So we made it to 80 hours and I have decided to reward myself!!
Weight check -
Start of fast - 237
End of fast - 229.8
Meal diary:
2 organic eggs sunny side up with 1 tsp of olive oil- 70 cal each egg and 40 cal for the olive oil
1 cup of 1% milk: 100cal
Total : 280 cal :)
*note - dont do an 80 hour fast unless you have done smaller fasts before. I would work up from 12hr - 18hr - 24hr - 48hr - then after that you can pretty much do whatever. Also, drink LOTS of water. Aroujd the 60 hr i got very nauseous and ate one stick of gum (5cal) and that helped a little. Just be careful <3
