Rhoda's priorities strike again!

One of my favourite things about their dynamic is how different yet similar her and Miles are to each other. They're both rather serious characters who put their dedication to their respective work above all else. Given that, it's all the more fascinating that their banter is so incredibly entertaining! You'd think it'b be boring with two "serious" characters but they're both just the right amount of weird in the right circumstances that they play off of each other perfectly. It's a pretty unique dynamic as far as player-assistant pairs are concerned which is another reason why I think Rhoda would make for a great (and unique) official assistant.

Hello! Can I request a sequel to child investigator reader? With Shi-Long Lang and Miles Edgeworth.

During the investigation at Gatewater Land, Reader refuses to investigate under Lang's command. She stubbornly says : " I am Mister Edgeworth's personal assistant, I only obey him. And I am not your pup!"

Shi-Long Lang found her determination cute, but the fact that she lost her way in the park all the time problematic... He wonders if she's really this bad at orientation or if she does it on purpose to cross paths with Edgeworth and help his investigations instead. (Spoiler : it is both)

When Shi-Long arrived to investigate, he expected that the local police would not give him much trouble, but he was genuinely surprised when Miles Edgeworth introduced you to him. At first he thought you were his daughter or younger sister, but you turned out to be one of the police detectives Shi-Long had to work with. He was surprised that such a young girl would work with him and was going to approach with full responsibility to make sure that you would not get into trouble, because he quickly realized that Edgeworth was worried about you

You didn't stay silent for a long time and directly told him that you didn't want to work with him. You were not concerned that your refusal could affect your future work in the police, you claimed that you were Mr. Edgeworth's personal assistant and that you were not going to obey him. When your indignation went over the edge, you in a fit of emotion told him that you were not his puppy and went to another part of the park. Shi-Long wasn't mad at you, he understood that it was hard for you to get used to the temporary superiors. However, he got worried when you didn't come back and went looking for you. He was sure that you would go to Edgeworth, but when he said that you didn't come Shi-Long saw the panic in the prosecutor's eyes

As it turned out, you were constantly lost and it was dangerous to leave you unattended in such a large park. They were both looking for you in the park, but even when they found you, you didn't admit that you were lost. Despite the fact that you didn't want to work with Shi-Long, you wanted to help with the investigation, even though you couldn't work with Edgeworth. Shi-Long thought your determination was cute, but something bothered him, namely that you were constantly lost in the park

The fact that you were constantly getting lost caused him problems, but there were some things he couldn't understand. He didn't understand if you were really so bad at navigating the terrain or if you were trying to meet Edgeworth in this way to help him with the investigation. He understood that if he asked you directly about it, he wouldn't get an answer, so he just tried to look after you so that you wouldn't get lost and get into trouble. He doubted that you could stand up for yourself, so he tried not to let you be threatened

Working with you, he began to understand why the prosecutor valued you so much. You really were a good detective and a good person. Despite some stubbornness, you worked together. You were hoping that Edgeworth was able to make progress in his investigation, too. Even though you understood that Shi-Long was not to blame for anything in front of you, but it was still difficult for you to accept that you had to work with him. He understood this, but hoped that by the end of your temporary cooperation you would be able to find a common language
