Indian Head Massage: Stress Relief through Scalp Serenity
In the fast-paced rhythm of modern life, where stress and tension often take residence in our daily experiences, the ancient practice of Indian Head Massage emerges as a sanctuary of serenity. Rooted in traditional Indian healing techniques and Ayurvedic principles, this therapeutic massage focuses on the upper body, particularly the head, neck, and shoulders. Beyond its physical benefits, Indian Head Massage is a holistic journey that encompasses relaxation, stress relief, and the restoration of overall well-being. In this exploration, we dive into the origins, techniques, and profound effects of Indian Head Massage—a soothing ritual that unveils the path to scalp serenity and stress alleviation. 출장안마
Origins and Cultural Significance
Indian Head Massage, also known as Champissage, traces its roots to ancient Indian healing practices. The traditional art of Ayurveda, which dates back thousands of years, acknowledges the importance of balance within the body's energy centers or chakras for overall health. Indian Head Massage, as part of Ayurveda, focuses on promoting harmony in these energy centers, particularly those associated and upper body.출장마사지
Historically, Indian Head Massage has been an integral part of family rituals in India, passed down through generations. It was initially developed as a grooming technique, promoting healthy hair and scalp, but its therapeutic benefits soon became apparent. Over time, this practice evolved into a formalized massage technique, gaining recognition not only for its physical effects but also for its profound impact on mental and emotional well-being.
Techniques of Indian Head Massage: A Symphony of Touch
Soothing Scalp Massage: The massage begins with gentle, rhythmic movements on the scalp. The therapist uses a variety of strokes, including circular motions and kneading, to stimulate blood circulation, relax the scalp, and nourish the hair follicles.
Neck and Shoulder Massage: Tension often accumulates in the neck and shoulders. Indian Head Massage addresses these areas with kneading and compression techniques, releasing tightness and promoting flexibility.
Face Massage: The therapist incorporates gentle massage movements on the face, including the forehead, temples, and jawline. This helps relieve facial tension and contributes to an overall sense of relaxation.
Ear Massage: The ears are massaged using delicate strokes and gentle pressure. This can have a calming effect, especially for those who experience tension or discomfort in the ear area.
Energy Balancing Techniques: Drawing from Ayurvedic principles, Indian Head Massage includes energy balancing techniques to align the body's vital energy centers. The therapist may use subtle energy work to promote a sense of harmony and balance.
Marma Point Activation: Marma points are vital energy points in Ayurveda. The therapist may target specific marma points on the head and face, applying gentle pressure to stimulate the flow of energy and promote well-being.
Relaxing Oils and Aromatherapy: Traditional Ayurvedic oils, such as sesame or coconut oil, are often used during Indian Head Massage. These oils not only nourish the hair and scalp but also contribute to a deeply relaxing and aromatic experience.
The Indian Head Massage Session: A Journey to Scalp Serenity
Initial Consultation: The session typically begins with a consultation where the therapist gathers information about the client's health, any specific concerns, and preferences. This ensures a personalized and safe experience.

Unlocking the Sacred Significance of 108 in Eastern Spiritual Traditions
Introduction
The number 108 holds a profound and sacred significance in various Eastern spiritual paths, including Buddhism, Jainism, and Hinduism. This mystical number weaves through yogic and dharmic practices, symbolizing spiritual completion and connecting individuals to their place in the cosmic order.
Our Place in the Dharma
In Buddhism, the number 108 serves as a key to understanding our place in the dharma, the cosmic order. Representing the human form as a five-pointed star within a circle, each angle embodies 108ᵒ. This symbolism extends to the intricate design of the heart chakra, composed of 108 lines of energy (nadis) and 108 pressure points (marmas). Notably, 108ᵒF represents the critical temperature at which vital organs can overheat, highlighting the delicate balance within our physical selves.
On a cosmic scale, the relationship between the sun and Earth is encapsulated in the number 108. The distance between the two is precisely 108 times the diameter of the sun. This cosmic alignment reinforces the idea that 108 connects us not only to ourselves but also to the vast universe that surrounds us.
108 Reflected in Spiritual Practices
The significance of 108 is mirrored in religious practices and sacred spaces around the world. Architectural wonders such as the High Temple of Lamanai in Belize and the Tikal funerary temple in Guatemala both stand at 108 feet, symbolizing a connection between the earthly and the divine. Many Buddhist temples feature 108 steps, while in Japanese Zen temples, a bell tolls 108 times as the year draws to a close, echoing the cyclical nature of time and existence.
In Tibetan Buddhism, the concept of 108 delusions underscores the human struggle with internal obstacles. Similarly, Hindu deities are adorned with 108 names, and Jainists embrace 108 virtues as part of their spiritual teachings. These practices serve as reminders of our intricate connection to the world around us and the spiritual journey we undertake.
The Untraceable Origin of 108
The origins of the significance of 108 cannot be attributed to a singular source. Yet, this mystery adds to its power. It transcends human understanding, connecting practitioners to their place in the dharma on a profound level that goes beyond rationalization. The enigmatic nature of 108 underscores its universal and timeless relevance in guiding individuals on their spiritual journeys, reminding them of their connection to themselves and the greater cosmos.

Initial Consultation: The session typically begins with a consultation where the therapist gathers information about the client's health, any specific concerns, and preferences. This ensures a personalized and safe experience.
Comfortable Seating: Unlike traditional full-body massages, Indian Head Massage is often performed with the client seated comfortably in a chair. This makes it accessible and convenient for various settings.
