - I don't like Amaya all that much 😬 I really really don't vibe with her personality. She's a straight-edge, righteous, "correct" kind of queer and I'm a dirty, disgusting, "this is why the straights hate us" kind of queer. I do try to like her more and liking her is easier in Janaya because I love Janai. I am 100% neutral about Gren so there's nothing for me in this ship. I am, however, a huge fighter for Gremaya shippers' rights.

Aaranai - as far as I know, I'm the only shipper xD Basically, Aaravos surrenders to the heroes because he loves Claudia and he realizes that he'd be taking her away from her family and her home if he continued whatever scheme he's planning because she would follow him to hell and back. To their luck, both Ezran and Janai are prison abolitionists and instead give them community service as punishment. They start with Lux Aurea which Aaravos rebuilds pretty much from scratch. They stay there for at least 2 years and in that time, Aaravos befriends Janai and there are two scenarios I have: 1. He falls in love with her and it's one-sided and 2. It's mutual. But it's technically always Claudia/Aaravos/Janai, not just Aaravos/Janai.

Kimditi - same! It was love at first sight for me! An incredible pair, honestly!

Amelie - I like it aesthetically so I'd say low key ship. It's the same problem as Gremaya for me.

Aaradael - I ship it :3 again, my Aaravos is genderfluid and mostly fem presenting so I think he works fine with lesbians. I do see Kim more as a lesbian than a bi woman, actually, though I hadn't considered her color scheme resembling the flag! Then again, I myself am bisexual so it's ultimately quite hard for me to keep characters as mono-sexual in my own shipping. With this ship, I really like the idea that Kim can feed on Aaravos's blood and because he's a star touch elf, his blood is somehow more potent for her magic and stuff. And of course, it is me we're talking about, so my main Aaradael story idea is actually Rayla/Aaravos/Kim'dael, believe it or not (Rayla is 42 here, though, and she's a jaded chain-smoking doctor xD)

Gremaya even without enby Gren was a possibilty before Janai and before Amaya was confirmed as a lesbian so. Certainly could have worked out with these 2. With enby Gren. Sure. Yeah I can see that.

Oh yeah. That`s the good stuff. From the second that short story dropped I was sold one these 2. I like the idea of them actually developing feelings for each other and maybe Kim helping Janai and Amaya against Karim but I doubt that will happend. Or maybe Aditi even coming back (Aaravos did saw he swallowed her, not that he killed her. Could mean anything) and Kim having a big gay moment. Also the spicy potential these 2 have is off the charts.

4. Amelie

My go to ship for Amaya before Janai came along. There is some cute fanart on tumblr with Amaya putting some flowers in Opelis hair. I joined the fandom right when s2 came out so I immediatly jumped on the Janaya train without giving much thought to Amelie. They are cute though and I totally see her as one of Amayas exes.

5. Aaradael

Probably the only being that can match Kim when it comes to battle/magic powers and maybe even the only one who can free her from her binding so I can see why people would ship them. I don`t because I like my bloodmoon huntress with a dash of Janaya or Aditi on the side, but it def works. Also I see Kim exlusively as a Lesbian since she literally has the same colors as the lesbian flag. :D

A not-at-all brief commentary on BE-hind story interview.

We really got over an hour of BTS just talking about their music. They really told the media yall don’t ask the right questions so let me do it for you. Love that for them. 

But honestly I am so happy that they decided to do this. Because most of the time interviewers don’t ask the right questions or it is in a situation where they have time constraints. Or the interviewer never even listened to the album in the first place (think james corden saying his favorite track on be is dynamite probs because it seemed like that was the only one he knew).

I appreciate as well that it is the members interviewing each other. They could have just as easily sat each member in a room and asked them the questions off screen. But they didn't. I think that adds such a personal element to the interview. Bts members likely know about each other’s music (even solo music) better than anyone else. So who better to talk with the members about their music than each other?

