“Stop moving,” Shidou hummed, his voice low and filled with concentration.

You were sitting on your bed, straddling his lap, while he worked on your makeup. Never in your life had you seen him so focused. His tongue poked out slightly as he applied the eyeliner with the precision of someone who’d done this a thousand times. He was determined to get it perfect, especially since it had to match his own eyeliner.

The thing is, you were terrible at makeup. You tried, you really did. But no matter how hard you practiced, your skills were nowhere near his level. Your boyfriend seemed to have a natural talent for it—knowing exactly what shades to use, which brush worked best and how to make everything come together perfectly.

And no surprise there, considering he wears a killer eyeliner on a daily basis. One that stays up perfectly intact even after long hours of training or an intense 90-minute football game. Still, there was something so endearing about seeing him so happy and concentrated. Fully immersed in something so... domestic.

“I’m being still,” you huffed, keeping your eyes closed as he finished the wing on your left eye. “You’re just taking too long.”

“I’m not, you’re just impatient,” he scoffed, flicking your forehead with his finger gently. “Stop moving, or I’ll have to do it all over again. And we’re already 20 minutes late.”

“You said we weren’t late earlier,” you shot back in surprise opening your right eye. A tinge of annoyance in your tone for the little flick.

“Well, I lied,” Shidou grinned, his eyes glinting mischievously. “Let me finish my work. Eyes up.”

You opened your left eye too, meeting his gaze fully. The look in his eyes made it hard to stay irritated. You couldn’t help but smile despite yourself.

“Karasu, Charles and the rest will be annoyed at us again for being late. I can already feel Karasu’s screams incoming. The air is vibrating, we should hurry up.” you say, trying to keep a straight face, not letting the laugh out.

“Nah, they can wait. I’m doing something more important right now,” he said, his grin widening as he adjusted the angle of your head to get a better view. “Besides, you think I’d miss a chance to make my pretty girl look even more stunning?”

You rolled your eyes, but there was no hiding the warmth in your chest at the way he complimented you so casually.

“Okay, done,” he finally said, leaning back to admire his work. “Look at you. Damn, I outdid myself. Such a pretty doll.”

You look in the hand mirror, glancing at your reflection. Your eyeshadow was flawless, the eyeliner perfectly sharp. In a way, it was you, but you could barely recognise yourself for how subtly the changes were. You were truly glowing.

“You are really good at this,” you said, turning to him with a smile.

“I know.” He shrugged, smirking confidently. “I’m pretty talented. And now you’re gonna look even more amazing in that tight maxi skirt you have on.” He hummed, his hand instinctively going to squeeze your ass.

You rolled your eyes again, used to the gesture, but your lips found it impossible not to curl up in a resemblance of a smile. “Alright, cmon, let’s go before we’re even more late.”

Shidou’s smirk softened into a grin, his usual cocky demeanor still present but mixed with a hint of pride. “Yeah, yeah, let’s go. But don’t forget, this look’s all thanks to me. And—“ he added “it will look even prettier tonight all running down your face while w—“

“RYUSEI” you says, smacking now his ass in retaliation “Control yourself. I swear, you’re incorrigible.” You huffed. Although you were unable to hide the smirk from your face as the both of you headed out the door.

“Yes ma’am” he says amused grinning as he takes your hand dragging you along to meet the others.

CREATOR NOTES:

For the male outfit, the original mesh had shoes attached to it. I had to remove them since I don't like that kind of setting, but now the pants are a little long so they might clip with other shoes. I didn't want to raise the pants as the outfit might have ended up looking a bit odd so use a similar color for shoes or let me know if you want me to modify their length.

I didn't modify the maid bonnet mesh at all, but since accessories tend to become blurry when there's too many of them, I created an additional and cleaner texture. So the first preset is the original one made by EA (the lace one), and the second one is made by me in order to avoid blurriness.

I can just imagine that on his travels that you are there with him. He is the one that asked you to come which surprised you because you'd never thought he would, until he did. During the time you were together, wondering outside the village, going to various places, you landed up pregnant.

This wasn't something to be disappointed of! No! In fact, Sasuke was the one who first brought up the topic, expressing his interest and you wanted to as well. The only problem was... how dangerous it would be for you now that you are having a child.

Sasuke and you managed to come to an agreement, that you'd go back to the village and he'd continue to travel around for two weeks before coming back for a week to spend time with you until you were further along, to which he'd stay three weeks and leave for only a couple days.

You were around 19 weeks pregnant and the both of you have been in the village for only a mere couple of hours after reporting in with the Hokage. He didn't even suspect a thing, you were wearing a coat which covered your body so he couldn't tell, only that you informed him that you wouldn't be travelling anymore due to some health issues.

