Shout out to people who are fans and enjoyers of hated media. Stuff people make 8 hour video essays on why it’s bad, shows or games or whatever that people dunk on to the point where it’s basically a trend even if they never interacted with said media. Bands or movies where people who have only heard of it will make judgement after hearing someone talk about their interest.

I love the idea that a nation's accent changes depending on what region they're in. Like plop America down south and give him a few months. Soon, he'll be gliding his vowels and merging pin-pen to sound the same.

Does it happen gradually, or does he switch mid-sentence like a voice crack? The former makes more logical sense, but the latter is more comedic.

Oh imagine if England had a Scouse accent. That makes me wonder if he's not allowed to stay in certain regions for too long because his boss wants him to sound "posh". I imagine America's boss is more lenient because he can't control him as much, but he probably faces the same attitude. Just let my guy have a southern accent :(

If you had the possibility what would you change in China's character?

Well, I would first probably make his character just less japan-centric overall 😂😂 Like that backstory of Japan being found and raised by China? Nah, I would nix that immediately.

I'd also just give China more of a fiery temper and sharper tongue, to match the irl Chinese people I know (why are we all so short-tempered all the time omg) and also, not make him the main nation (out of the Allies+Axis) that gets weirdly and specifically humiliated with him not really fighting back about it beyond making a few embarrassed comments about it???

💗 TELL ME A PIECE OF YOUR HISTORY by cultureandseptember is literally the best media fic in the fandom. I'm not really a fan of the "nations were a top secret before being declassified" trope, but this shit is so good. It's actually the thing that ended up inspiring me to make in-universe posts.

📝I don't know because I don't really focus on individual quotes. I have favorite funny quotes like "meanwhile in Chigaco" from that Danny x Drew fic 🤣

🤔I prefer fics on the shorter side. I don't really like reading long +100k fics, though I will if the story is good enough. I'm just not that patient lol. But I don't like oneshots that are too long and could've been split into like two or three chapters.
