I wonder if the Chaos Gods would be more feminine/androgynous if Khorne wasn't strongest + actively persecuting anything he deemed as "Soft"...
#đ€đ€đ€#as we know#masculinity is self maintaining#definitely feel like Tzeentch was more of an 'it' before Khorne came along#nurgle has one canon feminine aspect and his love has been likened to a mother babying her children to the point of dependency#then we've got slaanesh...appears as male most of the time but his aesthetic is undeniably femme leaning#and beautiful (as opposed to handsome)#something tells me if slaanesh appeared/identified more as female to go along with the rest of his portfolio#khorne wouldn't give a shit as much as he does#ooc#/kinda silly for a chaos god to be phobic the same way a human is but here we are/

I love Thuggory he exists to be cool and hype up Hiccup, everyone goes âwow, Thuggory, heâs everything a Vikingâs son should be, heâs strong, charismatic, and leaderlyâ and he immediately turns around and says âOKAY EVERYONE, WEâRE LISTENING TO HICCUP NOW.â
#heâs there for like five scenes in three books but i stg I love him#so much#yâall remember when he brushed off a rock for hiccup to sit on while he problem solved?#thereâs something to say about his modern Viking masculinity#how it reflects a readiness for mass cultural change among his and hiccupâs generation#in the way that he recognizes the value of Hiccupâs contributions and knows when to let someone else#even someone who isnât at first glance the best choice#take charge#thuggery could have stayed quiet at any point and maintained the status quo but despite that and despite his position of privilege#he yelled at everyone in book 1 to shut up and let hiccup think#when hiccup and Valhalarama were at the prison and calling for supporters#thuggery was the first person to step forward#and importantlyâhe had the privilege to! he was important to the revolution because he was popular and had social influence!#he was the ideal Viking youth so if he supports hiccup everyone else should too!#in my fire metaphor heâs like tinderâonly requiring hiccupâs spark to set him to change#and when he joins the whole prison sets itself ablaze#and againâhes someone willing to give up his privilege to do the right thing (support the weak and unwanted)#Iâd say he probably recognizes the flaws in viking society and is ready for things to change#even if he isnât entirely sure how. he just knows things should be different#he lets someone with better ideas step forward and take command content to back them up in self-recognition of his weak points#and demonstrating a humility not often seen in the Viking parents#am I ridiculous for typing all this out? yes#but in a story about revolution I think itâs work it to analyze the pieces and players#if thuggery has no fans Iâm dead#httyd books#Thuggory the meathead#Thuggory#my post#I misspelled his name many times but Iâm not going back to fix it!

not a kimharry shipper like I think they should kiss but a kimharry shipper like I think they'd have a weird relationship fraught with homoerotic tension and repression that comes out in weird convoluted ways up to and including self sacrifice. like the weird dynamic the two dudes in the talented mr ripley had. or the dudes in gattaca
#i know kim knows hes gay but its not just that its also about like#the lack of vulnerability. maintaining composure. its about the one cig a day#its about how kims version of dealing with his problems is just 'processing' them enough he can move on and not mention it#it's also about desperation and harrys thing with imprinting and self destruction and wanting too much but only the wrong things#and also about like... masculinity ans intricate rituals and. do you get it

It remains wild to me that your, in my opinion, quite compassionate stance of "if the presence of someone you think is masculine triggers you, you deserve support in a manner that can help minimize the lasting effects and allow you to interact with the world instead of forcibly shutting out anyone who might trigger you in self-inflicted isolation" is being met with such resistance.
honestly it doesnât really surprise me. much of the modern feminist movement and even many trans spaces are very invested in maintaining a solid gender binary, even if that binary isnât âmale man and female woman.â amab/afab, femme presenting/masc presenting, femme identifying/masc identifying, man/nonman, itâs all just a recreation of âyou look like youâre supposed to fill this societal role so if you step outside of that youâll be punished.â which is not and will never be liberatory for marginalized people.

there was a lot of mistakes made in the live action but the worst one without reservation was that the creators did not understand patriarchy and they did not understand women's liberation outside of an american context ( or any context if we're being honest )
it's easy to see on a surface level how that fucked up katara's whole character how she wasn't allowed to have her character defining moments how she wasn't allowed to be angry or even excited or impulsive but i think it doesn't really become clear how deeply wrong the show's conception of gender & patriarchy is (and the implications for the political landscape of the show) until you get into how they destroyed sokka's character too
sokka's whole Complex is born of patriarchy. i'm not trying to do men's rights advocacy here but in my experience when a people is under constant threat, constant assault, constant violence (much of which is gendered) and the traditional "protectors" or "providers" of that people are men, the masculine role becomes protecting women and children. i am not saying this is a good thing or a bad thing but it is true the narrative of violent resistance is overwhelmingly about men. to be a man in a time & place like this means fighting to protect your women, & to die for them is honorable. that is where sokka gets this idea that he has to be a warrior & he has to fight & if necessary die for katara & the rest of the tribe. it's about duty. everyone has a part to play, a role to fill
everyone including women! which is the other half of this. the duty of women is to keep up the home, to maintain a country worth fighting & dying for, to raise children so that the community can have a future. it becomes especially obvious in the context of the show when you see how the nwt lives & in specific how yue lives and dies.
many women participate in patriarchy. many colonized women participate in patriarchy. most of my family comes from or still lives in a country completely devastated by colonialism & its aftereffects & many women in my family believe wholeheartedly in the idea that everyone in the house has a role to play. it's not because these women are stupid or they hate themselves. but when you grow up believing that men & women are fundamentally different, and seeing that women are in specific danger because of their gender, it actually makes a lot of sense to expect the men in your family to protect you, and to raise your sons that way.
in practice that means that men aren't really expected to do anything around the house, especially when there's no actual danger. my aunt literally 2 days ago told me this lol like she doesn't make her sons do anything bc she wants to let their lives be easy before they have to go out into the world & take care of their wives & children.
what does women's liberation look like when an entire community is under threat? colonized women have been dealing with this question as long as colonialism has existed. the writers of this show don't even pretend to understand the question, much less to formulate a thoughtful response to it. they just say oh, well, katara, yue, & suki are all the exact same type of liberated girlboss for whom patriarchy is no significant obstacle.
which brings us back to sokka lol. sokka, at the beginning of the show, has completely subscribed to patriarchy, has integrated it into his sense of self. he has a lot of flaws, but he also has a lot of really good traits. his bravery, sense of honor, loyalty, work ethic, selflessness, all of this came from him striving to be a good man. he would die to protect katara, because she's his sister. he also has her wash his socks & mend his clothes, because she's his sister. even after he meets suki, humbles himself, & expands his view of the role a woman can play, he doesn't completely disengage from patriarchy. at the end of the day he believes in his soul that a good man's duty is to fight & if necessary die for his people, & that's exactly his plan. this is a very real psychic burden. pre-aang, it's also largely fictional & completely ridiculous. we're SUPPOSED to think it's ridiculous. he's spending his time training babies & working on his little watchtower. the swt hasn't been attacked since their mother was killed because it has been completely stripped of all value or danger it once held for the fire nation, & everybody knows this. there is very little "men's work" left, aside from hunting & fishing, which is so damaging to sokka's self image he resorts to toddler bootcamp to feel useful. the contradiction here is comical. it's also completely devastating. that's supposed to be the fucking POINTTTT like colonialism & patriarchy convinces this young boy he needs to be a soldier & die for his family. & you know what he does? He acts like a young boy about it. they didn't just leave this unexplored in the remake they completely changed the circumstances to 1. make sokka incompetent for some reason 2. make his "preparations" seem less ridiculous. Which ruins the whole character. Possibly the whole show.
all this makes the writing of katara & the other women infinitely more offensive to me. katara is a good character because she believes in revolution. she wants to liberate her people from imperialism, & she wants to liberate women from colonial gendered violence, traditional patriarchy in her own culture, & the complicated ways those things interact. it is LITERALLY the first thing you're supposed to learn about her. she's the PERFECT vehicle to address the question of women's liberation under colonialism. one of the things i was most looking forward to seeing in this show was how labor is distributed in a place where almost everything that needs to get done is "women's work" & how it affects katara & sokka's day to day relationship when their lives weren't at risk constantly. what actually are her responsibilities every day, & how do they compare to sokka's? how does her grandmother enforce these traditions with katara & sokka, & how is that informed by her own experiences in the nwt? what does patriarchy look like in a tribe made up of mostly women & children? it's so important to who katara is & what she believes! but why bother exploring any of that when u could instead make her a shein model who has nothing in common with the source material except her hairstyle lol.
yue is actually even worse to me bc yue is supposed to be sokka's counterpart. she's supposed to show you how destructive it is for women specifically to internalize this gendered duty so completely. it sucks for sokka, but he is a man & thus his prescribed role gives him some agency. yue's role affords her no agency whatsoever, & this is the POINT. to make her someone who's allowed to break things off with her fiance if she likes, who sneaks off to do what she wants when she's feeling stressed, whose will is respected as a monarch, like what is even the point of yue anymore? in the original the whole reason she was even allowed to spend time with sokka was because her father knew she was with a trustworthy boy. her story completely loses all significance when the dimension of patriarchy is removed from it. the crux of her whole story is that she is not just a princess but the literal & spiritual representation of the motherland. that's what women are supposed to represent during wartime, at the cost of their own sense of self. in order to fulfill her duty to her people she gives her life to them in every single way that matters.
it's just so unbelievably frustrating (and WRONG) that the only types of characters for these writers are "soulless misogynistic fuck" and "liberated american-style feminist." there's no nuance at all! they don't bother exploring how real love manifests in patriarchal communities, & how patriarchy defines the limits of that love. or how for so many of these people their idea of goodness, morality, & honor is gendered. or how imperialism affects not just individuals but entire cultures & their conceptions of gender. but why do any actual work when you could completely change sokka & katara's general demeanors, their entire personalities, & their roles in the tribe so you can dodge any & all nuance
Anyways. in conclusion. it was bad

No One Has To Know What We Do
jegulus | 18+ | 5,602 words | kinktober submission
@jeguluskinktoberr day 26 - mirror sex
Regulus has worked his entire life to earn a spot at Juilliard in their ballet program, but one day he's late to class and is forced to teach the Columbia football team their monthly ballet lesson. Enter James Potter: handsome, cocky, and annoying. Obviously, Regulus hates him immediately and can't resist his charm.
OR
Regulus and James hook up in the ballet studio after class and make a mess of the mirror (and each other).
This fic was written specifically for Jegulus Kinktober 2024 and contains the following prompts:
cunnilingus/deep throating, marking, impact play, semi-public sex, punishments, praise kink, mirror sex, breathplay
entire fic after the break or read on ao3, minors: dni
Regulus had never been late to class in his entire life. In fact, he typically showed up at least a half hour early to warm up, stretch, and make sure that he always got his favorite spot at the barre. Ballet was a wonderful discipline and he prided himself on being the most disciplined. He was never, ever late. Thatâs part of what had earned him his spot here in the first place. Very few people made it to the college level for ballet, let alone men. Nevermind Juilliard. He had goals, namely to be a part of the NYC Ballet Company and perform until he physically couldnât anymore.
And so, the fact that he was running late today felt so unreal, it was like an out-of-body experience. Of course every single thing that could have gone wrong did go wrong and as he entered the room huffing out of breath with everyone staring at him, he knew that he was in for the worst class of his life.
âLovely of you to join us, Regulus. I was just telling everyone who arrived on time that the studio will be closed to private practices this evening to allow the Columbia football team to have their monthly lesson,â his instructor explained as he set his belongings down on the floor in the corner and made his way to the barre. Thankfully, his spot was empty. Dancers were creatures of habit after all. âI was going to ask for a volunteer to stay tonight and teach their lesson, but since youâre late, I believe you should have the energy to stay late today.â
Fuck. Of course the only time he was late he would get saddled with teaching the football jocks. It was well known that none of them took their lessons seriously.
âOf course, Iâd be happy to stay,â he said instead of voicing his honest thoughts. Heâd rather drown himself than stay late for people who didnât even respect the work they did, but saying no wasnât exactly an option if he wanted to maintain his instructor's respect.
***
As the football team filed into the studio, Regulus felt more nervous and exposed than he expected. Growing up, he always knew he was a man. He started testosterone the moment he turned eighteen, despite his parents disowning him for it and in his everyday life he never thought about âpassingâ anymore. He rarely, if ever, experienced dysphoria anymore. No one he knew before transitioning went to university with him and really the only person who knew and he saw regularly was his older brother, Sirius. Despite all of that, being surrounded by muscular and extremely masculine men had him questioning his ability to 'pass' for the first time in a long time. Every guy who walked in made him feel more and more self conscious. His body was toned and muscular, he couldnât dance for hours on end if he wasnât fit, but where he was all lithe limbs and grace, these men were bulky muscles, sharp jawlines, and reminded him of the picture-perfect portrayal of masculinity.Â
âPlease spread yourselves out on the barre along the wall and stretch while we wait for everyone to arrive,â Regulus announced. He heard murmurings of jokes and complaints but didn't deign them important enough to respond. He scrolled through the music app on his phone, searching for his preferred playlist that he listened to for warmups when he was alone. He hoped that it worked well enough for the class today, but figured that the jocks in the room wouldnât notice if it didnât anyway. As he connected his phone to the bluetooth speaker in the studio, a man with dark, messy hair and richly tanned skin ambled into the studio. The manâs warm brown eyes crinkled behind golden framed glasses as he laughed loudly at something one of his teammates said as they came into the studio together, not caring about the etiquette of staying quiet in the studio to avoid disruptions.
Regulus hated him immediately.
The two men shoved at each other a bit before Regulus cleared his throat. The two of them froze and looked at him, the one wearing glasses raking his eyes up and down Regulusâ body. âThereâs a time and place for⊠whatever it is youâre doing,â Regulus snapped at them. âThis is neither. Please, take a spot at the barre so we can get class started. Might I remind you that this is a requirement for your training and your coach relies on my feedback to know whether or not you're participating properly.â
They went completely stone-faced and found their ways to the barre at Regulus' scolding, clearly wanting to make sure that they didn't need to repeat this lesson in order to continue to be a part of the team. Regulus went through the motions of showing the team a very basic combination to start and pressed play on the music. âFive, six, seven, eight,â he counted out and led the class into their warmup. Once he was sure that they had the basic combination down, he began making his rounds down the barre, offering subtle corrections and moving their bodies as needed. When Regulus made his way to the man with the golden skin and messy hair, he placed his hands on his hips and adjusted him properly.
