Siempre que juego con el pack de Criaturas sobrenaturales, específicamente con las hadas, echo en falta construcciones de este estilo, porque, personalmente, pienso que instalar a estas preciosas criaturas en una casa normal o un apartamento mata un poco la magia.

Tiny House for a Young Family

The tiny house I shared the other week was a lot of fun to build! But it was only for a single Sim. I decided to try and build one for a whole family!

Naturally this one had to be slightly bigger in order to fit a double bed for two sims. Also families will need a little more room to maneuver. So this one is 4 x 12 tiles. Two sleeping lofts where needed of course, one for the parents and one for the kids. Initially I intended to use a ladder for the parents to access their loft, but unfortunately ladders do not work with lowered ceiling heights. So instead I build a walkway from the kids sleeping loft to the parents loft.

Sorry I'm a mess and totally forgot to find all the cc used here so I could share this house, but here it is! :p

>30x30 lot, with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms plus laundry room - if you want to place it in my >Modern Ikke< world, place it in the green highlighted lot from the map pic.

>All used cc is included in the .rar, except for >this< set of columns and fences (which you need for most of my buildings from Ikke) plus you will need to install the patterns linked in the world post too! Started playing with Alaya, ALREADY OBSESSED WITH THIS SAVEEE 🍉💗 On the first day, Alaya met new friends - Portia by @johziii and Olivia by @kapii. Alaya and Olivia went to the bar where they met a 4 star celebrity Richie Striker. Alaya immediately approached him, as it is her dream to become a superstar now she has one star and a famous friend! Later she met another new friend - Daisy by @rollygamesyt. Alaya ordered a pizza for her new friends, they spent a good time that evening in the bar :)

Tiny House Nr. 3

Finally I found some time to build again, yay 🥳

Due to me trying out @omedapixel's Sims 3 Decorator Tools mod for the first time, the house is a little more cluttered than my usual builds. That is also the reason it is a little more expensive, with all the objects used to decorate it. You don't necessarily need the mod to use the lot. As long as you do not move the objects that were placed with the mod, everything should stay in place. Only if you do some redecorating, and you happen to move one of the mentioned objects, they may slip back into normal mode and you will only be able to place them back with the mod.

I build this house in one of my favorite worlds: Plavi Raj by @nilxis! In case you want to place the lot in a different world I included a flat version of the lot. If placed down on the intended lot in Plavi Raj, the house offers some amazing views over this beautiful world! Unfortunately the lot does not seem to have an address. I hope the screenshot will help with where to place it down.
