He loves horses, and was very fond of riding when he was a highwayman. Since his death, horses tend to spook at his presence so he doesn't interact much with them, preferring to act as though he doesn't care for any wildlife. Conversely, he hates dogs.

💬 - What are some filler/buffer words they use? (Like, um, etc.)

Nate's pretty economical with his words and doesn't tend to buffer or fill much when he speaks.

This needs more extensive testing 👀 Generally being the proud bastard he is he won't let anyone see he gets flustered by any pet names (but in the right context with the right people he might react well to certain ones >:))

Considering she hasn't much money, anything better than usual ship-board fare is considered delicious. She's particularly fond of cheese and sweeter fruit, wine and coffee.

Getting on her good side really only requires a good sense of humour and some respect. She appreciates small acts of service (i.e getting her an extra layer when it's cold), and, of course, a little cheekiness/rule-bending on her behalf.

☂️ - How do they feel about rain?

Ambivilent-to-enjoyment, as long as the rain's not ruining anything she wants to do/making work difficult. She's fond of water and not too worried about the cold in the Carribbean, and isn't fussed about getting wet. The sound of rain is also especially soothing to her.

I feel like I've complained about Tim's email situation in Gotham Knights before (edit: I have), but the truth of it is just so funny.

3. What is your OC’s fatal flaw? Are they aware of this flaw?

Jade struggles to trust, often putting herself in so many places to try and protect herself without committing either way that she ends up more isolated than before and without a support system to rely on. She also has a habit of speaking without filter when scared or anxious, often lying or acting with hubris.

She's self-aware enough to know she has these flaws, but not to the degree that she works on it, so the cycle continues.

Nate:

16. What is your OC’s pain tolerance like?

Pretty high. He's a bit of a drama queen about smaller things and will fuss over minor nicks or splinters (especially if he has an audience/someone responsible), but when it comes to larger sustained injuries or chronic pains he'd rather grit his teeth and fight through it. Considering he can't be killed by conventional means any longer, he's taken lethal blows and had to merely wait out the healing: it's left him with an entirely new perception of pain.

Silver's another matter. Hurt him with silver, no matter how small the amount, and if it's pure enough the pain will be excruciating.