Gentle Relaxation Techniques: Before delving into massage techniques, the therapist may use gentle relaxation techniques to ease the client into a state of tranquility. This could include deep breathing exercises or subtle energy work.
Scalp Massage: The therapist starts with the scalp, using a combination of gentle and invigorating movements. This not only nourishes the hair and scalp but also promotes relaxation and stress relief.
Neck and Shoulder Release: The focus then shifts to the neck and shoulders, addressing any tension or tightness in these areas. Kneading and compression techniques are applied to release muscular knots and promote flexibility.
Facial Soothing: The therapist incorporates soothing movements on the face, paying attention to areas prone to tension. This can include the temples, forehead, and jawline.
Ear Massage: Delicate massage strokes on the ears contribute to the overall relaxation experience. The therapist may gently pull and manipulate the ears to enhance the soothing effect.
Energy Balancing: Drawing from Ayurvedic principles, the therapist may perform subtle energy balancing techniques, promoting the free flow of energy throughout the body.
Marma Point Activation: Targeting specific marma points on the head and face, the therapist applies gentle pressure to enhance the therapeutic effects and promote a sense of balance.
Aromatic Conclusion: The session often concludes with a moment of stillness, allowing the client to absorb the benefits of the massage. The use of traditional Ayurvedic oils adds a sensory dimension, contributing to a deeply calming experience.
Post-Session Recommendations: Therapists may offer post-session recommendations, including tips for maintaining scalp and hair health, as well as suggestions for self-care practices that extend the benefits of the massage.
The Healing Touch of Indian Head Massage: Beyond Scalp Serenity
Stress Reduction: Indian Head Massage is renowned for its ability to reduce stress and induce a state of deep relaxation. The soothing touch and rhythmic movements contribute to the release of tension, both physically and mentally.
Headache Relief: For individuals experiencing tension headaches or migraines, Indian Head Massage can offer relief by addressing tension in the scalp, neck, and shoulders.
Improved Hair and Scalp Health: The nourishing effects of traditional Ayurvedic oils used in Indian Head Massage contribute to healthier hair and scalp. This is especially beneficial for those dealing with dryness, dandruff, or hair loss.
Enhanced Blood Circulation: The massage techniques stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, promoting the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles. Improved circulation contributes to overall scalp health.
Facial Rejuvenation: The gentle massage movements on the face can help alleviate facial tension and contribute to a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
Better Sleep Quality: Many individuals report improved sleep quality after an Indian Head Massage session. The relaxation induced by the massage can have a positive impact on sleep patterns.
Emotional Well-Being: Beyond its physical benefits, Indian Head Massage has a profound impact on emotional well-being. The release of tension and the balancing of energy centers contribute to a sense of inner harmony.
Indian Head Massage and Holistic Well-Being: A Journey to Inner Tranquility
In the realm of holistic wellness, Indian Head Massage transcends the boundaries of mere physical relaxation. It becomes a journey to inner tranquility—a sacred space where the rhythmic touch of the therapist nurtures not just the scalp, but the very essence of well-being. As stressors dissipate and the mind finds respite, individuals embark on a transformative experience that harmonizes mind, body, and spirit. Indian Head Massage, with its rich cultural heritage and therapeutic depth, stands as a testament to the enduring wisdom of ancient healing practices—a timeless ritual that invites all to experience the serenity that unfolds through the gentle touch of hands guided by centuries of tradition.

Banana Purification Treatment
I’m excited to be doing Banana Purification Treatment whilst the Raju family tour Australia and NZ. This is an Ayurvedic treatment that is said to have positive outcomes. I had originally booked in for the supporting consultations of Marma Banana Treatment and a Quick Pulse Diagnosis but I am blessed to be spotting and therefore did not have to do the extra sessions - I could go straight to the treatments. I could attend the minimum three treatments across three days in between some personal and business travel so it was meant to be. I’ll be documenting my experience. https://vitalveda.com.au/treatments/banana-purification-dr-raju/
https://www.drraju.com/explore-ayurveda/specialized-therapies/banana-purification-treatment
The "Raju Banana Purification” is a powerful therapy that cleanses the entire physiology and restores gynaecological health.
It is ideally taken by those whilst on their menstrual cycle, but is also effective for any gender who will not be menstruating at the time of visits, to balance hormones, enhance fertility and to profoundly purify and detoxify the physiology.
Ayurveda views the menstrual cycle as a deep detox and profound purification that a woman is blessed to have once a month.
This unique treatment that is exclusively performed by the Raju Family immensely enhances this purification process.
Banana Purification deeply cleanses the entire body, particularly the female reproductive system, but also cleanses and strengthens the male reproductive organs and hormones.
Even if the problems are deeply rooted, significant relief can be achieved from this 3-5 day program. The program also helps to balance the hormonal system so emotions become more even and smooth.
Some of the areas BT is very helpful in:
dysmenorrhea (painful periods)
irregular periods
endometriosis
abnormal cervical cells
fibroids and cysts
amenorrhea (absence of menstruation)
menorrhagia (heavy periods)
chronic acne, hormonal acne, dermatitis and skin disorders
thyroid disorders
conception optimisation and infertility
menopause and night-sweats
energy levels and fatigue
trauma inflicted on sexual organs
imbalances caused by a virus or side-effects by certain medical interventions
under-developed reproductive organs
deep emotional imbalances, traumas and patterns
deeply rooted digestive disorders
pre-mature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and low libido
+ much more
A single banana purification done properly during menstruation has benefits, depending on the person, is equal to 1-2, 28-day intensive Panchakarmas (Ayurveda's premier detox & rejuvenation program).