âAt least ask my name first, love,â the man joked, his eyes crinkling in that annoyingly cute way as he smiled wide.Â
âDoes it matter? Neither of us wants to be here,â Regulus retorted.
âAw, câmon. You donât know that.â He tilted his hips again and Regulus swore it was intentional. âMy nameâs James, by the way.â
âJames, you know what I want you to do?â Regulus asked as he corrected his hips again.
âWhatâs that, love?â
âShut up and hold your hips properly.â
James hummed and looked as though heâs deep in thought for a moment before he replied. âIâd prefer if you held them, I think.âÂ
His teammate behind him at the barre stifled a laugh and looked away quickly when Regulus glared at him. Regulus groaned in annoyance and walked away, figuring that ignoring him was the better option for class to be able to continue with as few disruptions as possible.
After what Regulus swore was the longest hour of his life, he dismissed the class and informed them that he would be emailing their coach to confirm that they all completed the class and to schedule their time for the following month. The men all nodded and said their thanks as they grabbed their belongings and shuffled out the door. All except for one. When only Regulus and James remained in the studio, Regulus walked over to his bag on the floor and pulled on his oversized sweater and baggy sweatpants. He sat on the floor and peeled his black ballet shoes off his feet while watching James standing in the middle of the studio. His entire life heâd been under a microscope, having his body analyzed and critiqued for every slight imperfection, but heâd never felt more heavily scrutinized than while James was staring at him alone in this space.Â
âYou can leave now,â Regulus snapped. After ten hours in the studio, he was ready to leave and he didnât want to entertain this immature man any longer than he had to.
âI justâ You never told me your name.â
âThat was intentional.â
James stepped closer to him and while normally being alone with a man like this might make him uncomfortable, Regulus couldnât help but feel drawn to everything about him, his casual confidence pulling him in. If they were in different circumstances and had met in a more controlled setting where Regulus could make sure that he was cool with the fact that he was trans before any flirting happened, Regulus might have even wanted to date this annoying man. Or at least fuck him. He hated James for it.
âAre you really gonna make me beg? Iâm not above getting on my knees, you know.â
Fucking hell, this guy.
âRegulus.â
The corner of Jamesâ mouth quirked up in a smirk and he took another step closer. âRegulus,â he said in a way that made his name sound like sin. âIâve never met anyone named Regulus before. A unique name for a unique beauty.â
Regulus scoffed as he stood, grabbing his bag and slipping on his slides as he tried to step around James. âThanks. Picked it out myself. Are you done? Iâd like to go home now.â
âPicked it outâ oh, thatâs cool.â James stepped into his path and walked backwards as Regulus continued walking towards the door as if James wasn't even there. When they reached the door, James pressed his back to it and smiled down at him. âLook, Iâm gonna be really honest with you, I think youâre hot.â
Regulus glared at him in response, crossing his arms and pushing his weight into one hip. He said nothing while James seemed to squirm under his cold eyes before continuing on.
âI, uh, I donât date,â James explained. âToo busy between football, school, friends, and work. Feels rude to demand someoneâs attention when I canât give them mine.â
âI have a hard time believing you care about being rude.â
âSays the meanest guy Iâve ever met, I mean, fuck. You didnât even give me a chance toâ anyway, youâre hot. For some reason, I think Iâm into the whole mean thing. Weâre here all alone and Iâm sure youâre the one with the keys to lock up.â
âAre you trying to hook up with me?â Regulus raised an eyebrow in question.
âAre you flattered?â
âNo.â
âOh, come on,â James whined as he banged his head on the door behind him. âHave you ever had a hot quarterback want to fuck you in the dance studio? You canât honestly tell me you didnât think about it at all during that class. You had us all bent over, for fuckâs sake.â
âThis is a learning environment,â Regulus replied. âIâm a professional, you know.â He refused to admit that he absolutely was staring at Jamesâ ass every time he passed by, but now he wondered if the man had seen him in the mirrors lining the walls.
âPlease, youâre not as subtle as you think.â
Regulusâ cheeks turned pink at that and he felt the blush all the way to his ears.
âIâll move so we can both go home if you can honestly tell me that you donât want to hook up. But I have a feeling that you want this as badly as I do.â
The silence that stretched between them was charged with desire. As much as he hated the guy, Regulus wanted James so badly it hurt. But he was also terrified of, well, everything. Being a gay trans man came with a lot of disclaimers beforehand, in his experience. He tried to hint at the fact that he was trans earlier and James said he was cool, but did he really know what he was getting himself into by continuing to hit on Regulus? If he told James outright, would he be safe here alone with him?Â
Regulus let out a shaky breath before he spoke again. âIâ I donât usually hook up like this.â
âItâs fine, it can stay between us.â
Oh, why did that hurt? Why didnât he want to be kept as a dirty little secret? What was it about James that made him⊠want? Heâd never wanted anyone like this before.Â
âItâs not that, Itâsâ Iâm trans.â
âOkay?â Jamesâ eyebrows knit together in confusion. âDon't take this the wrong way, but Iâm not sure why that matters?â
Regulus gaped at him, unsure how to even respond to the confusing man before him.
âI think youâre hot,â James continued, saving Regulus from having to formulate a response. âIâm pretty sure you think Iâm hot, though you havenât admitted it. If I was a more self conscious man, I might feel a bit inadequate if Iâm honest. Weâre young and we have this place to ourselves for the night. Iâm clean too, if you were wondering.â
âIâm clean,â Regulus responded without processing the rest of what James just said.Â
James smiled at that. âSo?â
âSo?â
âYou want to go home or can I kiss you already?â
Regulus dropped his bag on the floor next to him with a loud thud and crashed his lips onto Jamesâ, crowding his body against the door. Their first kiss was a cruel thing, the building energy between them finally boiling over into something physical. Jamesâ arms wrapped around Regulus, one snaking down to his lower back and the other gripping the nape of his neck. When Regulus brushed his tongue along the seam of Jamesâ lips, he opened for him and Regulus allowed himself to indulge in exploring Jamesâ mouth.
Regulus reached a hand down towards the knob of the studio door near Jamesâ hip and clicked the lock in place while they continued kissing. He felt James smirk against his mouth and pulled back, glaring at the taller man he had pinned against the wall with his body.
âWhat?â Regulus snapped. He would never admit it outloud, but really wasnât sure why this manâs cocky attitude was so attractive. That smirk on his face made him melt and Regulus knew that he was in for a world of hurt after this was all over and James wanted nothing to do with him again.
âPlanning on more than a kiss?â
âYou were the one whoââ
âI know, shh, Iâm just teasing.â James placed a quick peck on Regulusâ lips. âI feel like Iâm pushing my luck here by asking, but do you have a condom?â
Regulus felt his face heat. He normally wasnât embarrassed by sex, honestly. There was just something about this Adonis of a man trapped against the door in front of him asking him for a condom that felt like an out-of-body experience. âUh, I think so, let me check.â He dropped down to his knees and rifled through his bag, trying to ignore the heavy weight of Jamesâ gaze on him. When he found the condom, he grabbed it and looked up, holding the condom up like a prize. Jamesâ eyes were heavy with desire and when Regulus went to stand up, James buried a hand into his hair to hold him in place.Â
âYou look so pretty on your knees, Regulus.â
âIâd look prettier with your cock in my mouth.â
âOh,â James tightened his grip in his hair and Regulus let out a wanton moan at the feeling. âYou are a good boy, arenât you?â
Regulus hummed in response and reached for the waistband of Jamesâ shorts, tugging them and his boxers down just low enough to free his hard cock. Regulus leaned forward against the resistance of the hand buried in his hair and lapped at the precum beading at the tip. James groaned at the feeling and pumped himself a couple of times in front of Regulusâ face. Regulus raised himself up higher on his knees and dragged his hands up under Jamesâ shirt, feeling the hard muscles of his abdomen and back before he licked at a vein along the underside of his cock and then sucked him into the back of his throat, taking as much of him in his mouth as possible.Â
He bobbed his head a few times, relishing at the feeling of Jamesâ hand threaded in his dark curls guiding his movements, then pulled back and ran his tongue up his entire length. He swirled his tongue around the tip once, twice, then pushed his tongue at the slit, moaning at the unique salty taste that was James. When he looked up under hooded eyes, they locked eyes and James gave him a pleased smile.
âFuck,â James breathed. âYouâre so good for me, you do look so pretty just like this, I knew you would. Can you be such a good boy and let me fuck your throat, hm?â
Regulus squirmed as he opened his mouth with his tongue flat, feeling hot wetness pooling between his legs. When he felt James slide his cock back into his mouth, he relaxed his throat and surrendered completely to the pace that James set. He felt James shift so he had one hand on both sides of his head and Regulus adjusted so that both of his hands gripped James' hips. He was slow at first, unsure of how Regulus would handle his size, but grew more confident when Regulus moaned around his cock. Soon, the pace was unrelenting and Regulus felt his eyes watering, tears streaming down his face. Spit ran down his chin and he found that he didn't care at all. He dug his fingers into James' hips, hoping to leave bruises. Evidence that he had James, if only for a little while. He barely had any room to breathe between the strokes as James continued to thrust into him, focused entirely on his own pleasure.
Before he knew it, James pulled himself out of Regulusâ mouth. He bent down to wipe the spit off of Regulus' chin with his thumb then languidly sucked at it before pressing the pad of his thumb against Regulus' bottom lip. Regulus swiped his tongue out and caught James' thumb in his mouth, sucking and swirling his tongue around the digit. James smirked, pulling his thumb away and wiped at the tracks of tears on Regulus' face with his thumbs. Regulus whined a needy sound at feeling so empty, rubbing his thighs together in hopes that any form of friction would bring him relief. James leaned in to kiss him before pulling Regulus to his feet as he tucked his erection back into his shorts.
âShh,â James soothed, pushing his hair away from his face and placing soft kisses on his cheeks. âLet me return the favor, câmon.â
James grabbed his hand and dragged a boneless Regulus to the center of the room. When he got there, he held up one finger, signaling for Regulus to wait a moment. Regulus wanted to pout, but watched as James went to the corner of the room where a stack of folding chairs leaned against the wall. He grabbed one and carried it back to where Regulus stood, opened it up, then pushed Regulus into the seat facing the mirror covered wall.Â
Regulus reached his hands out towards Jamesâ hips and tugged him closer, hoping to return to having that beautiful cock in his mouth before James clicked his tongue softly. âI said I was going to return the favor, baby.â James knelt down and looped his fingers under the waistband of Regulusâ sweatpants. âCan I?â
âIn front of the mirror?â
âWhy not?â James shrugged. âItâs hot. Plus itâs not like thereâs anywhere in this room without a mirror. Might as well make good use of it.â James playfully tugged at Regulus' waistband with one hand again as he removed his glasses with the other and set them to the side on the floor. âAre you gonna make me beg or can we continue?â
Regulus nodded as he shifted his hips so James could pull at his baggy sweatpants, then he heard James laugh as he pulled at the baggy shorts underneath his sweatpants revealing yet another pair of shorts, these ones much tighter and shorter. âSo many layers,â James huffed. âWhy do you need so many layers?â He pulled down the shorts and finally got to Regulusâ underwear. Pulling those down, he unbunched all of the layers of pants from around his ankles and threw them to the side. The cold metal of the folding chair bit into Regulusâ skin as he sat there in just his baggy sweater feeling extremely exposed.
âKeeps the muscles warm in betweenââ All thoughts of the logistics in layering clothing during ballet were lost as he felt James spreading his legs apart. James bit down on the soft skin of his innermost thigh as he slid his hands up to Regulusâ hips. He allowed James to pull him towards the edge of the seat, tilting his hips up to give James better access.Â
Regulus writhed at the first feeling of Jamesâ tongue on him and he let out a shameless moan that echoed around the room. He tilted his head back and allowed his legs to fall open in pure pleasure. James grabbed under his thighs to hike his legs up over his shoulders, giving himself more access as he continued devouring Regulus, licking and sucking at him. When Regulus glanced up, he looked at the two of them in the mirror. Watching James on his knees worshiping his body, he understood immediately why James said it would be hot. He had never seen a sight quite so erotic and between the feeling of James sucking on his most sensitive nerves and the reflection before him, he climaxed hard and fast. His orgasm rippled through him and James reacted by moaning as he pushed his tongue inside him, lapping at his release.Â
As he came down from the orgasm, James slowed down and started kissing down his thighs, sucking small bruises along the way. Normally, Regulus would ask his lovers to avoid leaving marks like that, especially since they were so visible in classes, but something about James made him want to be claimed. He wanted people to know they were together, and for a time, be able to say that he belonged to James.
Just when he felt like he was coming back into his body, James pushed two fingers inside him and curled them up at the perfect angle, hitting the sensitive walls inside his body. Regulus felt his entire body jolt with pleasure as Jamesâ tongue returned to between his thighs, circling the sensitive nerves and flicking in time with his fingers.Â
âFuck,â Regulus whined, feeling his body climbing rapidly towards another orgasm.
James pulled back to gaze up at him, his fingers continuing at a punishing pace. âI know you can cum for me again, baby. Show me what a pretty boy you are while you cum on my fingers.â He bit into his leg just above his knee and sucked a bruise, watching his fingers pumping in and out of Regulusâ body. His orgasm crashed through his body again and James moaned at the sight, dipping his head between his legs again and giving him one languid lick before pulling back and smiling up at Regulus. He sucked on his fingers and made a show of licking off every drop, giving Regulus a visual reminder of how skilled he was with that tongue.
âThink you can go again?â James asked from between his legs. Regulus had no doubt in his mind that if he said yes, the man would sit between his thighs all night long, and maybe if they hooked up again heâd get the opportunity to experience it, but for now he really wanted to know what he felt like buried deep inside him.
Regulus shook his head and pulled off his oversized sweater, then the white tee underneath until he was sitting in the middle of the room, fully exposed. âYour turn, you have a criminal amount of clothing on your body.â
James barked a laugh and practically ripped off his clothes as he stood. He grabbed Regulusâ hand and hoisted him to his feet, pulling him in close to his naked body. The feeling of their bare skin brushing against each other was enough to set Regulusâ overstimulated nerves alight. He moaned as he leaned in for a kiss, tasting a heady combination of the two of them on Jamesâ lips.
âIâm going to grab the condom,â James said against Regulusâ lips, his breath hot. He kissed down Regulusâ jaw and neck before he continued. âGo stand facing the mirror for me.â
âIââ
âIf you donât want me to take control, tell me now sweetheart.â James said softly. He placed a quick peck against his lips. âOtherwise, Iâm going to get a little bossy from here on out.â
Regulus nodded, then moved to stand facing the mirror while James dug through their discarded clothes for the condom Regulus had found earlier. When he returned, James stood behind him and gently grasped at his jaw, ensuring they made eye contact through the mirror.