JK interviews Jin

Blonde jk for the win

I lost count of how many times they shook hands please they are so annoying 

Jin please don’t downplay your talents. That hurt my heart. If I could describe his voice in one word it would have been powerful. I hope that jin got to see all the praise after the fix you cover. Because he killed it in that. 

I loved getting to hear the behind the scene of jin’s role in stay; I didn’t know his role in it before he talked about it.

I’m glad jin got to release abyss and put so much of his own work into it. It is also so amazing to hear how much help joon is to all of the members when it comes to lyrics and music. A talented king. 

Slightly surprised there wasn't more clowning around in their interview since these two are usually so chaotic together. I thought jk would clown jin when they started talking about jin being older but he didn't. Growth. 

Hobi interviews JK

Hobi looks so soft in that cardigan 

Hobi right off the bat asking about the mixtape. He knows what we want. 

Jk talking about how he wants to try writing songs not just about his own experiences was so interesting to hear; can’t wait to see what he comes up with in the future. 

Him talking about all the different things he wants to try but it’s almost too many was very relatable. That feeling of having so many choices you don't know where to start. But that does mean that when we do get a mixtape from him it will be from varying styles of music and i am all here for that. Personally holding out for rocker jk or acoustic jk. 

His favorite song to sing is euphoria; that’s so sweet it is such a gem of a song. I think I would have chosen still with you since it’s pretty different than a lot of the other songs he sings.

Hobi saying “you’re all grown up” to jk and jk saying “i'm not the old me” really hit me in the feels. Hobi and bts really did watch jk grow from a slightly awkward pre-teen to the confident man he is today. They must feel so proud of him. 23 yo jk is not a baby of bts anymore. He does what he wants. He wears what wants. He has long hair and dyes it blonde then blue just because he can. He even talked about how his voice has matured. Im glad that the members see that too and seem to be proud of the person he has became. 

3 main tracks. 3 mv. 3 choreos of different styles. Yes do it jk please im begging. After seeing him dance in black swan at mma i want to see more contemporary dancing from him. And i feel like after getting still with you and stay he can write songs that would fit that vibe. I just want to see jk’s dance talent showcased more. 

I don’t know if the fans could survive 3 separate jk mv. We barely survived a live performance of my time. 

Tae interviews Hobi

Tae in that emerald green sweater. He looks so good. He should wear that color more

I love how serious tae is about playing the interviewer. The actor in him never sleeps. 

Hobi talking about the dual meanings behind the title of Dis-ease was so cool. Fans obviously caught that it could mean multiple things. But as far as i know that was never confirmed. Now that it is I am once again impressed with the thought they put behind everything they do.

I think it’s so cool that hobi recorded it by himself and how he said that doing it like that allows him to grow as a producer since he has to listen and edit himself. They really just always continue to grow in their roles in music don’t they? 

Hobi talking about how he would love to solve his own problems but then remembering that he is part of a team really shows how much they trust and rely on each other. So he and jimin worked on the melody of the bridge together and then joon wrote the lyrics. And now we have the most iconic bridge of all time. Still holding out for a dis-ease live performance or music video (I’m a clown I know). 

And lol at tae being like call me next time dude 

“I would like to share my music with everyone” -- please do

Please tae is so sweet and attentive!? “When you talked about music i noticed you had a smile on your face and i thought ‘he really loves music’”. “But personally if i had your skills I’d be showing off and be proud of myself”. Kim taehyung is the embodiment of a teddy bear 

And closing it with actor tae again -- “can i get your autograph” 

Jin interviews Jimin

Two seconds into the interview they are clowning each other with jin saying to talk informally. Yet as soon as jm did (and that slight smile when he did), jin is like I was talking to myself. Chaotic as expected of these two. 

Jm talking about his process for music being “just go as i feel” makes so much sense for him. He is an easy going person and it makes sense that it reflects in his work style. 

It’s so cool that him coming up with the melody of the dis-ease bridge was just because he was humming to himself and the producer liked it -- almost serendipitous if you will  

I love when people praise jimin for his vocals. So hearing him talk about how they used his vocal in place of a female for lgo’s chorus stroked my jm bias ego

Joon is seriously the best human ever. Jimin didn’t want to bother the other members to help with christmas love but joon contacted him and helped with the lyrics anyway. Bts seriously has the most amazing leader. 