Duration of Banana Purification Program
Menstruating women do the Banana Purification for the duration of their menstrual cycle.
Those not on their cycle generally do 3 - 5 consecutive days. 7 days is also possible.
1-3 days is also beneficial.
Allow approx. 60 mins for each session, though it may take 10 mins (depending on when you are called up to receive your dose).
Banana Purification Involves
Taking herbs specially prepared with bananas during each day of the therapy.
Adhering to a specific and simple diet.
Taking plenty of rest so that the body can devote all its energy to clearing and healing. The treatment draws out toxins from all over the body which they are expelled. Still profound detoxification happens for those not bleeding during this program.
Essential Things to Know For Your Banana Purification
The more precise you follow these procedures, the more increased benefits you will get.
Donation:
The Raju forefathers, who handed down this unique and wonderful knowledge to their family, specified that the Banana program itself should be given free of charge so that there is no financial barrier for anyone to have its benefits.
Donations are required to cover expenses only whenever a Raju travels to give the Banana Purification. Raju family members are traveling from overseas solely to provide the Banana Purification. Donations will also go towards yagyas (vedic ceremonies) which will be performed on your behalf.
Suggested donation: minimum of $80/day, (example: 3 days of BT = minimum of $240). Cash only.
Please put total cash for the duration of your treatment (e.g. 3 days of BT = minimum of $240) in an envelope with your name written on it + the days and location you will be doing BT before your first dose.
You are encouraged to drop your envelope off to the BT location days in advance to your scheduled BT, since your donation envelope is part of the preparation ceremony, and having it in advance is beneficial.
Please contact us to drop your donation in advance.
3 Categories of People Can do BT:1. Women and those with female genitalia menstruating at the time
This is the traditional powerful way to do BT.
We highly encourage you to travel to the city/area wherever the Rajus are at the time you are menstruating.
Women travel from all over the globe to India to spend only a few days in India just for Banana Purification, so traveling inter-state if the opportunity is there is well worth the benefits!
One Banana Purification (3-7 days) during your menstrual cycle is equal to one to two 28-day panchakarmas (Ayurveda’s premier detox & rejuvenation program).
You cannot receive Pulse consultation or MBT while you are menstruating, but you are blessed to do BT at this time.
Unlimited spots available for BT for those menstruating.
2. Anyone who has previously received BT but will not be menstruating at the time
If you are not menstruating at the time you book your BT, you must book and receive at least one Marma Banana Treatment (MBT) session before your BT program starts, in order to receive BT.
For example:
If you want to do BT for 3 nights on: Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday night, you must do MBT Thursday afternoon.
You can also book as many MBTs as you want. You could do a session on Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoon before you receive each dose of BT for maximum effect. Read about the power of MBT above.
3. Those who have never received BT and will not be menstruating at the time
For all genders.
If you have never received Banana Purification and will not be menstruating at the time, you must book one Ayurvedic Pulse Consultation or Quick Pulse Check and at least one Marma Banana Treatment (MBT) session in order to receive BT.
This is because the doctors need to assess what MBT and BT to give you for your specific medical needs.
Furthermore, Pulse and MBT done as a prerequisite to receiving BT will help open the physical channels, enliven kundalini (energy) and purify the chakras (energy centres) so you can receive the maximum effects of the Banana Purification.
If your desired time for a MBT session is unavailable, you can book a full consultation (if available) and have your MBT session during that consultation. You must additionally bring $200-$216 cash in an envelope with your name and details on it. Total session time for consult & MBT is 25mins only.
Other Considerations:
You must observe minimum 30 minutes of silence before and after and during taking the medicine.
Please arrive on time and sit in silence while you wait for your name to be called up to take your medicine.
Diet:
On the days undergoing the Banana Treatment, ideally one should not take any herbs or dietary supplements etc. Medicines if you can avoid them during BT or have later (away from the BT) will be best. If you need to take your medications, absolutely do so. - Any issues regarding this or if you want to talk about it, contact us.
The banana herbs should be taken on a completely empty stomach or very light stomach. E.g. no food 3-4 hours before. Water is fine.
Completely fast 1 hour before and taking the Banana Purification (no water)
The day of starting BT (in the evening) you have normal light food and then you only start with milk rice after 1 hour of the first dose of BT (if you are hungry).
If taking Banana Purification at night, you don't have to eat after, you can go straight to bed.
Regimen:
A time to go inward and rest - It is encouraged you keep socialising to a minimum. You will probably be quite tired during the Banana Purification, so it is best you avoid strenuous activity, work, studying, going out etc. Sleeping during the day is permitted. Think of this as a stretch of "time for yourself" where you can profoundly rest and purify.
If you need to work or attend to family duties, that is fine, but try have at least one hour to yourself in silence and inward attention after taking the BT.
Do not use tampons during Banana Purification as this impedes the free flow of toxins out of the body and may cause toxins to be reabsorbed as a result.During the days of menstrual flow, it is traditional for you not to touch or have anyone touch you during this time as many impurities are coming out of the body (especially strong during the Banana Purification) and you want to maintain this potent energy in yourself.
Other Information You Need To Know:
It is important to swallow the banana piece whole when the doctor gives it to you - Do not chew it or allow it to touch your teeth.
Use your right hand to “feed” the banana piece into your mouth.
Do not talk for 30 minutes before you receive the banana herbs and 30 minutes afterwards. Results are more powerful with inward attention and silence during this time.