âFamiliar with the traffic light color system?â
Regulus nodded again and James clicked his tongue. âIâm going to need verbal confirmation here, baby.â
âYes.âÂ
âGood, so if you want me to stop immediately you say?â
âRed,â Regulus answered without hesitation.
âAnd if I check in and youâre enjoying yourself?â
âGreen.â
âGood boy. Last one, then we can continue. If you need to pause or something doesnât feel right?â
âYellow.â
James kissed his neck from where he stood behind him and smiled. âVery good. Now, hands against the glass for me. And theyâre not allowed to move at all. Your pretty little ass will get a beating if they do. Understand?â
âYes.â
âYes what?â
âYes⊠Sir?â
James clicked his tongue and Regulus could tell that he was disappointed. "Come now, you can do better than that."
Regulus wracked his brain searching for whatever it was that James was asking. Finally, it came to him after he reflected on all the times James had called him 'baby' and a 'good boy.'
"Yes, Daddy."
James let out a groan at that, moving his hand down from Regulusâ jaw to his throat and squeezing slightly. Regulus keened and pushed his hips back towards James, searching for friction.Â
âFuck, youâre gonna be the death of me,â James said as he pulled back and ripped at the condom wrapper. Regulus whined at the loss of the hand around his throat and turned around. He draped his arms around James' shoulders and sought out his lips for a kiss.
With the condom not fully unwrapped, James froze and gripped Regulusâ throat, stopping him from the kiss he was seeking. âWhat did I say, baby?â
âOh, please.â Regulus scoffed when James loosened his grip just enough to allow him to reply. âWe hadnât even started yet.â
Jamesâ eyes darkened at that. âDid I or did I not tell you that if you moved your hands from the mirror, youâd be punished?â
âYou canât be serious.â
âDo you want to push me to find out how serious I am?â At the silence hanging between them, James smirked. âNow, turn around. Hands on the mirror. Iâm going to spank you five times and youâre going to count out each one, thanking me for every one. If you stop counting or lose your manners, youâll earn five more. Understand?â
âYes.â Regulus followed his instructions, placing his hands on the cold mirror and breathing as evenly as he could.
âYes what?â James kneaded his ass, making him even more sensitive to the touch.
âYes, Daddy.â
âGood boy. Color?â
âGreen.â
James hummed in acknowledgement before his hand slapped Regulusâ ass. Regulus let out a surprised yelp.Â
âCount, baby. I wonât remind you again.â
âOne,â Regulus cried out. âThank you, Daddy.â
Jamesâ hand smacked down again, the sound echoing in the room, and Regulus gasped at the shock of pain that rippled through his body. âTwo. Thank you, Daddy.â Regulus looked up into the mirror, taking in Jamesâ hungry face.Â
âMaybe you can be trained, baby. Three more. Youâre doing so good.â
With each slap to his ass, Regulus became more sensitive and felt himself slipping into a hazy headspace where everything felt like pure pleasure shooting to every nerve in his body. When he finally reached number five, James dropped to his knees behind him and rubbed at his cheeks before pulling them apart and licking all the way from his sensitive nerves to his ass. He circled the ring of muscle with his tongue and pushed in slightly.
âFuck,â James breathed hot against him. âYou did so good, baby. Youâre fucking dripping for me. Have you learned your lesson? Will you be a good boy and let me fuck you now?â
Regulus nodded, a whine escaping his throat that he would normally feel embarrassed about.
âWords, baby.â
âYeahâ Yes, please. Please fuck me, Daddy. I need your cock inside me.â
James bit into one cheek of his ass before he stood up, grabbing the condom and rolling it on. âAnything for you,â James murmured as he lined himself up with Regulusâ entrance. They made eye contact in the mirror as James pushed in slowly, using both hands to grip onto Regulusâ hips and position him perfectly. âColor?â
âGreen. Fuck, so fucking green.â
Finally, James moved his hips. Regulus had never been a religious man, but he swore that he found a new religion at the feeling of James inside him. James moved his hips in purposeful, deep thrusts, making Regulus see stars with each shift inside him. Regulusâ eyes closed and his head tilted back as he relished in the sensation until he felt a strong hand on his jaw. The grip was unyielding and Regulus knew that heâd do whatever the man this hand belonged to said.
âEyes on me, baby,â James purred. âI want you to watch me ruin you for anyone else.â
Regulus cried out a moan and opened his eyes, taking in their bodies in the mirror. His hot breath fogged the mirror in front of him as James pounded into him from behind, both of them glistening with sweat. Jamesâ face was smug as he continued to hold onto Regulusâ jaw, not offering him any way of avoiding watching their bodies.Â
Jamesâ pace started to slow, but he somehow managed to make it feel like he was impossibly deeper inside Regulusâ body. He snaked a hand down towards the bundle of nerves between Regulusâ legs and rubbed in confident circles, pushing Regulus closer and closer to the edge. Just when he thought he couldnât possibly experience more pleasure than he was already tasting, Jamesâ hand slid down from his jaw to his throat and squeezed. The restriction of blood flow to his brain made Regulus feel fuzzy as he dissolved into pure pleasure. His knees buckled and he arched his back, pushing his ass into Jamesâ hips as his orgasm washed over him. A moment later, James let out a moan and Regulus felt him pulsing inside of him as he followed him over the edge.
James ghosted his fingers along the side of Regulusâ neck as they rode out the last of their orgasms and he kissed his shoulder. When he pulled out, he took off the condom and tied it off, then walked over to toss it in the trash can next to the door. Regulus turned to lean against the mirror, watching James stride back towards him. Regulus gave him a weak, hazy smile.
âYou okay?â James asked. He placed a quick peck on Regulusâ lips and rubbed soothing circles on his shoulder.
âYeah, Iââ James interrupted him by kissing him again. âI thought you said this was a one-time thing?â Regulus questioned.
âThat doesnât mean you deserve to be treated like shit, Regulus.â
Regulus gave him a flat look before he pushed off the mirror and walked to where his clothes were piled on the ground. He started pulling on his many layers and by the time he was fully dressed again, he glanced over to see James standing watching him, still completely nude. Regulus bent over to grab his glasses on the floor and handed them to him. âWhat?â Regulus asked.
James pushed his glasses on his face and for the first time, Regulus witnessed a flustered James. âLook, I know what I said, but can I have your number anyway?â
âI wonât be your late night, drunk booty call, James.â
âI justâŠthis was a lot of fun. Itâd be nice to do it again sometime, thatâs all.â
âSo, a sober booty call?â
âNo, Iââ
âListen, how about you give me your number? If Iâm ever feeling like having you boss me around again, Iâll give you a call. Howâs that?â Regulus raised an eyebrow as he pulled his cell out of his sweatpants pocket and held it out to James in offering.
James hesitated to take the phone from his hand, clearly playing a game of mental chess on how to obtain Regulusâ number, but Regulus refused to be a pawn in his games. âThis is my only offer, it expires once your pants are on. Take it or leave it.â
Sighing, James grabbed his phone and created a new contact with his phone number, then handed it back to Regulus.
ââDaddy,â really? You seriously put your name as âDaddyâ in my phone?â
James smirked, then began dressing himself. âI figured youâd remember me that way.â
Regulus rolled his eyes, but internally he might as well have been giggling and kicking his feet. He stepped forward and placed a chaste kiss on Jamesâ cheek. âIâll consider calling you, Daddy,â he said and then he grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder. âClean the mirror and take that trash bag out with you, yeah? I canât have my teacher finding out about this.â
âYou got it, baby.â
As Regulus walked out of the studio, he thought to himself that he should absolutely not call James again. He made a bargain with himself anyway that if he was still thinking about him in a few months, heâd gladly fall back into that manâs arms again.

Advice on manifesting your desired reality
Group 1 đž Group 2 đ· Group 3 đŒ
Group 1 đž Oh I never meant to brag ~
Shufflemancy : Rollin Limp Bizkit, The Search NF, Misery Business Paramore
Cards : King of pentacles, 3 of pentacles, 8 of pentacles
With all this emphasis put on earth related cards the major theme here is grounding. You need to ground yourself in your current reality to be able to see it clearly. Another think Iâm picking up on is consistency. You may have a hard time focusing on one task at a time or being consistent in your efforts. It is really important that you deal with that. You are encouraged to work in cooperation with people around you. Isolating yourself is not the best strategy for you at the moment. You are encouraged to rely on your community and exchange with others, especially when it comes to your career. Teamwork makes the dream work. You are encouraged to study, to rely on your mentors. Their could be a masculine figure around you that can provide constructive criticism and help you improve in the areas you are wishing to work on. Standing your ground and being in your grounded masculine energy will help you manifest your desired reality. That would be true especially if you have major earth placements in your chart. Iâm mainly picking up on Taurus energy. There needs to be more balance in your energy exchanges with people and situations. If you are currently spending more time and energy in one area of your life you are asked to focus on other priorities to restore the balance. Also, be confident about yourself. Spirit is saying you need to put an end to that impostor syndrom or modesty. I feel like some of you do not allow yourself to be successful because of how others would perceive you. Youâre afraid that people around you will not appreciate you being more successful than them so you maintain yourself in a position that does not suit you. Your guides want to warn you that dimming your light for others wonât make them love or respect you more. It is time that you express your true power and claim your throne.
Group 2 đ· Do whatever we want oh we donât give aâŠ
Shufflemancy : Stray Kids SKZ, Galaxy Kid Travis, Eye on you Wonho
Cards : ace of pentacles, Chariot, 7 of swords
You are advised to keep your projects and ideas to yourself and move swiftly forward without a sound. Take the opportunities that come your way if it feels right to do so without giving notice to anyone around you until you make it. I am getting that many of you are often times deterred from doing something that would benefit them because of the pessimism of others. There are people around you that do not have your best interest at heart. These people might not realize it or some may be very well aware of what theyâre doing. Under the disguise of wanting whatâs best for you, they prevent you from moving forward and manifesting your desired reality. You have to move past their illusions and one way to do that is to keep your intentions a secret. In some cultures they say that the more you talk about what you plan to do the less youâre gonna act on it. Donât be just all talk and instead let your actions speak for you. Get going. Write that book you always had in mind. Create that online shop, go to that dance class, buy those shoes you really wanted. Donât deprive yourself of good things. Donât second guess yourself. You know what to do. You have what it takes. You just need to get moving. Some of you are encouraged to start a physical activity to help you deal with possible mental health issues. It is time you stop self sabotaging and also it is time that you donât let peopleâs negativity rub off on you.
Group 3 đŒ You take the pain, make it feel good
Shufflemancy : Bad habits Ed Sheeran, Middle finger Bohnes, Lil psycho Kid Travis
Cards : 7 of wands, The World, 3 of wands
There were a lot of eyes on these cards in the deck that I used. So that could be a sign to work on your vision and visualization skills. If you have psychic abilities, honing them will be beneficial to you. Try to get yourself out of the daily drama of others and rise above it all. You need to gain a higher perspective of what is going on around you. If you are currently surrounded by pessimistic/toxic people and things, get yourself out of the eye of the storm. Traveling could be needed. Turn your gaze on the future, not the past. Keep your focus on your expansion. Maybe find inspiration in other cultures, in people that are very different from you or that have already gotten out of the storm and try to learn from it. Donât get into petty fights. Donât mingle in peopleâs business. If they try to grad you in it set boundaries. You are encouraged to plan and script your next steps. If you resonate with scripting as a manifestation method then definitely do that regularly. Write your daily intentions, your daily gratitude list, write your letters to the Universe. Write your desired reality on a paper and cleanse it with sage or any other purifying herb. Keep that paper with you wherever you go. Donât put it under your pillow. You donât want to sleep on your dreams, do you? However, you can whisper your intentions and affirmations to your water and drink that water. The good vibrations of your words will then circulate in your body.

you've been doing it wrong your whole life, trying to be liked, to maintain relationships of self-examination and compromise, asking yourself why you are rejected by others, why a vortex of drama surrounds your every move, imagining that you posess some agency, some autonomous will to create these conditions, when you could have been applying the science of psychology for your true progress and healing, do you understand? You could have been learning psychology, and using it to truly master your circumstances, by diagnosing all others with disorders such as narcissism, BPD etc., such disorders as condemn the sufferers as inherently bad, that, indeed, emperically and irrefutably demonstrate them to be bad! Only by the courageous apprehension of this science can you be healed; indeed, only by the knowledge of your scientifically demonstrable innocence! but i fear you will never understand these truths, due to your toxic masculinity, as indicated by your choice of blue dip dye, she/they pronouns, and bisexuality.

a platonic makeup session that gets real heated, real quick.

Being friends with Tsubaki was a constant tease. He had this way of blending elegance with masculinity that always left you in awe. Heâd sit there, perfectly poised in a skirt that hugged his hips, with lipstick that seemed to dare you to look at anything elseâbut beneath all that, there was this unmistakable strength to him. It was a contrast that made you wonder if youâd ever figure him out, or if he even wanted you to.
Today was no different. You both sat cross-legged on the floor of his bedroom, playing with makeup like it was just another casual afternoon. But the air felt different, like it was more charged. Maybe it was the way his manicured nails lingered on your skin for a second too long when he handed you a brush or how his gaze kept drifting down to your lips as you applied gloss. Either way, the curiosity you felt toward him was harder to shake off than usual.
âHold still,â he said, leaning in close, the sweet, heady scent of him wrapping around you. His fingers tilted your chin up and you had to remind yourself to breathe as he carefully traced eyeliner on your lids.
âEasy for you to say,â you mumbled in response. You were trying your best to stay still even though his face hovered inches from yours. His hold on you was steady but you felt like you could start shaking at any moment.
You snuck a glance through your lashes and found him staring down at you. He was closeâtoo closeâ and your heart thumped wildly in your chest.
What was he trying to do?
âDone~â he finally said in a sing-song voice.
But neither of you moved. You were practically nose to nose now and the air was impossibly thick. His lips, painted a deep and provocative red, looked far too tempting and for a moment, you both felt something that you couldnât quite define. Something close to a zap.
âTsubakiâŠâ you whispered his name with a bit of confusion, a bit of urgency too. But you couldnât complete your sentence when he leaned in a little more. The tension was so heavy in the room, it couldâve passed as a third presence.
