You can actually make healthy whipped cream from them. You can also replace eggs with the juice, usijg it as a binder. The best thing is, if you like hummus, make some good ole tasty hummus. You can use hemp seeds and nuts and add it to a smoothie. With walnuts you can make walnut meat ( delicious) and you can make cheese with any of these nuts as well.
