adding to this I think Joker has been pretty sus so far. It might've just been me, maybe, but the way he reacted during the space chapter in cross fate during the team discussions about the P5X PTs & og PTs being from parallel worlds kind of felt odd. (Specifically when he asks Wonder what he thinks.) Not sure how to describe it. Maybe I'm overanalyzing haha 😭😭

I do think Cross Fate will have a bigger link to the main story later on... Especially with what Moha (the spaceship boss) said about "salvation" and that world

Oh, I definitely agree about that! I remember when I played through that scene I was like "Joker is acting slightly strange here by asking like that", haha. It sort of felt like he knows more about what's going on than the others... and then of course there's whatever was going on with the cognitive/Phantom Idol Joker in the main storyline, too? Wonder recalls it when he and Joker first meet in the collab, which makes me think it's relevant in some way to the collab, even if it happened in the main story. If it's not a bad end/Magatsukami Joker, another theory that comes to mind is maybe it's always been a cognitive/Phantom Idol Joker, and that's why he's been so scarce in a lot of the collab chapters? Maybe he's a cognition/etc. created by whoever made these crossover places.

We do know the collab is supposed to "foreshadow" something in the main story, so I do believe you're right that there's a link here, though "foreshadow" is such a vague word that I'm curious to see how direct and relevant the link between them will be. Personally, I think what Moha was talking about with "salvation" had something to do with why the crossover not-Palaces are being created, rather than specifically either of their actual universes? There's obviously some connection to their actual universes as well, but my interpretation was that Moha was talking about the crossover locations first and foremost. Still, I look forward to finding out either way!
