This looks like a classic waterfront Hamptons home, a sophisticated take on a shingled beach house. It was built in 1910 on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean in East Hampton, NY. The 10bd, 14ba mansion is priced at $95M. Now, you would expect very formal decor, but it's kind of whimsical. Take a look at the $95M Dune Cottage.

The living room has beamed ceilings, a lovely fireplace, and a large sequined sign that says "Nothing." It must mean something to the owners.

In the sun room, there's a blue inflatable lifesaver, but I can't tell what's sticking out of it.

There's a small dining table in the corner.

The dining room has a 2 shelf inset and 2 informal light fixtures, with a bright blue & yellow carpet.

The kitchen has chef's appliances and light modern cabinetry with pure white counters.

There is also a very large banquette that requires 2 tables for casual dining. Look at that shiny yellow floor.

Large covered patio with curtains. They must really like that dining set.

Back inside there's a family room. I wish they would've shown more of the fireplace- I like the blue bricks.

If you don't feel like sitting in that room, there's a more fun, modern room.

The primary is a nice green with white furnishings and pops of color.

There's enough room at the foot of the bed for a full living room set.

There are 10 bedrooms all decorated differently.

The new owner will have to really like their wallpaper.

This one's a little larger and painted in a neutral beige.

They have a pool table in this room.

Off the pool room is a sitting room painted dark gray.

Plus a home theater.

The description mentions a grotto leading to the pool. Maybe this is what they're referring to.

The pool is unusual. Stairs in the middle of hedges go down into it.

The hot tub and another pool, maybe a salt water one, are on a deck that looks like a pier.

The home is on a 3.60 acre lot with lots of scrub bushes growing in the sand.

The back of the home. I know the price is for several acres in the Hamptons, but the house, Meh.

Windenburg Train Station [Restaurant + Cafe ] ♥ The Sims 4: Build // CC

Hi guys, Today I present to you The Windenburg Train Station located in Windslar. This train station is known for it's Classical Architecture and beautiful historic interiors that has been conserved for decades. While the interior was updated with modern furniture's, the overall structure and essence of the building remains the same. Located inside is a 5 star restaurant, "Florentine," and a café, "Stella's Cafe," where sims can dine and lounge while waiting. The Windenburg Train Station is a multifunctional lot athat can be set as a restaurant or a Cafe. Some Spaces were left empty as I did not want to overly clutter the space with too many custom content. Feel free to decorate it! Considering that this is a multifunctional lot, I recommend downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod to lock doors in community lots. This will give you more control of the space. If you want your sims to specifically be seated inside the restaurant, I suggest locking the doors to the cafe and other parts of the building.

You and Patrick were in the middle of a really serious fight, and the fact that you were stuck in his vacation house in Hampton was more than worrisome.

"I don't know why you're still trying to argue with me," Bateman blurted out, strolling around the large modern kitchen wearing nothing but tight gray pants. "You looked great yesterday."

"'Great'?" You almost choked on the air, crossing your arms over your chest. "So, in your opinion, looking great means looking like everyone else? Skimpy dresses, extremely high heels, red lipstick, stockings. Oh my God, Patrick! Why can't you just accept me for who I am?"

Patrick hummed and poured himself a glass of fresh orange juice, then took a quick sip; a small drop of liquid ran down his massive chest. "What do you mean?"

He seemed to be joking or mocking you on purpose, because your slightly irritated face only amused him.

"Stop trying to change me and -"

"Wait a second, honey," he cut you off pretty harshly, and in addiction, Bateman raised a finger in a warning gesture. "I can do whatever I want, you know why? Because I'm so fucking rich!"

"You don't own me, idiot!" You bellowed, instinctively closing the distance between the two of you. He did the same. "And I don't care about your money … you're so selfish and narcissistic that it's completely messed up your mind and you can't see anything good in people!"

You stood almost face to face, your lungs burning from your rapid breathing, while Bateman looked so calm and cold-blooded.

"You don't care about my money, but you always accepted all the gifts I gave you. How hilarious!" he almost spat the words right in your face, staring at you arrogantly until the vein under his eye became too noticeable. "If there's something you don't like - nobody's keeping you here. But since I'm very kind today, I'll give you a chance to apologize for this little accident."

Who knew what was in his head when he leaned down to kiss you, but he would surely regret it as you bit his lower lip hard, tasting his poisoned blood on the tip of your tongue.

Hello! Love your builds. Wondering where I could find the chandelier from this post, and/or any other cc lighting recommendations you have?

This is probably my weakest part as I have quite a few lighting mods. I usually use the same lamps/candelabras/chandeliers from Felixandresims and TheJim07, which I always try to replace with something more interesting. So I myself am always in search of new beautiful lamps. The chandelier on the screen is from this set by DoroCash.
