En pleno corazón de la naturaleza, se encuentra, rebosante de color y vida, este acogedor poblado de hadas, compuesto por 5 cabañas (4 independientes, 1 común) e incontables jardines y zonas donde poder disfrutar del sol y la belleza más pura y natural.

Siempre que juego con el pack de Criaturas sobrenaturales, específicamente con las hadas, echo en falta construcciones de este estilo, porque, personalmente, pienso que instalar a estas preciosas criaturas en una casa normal o un apartamento mata un poco la magia.

once again my generations family sims want more babies, so they needed a bigger house; that’s what I’m bringing you today! this one is a little bit different and has a couple of split level areas (the living room and the garage, which has been converted into a bedroom + living area). haven’t done many of these so fingers crossed your sims won’t have any tantrums. hope you like it!

⋆⭒˚.⋆ Avenue Loft ⋆⭒˚.⋆ wanted to do sumthin a lil different,,,, so i decided why not make a vibeyy asss loft apartmentt! ive never built a loft before and had a hard time w this for some reason but i LOVE the way this came out..so much so that i havent even fully deco'd the inside yet and just wanted the sharee it! i srsly cant wait to do the interior, i hav sm ideas for the vibe in heree! lot is 35x25 i made this build for one household but like my other builds, there's enough space to make more apartments in the other buildings and u can split up the households w the apartment controller mod :D Hope u guys enjoyy her n make her look fabulous! as always, cc list is included in the zip (i recently updated it w the cc i used for this specific build) andd if u do download plss take pics n tag me and use #jinxrenos CUS I WANNA SEEEE !! links & info under the cut! ♡ Creds to the cc creators ♡

it was hard takin pics in here! for some reason the ceiling color wasn't showing right on camera BUT i promise it matches perfectly in game

AND i totally forgot to move the hallway arch over for more wallspace for a bed or something n its bothering me but its a little late to fix it saur T.T i changed my terrain paint for my builds, so sorry it doesnt match the other build i uploaded, they r all i nthe cc list though!

So for my Mac users I zipped this file on Windows and these files have become hidden on Mac. What you'll need to do is, once unzipped, open file and press Command, shift and . at the same time and the files will show up. Everyone else on Windows are okay, the files will show up no problem.

There are two compressed files: a .zip and a 7-zip the following files include a .package file, a .sims3pack, two previews and an info file.

I've been in the mood to recreate some of my older builds again recently and I came across this cute little house from a few years ago; I decided to see what I could do with it now, and that's what I'm bringing you today. here's a very colourful (not quite 'pastel' as the name suggests, but that's what kiwisi named it) cottage furnished with a bedroom and an office that could easily be turned into a second bedroom. definitely not for family gameplay, but it's cute all the same and I hope you like it too!