Every meal during the Banana Purification should be "milk rice". If you have trouble digesting cows milk, try a smaller quantity raw or unhomogensied cows milk boiled. If this is still uncomfortable, you may have plain white rice only. Almond, coconut, rice, soy or goats milk is not allowed.
Rarely people feel aversion to eating milk rice every meal. If this happens and you really cannot tolerate it, have milk rice or plain white rice for the first meal (after taking the Banana Purification), then for the meals after that you may add a little jaggery or quality raw sugar in the milk rice to add some flavor and reduce the aversion. Note that this is not ideal for the full benefits of the Banana Purification. Plain milk rice is best during menstrual cycle. You can also have fresh, simple food throughout if you are really struggling with diet.
If you have aversion or cannot cope with just milk rice or plain rice contact us to discuss the best meal plan.
Continue sipping hot water frequently during the Banana Purification days to help melt and remove the toxins.

Some Villain!Yandere!Izuku content for @marma-the-goblin . I really can’t exaggerate my love for this boy,, like, at all. He owns my entire heart.
Word Count: ~3k
His office was cold.
Of all things, that was the sensation you seemed to latch onto. The coldness of Izuku’s office, how the vents always seemed to be pointed at wherever you choose to sit that day. As you rested idly in the chair next to Izuku, wrapped around one of his arms with your head leaning onto his bicep, that was all you could focus on. You’d gotten good at blocking out his lighthearted comments to his clients, not looking at the pictures of the too off you scattered around the walls, not breathing too loudly (just in case you draw attention to yourself), all in the hopes that it would make kissing Izuku a little easier.
He must’ve noticed your impassive stare, because a hand running down your thigh quickly drew you out of your daze. He grinned down at you, leaning over just far enough to kiss your cheek before he pulled away. You didn’t need to be told what to do next, Izuku always wanted the same thing. Silently, you stood, trying to ignore the sudden hush from the men on the other side of Izuku’s desk. It only took a few seconds to settle yourself on the villain’s lap, straddling his thighs while he wrapped his arms around your waist. With a content sigh, his face was buried in your neck, one of the unfamiliar men chuckling at your sudden display of affection.
“That’s better,” Izuku mumbled, propping his chin on your shoulder. The position seemed too casual, too normal. Like you’d already gotten used to acting like a neglected puppy. Still, your breath hitched as his fingers drifted under your shirt, running over any skin he could reach. “My treasure gets a little uncomfortable during this kind of thing, and I’m always happy to have (Y/n) as close as I can. I’m sure you understand.”
“Oh, don’t worry about it,” One of them responded. A lower voice, probably the redhead. “My fiancé is the same way, can’t stand to be left alone. It’s a shame I don’t have as many bodyguards as you’ve got, or else I’d drag ‘em everywhere.”
His companion laughed. “I wish. My girlfriend doesn’t even want to be around me anymore. I had to get new chains installed in our bedroom last week. She busted through the other ones, and refuses to tell me how.”
“Believe me, It gets better. The guards outside were for my protection, not too long ago.” Izuku ran a hand through your hair, twirling an overgrown stand around his finger. You could feel his breath against your skin, forming the only source of warmth in the room. “This one wouldn’t stop trying to run away for months. I swear, I thought I’d be smothered in my sleep if we ever shared a bed. Do you remember that?”
You shook your head. If you agreed, he’d just start talking about how he’d taught you to ‘stay in-line’. “Nope. I’m a fucking angel.”
But, that didn’t change the memories burnt into your mind. It wouldn’t get rid of the more physical scars, either.
~
The night he took you was a warm one, the perfect conditions for going out with friends, or just taking a walk after the sun had set. You’d decided to occupy yourself with the former, letting a group of your colleagues talk you into a few hours at a dive bar down the street from your apartment. It wasn’t until you were stumbling home, drunk and barely able to stand, that you realized you shouldn't have been so careless earlier.
You knew there was someone following you, there had been since you left the bar. Walking faster, you attempted to keep a reasonable distance between you and the mysterious figure, but they always stayed a few feet behind you. It wasn't like you could run, not without tripping and practically letting this creep get to you, but walking was quickly becoming impossible too. Your head pounded, vision going blurry and legs threatening to give out. You knew you were wasted, but… alcohol couldn’t do this to you. Someone must’ve slipped something into your drink. Eventually, you were forced to stop, leaning into the first lampost you could find and closing your eyes. Just for a moment, you told yourself. You just needed to catch your breath.
You barely flinched when someone put a hand on your back, pressing circles into your skin. At that point, you didn’t care who it was. Any non-threatening, comforting touch was welcomed, as far as you were concerned. “(Y/n)? I’m sorry, does it hurt?”
Izuku. You practically jumped on the boy as soon as you heard a familiar voice. He didn’t seem to mind, just pulling you closer and attempting to keep you upright. But, he could only do so much. You head still ended up in his shirt, hand uselessly clawing at the fabric. “Midoriya! Please, you have to help me. I was drinking, and then this guy started following me, and I think he might’ve drugged me. I need to go home, or to the hospital-”
“Izuku,” He cut you off, his hands drifting to your hips when you stumbled. “I want you to call me Izuku.”
“Whatever,” You said, still tugging on his shirt. You’d call him ‘daddy’ if it meant getting out of here. “I need to get home. I feel like I’m going to pass out.”