He dropped his shoulders, âIâve always wonderedâŠâ Tsubakiâs hand found your chin again and his thumb brushed over the gloss on your lips, smudging it just slightly.
You could hardly think, let alone speak.
And then, without warning, his lips were on yours. Everything else that had occupied your mind beforehand faded away.
The kiss was slowâhesitant, but laced with something that neither of you dared to acknowledge before. His lips were soft but eager, like he was testing the waters, and when you didn't pull away, he deepened the kiss, bringing you closer until you were basically in his lap.
Your hands tangled in his long hair, messing up the waves you helped style earlier as the heat between you flared to life.
The feel of his strong arms around your waist and his exposed thighs cushioning you underneath made you shudder. You found yourself clinging for more, desperate for more.
When you finally broke apart, both of you were breathing hard, lips swollen and stained with each otherâs lipstick. The look he gave you made your stomach flip. It was filled with something devilish and reckless, something you normally saw when he was going to performâwhether it was before a fight or at pub ougi.
âYou know,â his hands trailed down your side, fingers teasing the edge of your shirt, ââŠIâve got a few other things I wouldnât mind trying on you.â There was a suggestive glint in his eyes, a sneaky pout forming at his lips.
âLike what?â You asked, still maintaining your playfulness.
âDo you really want me to say it?â
You bit your lip, twirling the bit of his hair that had fallen out of place, âYeah, I do.â
Tsubaki laughed lightky, âItâs been hard pretending like I havenât felt this way about you. I guess I was just confused,â he admitted as his other hand traced the curve of your jaw, âBut now that Iâve got a taste of you, I think I want moreââ
âThen don't hold back,â you whispered, your hand resting on his broad shoulders as you spoke. âShow me.â
He couldnât hide his smile. That was all he needed before his lips crashed against yours with more intensity and hunger. The plush fabric of his skirt bunched up at his thighs while he explored underneath your shirt, trailing fire across your skin.
Tsubaki whimpered into your mouth as you curled your fingers against his chest, his breath hitching when his hand dipped lower, toying with the waistband of your shorts.
You let out a soft moan, aching for more of him. You were more than ready to see how far this would go.
âThank you,â he tugged you closer, his voice thick with want as he rocked his hips against yours, âBecause now Iâm dying to know how you feel.â

Weaponizing Normality
With @wakeup01
âCâmon babygirl, you know what to do about this, right?â
John gulped, his ex-boyfriend cockily lying on their bed. His bed. They were exes now after all, considering John had caught the flamboyant twink cheating on him with the young hunky cashier from the liquor store. But it was more than that, because John had converted his ex-boyfriend after the incident in a fit of rage. One bullet and a mental breakdown later, he had vowed to never see Garret again. But here he was, or at least, what he had become.
âHow are youâŠwhy are youâŠâ John sputtered, trying his best not to check out his former lover. The twinkâs slim figure had been eradicated along with the homosexuality. Now Garret embodied the classic toxic straight boy. Rippling muscles, tanned skin, perfect hair and face. Even a tattoo was now carved into where his arm met his shoulder; the most heterosexual of all ink locations.
âWhat, didnât you miss me?â Garret purred, his voice deeper and more sensual than John remembered. âLeft my clothes at some chickâs place before I got here, hope you donât mind.â
John realized what Garret was referencing. Although shirtless, he was currently wearing a pair of Johnâs slacks, his massive pouch stretching the fabric. Garret had always been too petite for Johnâs clothes before, but now the opposite problem had occurred. John envisioned his pants screaming in agony with Garettâs muscular lower half stretching them to the limit.
âNot the only thing I stretched out today, if you know what I mean,â Garett winked, reading Johnâs thoughts. John could not believe he could still do that after all they had been through.
âLook,â John finally sputtered, a firm decision settling in his mind. âYou need to go, now.â
Garret frowned, taking a beat. âAre you sure? I come bearing gifts.â
ââGiftsâ,â John repeated unconvinced.
âWell sure,â Garret affirmed. âTo thank you for all you did, and to apologize.â
Although he did not show it, John was surprised by this comment. Had conversion not morphed Garett into a classic douchebag?
âYou obviously had a reason for what you did,â Garret started. âI cheated on you, plain and simple. You were acting solely as a response to my actions.â
John could not believe how mature this conversation was.
âAfter I got converted, everything changed for me. First off, I realized how much pussy Iâve been missing out on. Itâs great stuff, man.â John did not respond, so Garret continued. âAnyway, I wanted to double up the two and come here for one last hurrah, a âTo new beginnings!â sort of thing.â
John considered this, âWhat do you have in mind?â
A self-assured smirk fell over Garretâs masculinized face. He already knew Johnâs answer before he even asked the question. âA thick, sensual blowjob on this new alpha body.â
John had no words. His eyes shifted from Garretâs down to the enlarged pouch, and then back up to Garretâs, before going back to the pouch again. John continued this pattern, with each glance back at Garretâs man meat a little longer than the last. Before he realized it, the words had already left his mouth.
âPleaseâŠâ
Garret tossed his hands behind his head and shifted his pelvis a bit, âGet to work then, fag.â
Overridden by a sudden wave of lust, John dove in. Like a rabid dog he ripped apart Garret's (his) own pants, tearing away at the tight briefs (which on John were supposed to be boxers) immediately after. But before John could lay his eyes on the superior cock the laid below, he felt the pressure of cold metal brace his skull.
The gun went off quickly, the bullet lodging itself directly into Johnâs head. Garret watched as his collapsed on top of him, Johnâs body lifeless on top of half of his. With a chuckle, he dove his hand into the back of Johnâs pants and shoved his two fingers right next to the crack. He felt it pulsating, vibrating as it carefully shut its well-maintained entrance.Â
Garret then began to feel up the rest of Johnâs body, curious to see what else could be affected right away. He recognized the flab of his exâs stomach begin to evaporate away, and took in the crackle-pops of Johnâs widening back. Garret could not help but investigate the armpits, relishing in the fact that they were growing hairier and sweatier by the second. Bringing his fingers up to his nose, he grinned childishly in disgusted glee at the sour smell that had latched on, growing funkier by the minute.
Garret could not believe weaponizing normality could be so wickedly fun. He glowed with mischievousness, his impish revenge tantalizing him. Garret knew that it would not be long until his vengeance would be complete. But until then, he had to get this dude off his dick.

READ PART 1 HERE
Lee Heeseung X Y/N
Genre: Yandere Romance/ Thriller/ Stalker
Prompt: "If I carve you into my blood, will you believe my love?"
Word Count: 11K+
WARNINGâ ïž: Explicit content, profanity, sexual harassment, heated make outs, female stereotyping, use of a derogatory word, violence, lots of blood, aggression, toxic masculinity, yandere, manipulation, mentions of self exit, drugs, unhealthy relationships and mental health issues. Y/N described with long hair and brown eyes.
Cameos: Jake, Jay, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Yeji, Karina, Jaemin and Jisung
A/N: Please read the warnings carefully before proceeding. There's heavy discussions and complex character dynamics. None of it is healthy. This is a work of fiction, please read it as such. If I missed out any, lemme know.
PS: Iâd love to hear your feedback <3
Heeseung had gathered some crucial knowledge from a heavily drunk Jake.
âIntelligent and tall. Sheâs got a thing for them⊠She had this crush on a dude in the first semester. Told her he was a jerk, didnât listen, and you know⊠he broke her heart. His name? Think it was park jeong guk? jeong woo? I donât know⊠It was just some guy. Sheâs stupidâŠâ
He had wanted to punch that knowing look off Jakeâs face as he insulted you, but Heeseung tried swallowing down the surging fury.
Because, indeed, you were so stupid. Why had you allowed some loser into your life? When Heeseung gets you, he will make sure to treasure every part of you. He wouldnât need anyone else. He would use his every breath to cherish you, only you.
Despite the hostility he felt upon hearing of your previous crush, the good news was that Heeseung unintentionally matched the description. He had never been so grateful for his genes until this moment; traits he once considered useless suddenly becoming his most prized.
Heeseung bore a good height, and his mind was like a computer program. At just ten years old, his father had assumed heâd discover the cure for cancerâyet to come true, but everyone in college believed if anyone could do it, it was Lee Heeseung.
A special one, born to lead, a saviour, they claimed. But Heeseung never wanted to be his fatherâs golden child. He didnât want to contribute to society or garner the worldâs praise. He barely had friendsâexcept for Kim Sunoo, Heeseungâs childhood partner in crime.
To the world, Heeseung was an overachiever, but he knew his excellence was merely a distraction from his twisted mind. His father was the first to notice the disconnect.
Heeseung chose medicine on a whim, a flick of a coinâheads or tails. The boredom in his life drove him to try everything: paragliding, boxing, swimming, drugs and unrestrained, animalistic sex. He had lived countless lives in two decades.
Early teenage years, his father took it upon himself to train his son, instilling social norms and enforcing strict rules as he tried moulding Heeseung into someone 'normal.' Like a dog on a leash, he made Heeseung more human while maintaining a safe distance to avoid getting scratched. Heeseung understood this from the moment he gained consciousness: his father was scared of him. Terrified.
He never discovered what exactly made his father lock his door every night, but whatever it was, it confirmed a small suspicion: Heeseung was unlovable.
It wasnât anything detrimental really, because Heeseung never felt the need to seek love. Even in psychological terms, a human's absolute necessities were food, shelter, sex, and safety. When he could survive on the bare minimum, why should he look for something as wasteful as love? He'd rather spend time gaming and pretending to outshine the worldâs brilliant minds.
Now, Heeseung was tired of the boredom. So tired that he thought to end it. How long could one treck through an aimless journey?
The realisation that he could cease to exist and no one would know his whereabouts made him feel somewhat better. The taste of death brought him immense curiosity. Would he turn to dust and ashes? Would he be forgotten in memories?
He didnât think anyone would remember him. To his father, he was a trophy; to his friends, a competition; and to outsiders, a freak. His loss would merely be a statistic: a decline in Koreaâs population digits, a decrease in the number of distinction holders in the country, and one less student in Seoul Universityâs register.
Thatâs what he thought.
Until he came across you.
You, with your brown eyes, small frame, your liveliness and your beauty.
It was a rainy day in Seoul when he was walking past the bus stand after wrecking his fatherâs beloved car in a deliberate crash. Unfortunately, he made it out unscathed, only injuring the vehicle. Maybe Heeseung had been born with a shit ton of luck, destined to waste it away.
Regardless, thanks to that golden tub of luck, he was able to land his gaze on you. Heeseung unintentionally remembered countless formulae and research, but the one thing he intended to rememberâfucking forced himself to perfectly encode in his memoryâwas the way you looked that day.
Brown hair slightly wet, sticking to your jawline, knitted brows, and wide eyes staring up at the sky in vengeful retaliation. Heeseung stopped in his tracks.
He had never seen an angel angry.
You dialled a number on your mobile and spoke calmly into your phone.
âThe bus is running late. Pick me up.â He remembered a sulking pout on your lips.
âItâs raining! I donât even have an umbrella. You want me to walk?â He remembered incredulous horror written across your features, lips frowning at the callerâs words.
âFine... Please! There, I said it, now come quick.â He remembered you rolling your eyes, biting your lip and clenching your bagâs strap tighter.
The phone call ended, and you folded your arms over your chest, letting the damp material cling to your bust, detailing the line of your bra as you tapped your foot on the drenched footpath, staring ahead in longing.
That day, an inactive section of his brain burst out with life, thatâs all he could theorise. He wanted to devour you, grope your drenched body, kiss your red mouth, force his fingers into your most sensitive tissues and consume your cries.
He wanted to destroy the person on that call with you, bury them within the earthâs deepest pits so theyâd never return to you. He wanted the earth to swallow you and him together, so he could hide you away and savour this moment. He wanted to be the only existence to remember you, here, standing at the bus stop, waiting for a ride home.
Why were you here alone anyway? Who was coming?
Heeseung wanted to shadow you from the rain. If he was a part of your life, heâd chase away all the busesâlet alone make you wait for one to pick you up. He would stand drenched in the rain if it meant your ass would only meet the covers of his seat.
A booming motion of the car made your eyes light up. Heeseungâs chest knotted up, a foreign emotion bubbling in his throat as a blonde braked his car before you. You hurried to climb into the passengerâs seat, and then he drove away. Just like that.
He hadnât hurt someone so far in this life, but the urge to drive a car into the blonde grew tenaciously strong. He had never felt such hatred and venom consume his being. The thought of you getting into that car, going away to share a life Heeseung wasnât a part of left a gnawing anger in his chest.
His heart which hadnât felt something in so long suddenly felt alive, riveting with twisted emotions. Heeseung didnât want to live, but suddenly he didnât want to die either. He didnât wish to be remembered, but suddenly he wanted at least one person to remember.
That day he came to a staggering conclusion: Heeseung was unfit to be loved, but he wasnât unfit to love.
â.â.â.â.â.â.â
Peak hours on a Monday afternoon started early. Waitresses ambled from one table to another, carrying orders as the room bustled with young college students, conversing and gossiping while awaiting their snacks. The rich essence of chocolate and coffee beans filled the air, stirring hunger among individuals working alone with their noses in laptops and textbooks.
Heeseungâs lips curved in a knowing smile: if you were here, youâd be one of those unaccompanied goody two shoes, sipping on a chocolate milkshake, jotting things down in your notebook. He pictured your brows scrunched as you wrapped your beautiful lips around the straw, gulping long sips and pulling away with a content smile.
âBaby, canât we go somewhere more private?â
His jaw tightened, aggravated at the shrill interruption. He feigned a smile, his gaze falling back on the red-haired bimbo who stared at him like he was the answer to her every prayer.
Heeseung grabbed a fork, scooping up a bite of strawberry cheesecake before filling his mouth. His stomach fluttered as he revelled in the sweet texture. Ever since stealing those kisses, he couldnât stop craving sweet treats. He even bought some candies on his way home that morning, already feeling the withdrawals kicking in.
âBut howâll we do thisâin private?â
The girl stared in confusion before she was yanked into his embrace, his warm lips slamming into hers, kissing her aggressively, the sweet creaminess from the cake transferring into her mouth. She moaned, licking his lips incessantly, begging for entrance, but Heeseung dismissed her attempts, his brows furrowed in annoyance.
Nervously, the red-haired girl slid her chair closer, biting her lip as she observed the underwhelmed expression on his face.
âWhatâs wrong? Are you mad at me?â She sulked, sucking at her teeth, staring up with concern.
Heeseung shook his head and pulled her into his lap. âDid you do something to make me mad?â He mumbled, rubbing his nose down her neck, peppering small kisses to distract her from his response.