“I’d like to try making an acoustic style song”. Please do it jimin. Acoustic bts is my weakness but especially acoustic jimin. Songs like promise sound so good with his singing style.

Jimin interviews Joon

Minimoni look so cozy in their sweatshirts sitting on a plush rug. 

“You know we have this youngest member”. “Oh jungkook?” “No the real youngest” “Oh seokjin. That’s a shame” -- please minimoni are so funny and joon knew immediately who jm was talking about when he said the real youngest. 

“It felt like I was doing the only thing i could do” . Please let me give you a hug joon

Joon’s mind continues to amaze me. How he talked about needing the concept or key word to give “flesh” to the song was such a good way to explain how he approaches music. 

“What do you mean little? You play a very big role” -- lol jimin speaking facts. I already mentioned how amazing it is that he helped jimin and jin with their individual songs. The fact that members who want help with their own music always seem to go to joon really tells you how much of an amazing and talented human being kim namjoon is. I can’t remember the context, but there was this moment that jimin (or was it hobi?) said something like “what would we do if we didn't have rm”. They are truly lucky to have him. 

Release that minimoni subunit now please and thank you 

Tell us what you’re working on joon don't be shy. Joon mentioned that his music is like a diary. I would love to know his thoughts expressed in music now. 2018 joon who made mono and 2021 joon are two very different people. Bts has grown so much since then. 

Joon interviews Yoongi

It’s really interesting to hear them talk about their lyrics getting rejected. I guess we don’t hear much about that part. And lol at joon just laughing and saying he guesses he didn’t grasp tae’s intentions for b&g. 

I like that this was more of a conversation than an interview. I love it when these two just sit together and talk about technical stuff that i don’t understand (like the festa interview)

Yoongi is such a good person to make music with. JK wanted to add humming to telepathy? They added humming to telepathy. I had wondered the reason why there are two different versions of the song. I prefer the longer one tbh

Yoongi wants to make an acoustic song? Hell yeah. Jimin does too. So yoongi x jimin subunit acoustic song with yoongi playing the guitar (please). Also a folk song?? Yoongi your taste i like it

I can’t wait to hear yoongi sing im so excited for him

Yoongi talking about how they made this album with no pressure and got to just do what they wanted and that it was received so well. How he wants to keep making music like that. That makes me happy. I want them to continue to get to do that. I love the big productions and concepts of their albums. But if they are happier making albums like be that do not have that then that is what i want them to do.

Yoongi interviews Tae

The title of blue and grey is because tae wants to overcome that feeling. My heart. 

He looked so shy talking blue and grey. I am so excited to see him get to talk about kth1 when it comes out. I could listen to him for hours.

Yoongi straight up asking tae why he didn't include joon’s lyrics was interesting. It’s cool to know that tae had the kind of power to choose what he felt would fit the emotion of the song.

It doesn’t surprise me that tae feels so much pressure to make sure the tape is good before it is released. It seems like when it comes to solo work the members really do feel more pressure since they aren't sharing the burden with the others.

We know from the preview that there are 13 songs potentially on the mixtape. That would be so amazing if he released it with so many songs. Tae’s voice sounds so good in so many different styles so i know that it would be so varied.

Final thoughts -- I love that they got to do this. I hope going forward they do this more for their albums. And from what the members said they enjoyed getting to be so involved in the process of making the album. It would be amazing if that continued. While a lot of their hit songs are not made fully by the members, those songs that are often have more meaning to the fans. b&g, stay, telepathy. These were songs from the members. We got to hear their actual thoughts put into these songs. I hope that bh sees how well this album did and lets that continue.

Okay, so Dsmp/LN crossover AU

Six n Mono tend to stay in the snow (think Snowchester/Techno, Phil n Ranboo's house) to avoid conflict. RK just sticks with Tubbo, he couldn't care less where Tubbo is at the moment.

