I wanted to mention a scenario in mind with the reverse. 😆😆😆 Imagine this:

It’s late in the evening and Baraka has just finished the last of his duties for the day. The Colony is at peace, for now. However, given how much physical labor he’s had to do today, including building new homes for newly banished Tarkatans, mixed with the Wastes’ scorching weather, he was in need of a bath.

So gathering a towel and what little soap he had, Baraka then heads to a spring that’s not too far from his own living quarters. Luckily, in the late evening, there’s a likely chance that no one would be at the spring. Which is fine by the former merchant, as he looks forward to the momentary peace and quiet after a long day. However, in his fatigued state, he didn’t think about the possibility of someone else having the same idea when in hindsight it should’ve been obvious.

Turns out, you also had the same idea but you just had finished bathing and were redressing yourself. Your heard a noise of surprise/mortification followed by a familiar gravely voice.

“Y/N?!?!?” You snapped your head in Baraka direction, with your eyes wide and your face heating up. You let out a squeak as you wrap your arms around your chest, as Baraka quickly begins to apologize.

“Wait! I’m sorry-“

Baraka stops in mid-sentence when he makes the mistake of making eye contact with you. Unfortunately, you didn’t put your mask back on leaving your petrifying gaze exposed. Your hands reach to cover your mouth as you watch Baraka’s entire body change into stone in an instant. You run up to Baraka’s petrified form, as you sputter out your apology over and over again as you dragged the stone Baraka back to your workshop.

“I’m sorry! I’m so sorry! Sorry! I’ll get you fixed up, don’t worry!”

The reader has Dominos powers, which is luck. It basically means everything always works out for her. Also lowers the luck of everyone else around her. It’ll make more sense as we continue. (I think fsfghee and I should just get married at this point cause how am I always picking their gifs?)

He is both grateful and irritated by your power

Honestly I can see him not even seeing “luck” as a power when you first tell him

But on a mission you say you should both make a detour, and the second he decides to humor you, the hall you would’ve been in blows up

Man I am on a roll these days!

I love this doll base for the lmk characters, I actually drew some designs for the other lmk characters in this base in a notebook and as much as I would like to post them, Idk if that'll be any time soon.

I know in the show, Mk's headband is his signature. Even since childhood, I get that but I also saw a design of kid MK with him without the headband and fell in love.

Also he has light up sketchers. Cause why not.

It was a lot of fun doing the crayon drawings and seems like red and yellow are our lil prince's favorite colors, though it was a bit difficult to do them on such a small scale and at a slanted angle.

Looking back, I do wish I made the toys a little more scuffed up cause while I do believe Pigsy would buy some toys and new clothes for his son the kid but I do love the idea that many of MK's old toys were hand me downs or at least second handed from Pigsy's past or even any cousins giving old toys or heck. Maybe some of Tang's university students found out their teacher has a new kid and give some old stuff to help out since Mk is a sweet kid and his appearance was quite spontaneous.

Perhaps that doll is a clone Wukong placed to keep an extra eye on the boy

BTW that love heart is NOT romantic in any way you creeps. Like how a child loves a toy, there is nothing weird happening here.

MK1 Lin Kuei headcannons (Cute childhood edition)

Bi-Han

As a child, he was a big fiction reader. Sci-fi, mystery, there was nothing he didn't read. Non-fiction he saved purely for his studies- it bored him completely any other time.

He wasn't one for animal companionship, but he did have an exception as a child - the Lin Kuei temples had quite a few stray cats. He got quite attached to them, feeding and caring for them frequently. In return, he got lots of impromptu snuggles from them during meditation sessions.

A favourite past-time hobby of his was carving from wood. He could spend hours at his desk working away on a project. Statues of dragons and mythical creatures from the books he read all sit on a shelf in his room, handmade by him. He treasures them all dearly.

Though not a favourite hobby of his, he did take up knitting at one point, after watching his mother. He was never good at it, but he did enjoy it. He kept stacks of random wool in his room because of this.

Speaking of his mother, Bi-Han was a complete mama's boy as a child. His mother was his go-to for all things advice. He loved her dearly.

Kuai Liang

He loved cooking as a kid- mostly the eating part, but he enjoyed the satisfaction of making his own dish, just how he wanted it. He was, and still is, a massive fan of spicy food. If he can still feel his tongue, it isn't spicy enough.