But, this is were all the 'drama' starts. You're out getting some groceries because there is nothing in the house, nothing. You changed out from your ninja attire to something more comfortable, a fitted maxi dress which did, very obviously, show of your growing baby bump. Casually, you were just plopping in the stuff you and Sasuke needed into the smaller trolley's (sasuke isn't here bc naruto dragged him away to get some ramen, you said you're a strong independent woman who can shop herself (●'◡'●) )

This is when the stares start to begin. Because not only can they see your pregnant, but they can see the Uchiha Clan symbol sewn onto the back of your dress. The Uchiha symbol on your back wasn’t exactly subtle, and with your bump showing, it was pretty clear who you were and what was going on. You can feel the stares, you were only gone for what 7 months, that's not that long but you guessed that it was the fact that you left not pregnant and came back so.

It wasn’t every day they saw Sasuke Uchiha’s partner out and about anyways, since you work at the hospital AND being pregnant. That's a shocker. A group of older women passed by, their eyes lingering a little longer than usual. You didn’t blame them. Sasuke wasn’t exactly the type to be open about his personal life, and here you were, very obviously carrying his child. They probably never expected to see this side of him.

After a while, you headed to the checkout, noticing the stares hadn’t really stopped. You couldn’t help but think about how different life was now. Being with Sasuke always meant people were watching, but now, with a baby on the way, it felt even more intense. But you knew it is only because they never thought they'd ever see the day he'd settle down, and now he has!

Extended StandardMaterial Shader for the Sims 2

A Shader Edit/Default Replacement "StandardMaterial" is the shader commonly used by sims objects. It tells the game how to render them, and by default offers features such as making them glowy or transparent. However, most of its effects apply to the whole material at once. I figured out how to edit it! So here is my improved version. It now supports: - An "additive" texture map, lighting up specific areas of the material. - An envCube mask, controlling the intensity of this effect via a texture. - Two new envCube modes, and improvements to an undiscovered one. + "Blend" replaces the base texture by the envCube's. + "Multiply" multiplies them together (duh). + "DiffuseRadiance", which already existed in the shader, adds the envCube texture to the light received by the material rather than its already lit texture. All three of them support the envCube mask and the envCubeCoef parameter. The envCube modes are mutually exclusive, but all effects can otherwise be used with each other. The download itself contains the shader package, a pdf ReadMe listing features and material parameters, and examples showcased on my envCubeTesterObject (also included). The readme lists the specific shader files I've edited, in case anyone else made an incompatible mod. (I've not included the recolours from the first preview pic as they're kind of lame lol + I had to make a CEP extra for the robot.) I'm hyped to see what cool objects and recolours people will make with this! And I'm probably forgetting information.

RAVENWOOD ( LIFE & DEATH ) K-303 & K-606 BASEGAME ( ALMOST ) MANDATORY K-505 UPDATE

Hello people :)

Halloween has arrived, and with it, the Life & Death expansion ! We’ve been working hard to make sure Ravenwood is a hauntingly beautiful place for your Sims to visit … or haunt, depending on their mood. Here’s what’s new :

For once, we are going to make 2 posts related to the new town of Life & Death expansion : Ravenwood ...

Of course, this not the first time maxis includes base game stuff in expansions worlds, but this time, it's not about stuff but it's all about terrains ;)

So, except the Afterlife side of Ravenwood which has its own dark rocks, Ravenwood countryside is made of its own cliffs and ... Oasis Spring Rocks/Mountains ( a desert town, just as a reminder ) ... Why Oasis Spring ? it would be more logical to create specific new rocks or at least, choose the more grayish rocks from Willow Creek but well ... ea / maxis / logic <- not the best combo :D

So, after some tests, we decided to modify the rocks/mountains of Oasis Spring, which is only based on a choice of our own. Curiously, now they are not orange anymore, they give a less flat aspect to the town ...

Then, we modified "small" things & stuff of the base game we should have done a long time ago, but not mandatory such as the stone street planter and public lavatories. They are all over Ravenwood now, and their original look seems more ugly than before :D so, we modified them ;) idem with the base short stone fence ... ( yes we know, we have to make more fences )

-> Well, you see the point ;)

Related to the other k-303, the ones included in Ravenwood ( both sides ) we made few ones in order to get a similar look & feel than the k-505 urban :) And we modified a bit the debug town banners ( mostly sharpening, colour ) and streetlamps ... well, you'll discover it, or not :D your choice of course :)

The k-303 isn’t mandatory, but it adds just the right touch to elevate Ravenwood’s atmosphere. Here’s what’s been updated:

Gravesites – Some of the graves in Ravenwood had a mix of grass and dirt that didn’t quite fit the mood. We’ve refreshed these textures to blend seamlessly with the k-505 for that true cemetery feel.

Portal & Soul Bowl – Over in the Netherworld, the portal and soul bowl were looking a little… underwhelming. Now, with enhanced textures, they bring just the right level of mystique and “cool” factor to the other side.