RK snarls and is just generally Disturbing and Unsettling whenever they feel anyone is a threat to Tubbo, so c!Quackity doesn't get to say much to Tubbo bc the moment he starts with his bs he's being attacked by a child.

C!Technoblade finds Six interesting. Six is fascinated by him, and tends to stick by his side, if only for protection.

Techno was a bit nervous around Six in the beginning bc she's a small child and is the most fragile-looking thing he's ever come across. But then he saw sharp teeth and they bit him, and he was like "ah. she bites. familiar territory."

Six doesn't talk a ton and as long as they're fed and somewhat occupied (they're very easy to occupy) they're a very easy kid. Techno appreciates this.

Techno isn't very bothered by Six's diet bc he figures he's in no place to judge and he could always breed villagers/provide as much food as Six needs to satiate their constant hunger.

Six tends to gnaw on their own hands/Techno's furniture when they're stressed or just generally anxious about anything. Techno isn't fond of this, so he found a chew ring for them. They wear out really quickly tho bc sharp teeth, so Technoblade just found the most durable cloth he had and let them go ham.

Six slightly frightens c!Ranboo, but no more than his own gremlin husband and plays well with Micheal so he lets it slide.

Six not giving any shits about sides and having a practically non-existent moral compass + being a Literal Child, makes it hard for people to target her. Plus, she bites, and Technoblade likes her.

Six isn't fond of cold so they tend to hide behind/have Ranboo or Techno carry them. Phil still hasn't been able to make snow boots in their size, so it helps their case.

Mono, on the other hand, variates between c!Tommy and c!Phil, so he's always on the move. Tommy and Ranboo are always around each other bc c!Wilbur, so Six tags along.

Mono likes Phil bc Fluffy Wings and Big Hat, plus Phil is nice to him :]. (Yes those are his only requirements for a friend. He knows it's sad, shut up.)

Mono eats Phil's hair when he isn't paying attention, so Phil got him a chew necklace instead.

Mono likes Tommy bc he has Good Vibes. That's it. Plus, Tommy reminds him of Six kinda, and he likes it.

Both Mono and Tommy hate/are frightened by yelling/sudden loud noises. Tommy tends to leave bc "Mono doesn't like it, you're fuckin scaring him. He won't leave if I don't."

Mono and Tommy both eat dirt together. Tommy talks, Mono listens and nods. It's a very beneficial relationship.

Six n Mono tend to wander a lot and end up just freaking. passing out in the snow, clinging to each other for body heat, and Phil found that So worrying.

He made them cloaks that are Too Big (he couldn't tailor to size Extra Tiny he isn't a miracle worker) and proper winter clothes and all so they wouldn't freeze/get sick (they got sick once at the same time bc they weren't used to the horrible cold and they were nightmares to deal with).

RK just borrows Micheal's clothes.

RK really really likes Foolish bc of his pretty builds and he's shiny, but refuses to leave Tubbo. So Tubbo just visits Foolish more often.

Foolish is really fond of both of them, so it's a win-win situation.

Six n Mono find Alivebur strange. They don't think he's a bad person, but he does bad things then feels bad about it later. They just tend to watch him curiously and be generally creepy af.

The Dsmp members know who the three of them don't like bc Six won't accept food from the person. If Six (best judge of character and notoriously the easiest to please) doesn’t like you, there's no chance the others will either.

Six is loyal to basically anyone that feeds them and doesn't hurt Mono and RK, but that's where Mono and RK come in. They do the "if you hurt my friends we don't like you" thing, and together draw up a list of people the three don't like.

The rest of the server wonders why three new kids appear and start hanging on to the people that cause the most issues. They're really worried.

Mono has the best moral compass/sense of right and wrong, but tends to ignore it in favor of whatever he feels like doing. He commits arson.

Six is rlly fascinated by Kinoko Kingdom and finds it rlly pretty, so they tend to wander around there.

RK likes fluffy n soft things.

Mono loves animals and mud and grass and is a mostly vegetarian.