He had a fascination with wildlife growing up- especially inverts like scorpions and tarantulas. He kept many in his room as a hobby over the years. As a child, he could spew fact upon fact about each creature like a crazy man, going on for literal hours if you let him.

His favourite animal he ever kept was an Emperor scorpion. He let Tomas name him, which resulted in the abomination that is Sprinkles Jr. Despite her awful name, Kuai loved and cared for her well.

Had very little patience for a lot of things as a kid compared to his adult self. He always had to be on the move, doing something he deemed fun or exciting, rather than things that were demanded of him- for example, studying or meditating. He tried, of course, but he struggled with it for the longest time until eventually he cooled down with age.

Total daddy's boy. Absolutely adored his father growing up, and strongly idolised him. He still does as an adult.

Tomas

His native tongue is Czech, but as a child he knew bits of Russian and German. He also knew bits and pieces of English, though not nearly as well. He joined the family not knowing Chinese at all, and had to be taught. Luckily, he picked it up fairly quickly.

His favourite animal as a child were foxes. He also adored big, goofy dogs- the fluffier the better.

Most of his childhood clothes (before his grey clothing choice was finalised) were hand-me-downs from his older brothers. This meant, for a long while, Tomas wandered around in a weird dual mix of old, faded blues and yellows.

The first trick he ever learnt with his smoke magic was how to levitate, though it was an accident and out of his control, for the most part. He used to freak both Kuai Liang and Bi-Han out by randomly floating upwards sometimes, or, even worse, randomly falling out of the sky, leading to one of them having to run and catch him.

He was a mama's boy as a kid, with both his blood mother and adoptive mother. He loves them both dearly.

Bi Han/Sareena Headcannon

[Reposting content from my old account so most of you have probably read these before, if not then enjoy. Also this is not MK1 Bi Han and Sareena.]

Their relationship is the first long term relationship they’ve both been in, so everything is really new for both of them.

They both have very opposite ideas of how they want to spend date night. Bi Han would rather stay in, make dinner, watch a movie, and overall just have a nice peaceful night. Sareena wants to go out and see everything. Go to every new restaurant, attend every concert, see every movie in theaters. She just wants to be out and experiencing new things. Due to this they just end up just switching who gets to pick what they’ll do for date night since they can’t really agree on anything.

Bi Han was never a “morning person” or a “night owl” before meeting Sareena, he was a “sleep when I’m not in direct danger and don’t have work to do” kind of person. That wasn’t flying with Sareena. She pretty much makes him have a semi-normal sleep schedule and some mornings she even gets him to sleep in (Kuai Liang can handle whatever needs to be done. It’s fine.). She can and will literally drag him to bed if he argues with her about it. Although when Bi Han is on a mission his sleep schedule is still sporadic, but he’s a lot better about it then he used to be.

I have a headcannon that the MK demons have warmer bodies than humans do and also are stronger than humans. Which means when Sareena wants cuddles, there’s pretty much no escape for Bi Han (not that he really wants to). Plus since she’s naturally really warm, Bi Han being really cold doesn’t bother her.

When Sareena is still new to Earthrealm she has a LOT of questions, and Bi Han willingly answers every single one of them. Anything she wants to know, from silly questions, to ideological questions, to questions about the meaning of the universe. He answers them as best he can and never complains about it once. Even after learning about the internet (Johnny’s fault) she’d still ask Bi Han whatever she wanted to know before Googling anything. Mainly because she likes to listen to him talk, but she’d never tell him.

Everyone thinks Bi Han is the big protective one, but if something ever happens to him Sareena will very quickly remind everyone what exactly she is. She will rip them apart.

Let me share a SpicyNoodle headcannon that I have so I can get it out of my head and do art.

Headcannon that the reason Redson hates physically contact so much is that his fire has ruined almost any contact he's made with people.

His parents had to put him down when he was little because his giggles would cause him to burst into flame.

He couldn't never play with his Uncle's Monkies because when they would try and play with him he would burn their hands and they would get upset.

Nezha would get frustrated with his fire burning his equipment and important papers.

He could never play with other kids because of his fire.

When he was older people would stay away from him because his hair could catch flame any minute.