You could feel him smile, his lips resting against your forehead. It wasn’t a kiss, just a lingering, soft touch. If your heart hadn’t been beating out of your chest, you might’ve tried to lean into it. “I know, just hang in there. I promise, I’ll make it up to you once we get home.” You moved, trying to ask him what he meant, why he was so calm, but Izuku just sighed, keeping you pressed into him. “You’ll like it there. Once you sleep this off, we’ll be able to talk, and I’ll explain what’s going on. You can close your eyes, and I’ll take care of everything.”
You had more questions, hundreds of them, but they faded into the back of your mind. Izuku’s affection didn’t matter, and neither did his words, or whatever the hell they meant. You weakly pushed against his chest as you closed your eyes, but he didn’t relent. You thought that was alright, in the moment. He was just trying to hold you up. As long as you got to sleep, nothing mattered.
At least the person following you was gone.
~
When you woke up, your headache and exhaustion had faded, leaving a confused haze in its place. The darkness helped, soothing your burning eyes, even if only slightly. You tried to push yourself up, still entertaining the thought that this might be your room, but the overly-soft comforter under your hands got rid of that delusion. Everything around you felt childish, padded. This thought was only solidified as your hand landed on a small, stuffed bear, quickly followed by a similarly fuzzy rabbit. At that point, you stopped looking. You didn’t want to know what else you’d been ‘gifted’ with. Swinging your legs over the side of the bed, you made an attempt to find the door, only for the lights to flip-on before you’d even taken a step.
Izuku’s footsteps filled the room before you saw the boy, the door slamming shut before your eyes had a chance to adjust. His hand closed around your wrist, gently pulling you back towards the bed. You opened your eyes, ready to tell him you were fine, only to close them again as quickly as you could. The walls were cement, the door a cold, metal block. Attempts at warming the room up, everything from blankets to flowers to bookshelves, were spread across the room, but the reality of your situation was clear. You weren’t at home, or even in a house. This was a bunker, it had to be. A prison.
“You’re up earlier than I thought you’d be,” Izuku admitted, all concern lacking from his voice. He gave you a small, apologetic smile, tugging at your sleeve more insistently. Your eyes darted to the door nervously, but he just cleared his throat. “You should really sit down. There’s a glass of water on the bedside table, and I have pain-killers if you need them. I might’ve made the dose too strong, but…” He paused, chuckling to himself. “In my defense, I’m usually not trying to keep anyone alive when I use this stuff.”
“What are you talking about?” Despite the question, you obediently went back to the bed, trying not to look at Izuku as he sat next to you. “Where are we? And I was supposed to check in with a friend of mine when I got home, would you mind if I called her?”
Izuku took a deep breath, like he was the one who woke up in a strange, cold cell. He didn’t look at you when he spoke, just keeping his eyes focused on his hands. He looked reluctant to talk. Distraught, even. “This all must be so strange for you, but it won’t be for very long.” You rested a hand over his, trying to encourage him to talk. Izuku took the incentive, intertwining his fingers with yours. “But, it’ll be perfect. We’re going to be together, and I’m going to make everything perfect, all for you! We’ll love each other!”
You pursed your lips, shoving him away from you. Sure, whatever he was saying was… odd, but you didn’t care about finding out what he meant. “Midoriya-”
“Izuku,” He corrected.
“No. Midoriya, I don’t love you. We barely know each other, and I want to go home! I’m not just going to sit here and let you kidnap me.” You kept your tone even, standing up and going for the door again. Izuku didn’t seem to like that as much as you did, though. With a sharp tug on your wrist and a hand around your waist, you were pulled into his lap. “Don’t touch me.”
“You’ll love me,” He purred, nuzzling into the small of your back. It was frustrating. You weren’t weak, but Izuku’s grip was iron-clad, easily overpowering you. “It’ll take a while, but that’s fine. I won’t give up until you do.”
You just glared down at his arms, biting your cheek. You needed to get out of here, soon.
~
With your arms bound behind your back, a chain connecting the cuffs to both the metal collar around your neck and the shackles keeping your ankles together, you wondered if struggling would be idiotic, brave, or funny enough to make Izuku laugh. To err on the side of caution, you decided just to lay on your side, narrowing your eyes at the boy in front of you.
Izuku paced through the room, his hands raking through his hair, tugging at it occasionally. You couldn’t hear whatever he was muttering, but you weren’t sure you wanted to. Judging by the harsh, unfamiliar tightness of tonight’s restraints, he couldn’t have been in a very good mood. Luckily, you didn’t have to wonder for too long.
“Really, angel? Again?” He hissed, turning to face you. In return, you grit your teeth, refusing to answer him. “It’s been four months! I’ve done nothing but be loving and care for you, and you return the favor by trying to run away every time I start to trust you. Do you want me to be mad?”
“Yes!” You couldn’t stop yourself from yelling, not as Izuku took another step forward. You felt so weak, so small, so helpless. You wanted Izuku to be mad, you wanted him to lose his temper, you wanted him to yell. Anything was better than his usual soothing words, how he ‘forgave’ you after every act of defiance. “Hate me! As long as I don’t have to let you love me!”
Oh, that one must’ve hurt. Izuku fell into silence, and you flinched, preparing for the oncoming pain. When it never came, you opened your eyes, only to see Izuku kneeling in front of you. His head was in his folded arms, his breath shaky, at best. He looked like he needed to sob, but wouldn’t let himself. You were nearly relieved, knowing you wouldn’t have been able to stand if you had to watch him cry.