Solicitor Rug – Our lovely public service solicitor has a new set of rugs that better reflect the status and vibe of Ravenwood. A touch of style for the gentleman who offers advice to all ( living or dead )

Street Decor – The town square banners, street lamps, and other decorative touches around Ravenwood have gotten a glow-up.

So, dive into and see how these textures and additions bring new life ( or un-life ) to this chilling town.

About the k-606 : roofs and foundation + 3 series of fences are re-made :) One is still under work and will be released very soon.

Ravenwood has so many fences we couldn’t just leave them plain and un-haunted. These additions help set the mood perfectly for any mysterious, eerie Sim wandering through town ;)

Because the large part of grass included in some other graves, we included them directly into the Ravenwood k-505 mod :)

Hey Simmers, long time no see ! The Frameless Photos Override (FPO) is out ! How to install : Put the .package file in your mod folder. That's it ! What you should know before downloading :

This is an OVERRIDE of the existing pictures in game. Meaning it will replace all your existing pictures with my frameless mesh. Your existing photos will be fine, it just get rid of the Maxis glass frame, not the picture itself.

It's Base Game Compatible.

The live mode "add frame" feature is still usable with all the usual 8 swatches.

Build & Buy : The Design Tool is enabled for all your live mode framed version with all the original 8 maxis swatches.

It is compatible with all Growing Together and all Moschino frames yes even the digital ones !

It should be compatible with all CC frames that are using the Moschino and GT frames as a base as long as the original slots have not been modified.

ANCIENT ROMAN NECESSITIES. PART 1: WOMEN

I know, it's very unexpected. I've been having lots of fun with the Test of Time challenge, and then I got to Ancient Rome… and the fun ended :/ enormous respect to all creators who have made cc for that era, but it's just not enough. I hereby present to you the results of my latest hyperfixation.

the meshes are my own, frankenmeshed from maxis meshes and modified. no need to fret about violating my TOU, because I don't care. use, modify, recolor, include. they all should have fat and pregnancy (tf-af) morphs.

1) long-sleeved, low-waist tunic. because of… common sense reasons, it's suited best for women who are more well-off. tf-ef, 28 swatches. DOWNLOAD

2) tunic with a stola; again. tf-ef, 73 swatches… I am sorry. I went ham. the actual Romans probably weren't THAT fun with their color combinations, anyway, but my sims Romans will be. they all have pretty borders, for the sake of consistency. DOWNLOAD

3) simple shorter tunic for working class women. tf-ef, 20 swatches, no fancy dyes or borders. DOWNLOAD

4) girls: shorter basic tunic and longer fancy one. those aren't as different, I guess. DOWNLOAD SHORT | DOWNLOAD LONG

a shoeswap and a pantless bottom just for you, as suggested by @shibarulata and @markosupergames over on the simscord! these are @nordssims' take a bow wedges from ts4 to ts2, paired with a shoeswap of @lucilla-sims' ep15 rope shoulder dress. keep in mind that these are not compatible with asymmetrical sock overlays - i had to use blender's mirror modifier to make them right. but any other overlay is still good 😄

the shoeswap comes up to 7k polys, which is pretty good, and the pantless bottom is 3k polys. both come in their original swatches - 12 for the outfit, 10 for the wedges. all morphs, categorised as everyday only, for yf-af only. enjoy, and happy friday ~ !

Hello everyone!! How are you today?!!

Yesterday I said that I don't usually do big packs xD and here I am sharing another big pack the next day... haha

Today I'm here with a set of infant poses I made as a commission a while ago. The task was to make the ingame maxis poses available as a posepack... so now you can have some of the ingame portrait poses and household poses (and a few interaction moments) in this pack.

Even when they are the poses that come with the game, I made few adjustments to work as my poses, although the expressions are pretty maxis, I didn't change much of them... I also made some variations on them to work in an armchair and a crib, as you can see in the preview pic, for you to have different options to pose.

I have to say that I'm in love with the armchair ones xD they are pretty funny haha...

Radioactive Barrel for the Sims 2

I made this with my boyfriend :p I think he even did babby's first mesh editing on it. You'll recognizing the barrel from one of the Maxis fireplaces. The object intermittently emits a modified version of the evil Snapdragon bouquet's effect. Be careful, sustained exposure will kill Sims! They may also vomit and think of radiation, as pictured. Fumes above the barrel mean the noxious effect is active. The sfx is from the base game. The object is always surrounded by ambient smoke, using the original evil Snapdragon sfx. That won't appear if you don't have OfB. Finally, the barrel also casts a green light on surrounding objects. While Sims can "view" it, I made the interaction non-autonomous. The barrel is found under Misc/Misc for 100$. Also: thank you to WHoward for guiding me with the vomiting haha. -> Download at SimFileShare
