I didn't feed my kids breakfast this morning.

I feel so horrible.

My kids need to be at school before 8.00, I woke up at 8:25 with a pain in my lower back and my arms were tingling. Took me nearly 10 minutes to get up. I then rushed the kids up, shower and dressed and rushed out of the house.

I knew I didn't feed them, yet I still rushed even though they were late anyways. I should have fed them, being an extra 20 minutes late then they already were really would not have made a difference.

The guilt has been with me since I left the house, and I didn't stop on the way to get them something to eat. I'm such a shit person.