“We’re both quirkless.” You didn’t need clarification, not for this. He’d already been over your ‘uniqueness’ so many times, you could recite his senseless rants. Still, you listened as Izuku continued. “I never said it, but I looked up to you when we were kids. You were so strong, even with all the bullshit we had to go through. That bastard Kacchan, All Might, everyone. We were always together, and you were always perfect. You haven’t changed, but…” He trailed off, burying his face in the mattress and letting out a muffled scream. “Do you want a quirk? I can give you one. Money and clothes, too. I could get you someone to keep you company. I just want you to be happy with me.”
Slowly, you felt the anger draining out of you. You almost felt bad for him. Almost. “You can’t buy someone’s love, Midoriya. You have to let me go.”
“I don’t want to!” He stood, pushing himself up and heading to the door. It was childish, he was childish, but your life depended on his mood. And if he was having a tantrum, you’d be the toy he took it out on. You could still hear him trying to control his breathing as he unlocked the newly dead-bolted door, only turning back to you once he forced it open. “You need to start loving me. And believe me, you will.”
And with that, he left you alone in the dark, freezing room.
~
Izuku didn’t enjoy listening to you scream. He didn’t like it, but he knew he had to. If you were going to be in pain because of him, then he needed to be in pain, too.
He could picture you, writhing in pain and calling for someone to help you. Just the thought had tears forming in the corners of his eyes. The men he’d hired wouldn’t be gentle with you, not like him. They wouldn’t be careful, or precise, or anything but sadistic and cruel. That’s what he paid for, after all. And when he chose to do this, it’s what he wanted. You must’ve been pleading with them, now. Begging for your life. Maybe they’d carve his name into your back, or lacerate you in a way that made it painful to move. Regrettably, he kinda hoped it was the latter.
Before he could break down completely, the door swung open, his henchmen walking out with satisfied grins painted across their faces. Izuku didn’t bother paying them any mind, just rushing into your room. They’d be angry about his dismissiveness, sure, but it didn’t matter. They’d be dead before they took a step out of Izuku’s base. Anyone who laid a hand on your deserved a fate worse than death.
When he saw you, Izuku had to bite his tongue to keep from apologizing. Just like he’d thought, you were cowering in a corner, shaking and desperately trying not to touch the fresh cuts and bruises littered across your skin. Izuku could only swallow his guilt, kneeling by your side and resting a hand on a particularly bad lesion in your shoulder. “Do you understand now, angel? I could make this better, if you’d let me.”
You didn’t answer, your trembling only getting worse as he moved closer. He wanted to kiss you, to pull you close and promise that he’ll never do something like this again, but… that would’ve been a lie. You weren’t pushing him away, for the first time in weeks. And that was so, so much better than the alternative. Still, Izuku let out a dissatisfied sigh, his hand drifting to your neck.
“Y’know, if this didn’t work, it’d be really disappointing. Another plan to keep you with me, yet another that wasn’t successful. And do you know what happened to plans that don’t work out?” Of course, you didn’t respond, and Izuku closed a hand around your neck. He didn’t press down, but you thought he would. And that mattered more than anything he actually did. “Have you ever heard of Shigaraki Tomura? Answer, dear.”
Your voice was unstable, forced. “No, I… I haven’t.”
“That’s because I slit his throat the first time he refused to cooperate with me.” His voice was calm, eerily so. “And how many chances have I given you?”
“Dozens...”
“That’s right.” Izuku smiled as he leaned towards you, his hand still around your neck. He let himself kiss you, his lips just barely brushing against yours. It would have to be enough, for now. “I could give up, and just kill you before I move on to someone more moldable. But, since I’m so forgiving, I’ll give you a chance to show me how much you love me.”
As soon as the words left his mouth, you dived onto him, shock briefly overpowering he pure, unaltered bliss. You were crying now, and so was he, unable to stop the relief flooding through his body. He didn’t hear what you said next, or what you said after that, nor did he retain most of that day. Because you loved him. You finally, finally loved him.
And you were going to be so, so happy together.
~
Izuku sighed, dreamily. His grip on your loosened as he relaxed, much to your relief. “You are, love. My little angel.”
The companion (a blonde, now that you were paying attention), elbowed his friend, laughing as you melted into Izuku’s chest. It was a malicious, awful sound, only making your hate the man further. “See! That’s what I want.” You could practically hear his smirk, the cockiness in his voice. Already, you felt bad for the poor girl locked in his basement. “Someone obedient, y’know? A loving partner, who doesn’t question what I do. And one who doesn’t cry when I give them a punishment that des-”
“That’s sick,” You interrupted, twisting around to face him. It felt natural, freeing you of the bitter aftertaste your passive, submissive pacifications left. Izuku whispered a quick warning, but you didn’t care. You weren’t talking back to him, you were talking back to a sociopath. “You can’t hurt someone into loving you, and it’s not right to break someone down until they’re too scared to tell you the truth. If anything, she’ll only hate you more.”
There was a moment of tense silence, before you found yourself pinned down on Izuku’s desk, his hands around your neck and your nails embedded in his wrist. It was so sudden, you almost didn’t notice you couldn’t breathe until his palm dug into your windpipe, pressing down with an irrational, uncaring brutality. But, his features stayed calm, his voice remaining unwavering as he addressed his clients.
“Could you both step out for a minute? I need to have a chat with my darling, darling (Y/n).” His tone was light, and with some complaints from the more annoying of the two, they rushed out of his office, letting the door slam behind them. As soon Izuku knew they were gone, he turned back to you, letting you have just enough air to breathe. “How much of that did you mean?”