âAhân-no! I didnât,â she gasped, her concern melting away already, her head tilting back as Heeseung planted kisses down her collarbone.
âShouldnât you be at uni right now?â He abruptly changed the topic, portraying the perfectly caring boyfriend who gave a shit about her life.
âYeah, but Iâll ask a friend for the class notes,â she mustered up, her breath laborious as Heeseung ran his hand down her thigh, his kisses growing feistier against her exposed neck.
âHm, are you that smart?â He pressed on, his patience running out. âThought Iâd fucked you dumb already,â he whispered repulsive words, his hand covering her thighs as the girl tightened in his hold, her lips pressed together to silence any sound, cautious of their surroundings.
Heeseungâs gaze changed, a menacing darkness flashing through. âSmart bitches,â he began, his words blunt and aggressive. âFucking hate them. Running their big mouths all the damn time,â he declared, his bitter tone making her knees quiver in arousal.
âTell me, baby, youâre not one of those, are you?â He urged.
One way to access a womanâs weaknesses was to put her up against another.
The girl whose name he had forgotten the second she uttered it, shook her head with desperation. Had he asked her to admit to murder, she would have agreed.
âNo!â She yelped, alarmed at his lack of interest. âIâm so dumb. Barely passing this degree,â she confessed, her voice cracking as she spread her knees for his attention.
âHmâreally?â He mocked, and she nodded, her body pleading for his approval. âBut your course is so tough. You must be so smart.â Heeseungâs tone dripped with sarcasm, his frown hinting at his displeasure.
The girl choked; her breaths alarmingly rapid as Heeseungâs fingers trailed closer to her clothed centre. âBut not meâthereâs some smart girls in my class. IâIâm not like them, Hee,â she rambled, her eyes screwing shut.
âSmart girls likeâyourself?â He threw the bait, challenging her, and she immediately shook her head, her body jolting as Heeseung flicked his fingers against her centre.
âNot meânot me. This other girlâAh!â She bit her tongue, her body trembling as Heeseung drew faint circles against her clit. âThereâsâY/N!â
Bingo.
âSheâs like the smartestâoh!â
Heeseung halted his movement, his teeth gritting in frustration, anger bubbling up his throat as the girl kept moaning into her words, prolonging this ordeal. He hadnât spent the last three days coercing a second-year pharmacology student from your college to serenade and romance. He wanted information.
The girlâs arched frame twisted at the sudden lack of touch, her wet gaze darting to Heeseungâs in urgency.
âSpeak,â he commanded bluntly, his usual sugar-coated tone gone along with his smile.
The girlâs expression faltered, her blood turning cold. âUhâthereâs this girlâsheâs really smart, always acing her exams,â she responded reluctantly, her insecure gaze attempting to read his intentions.
Heeseungâs hand slid back down to her leaking centre, his movement more vigorous as he wrapped his lips on her earlobe. âYouâre so hot like thisâlike a dumb bitch for me,â he drawled, sucking her sensitive flesh.
His sudden shift in demeanour seemed like a hallucination, his voice now intentionally low and sultry. âYou wouldnât want to be like Y/N, hm? Youâre my good girl.â
The girl was a goner. Her head dropped back onto his shoulder, her eyes shut, and her body trembling from his touch, his previous indifference a distant memory.
âYeahâI amâsoâso dumb for you,â she babbled nonsensically. Heeseungâs flicks quickened.
âThat bitchâsheâs so smart and talks too much, probably why no one likes her. Such a loserâ I donât know why Park Jongseongâs crazy for her.â
Heeseungâs arm faltered, his body freezing.
The girl, lost in the throes of her arousal, ignored it, urgently pressing her hand down to maintain the pressure. âSheâs so full of herself. Bet sheâs as virgin as a nunâbut maybeâshe finally let poor Jongseong have a go, who knoâAh!â
Heeseung yanked her hair back, his clenched fist tightening and ripping a few strands. His gaze was predatory, chest heaving as he stared down at the horrified girl.
âIâll rip that tongue out, sweetheart,â he hissed, his venomous tone cutting through and gripping her heart with horror.
The sickening words replayed like a broken record. A searing sting flared inside his chest, his jaw tightening as he thought of that name: Park Jongseong.
Of course, it was the guy from the photosâit fit him perfectly. His arrogant, self-righteous demeanour, that overly exaggerated smile on his face as he held you. It had to be him.
The imagery the stupid girl on his lap painted, her words dripping with malice for his Y/N; everything began to suffocate his lungs.
Heeseung stared down, his hand still gripping her locks as she looked at him with disbelief.
As he released his grip, she winced, her eyes wet with tears.
Heeseung wrapped an arm around her waist like a shackle, holding her captive as he leaned forward and picked up the steaming hot coffee she had ordered. She flinched as he pushed the cup to her lips.
âDrink.â
The girl stared at him like he had grown two heads.
âItâs too hotââ
âLeave one sip behind, and youâll wish you had listened.â
Her heart raced, body turning cold. Heeseungâs chilling gaze and crooked smile were laced with demonic intent, making her stomach churn. She had never felt her organs shrivel with just the sight of a manâs empty gaze.
She realised at that very moment. She had to obey or else⊠she didnât even want to consider what could happen.
She took the heated cup, gulping down her spit to ease the pressure in her throat.
Then she clung to the cup and downed the entire thing. The first rush of liquid scalded the roof of her mouth. Burns trailed down her tongue, to her throat, buzzing all the way into her stomach. Bloody broils flared up, her muscles jolting in agony as pain overwhelmed her cognition. With an excruciating sob, she dropped the empty cup, shattering it on the ground as she tried screaming for help.Â
The busy cafĂ© didnât seem to notice anything but the shatter, rolling their eyes at the coupleâs antics before continuing with their own endeavours.
Heeseung patted her head, smiling in satisfaction. âThatâs my good girl.âÂ
The sobbing girl tore herself from his lap. Standing on quivering limbs, she scrambled to grab her purse and dashed towards the exit.
To Heeseungâs delight, the red-haired bimbo wasnât so useless after all. He now had a name: Park Jongseong.
Grabbing his phone, Heeseung dialled a number.
âSim, for your birthday, letâs plan something crazy.â
â.â.â.â.â.â.â
The homeroom buzzed with chatter as students scattered to join their friends at the end of the lecture. While most were preparing to head home, you had to stay back for the weekly council meeting. With your head slack on the table, you shut your eyes and let out an irked groan, wishing you could abandon all your duties and just scramble home.
âY/N, just resign already. Youâre too exhausted,â Yeji, your best friend, called out, rolling her eyes as she zipped up her tote bag.
You groaned again, slamming your head against the table. âYou have no idea how badly I want to take your stupid advice,â you whined, rubbing your temples in pain.
Yeji, her pink hair perfectly styled, retouched her lip gloss and eyed your sulking frame. âYou take on too much for no reason,â she sighed, finishing her touch-up and patting your head.
âCanât you loosen up? Look at me, we have finals coming up, and Iâm off clubbing with Jaemin,â she gloated, her smile widening at the thought of her boyfriend.
Getting into the worldâs best university on an eighty per cent scholarship was tough, but no one prepared you for the strenuous part: upholding those perks. Paired with a demanding course load, extracurriculars and volunteer work felt like a constant nuisance.
âI wishâŠâ you muttered.
Knowing her best friendâs upright nature, Yeji shook her head in defeat.
âBesides that, Iâll be having fun soon,â you iterated, and Yeji instantly grew alert, her eyes wide with anticipation.
âYouâre getting a boyfriend?â She gasped, grabbing your shoulders to turn you towards her in excitement.Â
âNo!â You dismissed, and Yejiâs excitement died as soon as it began, releasing your shoulders in frustration.
âAt this point, I strongly believe you wish to die a virgin,â she remarked, running her fingers through her dark strands, her gaze cold. âYou even rejected Jongseong,â Yeji huffed.
You winced.
It had been three months since you had been hit by a truck of feelings from the raven-haired boy. Three months of discomfort and pain.
You were introduced to your senior, Park Jongseong, as a good friend of Na Jaemin. The two friend groups had merged, and soon the initial trioâYeji, Ji-min, and youâgrew an acquaintanceship with their group: Jay, Jaemin, and Jisung.
Since you had been to an all-girls school, the first few months of interactions were painstakingly awkward. You felt like an outsider even in a room full of familiar people.
You envied your best friends Yeji and Ji-min for their effortless socialisation skills. Whilst they enjoyed trips and study sessions with the guys, you drew a line, only speaking when spoken to.
In the first year, you were constantly running away from this new world of discomfort. Jay, however, refused to draw a barrier. Like the definition of a headstrong man, he never gave up. Gestures like stopping you in the hallways to talk about his hobbies and inviting you to all his parties showed you that Jay was making a real effort at friendship.
All of it came tumbling down when he confessed to you. The friendship you treasured faded, and you both became strangers again.
âDonât bring him up,â you gritted, your heart plummeting as you remembered all the distant memories.
You recalled that nightmarish day. You might take this to your grave but Park Jongseong was your first crush. You secretly liked him throughout the farce of friendship.
He held your bag after class, joined extracurriculars like the music society and learned amazing guitar skills. He took you shopping to destress after you failed your lab assessment and played silly nursery rhymes on his guitar to make you laugh. Everything was special until the last day of the second semester.
Jay had asked you to a movie, and as always, you assumed he meant everyone in the friend group, so you called Yeji and Ji-min along.
The moment he saw you walk in with the girls, his expression fell with dismay. Instead of speaking to you about it, he handed the popcorn to your friends and left.
You followed him instantly, but maybe you shouldnât have.
âJay!â You chased after him, your heels thudding against the pavement, confusion painted on your features.
He paused in his tracks and turned, his eyes darkening.
âWhatâs wrong?â
Instead of responding, Jayâs gaze narrowed, a strained chuckle leaving his mouth. âDonât act dumb now,â he rasped, his voice bitter.
You opened your mouth to question him, but he suddenly stepped close, his towering frame making your insides queasy.
âItâs always the same with you. How long will you pretend?â Jayâs voice trembled with accusation.
âDo you not see me? Chasing after you like a fucking loser. Iâve spent months trying to figure you out. Stop this game of hide and seek!â He roared, tightening his hold on your shoulders as he stared down at you like a wounded wolf.
You felt so wronged and hurt, your throat clogging up with emotions.
Because Jay was right. You were playing dumb, looking past his feelings, ignoring your own to hide away. Your insecurities and fear of disappointment were louder than his words, ringing in your head like tinnitus.
Because you had always assumed someone as rich and well-put-together as Park Jongseong didnât need to like a mediocre girl on a scholarship.
You felt that breaking his heart might save his friendship, might save you from the pain of losing his love. So you wanted to sever all chances before you even tasted his love.
âWhatâre you talking about?â
âTell me, Y/N. Have you ever once liked me?â He questioned, his gaze softening as he held your face in his hands, his pupils trembling with need.
Yes.
Yes!
âNo.â
His arms dropped, his gaze dull and empty as he stared into your tearful eyes.
âWeâre good friends, Jay. Look, we donât have to rush into anythingââ
You felt chills run down your spine as he cut off your words, his tone sharp and damaging.
âDelete my number. Donât ever come see me.â
âAnd if I ever accidentally find my way back to you, slap me awake like this again.â
He tore his arm from your grip and you two never spoke again.
And then a week later, he started dating your friend Ji-min.
âY/N!â You snapped out of your thoughts, head swirling with flashbacks as Yeji shouted for your attention. âWhat fun were you referring to?â She shifted closer, curiosity written across her features.
You smiled, flicking her forehead away.
âJake suddenly wants a big birthday bash for his twenty-second,â you told her, thinking back to this morning when he was talking over the phone with his friends, inviting them to his party.
Seeing you pass by, he called you back, his face glowing with excitement as he ended the call.
âInvite all your friends and their mamasâ itâs my 22nd!â He roared, and you imagined heâd burst into a Taylor Swift, â22â, any minute now.
âJake? He usually calls them juvenile,â Yeji giggled, thinking back to the time she had a fat crush on your brother and how she stuck to him like a leech until he shooed her off.
You nodded, rolling your eyes at your brotherâs weird mood swings. âHe wants to hold a grand party. Youâre invited, I guess,â you waved her off, and Yeji laughed, her eyes twinkling in joy.
âOf course, Iâll be coming with my boo,â she winked. âIs it at the house?â Yeji asked, twirling her strands excitedly.
You shook your head, tidying your desk and packing up. âHeâs planning it with his friend, Heeseung.â
Yeji gasped at the name as if it had evoked a cocktail party effect, her eyes wide as she held onto your shoulders. âThat friend you had a wet dream of?â
Your jaw dropped, eyes wide in fear, darting across the hall to make sure no one heard her. âShut up!â You yelled, your cheeks flushed red, the memory of your filthy mind fuelling your embarrassment.
Yeji laughed, a playful glint flashing in her hazel eyes. âWhat, did I lie?â She crudely announced, and you felt helpless, unable to feign innocence.Â
The night had left you shaken up. The truth was, you had never felt this affected by a hallucinationâ imagination, whatever it was, it blurred the lines between reality and fiction. You imagined Heeseung fondling your breasts, kissing your lips. All of it was a newfound hunger.
You scrambled to call Yeji soon after to regain some composure. After a long discussion, her diagnosis was a âsevere case of ovulationâ, and she prescribed, âgetting dicked down asapâ.
After that night, you kept wishing for more hallucinations, but your brain refused to cooperate. You had to rely on a picture you had stolen from Jakeâs phone of Heeseung in a black button-down with his legs spread apart on the couch, his lap seeming so inviting that your abdomen clenched with need.
Maybe, you were ovulating. But why was it so intense?
âYou know, maybe you should shoot your shot with him,â Yeji suggested, patting your shoulder as she stood alert, waving at the man standing in the doorway.
âMy rideâs here, bye girly!â Yeji waved, setting her already perfect hair for the nth time before skipping to the smiling blonde, his gaze practically shooting hearts at your friend. Jaemin grabbed her hand, and they scattered off.
You sighed.
Lee Heeseung, what are you doing to me?
â.â.â.â.â.â.â
Booming music drowned out any chance of conversation. Guests sprawled in like ants to a sugar cube. Faces glowed with joy, arms carried gifts, and gazes sparkled with anticipation as they searched for the man of honour.
But it wasn't the birthday boy they sought. It was Lee Heeseung, the man who had invited the entire university to his farmhouse. It was a privilege, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
During his four years at the university, he hadnât spared anyone a glanceâlet alone befriended anyone. When news circulated of Sim Jaeyunâs birthday invite at Heeseungâs, everyone jumped at the chance.
