23 in 2023: March edition! Made 2 recipes (one isn't quite "new" as resurrected) - Totdish (@jmillwrites ) and fruit salad! My book for March is Star Trek Strange New Worlds: the High Country. I am a truly slow reader as I've gotten older šŸ˜­šŸ˜­ but it is really good and I'm excited to see how it unfolds to the end!!! New movies have included 65 (Adam Driver šŸ˜šŸ˜) and The Boston Strangler (@dastmalchian šŸ”„) And new music (new and old haha) by @philwickham has captivated me this month. Can't wait to see him in May with my mom!!! Less than 2 months left in Colorado. I am ALMOST living out of boxes (give me like, another 2 weekends...) and the anxiety is at an ALL time high. DAY II: THE RECOVERY MANIFESTO (redux)Ā

DAY 2
-I woke up startled at 6 am having NO idea where I was.Ā  -I then realized and proceeded to have a panic attack -Hopped in the shower: half panicking. half crying & the rest chanting šŸ˜­ -I then did my spiritual practices in order to cleanse & purify my space.Ā  - I was late to not only breakfast but lunch too. šŸ˜³ (lack of diligence with my time was never really my strong point..
I run off Daniella time -ā€˜and my mantra is- ā€œtime doesnā€™t exist, clocks existā€ is my general unmedicated ADHD answer to living lifeĀ  - I was put on a new medication that allegedly treats both PTSD & ADHD šŸ˜®šŸ˜®šŸ˜® (itā€™s a nighttime med; meaning I took it at 9pm Tuesday evening).Ā  - met my doctor, who seems really wonderful (unlike the idiot I had at the last clinic). *knock on wood*Ā  - was told off for going outside my ā€œAreaā€ to get some sticky date pudding (I didnā€™t know i wasnā€™t allowed in the dining room!)Ā  - also had my blood test and ECG doneĀ  - met a few people.. -ate meat for dinner (my anemia is even worse than beforeĀ
