I will die on this hill until the manga says otherwise. Midoriya’s arms are not better, and rewind didn’t go all the way back to before decay started. They may be permanently damaged.

Look at after rewind has stopped doing its thing. His arms are deeply bruised and scarred, and look at the wiggle lines as he checks out the shirt- lifting them is making them shake

In the hospital scene he says he is starting to be able to ‘feel’ them again, but doesn’t move them once, not even when he’s surprised by Kacchan.

Look at the end of 424 with his wrists- those scars are larger than his previous scars. There’s another version of this picture I can’t find now where both wrists are visible and both are very scarred. Notice how they are at his side?

Look at the grad ceremony under the conveniently placed speech bubble- scarring all the way up his fingers now, and the arm just sort of flopped.

Only kid besides Bakugo without his hands visible here, and he’s even stiffer than Iida when walking.

Look, not saying he’s completely paralyzed, but his arms are NOT better.

Everything Izuku wanted to hear in Chapter 1, he gets in 422. All Might said during the Iron Might fight that yes, the quirkless can be heroes, but here he is going a step further and saying Izuku is his personal greatest hero. Likewise, Inko has cheered for Izuku before, but always with a tinge of worry. Here she’s screaming at him to do his best, just like everyone else.

Like finally we have Izuku's rising and not only that there are some very cool moments like everyone supporting Deku and AM saying Deku became the greatest hero ever!!!! Aaahhhhhh!!!!! And also....

So, we currently have 4 "Rising" chapter:

Chapter 1 Izuku Midoriya: Origin — Chapter 422 Izuku Midoriya: Rising;

Chapter 62 Katsuki Bakugo: Origin — Chapter 285 Katsuki Bakugo: Rising;

Chapter 39 Shoto Todoroki: Origin — Chapter 390 Shoto Todoroki: Rising;

Chapter 398 Toshinori Yagi: Rising/Origin.

Although it also had a chapter 63 called Yaoyorozu: Rising, but it's not exactly the same. We never see her Origin, and she doesn't play that big of a role in the plot overall. Horikoshi didn't even write her full name in the chapter, just her last name.

But you know who hasn't gotten their "Rising" chapter yet?

We also have Chapter 237 Tomura Shigaraki: Origin, but I think it's related to the Chapter 222 Tomura Shigaraki: Distortion. Tomura Shigaraki is a person who was created and destroyed by AFO, so Rising is hardly possible for him in principle. So instead of Rising he got Distortion. On the other hand, Tenko Shimura...

I expect we'll get another Rising.