Girls skipped lessons to find the perfect dress, while guys ransacked their wardrobes for branded watches. Curiosity grew almost sleep-depriving. Who was this friend that Heeseung, the man who never let anyone into his circle, deemed worthy of a lavish party? For weeks, the university buzzed with gossip and excitement leading up to this day.
Heeseungâs gaze was fixed on the main entrance, his lips pressed into a thin line. He remained unmoving as over-enthusiastic people rushed to greet him.
He knew the world like the back of his hand. They hated him and despised his arrogance, yet they flocked to him like moths to a flame. All he had to do was give them a chance, let down his guard and the world would surrender in his palms. But it didnât matter.
As long as he had your attention, the world could be his.
Jake appeared out of nowhere, his arm settling on Heeseungâs shoulder, smiling as his soccer mates walked in.
âYouâre ignoring the entire hall,â Jake muttered, his grip tightening on Heeseungâs shoulder to warn him.
Heeseung glanced at the clock for the nth time, his fingers tapping impatiently against his glass. He barely acknowledged the birthday boy's attempt at conversation, his irritation mounting as the clock ticked on without your presence.
âWhere is she?â He questioned.
âShe had a presentation to finish up,â Jake said, rolling his eyes. âSheâll be here with Yeji and Jaemin soon.â
Jake wasnât stupid. He had once believed he was special to Heeseung. The notorious case of Heeseungâs egocentrism was a popular topic in the universityâs hallways. Even his soccer buddies claimed Heeseung was a nutcase with extreme intelligence.
When Heeseung approached the basketball team and defeated Jake, the established ace of Seoul University, Jake developed a sense of respect and admiration for him. Despite everyoneâs claims, Jake realized Heeseungâs issue wasnât indifference or social deficiencies.
Everyone was infatuated, enthralled, and unequivocally aware of Heeseungâs gift; he commanded attention because he was extraordinary. The problem was that Heeseung didnât care about them, and when people realized this, their fantasy shattered, leaving them scraping for bits of attention and bitter envy.
Jake knew Heeseung kept him around for a reason, but despite his awareness, Jake was willing to be a pawn if it meant catching Heeseungâs attention.
âJakey Jakeyâ itâs your birthday!â Jake looked away, finding his best friend, Park Sunghoon, on the other end of the hall with a gift bag. Jakeâs smile grew, and he signalled to Heeseung that he was heading over. Heeseung nodded, and Jake scurried off.
Heeseung averted his gaze, staring back at the main entrance. The delay grew unbearable, and he considered heading out to the parking lot when suddenly he spotted Jaemin and Yeji walking inside.
He stood alert, his gaze tensely fixed on the door.
He held his breath as you walked into his line of sight. His body felt the shift, breath quickening. His fists tightened, and his gaze traced your body with unfiltered haste.Â
Fuck, that black body-con dress, outlining your curves, hugging your body like a second skin. His grip on the glass tightened. The dress revealed your defined collarbones, and the slit from the knee paired with black-heeled boots showcased your smooth, honeyed legs. Your hair was curled slightly, silky strands falling in waves against your cheeks, reaching your elbows.
Heeseungâs head throbbed as he tried to decipher his feelings. Seeing you walk inside with that dress made something rise in his throat, and it wasnât from the alcohol. It was worse, mentally and physically damaging.
How fucking demeaning. He was a man who never felt the burn of envy, but a fucking dress had him feeling so weakâso horribly jealous.
He wished he could tear it off and burn it to ashes like the scorching flames in his own blood. He had planned this moment all morning, intending to walk up to you with a smile, but now he found it difficult to breathe, let alone move.
However, the world doesnât stop. Even if he couldnât move, you very much could.
Your stray gaze finally landed on the familiar figure, and you walked up to him. You still werenât mentally prepared to face the man you had been dreaming of for the past few weeks, but you found it unkind to ignore him when he had planned this lavish party.
You smiled, holding out a small gift bag.
âAs far as I recall, itâs not my birthday,â Heeseung finally found his voice, his cheeky comment making you narrow your eyes.
âItâs basic etiquette to bring something when you visit someone,â you replied a hint of playfulness in your tone. You caught sight of the gift display in the backdrop where innumerable presents were mounted on the table. âIâll take it there,â you politely acknowledged.
You were ready to walk off, but Heeseung pulled you back, instantly grabbing the present. Taken aback, you opened your mouth to question him, but he ignored your curious gaze.
Everyone stealing reserved glances at the duo paused, their eyes wide, jaws dropped in amusement. Like a boy opening his Christmas gifts, Heeseung rushed to untie the ribbon and tear through the wrapping paper.
âHeeseung, itâs not that greatâŠâ your panicked voice cut through, cautious of everyoneâs expectant gaze on your gift. The plea went right through him, and he finally discovered a small clear bottle.
You brought him cologne.
You had racked your brain for days on what to bring him, and you had decided upon a blackberry cologne. The succulent scent carried a sinful aura, an intimidating and enigmatic aroma that perfectly captured Lee Heeseung.
Heeseung ran his thumb over the label. Then he unscrewed the top and sprayed it on his wrist. As he brought it to his nose, his heart felt fuller than before.
He imagined you walking into a Jo Malone store, attentively trying numerous scents until the abundant smells overstimulated your senses as you thought of him. How long did you spend deciding on the perfect one? How long did he manage to fill up your head?
âItâs just a small gift,â you mumbled, analysing his features.
âItâs perfect.â He said it with so much sincerity, you had no choice but to believe him.
âWhereâs my gift?â Jake appeared with some of his rowdy friends from the sports club, his arm linked with the ice skater, Park Sunghoon. He pouted dramatically, his bottom lip sticking out. You rolled your eyes at his antics.
âLast I checked, you asked me to buy you a Nintendo Switch as an early birthday present,â you replied. Jake gave you a mock glare. âThat was ages ago,â he huffed.
Before you could retort, you caught Yeji's eyes from across the room. She stood by the bar, urgently motioning for you to come over. The alarmed look on her face made you excuse yourself from the guys as you hurried to her.
Yeji grabbed your arm with an intense grip, struggling to catch her breath as a crazed laugh bubbled up her throat.
âYouâre kidding,â she gasped. âYou were talking about Lee Heeseung!â She roared with laughter, her expression priceless as she turned to you.
You stared at her, confused. âWhat?â
âY/N!â She shook you slightly, her wide eyes trembling with excitement. âYou donât know him? Heâs popular across the entire district!â
Seeing your blank expression, Yeji took it upon herself to fill you in. She pulled out her phone and showed you Seoul University's popular forum dedicated to Heeseung. As she clicked through the links, you realised the man was practically the definition of perfection.
His father owned a large-scale pharmaceutical corporation, and Heeseung was the sole heir. Despite this parental security, he was at the top of his classes, captain of the basketball team, head of the arts and music society, and president of student affairs. By his second semester, he had already secured an internship at HYBE, a massive healthcare conglomerateâseparate from his fatherâs influence. He was so incredibly intelligent that the college even commemorated his achievements with dedicated newsletter columns and interview sessions.
As you absorbed this overwhelming information, Yejiâs tone flattened, her lips pressing into a thin line. âBut, Y/N, heâs known as a player,â she reluctantly added. âApparently, there hasnât been a girl he hasnât had.â
You stared silently at the soles of your boots.
Of course, he was a player. Anyone would drop to their knees for a chance to be with him. You had read somewhere that gravitational pull was the strongest in a black hole, but science hadnât investigated the worldâs pull towards Heeseung. You had only met him a couple of days ago, yet he had already made you feel so unbearably enraptured.
Ruminating over Yejiâs words, you were speechless at your own disappointment. How could he affect you so terribly?
âButâheâs never had anything serious,â Yeji tried to console you, squeezing your shoulder.
Throat tightening, you attempted a smile.
âWho invited them?â Yeji's gasp broke through your thoughts, her mouth hanging open, eyes bulging in shock as she stared behind you.
You shifted, turning to see what had her so stunned.
Your jaw dropped.
In walked a couple, hand in hand, wearing complimentary outfits. A couple you hadnât spoken to in ages, a couple that haunted your sleepless nights: Park Jongseong and Yu Ji-min.
Your frantic gaze searched for Jake, conflicting emotions swirling across your face as you tried to make sense of your surroundings. Your older brother stood inattentive, engrossed in a conversation with Sunghoon as Jay approached him, wearing a broad smile. You watched them exchange a quick handshake, Jake accepting a large gift box.
âWhy would Jake invite him?â Yeji huffed.
You didnât knowâbut a gut feeling told you this was meant to happen.
The familiar gaze met yours. He was now heading to the leather couch beside his girlfriend, his eyes trained on you. You offered him a tight smile, your insides trembling in growing anxiety.
Jay was stern, his gaze cold and disdainful. Whilst maintaining eye contact, he pulled his girlfriend to sit on his lap, his grip tight on Ji-minâs waist as she whispered something into his ear.Â
Your smile dropped at his immaturity.
You had lost both your friends, Jay and Ji-min, because of your mistakes. You had avoided them like the plague, and something deep within you suggested that the mysterious rumours circulating around the university werenât just random gossip; they were spread by someone you had once considered as close as Yeji.
Something more sinister gnawed at your insides.Â
Heeseung.
Amidst the chaos, you felt someoneâs piercing gaze on you. Like a magnet, you found him. Under the blue strobe light, Heeseung stood leaning against the barâs counter, flanked by a few girls, with his eyes fixed on you, watching like a hawk.
Though he was a strangerâa complete nobody in your worldâyou still felt he was reading you like an open book. Anxiety washed over you, your throat drying up under his intense scrutiny. If your life was split into meaningful chapters, Heeseung knew it by heart, his gaze uncomfortably invasive, expectant as if judging your next move.
A waiter zooming by caught your attention, and you pounced on the opportunity. Fingers trembling, you grabbed a glass of champagne and downed it in one go, the liquor leaving a bitter burn in your throat.
âY/N, you donât hold your liquor well,â Yeji frowned. One drink never hurt anyone, and besides, this was a partyâeveryone was soon going to lose their marbles.
You turned away, grabbing another drink from a passing waiter.
âY/N, stop!â Yeji warned. You smiled tightly, ready to throw more alcohol into your system.
In a flash, Heeseung, who had been a good fifty people away, stood towering over you. He snatched the glass from your grasp and chugged it down. You watched in disbelief as he slammed the empty glass on a passing waiterâs tray, his gaze darkening as he stared at you. Yeji took it as her cue to scram, rushing to accompany her boyfriend on the dance floor.
Your stomach clenched with want. Even simply dressed in a black t-shirt and leather jeans, his expression sour, his appeal was uncanny. He made you forget the elephant in the room.
âSoâ he bothers you that much?â Heeseung spat, his voice low and venomous.
He had planned to watch from the sidelines. Jongseongâs name was enough for Heeseung to find sources and sniff out your past link. He was told you had rejected the boy, but that didnât match Jakeâs description of your first crush.
It didnât take long for Heeseung to realise that you really did like Jongseong, your affection reflected in that picture you still chose to keep. The reason you had declined his proposal wasnât a mystery either. You feared ruining a chance at friendship, and that conclusion made Heeseung sleepless.
Heeseung had orchestrated this party and invited Jongseong, just to watch your heartbreak. He wanted to dwell in the forlorn misery in your gaze, relish in the fury and hatred fuelling your agonised expression. He wanted you to shatter so that you were left with no choice but to find him. So that he could collect those shards and piece you together. For himself.
Yet here you stood, bothered and apologetic. There wasnât one bad bone inside you, your heart pure like the sunshine that streaks through his curtains every morning.
âHow do you know about Jay?â You curiously pointed out, folding your arms and gazing up at the man.
Heeseung flinched at the nickname. Tightening his fists, he responded with gritted teeth. He didnât need to lie for this.
âJake.â
One word and your face crumbled, your finger pointing at the blonde who laughed beside his friends. âWhy canât that idiot keep his mouth shut?â You complained, glaring daggers. You couldnât believe your brother blurted out your business to Heeseung.
âDo you still want him?â
Say it.
Say it, and heâll burn this place down, along with Park Jongseong, leaving you with nothingânot even a corpse to mournâjust a speck of remains and dirt.
âI donât.â
His eyes shifted back to their brown.
âI just wish I hadnât lost my friends.â You glanced down at your shoes, face shrouded in despair as you reminisced the past.
Heeseung watched the sorrow flicker in your deprived eyes.
This was simpler than he had imagined.
âLetâs get the party started!â Jake yelled at the top of his lungs, carrying a huge celebratory bottle of champagne as everyone huddled around him.
Yeji appeared by your side, dragging you towards the crowd where Jake prepared to unseal the wine, like a cake-cutting ceremony. From your peripheral vision, you noticed Heeseung walk up beside youâuntil everyone, including Jake, roared for him to come forward.
You watched Heeseung shake his head dismissively, but Jakeâs adamant smile made him falter. For the first time, you saw a crack in Heeseungâs stern façade, a genuine sense of joy flashing through his expression.
You watched with intrigue as he stepped up, and Jake finally celebrated his twenty second. Everyone cheered as Jake popped the cork and showered Heeseung and Sunghoon with the essence.
Yeji over-excitedly gasped. During her overjoyed dance, she accidentally slipped forward, toppling her glass of wine onto your dressâs front. You quickly wiped at it, but the liquid soaked into the flimsy fabric with ease.
âShitâ sorry boo,â she cried over the music. You shook your head, dismissing her concern.
âIâm heading to the washroom,â you muttered. She nodded, unsure of your words, as the loud roaring and music drowned everything.
You slipped away from the chaos, excusing your way through until you managed to escape to the other end of the hall. You followed the dim hallway, the raucousness dissolving, as you searched for the nearest bathroom. You found a door at the far end with a staircase to your right and sped towards it.
âLong time.â
You turned, instantly freezing up.
Jay stood at the other end, speaking with his familiar calculated baritone. He stepped forward, watching your shocked expression morph into disappointment.
âOh, seems like youâre not too happy to see me here,â he claimed, now standing a mere step away, his tone dripping with malice. âIs the princess running away again?â The darkness returned, his jaw clenched.
You gulped, standing upright. âI donât have anything to say to you,â you told him, turning away.
A bitter chuckle escaped his chest. âOf course, you donât,â he spat. âNow that youâve found a man, you donât have much to say,â he claimed, running his fingers through his dark strands, his gaze menacing.
