sorta in weird terms its like..a step more than friendship but not romantic

LIKEEE FOR EXAMPLE two friends being sorta close, they kiss, they hug, they cuddle and they are close sorta like that and could say they lobe eachother- BUTTT BUTTT they dint really like eachother like romantic partners!!