You were quick to deny it, not wanting to bother with the pain that rebellion would cause. “I wasn’t talking about you! I love you, ‘zuku.”
He scowled, but his hand left your neck. You didn’t move as his fingers trailed up to your chin, closing around your jaw and keeping your head tilted towards him. “You know, I wish I could believe you. And I do want to. But, I don’t want any more bad habits forming, either.” He paused, letting you go and gesturing for you to sit up. You obeyed, faking a pout when he didn’t move to touch you again. “Why don’t you go tell our guests they can come back in? But, head back to your room after that. We’ll… talk about this when I’m done.”
“Are you mad?” You asked, in the most pathetic, disappointed voice you could manage. You could see Izuku’s eyes soften, but he didn’t relent, just nodding towards the door. Alright, he was mad. He was really, really fucking mad. Maybe you could talk your way out of this later, but for now, all you could do was hang your head, walking to the door as quickly as you could manage.
“Oh, one more thing,” Izuku called, making your heart jump. You eyes instantly flew to the collection of daggers, whips, and… other tools hanging from the walls, but surprisingly, that did little to comfort you. “Ask what kind of chains that idiot uses. Otherwise, I might resort to a rougher alternative.”

The Adventures of Arcadia and Hendrickson - 10
Death
Before Arcadia could reach Meliodas, he'd already poked holes through Fraudrin, much to the shock of everyone there. Fraudrin then shrunk and then fell to the ground. Arcadia instantly put herself in between Meliodas and Fraudrin. “Enough! I won't let you do this!” Arcadia growled, pointing her sword at Meliodas. He slowly turned around to face her. “Oh? You really think you, of all people, can stop me?” Meliodas threatened as he glared at his child. “What are you going to do? Kill your only daughter?” “Arc... Don't do this...” Fraudrin didn't want the girl to get hurt again, but before anyone could say anything else, Meliodas stabbed Arcadia, right in one of her hearts. She coughed up blood but just smiled at the man. “You think I won't? You got with a demon, one I told you to not get with. You defied me.” “Damn right I did. I guess I take after you, considering how you defied your father.” Meliodas couldn't help but chuckle at that. Even so, he then smacked Arcadia sending her flying to the side. “Arcadia!” Fraudrin choked out as he watched his former lover crash into a wall. The demon then stood up in fury. “Zaratras was kind enough to provide me... an inspiration of sorts. So don't expect me to roll over and die quietly. Nor will I watch you kill Arcadia over me!” “Forcefully drawing out all of this energy at once to self-destruct...” Merlin mused as she watched the demon. Hendrickson and Howzer snapped their heads to her and repeated her last word. “There's no need to fret... It won't be able to penetrate my 'perfect cube'.” “Th...That's not what I'm worried about!” Howzer yelled out, horrified. “Of course, it won't be enough to destroy the captain either. It might kill Arcadia though, I'm not sure.” “How much longer will you be able to keep up that smug smile I wonder. After all, even if you somehow manage to survive this... I'll certainly be able to wipe Liones off the face of the map, and thanks to you, every last human in this pathetic kingdom will perish! Now then... How about you count down together with me... For the grand finale! 10!” “If you wanna kick the bucket, then hurry up and just do it. You're putting me to sleep over here...” “Dreyfus! Griamore! Arcadia!” Hendrickson yelled out, terrified for his friends. “Dreyfus... prepare yourself... I'll be bringing you along with me to the other world... Unfortunately, your son will be joining us as well.” Fraudrin stated, sounding slightly sad about the child. “It's okay Griamore, your father will be right here with you... until the very end!” Griamore was crying now, but he still shoved out of his father's arms. “NO!” “Griamore!” The little boy grabbed a hold of Fraudrin and put up a wall around them in the form of a ball. “What?!” Fraudrin yelled out, horrified at the child's actions. “Don't kill daddy! Don't kill everyone!” Griamore cried out. Arcadia was there in an instant next to Dreyfus. “Griamore put down this wall, now!” The girl yelled out as Dreyfus yelled out as well. “What do you think you're doing?!” Dreyfus began to bang on the wall, trying to break it as Arcadia kept yelling at the boy. “No! I order you to stop! Release your magic this instant, Griamore!” “Let me go! Dispel your magic now, Griamore!” Fraudrin yelled out at the child. The little bot just shook his head as tears flowed from his eyes. “Please, be a good boy!” Griamore just shook his head again. As Dreyfus kept screaming loudly. “So be it. I will not kill your father... or anyone else for that matter.” “Do you... promise?” “Yes... You have my word, so take down this barrier, and return to your father's side.” Griamore wiped his eyes and released his barrier. He then instantly returned to his father and threw himself into Dreyfus's arms. “Apparently, the one caught up in silly sweet dreams... was me... That's the thing... I never wished to understand or comprehend it... Kill me.” “No!” Both Griamore and Arcadia yelled at the same time. She instantly moved between the two demons and put her arms up protectively. “Don't you dare touch Fraudrin!” “Get out of the way, Arcadia,” Meliodas spoke with a smile on his face. He was all too ready to kill Fraudrin. “I won't!” Tears were now streaming down Arcadia's face. “Please father... Don't take him from me...” “Don't be ridiculous, you have Hendrickson now. Would you really risk your life to save this demon?” “If you're going to kill him, kill me first.” “Arc!” Griamore cried out, as tears began to flow from his eyes. “Very well. I will do as you ask.” Meliodas lifted his sword to kill Arcadia, while both Griamore and Hendrickson yelled out her name in fear. Just as his