Your throat burned with hostility. âYouâre ridiculous,â you huffed. âFollowing a girl when youâve already got a girlfriendâseems like I dodged a bullet.â You uttered the words, disturbed by his arrogant nonchalance, and instantly the atmosphere grew with heightening tension.
Your cruel words seemed to inflict some damage as Jayâs body trembled, his fists tightening in aggravation.
Because you were right. He knew it.
As you stepped away, all common sense evaded him. He grabbed your wrist and slammed you to the wall, a gasp wrenching out of your chest as he hovered above, his hands gripping your waist with an iron grip.
âI never needed you,â he whispered, his eyes wide and pained as you attempted to free yourself, but Jayâs grip on your waist only tightened. âIâve just liked the chase. You were so full of yourselfâso pathetic. Nothing about you ever made me feel somethingâanythingââ
A bloodcurdling scream wrenched out of your throat as a shattering sound reverberated within your frame. Your eyes bulged out, heart trashing and body quivering in horror. One second Jay was standing, staring at you like a madman, and the next, he was knocked to the ground, blood splattering against your cheeks, staining your dress and skin scarlet.
Breathe. Take a deep breath. Breathe.
You plummeted to the floor, your knees giving out as Jayâs forehead and neck covered in red pooled on the ground. You internally prepared yourself as you looked up, staring at the perpetrator.
A dull void of a gaze, Heeseungâs hand was wrapped around a half-shattered bottle with its sharpened edges dripping Jayâs blood. Your insides clenched in horror.
Heeseung stepped closer as Jayâs limp frame scrambled to sit up, his gaze chasing the danger, his grip on his head loosening as he spotted the man.
âYouâyou fucking lunaticâwhat the fuck is wrong withââ
Jayâs yelps fell on deaf ears as Heeseung discarded the bottle and plummeted to the floor before you, his pupils drained of colour and hands trembling as he caressed your cheeks. His thumb rubbed at the splashes of blood, eyes wide with terrorâa terror you had never seen. More than his own actions, his line of concern was the beads of red staining your complexion.
âHeeâŠâ you tried to speak, your throat dry and lips quivering.
âItâs okayâyouâre okay,â his voice trembled as he consoled himself, more than anyone, his gaze frantically running over your body.
What you didnât realise was Jay reaching out to grab the loitering bottle. Heeseungâs warm gaze and words were so captivating, pulling you away from the unfolding catastrophe. Suddenly, the fantasy shattered. Jay smashed the bottle against the back of Heeseungâs head.
You screamed, your body jerking alert as you pulled Heeseung into your arms, sobbing aloud. Jay stood on trembling legs, glaring at Heeseung with a poisonous look before limping away. You tightened your hold on Heeseung, your body shaking despite his grievous injury. The attack was strong enough to lash out blood but not wilful enough to break the bottle like Heeseung had done.
You tried to pull away to check his wound, but Heeseung pulled you back into his chest, his arms wrapping around you protectively.
Fuck. He could die right now and heâd be happy. Over the fucking moon. He almost wanted to thank that low-life for brusing him because it worked in his favour.
You gazed upon him with sympathetic attention, like you were gazing upon a wounded puppy. You were finally in his arms, letting him envelop you. He inhaled the scent of vanilla and fresh peaches, his hold on your frame tightening with desperation.
He wanted to consume you.
âHeeseung, let me see your wound,â you softly cried into his shoulder, unable to breathe at the intensity of his clutch.
âItâs not deepânothing compared to what that moron will take home,â Heeseung arrogantly claimed. His prideful tone made your insides hurl; it reminded you of the initiation. Heeseung had started it all; he had slammed a glass bottle into Jayâs head.
You pushed him back, your gaze stern as you met his aggravated one. âWhy?â You cried hysterically, recalling the insanity of the previous moment. âHow could youââ
Heeseungâs expression grew colder than ice. âIâll break every bone he used to touch you,â he declared, the honesty in his tone sending chills down your spine.Â
âYou literally almost murdered him!â You screeched.
Heeseung cracked a deluded smile. âHeâll wish I had.â
You felt speechless. Utterly stunned into silence. What did that mean? You wanted to assume that his fury made him speak nonsense, that he didnât mean a word. However, when you stared into Heeseungâs gaze, your stomach turned at the resolute darkness, his words horrifyingly blunt and absurd.
You were about to call him out when you noticed trail of blood slither down the side of his face. You gasped. "You need to get to a hospital,â you urged.
âAnd explain what?â He scoffed with a playful smile.
You felt bewildered. Of course, you didn't care at the moment! As long as he got treated, you didn't care what lie he spat out.
You glared at him. âYou need to get it checked out, Heeseung,â you muttered with concern, noticing the blood kept gushing in thicker streams.
Wordlessly, Heeseung grabbed your hand, intertwining your fingers, and nodded as he pulled you to stand. You sighed in relief, grateful that he was finally listening. His grip never faltering on your hand, you both turned towards the venue.
Heeseung suddenly pulled you back, ignoring your confusion, instead climbing up the staircase. âWhatâre you doing?â You groaned, attempting to retract, but Heeseung just kept walking.
Upstairs, the living room was carpeted with posh couches and chairs. You passed by expensive paintings hung up on the wall as Heeseung took you inside a dark room, stalking through blindly until he pushed at another door.
Lights flickering on, you surveyed the unfamiliar surroundings. Heeseung had brought you to a bathroom. You glanced at him in confusion as he shut the door and turned towards you.
âHeeseung, whatâre you doing?â
âYou said I need to get my injury checked out,â he responded, leaning down and grabbing a first aid kit from the cubby hole. âIâm doing it,â he flashed you a clever smile, his eyes shining with amusement.
Even if you were about to throw a tantrum, you couldnât anymore. Heeseungâs words, his eyes, his smile, everything was enough for you to sit still and obey. You watched as he stepped towards the large mirror. He casually tilted his head to inspect the wound.
Expressionless, he opened up the first aid kit, grabbing a transparent bottle and cotton pads like a professional, as if he had already addressed such wounds in the past. With practised nonchalance, he soaked the cotton pad with the liquid and pressed it into the wound.
You winced, instinctively jumping forward to grab the bottle from his hand.
âWho deals with a wound like that!â You screeched hysterically.
Heeseung turned, his brows raised, lips pressed in confusion. You put forward your palm, glaring at him. He surveyed your stern expression and, to your surprise, gave in easily, handing you the stained cotton ball without putting up a fight. You had imagined he would claim he knew moreâbut Heeseung just stared at you passively. You gulped, edging forward.
You knew the wound was deeply ingrained on the right side of his head, but reaching it was an issue. You were a good half a person shorter than him, his towering frame allowing you to reach only his chest. Standing on your tiptoes, you could only make it to his collarbone. You tried pushing up to reach the mark, but it remained physically impossible.
You noticed the amusement sparking in his expression, his lips curving into a gentle smile. âWhatâs so funny?â You gruffly questioned, and his smile only grew more.
He wrapped his arms around your waist and lifted you up, setting you on the cold basin. He turned, towering between your parted legs.
âThere.â
You quickly recovered, ignoring the butterflies fluttering in your chest or the heat stirring from where he had just touched you. You reached up. The angle allowed you to address the wound better.
Thankfully, there was a single cut, slashing down to the nape. You held the cotton against the cut, letting it absorb the blood, and then gently swirled it across.
Heeseungâs breathing suddenly grew heavy, and you flinched, quickly scanning his face for hints of pain. âIs it too bad?â You muttered, your eyes wide and voice reluctantly soft.
He nodded. It was painful, so unbearably agonising like he was thrown into a fuming furnace, burning and dying, then reincarnating and burning every breath he spent in your vicinity.
His fists tightened, his gaze tracing your attentive expression, your lips puckered in deep concentration, hands so gentle, like a motherâs touchâor what Heeseung assumed mustâve been had he ever felt one. The past month he only dreamed of this momentâto have you before him, launched between his legs, attending only to him.
You cleaned up his wound with precision. He had practice, but your touch was magicalâa healing balm of its own.
âHave you done this for anyone else?â His question came out gruffer than expected, his stomach twisting as he imagined you perched on a sink like this for someone else.
You finished cleaning up, moving to grab the bandage. âOf course not,â you huffed, peeling the bandaid from the wrapper.
âI just know Iâm not supposed to stab wounds like that,â you sarcastically claimed, reminded of him jabbing his head. âYouâre the future doctor⊠you should know this,â you leaned to the side, pressing the band-aid into his scalp.
âThey teach us how to treat,â he stated. âWhatever gets the job done,â he shrugged.
You couldnât help but grimace at his words.
âIf you donât treat with the element of pain in mind, youâll hurt yourself more.â
Heeseung's throat was suddenly tighter than normal.
You wiped your hands with a tissue. Shifting closer, you inspected Heeseungâs injury one more time. You were about to get off the sink when you noticed glimmering bits of glass nestled in his hair. Impulsively, you reached out, flicking the strands.
âOhâ!â You jerked away, your finger cut by an unseen sharp edge that pierced the flesh.
Before the blood even oozed out, Heeseung sprang forward, grabbing your wrist, his gaze wide with horror as he impulsively pulled your finger into his mouth.
An astonished gasp escaped your chest.
Wide-eyed, you watched Heeseung suck around your finger.
At the first drop of your blood against his tongue, Heeseungâs eyes screwed shut, his body heating up, the metallic taste mixed with your skinâs sweetness creating a delicious buzz within his taste buds. Maybe if he drank enough, you'd really become a part of his being; if he fused your blood with his, you'd somehow become his.
He lapped at the drop incessantly, his hand reaching to lock your wrist in place as he covered your finger with saliva.
There was a shift in the air. You felt it in your bones.
As he looked up, meeting your eyes while simultaneously drenching your finger inside his mouth, your body began to heat up. A burn ignited at the centre of your legs, your imagination running wild, your limbs quivering.
Time became meaningless as he revelled in the euphoric bliss. When he noticed you werenât pulling away or flinching, his muscles clenched with want. Instead, your cheeks were redd, eyes fluttering in bashfulness. Warmth in his blood shot lower, pooling within his sensitive region.
A thrum vibrated his own being as Heeseung popped another finger into his mouth, his sucking growing intense, lascivious, and hungrier. Your body jolted as his slick enveloped your digits, his tongue tirelessly flicking and tasting.
You wanted to intervene and stop this madness, but suddenly you couldnât find your voice. Your throat refused to cooperate, and your lips denied any help.
His gaze was trained on your expressions, every blink, every gasp. He wanted to memorise the way your cheeks blushed scarlet and mouth opened in silent gasps. You were so beautiful, so perfect, so his.
âHeeââ you managed to choke out.
Heeseungâs hardness jerked in his pants, his body shaking with want. You had just attempted to say his name.
Suddenly, he pulled his mouth away and yanked you to the floor. You fell against his chest, your feet staggering on the marble floor, a stunned gasp escaping your mouth. He didnât let you process it, his moves sharp and abrupt.
Your jaw dropped as you felt the tent of arousal straining against your abdomen. Your underwear was drenched, muscles taut as the reality dawned upon you. Lee Heeseung wanted you.
âFeel thatâfuckâdo you feel it?â He rasped against your ear, his hardened tone and body making you forget any coherent response, your body tensing up in his embrace. âFuck, youâre so beautifulâstunningâso breathtaking. You make meââ His voice cracked as he felt nestled his nose against your neck, sniffing like a dog.
âMake youâŠâ you pleaded for him to continue, craving his validation.
âMake me patheticâso damn pathetic,â he blurted, his mind elsewhere as he sucked onto your earlobe.
His kisses ran down your neck, and he urgently flicked the hair away to feast. He pressed his lips gently, wanting to savour every moment and worship every inch, but within the first contact, his patience was out the window. He pushed his throbbing body into yours, knocking you against the sink as his mouth opened wide, biting into your flesh.
His mind fell numb as your taste and scent drove him to the brink of euphoria. He found it strange how you turned him into a quivering virgin mess with just this.
Your gasps reverberated in the bathroom walls, your frame quivering.
His touch was desperate, persistent like he was holding onto you for dear life. Fingers interlocked in your strands, body shaking with restrain as his mouth devoured your neck, you felt lost in a sea of pure bliss. You hadnât had many sexual experiences in your life, but whatever make out sessions you had shared with boys in first year didnât live up to this feeling, this hungerâ from him.
âAh!â
Every hair on his body stood alert. Your sounds were so pretty just like your body. He knew he couldnât live without absolutely breaking your resilience. He had to tear through your exterior and drag out the vulnerable girl who moves to his rhythm, sings to his beat and responds to his call.
âHeeseungâAh!â Your body tensed, his name falling from your mouth as his kisses grew frantic, prolonged. You were so flustered that you felt the world knock off its axis. You urgently held onto his tense shoulders, hoping you wouldn't fall over with the intensity of his want.
Had it been any other girl in his arms, anyone, heâd have thrown her on the floor and fulfilled his depraved desires. Heâd have coerced her lust, used and abused her body like a mere object for his release. He wanted to do the same to you like heâd envisioned every night.
But you werenât any girl. You weren't a momentary escape. For the first time in his life, he wanted it both: lust and love. He wanted to ruin you for everyoneâ not just physically but emotionally. He wanted your body and your soul.
And you were the sole reason he unwillingly held back, restrained his desire to rip you apart.
Breathless and flustered, you struggled to gather your thoughts. Your body was begging for him, but you couldnât look past the reality.
This was Lee Heeseung, the hottest playboy, the genius, the most eligible bachelor in Koreaâand most importantly, your brotherâs best friend. You were calling his name so embarrassingly, and you were certain going all the way, heâd have nothing to do with you after tonight. He was like a forbidden fruit, so effortlessly desirable but never yours.
He will never be yours.
Your eyes burned with tears. You had managed to like him so much, and tonight it would crumble apart. Just the way you had ended up running from Jay, you should run from Heeseung before he takes your heart with him.
Determined, you pushed against him. The sudden move knocked him away, his reddened face twisting in confusion and frustration at the distance.
You quickly stumbled to the sink, splashing cold water on your face. Your complexion as red as a cherry, eyes shining, indicating hints of your previous bliss; Heeseung had littered red and purple marks all over your neck, his saliva still warming your flesh.
Behind you, Heeseung appeared, wrapping his arms around your waist. His eyes locked onto your reflection, his gaze darkening as it traced the curve of your neck. The heat between you intensified, his desire becoming evident as he pressed his aching body into yours. His eyes fluttered shut, savouring the sensation of your soft curves against him.
Embarrassingly, your abdomen clenched again.
âTâthis is wrong. Stop,â you babbled, pushing him away, your dejected tone falling on deaf ears as he pressed into you again. âHeeseungââ You turned, using all your force to push him away. He looked up, his eyes clearly unfocused.
The bathroom was getting stuffy now. His unnerving gaze made it hard to breathe. You stepped away, yanking the bathroom door open and rushing out into the bleak room, your breathing unnecessarily heavy. Your body was aching with arousal, wanting to go back into his arms and give yourself up.
Heeseung shot out, grabbing your waist and jerking you into his hold, his heavy breaths lingering against your earlobe. You tried pulling away when suddenly he whipped you around.
With darkness blinding your vision, you couldnât evade him as he yanked you into his chest and slammed his lips into yours.
The taste of cherries overwhelmed your senses, your body liquifying as he immediately plunged his tongue into your mouth, tasting you.
Every instant in his life had brought him to this moment. He knew it when he kissed your mouth, licked your tongue, traced your gumsâhe knew you were meant for him. Your beauty was his to ruin. Your taste was his to devour. Your love was his to take.
A strange sensation flared up in his chest, spreading to his heart. For the first time, all his medical knowledge felt uselessâhe didnât even feel human because even they could identify sensations.
Heeseung cupped your jaw, his lips trembling as he took in all your taste had to offer. His teeth clashed with yours, and his saliva dripped down your chin, his tongue rolling against yours as he poured an overwhelming flood of unnamed emotions into you.
His erection pressed against your lower stomach as he kissed you breathlessly. Suddenly, he was tearing at his buttons, desperate to feel your skin against his.
His kiss felt urgent, charged with arousal. You felt like you would blow into tattered pieces with the intensity of his touch, his deprivation and lust. Your fingers ran through his tousled strands, clenching for semblance of control as he sucked the soul out of you.
Your lungs flared up in discomfort due to the limited oxygen supply. You gasped, pushing at his shoulders with all your strength. Heeseungâs grip didnât falter. Your gasps grew more strained and alarming. Only when you felt tears blurring your vision did Heeseung relent.
Both of you panted like dogs, heaving breaths echoing through the room.
âStop it!â You screamed, pushing him away as you blindly searched for the exit.Â
Yellow lights flickered on, the sudden burst blinding you momentarily. Heeseung stood like a barrier blocking the door, his advantage clear as he seemed to have the room mapped out in his head.
Pupils blown out, he panted, his gaze clouded with the need to ravage and devour you whole. His undone button-down hung the shoulders, revealing honey toned chest and tense abs, descending lower into his pants. Your mouth dried up, but you forced yourself to remain unfeeling.
You voiced out, âLet me goââ
âWhy?â He asked gruffly. His eyes locked onto your trembling orbs, his brows arching in frustration.
âI canât have you?â He whispered.
His words were laced with provocation. He hadnât felt such an urgency to ruin someone, ever. He ached to feel your skin against his. He was hurting to fill you. If you wanted, he would plummet to his knees, stick out his tongue and shamelessly beg, plead.Â
You looked at him with indifference. âYouâre my brotherâsââ
âSo what?â He barked, his abrupt interruption making your breath stutter.
He stepped closer until he had you pressed against the wall, his arms on either side, locking you in place. You hadnât expected him to be this eager. Why did he care? A man like Heeseung could get any woman on earth. One look and theyâd drop their panties to the floor. Your glare grew more acrimonious at the realisation.
You pushed at his chest, your fingers grazing his warm skin, lighting up fireworks in your system. âI refuse to be your one-night fantasy, Heeseung,â you stuttered, unshed tears slipping out.
The fury in his gaze collapsed, his lips parting in stunned horror.
This was your chanceâŠto run free, to protect whateverâs left of your heart. Hastily, you dashed to the door, your grip pulling at the handle when suddenly Heeseung was behind you, enveloping your waist.
You screamed and struggled, your feet kicking the air as he carried you away and tossed you onto the bed. You fought against his manhandling, punching and pushing against him, but he just stared at you like you were a weak feline lashing out.
He let you burst out until your energy had depleted and you fell limp.
âYouâre fucking joking,â he laughed, disbelief coursing through his frame. âOne night fantasy?â He spat, his fists tightening at the audacity of your words.
You stared back, matching his intensity. âIsnât it famously known?" You huffed. âYou donât touch a woman youâve had once,â you snarled, your tone dripping with hostility.
That sent him spiralling. âI donât,â he declared. He watched the spark in your eyes die down, tears running down your cheeks. You attempted to get up, but Heeseung dropped to his knees, his hands scrambling to cup your face.
His heart pounded so hard, that he felt its drumming within his entire being. âYouâre not any woman,â his voice cracked, his throat tightening as he kissed your tears one by one. âYouâre mine."
He hadnât said anything more honest in his entire life.
Yet, you looked at him the sameâawfully sceptical, disbelieving. He had attempted to pour out his heart, claim you as his, but you gazed at him like he was a liar, a deceiver. Heeseung dropped his arms, anger surging within his blood.
âYou donât believe me,â he declared, his tone laced with bitter sarcasm.
You wanted to so badlyâbut you had no reason to. Why would he fall for you?
You watched as Heeseungâs gaze frantically scoured the room.
Something ominous was happening. You felt your stomach twist. You called his name, but he turned away, dashing towards the study table. You stared in confusion as he grabbed his car key.Â
Without any warning, Heeseung struck the sharp edge into his chest, stabbing himself in his sternum. A scream lurched out your throat, your breath stuttering as you attempted to get to him. He forced the key inside, tearing through the flesh in a line. Blood gushed through the wound, but Heeseungâs concentration remained firm.
âWhat the fuckâ stop-stop!â You screeched, finally getting a hold of his arm.
He didnât stop, still working on creating the art piece he wanted you to see. You felt lightheaded as you fought against his determined actions. Unable to knock him back into reality, you decided to fling at the key, letting it slip from his grasp.
Horror ceased your chest. The scarred flesh formed a letterâ your initial. You gazed up at him, your throat constricting as a soul-stirring chill escalated down your spine.
âIf I carve you in my blood, will you believe me?â A pained gaze, a torn heart, a horrifying smile.
Your limbs trembled.
You glanced at the wound, lips parting in silent horror.
This was absurdâ absolute madness. You couldnât wrap your head around it, but you knew it was awfully dangerous like playing with fire or chasing a lion into its den. You should be scaredâ fearing for your life. You should escape right now when you have the chance. You should run and never look back.
There are many shoulds' you encounter in life, but none of them hold any value when something as desirable holds you by the throat. Someone as irresistibly horrifying as Lee Heeseung. Whatever you did next, you knew your fate was sealed. Even if you ran, you couldn't outrun him-- and somewhere in the pool of longing in your depraved heart, you didn't want to. You didn't want to find a way out.
You leaned down and wrapped your lips around his honey peck, swirling your tongue and licking the scarlet oozing from his self-inflicted wound, surprising yourself as you swallowed it down.Â
Life and death stood at a standstill. Had you pushed him away, heâd still have ruined you, broken your soul to pieces and killed himself over hurting you. But you chose to acknowledge, indulge in his pained longing, accepting it like a lover's call, making him want to live moreâ chase moreâ love more.Â
Vision glazed, heart thundering against his chest, he wrapped you in a breathless embrace.
Amid the chaos, a strained voice invaded the room. âHeeâ fuck, weâve got a problem.âÂ
Your head shot towards the door, eyes wide with fear.Â
Fuck.
Your brother was at the door.
A rampant knock. âHeeâ you in there?â Jake's voice spilt into the heated room, your body freezing. Heeseung didn't even spare the door a glance as he pressed himself within your body.
âTheyâve come looking for drugsâ I donât know whoâs called but the police are searching the place.â
Your eyes bulged out of their sockets, jaw-dropping in horror.
Drugs? Police?Â
Instead of concern or a slight hint of fear, Heeseungâs grip tightened on your wrists, and he attacked your lips, invading your mouth. You gasped, caught off guard, your jaw opening in a silent gasp. He swallowed your protests, his hands releasing your wrists to grope your butt-cheeks as he hoisted you up in his arms while sucking on your bottom lip.Â
âBroâ are you seriously fucking someone right now?â Jakeâs incredulous tone made you want to dig a hole and bury yourself inside.
Heeseungâs grip on your buttocks tightened, his groans purposefully filling the room like a silent message for Jake. His knees gave out, knocking you down, your body crashing into the bed as he vigorously unbuckled his jeans. His warm tongue feasted through your mouth, swallowing your complaints, his head lolling into your shoulders as he pressed wet, hasty bites down your neck.Â
Another knock.Â
âFuckâ Heeseung get out here! Theyâve arrested Jongseong.â
You gasped.
What the fuck?
Heeseung paused.
Through glazed vision, he stared down at you. His lips slowly formed a smile that made every hair on your body rise.
Kim Sunoo had really come through, orchestrating a flawless drug raid, planting the evidence in Jongseong's bags and vanishing without a trace. Jay would waste away five years in prison for drug possessionâ barely enough to atone for the pain he gave you, hopefully enough to erase the longing that fucker held for you. Heeseung knew he owed his partner in crime a bottle of Soju next time Sunoo visited their shared farmhouse.
âHeeseung, we shouldââ
Heeseung licked your mouth, holding your trembling body in place, his fingers desperately tugging at your straps. Despite your persistence, he didnât care for anything at the moment. Someone could tell him that the entire house was on fire or that the universe had collided into a meteor, crumbling to bits and pieces, and heâd still ignore it all.
For now, he will spend every second making you hisâuntil his love is conveyed through his hunger, until his touch leaves scars and burns on your soul, until you love him enough to bleed him dry.

how can a show be about hatred of women when there are no women in it who are important that aren't doomed by the narrative? now misogyny is for men? supernatural hates and kills women, and you want to claim that that the misogyny is towards the men? god forbid women do anything i guess.
You know what? Your unwillingness to own your opinion publicly and your tone notwithstanding, this is actually a good question, anon. You are referring to this post, I think.
Misogyny in its simplest definition is hatred of women. For me, though, that definition feels a bit too narrow and a bit too gender essentialist. As a rejector of gender essentialism, I would broaden that definition to say that misogyny is the hatred of that which is seen or understood as feminine, or all the things that appear to exist on that side of the binary -- man over woman, logic over intuition, rationality over emotionality, etc. The things on the feminine side are weak, irrational, soft, untrustworthy, dangerous.
I like philospher Kate Manne's take on it -- she calls misogyny the enforcement arm of the patriarchy in her excellent book Down Girl: The Logic of Misogyny, arguing that misogyny (like racism) is not about personal feelings, it's âa social and political phenomenon with psychological, structural, and institutional manifestationsâ, and it's mission is to maintain the status quo of gender hierarchy. Misogyny operates as patriarchy's "police force" to enforce gender roles, punishing those (usually women) who deviate from them, and keep everyone (again, usually women) in their rightful places, and while obviously misogyny is directed at women, and this is the topic of Manne's book, I would argue that if women under patriarchy have a place to be kept in, so do men, whose deviation is, in some ways, even more threatening to the status quo.
I said in my post that the overt misogyny directed at women in Supernatural is cartoonish and ridiculous and feels too obviously stupid to be unintentionally placed there, and amounts to a depiction rather than a replication or approval of it. Meanwhille, Dean's masculinity is often just as cartoonish. He's practically play-acting Fonz Solo when he shows up at Sam's in his daddy's big leather jacket and muscle car. However, while Dean does performatively pose as the ultimate man's man and womanizer, leering at college girls and cheerleaders and even Sam's girlfriend, when he is actually called upon to interact with a woman who is not troped to the gills with hot girl stereotypes or posing for Sam's benefit, he is very consistently nothing but respectful and does no leering whatsoever.
Meanwhile, though Sam is too cool and urbane for the leering, he is lying to Jessica about his life and his family, which endangers her and gets her killed, while Dean, we learn soon enough, told Cassie everything the minute he thought he was in love with her. Dean play acts misogyny, but Sam is the one infantilizing his woman. And, even though Dean spends a lot of energy aggressively big upping his man-cred, the fact is that he is the intuitive, emotional one, and he plays an undeniably feminine role in his family. He's John's partner, Sam's mother. He's the one who wants to hold the family together for the sake of love.
All of this is in the FIRST SEASON. Watch it again. Think about the way Sam only agrees in the end of episode 1 to go with Dean after Jessica gets classically fridged, so Sam gets called to his hero's journey. Think about how Dean went to his brother, vulnerable, alone and afraid, needing help, and how, in the end, Sam's acceptance of their quest is not an acceptance of Dean at all. Think about how Sam is a direct mirror to John who has deserted Dean at the time the story begins. John wants Dean to submit himself to John's will, but he treats Dean with scorn, and respects Sam, who refuses to do so. Think about how trope-loaded Mary's white nightgown and Jessica's skimpy tomboy/girlish and self-consciously cute briefs and smurf crop-top are -- how what is being killed when they both die is symbolic mother/modern-twist on maiden (or whore?) femininity, which sends John and Sam on a revenge quest, and about how Dean DID NOT CHOOSE to be on that journey; he was DRAFTED.
The final episodes of the season make Dean's role explicit when he pleads with Sam and John for family, for love; tells them they are all he has, and Azazel, possessing John, praises Dean for being the one who keeps them together, who always looks out for their family, and think about what a knife to the heart it is that that's how Dean knows that John is possessed: his real father would never value those things about him. He'd think they were too soft, too feminine.
If you watch Supernatural from the beginning, keeping an eye out for every time Dean is feminized or someone (often SAM!!) drags him by impugning his masculinity (I think @ilarual is doing a tally of this? Or someone else?) it's really hard to unsee once you start noticing it: Dean is subjected to misogyny ALL THE TIME, and he subjects himself to it -- pushing down all his softer feelings until all he has is anger and fear -- it's the kind that tells him that he's isn't man enough.
Like, can you not see that a saying 'Supernatural kills female characters' ergo it is a misogynist story is just...too blunt an instrument? Supernatural kills women, and it also kills and tortures men. Is there misogyny in it? ABSOLUTELY. Misogyny is a deep vein running through absolutely everything in it, but most of that misogyny is THE REASON TO TELL THE STORY. The fact that it is a story ABOUT MEN is not misogynist in and of itself, particularly when it is so critical of what men become and and are forced into by hegemonic masculinity. For my money, Dean is intentionally and thoroughgoingly queered from the off! It is no accident. It would be difficult to do that as completely as they do without it being part of the actually DNA of the story.
WHICH IT IS.
And PS. the fact that you think none of the women in SPN are important is pretty misogynist of you.