sword was coming down, Fraudrin wrapped his hand around her protectively. “I won't let you take her from this world.” The giant demon spoke as he took the damage Arcadia would have taken. “Here, Dreyfus take the girl.” Fraudrin had picked up Arcadia and literally tossed her to the other man. With Griamore on one side, Dreyfus caught the girl and held her tightly as she struggled against him. “Let me go!” “I cannot.” “Please father! Don't kill him!” “I truly did love you, Arcadia...” With those final words from the large demon, Meliodas punched Fraudrin so hard, half his body was blown away, killing him instantly, much to the horror of everyone. “No!” Arcadia screamed out as tears began to flow from her eyes. Pain shot through her as it felt like a small piece of her, just died along with Fraudrin. “He didn't deserve to die like that Meliodas!” Even Griamore was now crying with the girl. He left his father's arms and snuggled up against the girl, holding onto her as he cried over the demons death. “What is going on?” Dreyfus questioned, a little concerned over the two crying people in his arms. He stood up, allowing Arcadia to stand on her own, but she collapsed to the ground, with Griamore still in her arms. “Arcadia!” Hendrickson was at her side as soon as Merlin released her perfect cube. He hesitantly wrapped his arms around the girl and the little boy, allowing her to lean against him and cling onto him. It took some time, but eventually, Arcadia stopped crying. She just sadly looked up at Hendrickson. “You almost didn't make it back to me this time.” The white-haired man pointed out sadly. “I'm so sorry. I had to try to save him, even if it meant dying. I know I shouldn't have because of what he's done to you and everyone else, but I... I loved him once and I just...” She trailed off as tears began to fill her eyes. “I understand,” Hendrickson spoke softly. It hurt his heart to watch the girl crying like that, especially over another man. “Hendrickson, Dreyfus...” It was the king of Liones, Bartra who'd approached the five of them. “Yes, sire?” Dreyfus responded, a little confused and hesitant. “Come to the funeral we're having tonight.” “Of course, we'll be there.” “You girl, Arcadia, I believe? Come as well.” “...Of course...” Arcadia spoke as she sniffled and fought back more tears. “Griamore, I think there's someone who wants to be with you right now.” “Huh?” The little boy looked up to see one of the princesses approaching them. It was Veronica. “Hi, Griamore. Want to come with me?” She questioned softly as she reached out for the boy. Instantly, the little boy was out of Arcadia's arms and in Veronica's. The two quickly left the adults to themselves. “Are you alright now?” Hendrickson questioned the now calm girl in his arms. “I will be.” Hendrickson then put his forehead against the girl's. “Good... Don't ever do that again... I thought I was about... I thought you were going to die...” Hendrickson had his own tears filling his eyes now. “I'm so sorry, Hendy. I promise I won't do that again!” The girl hugged the man tightly, and he wrapped his arms around her back in return. Dreyfus just smiled over the two and put a hand on each of their shoulders. “Come, we shouldn't stay here. It's getting late, the funeral will be at dusk.” Dreyfus spoke, interrupting their moment. “You're right.” Arcadia then detached herself from Hendrickson and stood up. “Oh, I think I owe you an apology...” “Why?” “Well, Fraudrin, he used your body to kiss me. I'm sure you didn't appreciate that.” “It's alright, I was more concerned with you.” “Ha, that's exactly what Hendrickson said you'd say.” Arcadia couldn't help but chuckle at that. Hendrickson was now standing as well by her side. “Let's get cleaned up before we meet with the others.” Suddenly, a shock went through Arcadia. “Oh my god, your shoulder! I forgot! Let me try to heal you!” Arcadia instantly swung around and put her hands over Hendrickson's shoulder. Dreyfus couldn't help but chuckle at the panic the girl showed towards Hendrickson. His chuckle caused both, Hendrickson and Arcadia to look over at him. “What's so funny, Dreyfus?” “She shows much panic over you. She must care about you a lot.” Dreyfus's words caused Arcadia to blush. “Yeah, well... I do care about him a lot.” Arcadia admitted surprisingly. She was still trying to heal the wounded man, but it wasn't working well. “Here, let me help.” Hendrickson put his hand over the girl's hand and began to heal himself with her help. “So... Hendy, do you care about her as well?” Dreyfus was now intensely curious. His friend had never shown true interest in a woman before, so he wanted to know all about it. “We can talk about this further, later,” Hendrickson spoke, putting an end to that conversation. Eventually, with Arcadia's help, Hendrickson's shoulder got to be fully healed. After he was fine, Hendrickson, Dreyfus, and Arcadia all made their way to where the funeral was being held. By now, it was dark and raining. “This is where the souls of the four noble holy knights shall be laid to rest. From the depths of my heart, I offer blessings for these brave men who sacrificed their lives for their kingdom and its people.” The little priest spoke over the graves. “Marmas... You left us far too soon...” Howzer mumbled as others were fully sobbing over their lost friends. “Denzel... Why didn't you say something to us? Why didn't you let us know?!” Deldry cried out as she clings to Deathpierce. “Dogedo... may you find peace with your fellow comrades...” Waillo muttered as he also cried a few tears for his fallen friend. “I don't... I don't understand why my brother had to die...” Jericho mumbled in shock. “Was it... to protect me? How are you going to protect me now that you're dead?! You could've at least given me the chance to say a proper goodbye...We were... just always... at each other's throats...” Jericho then burst out into tears as she clung to Ban. Suddenly, a rock was thrown and hit Hendrickson right above one of his eyes. “Why the fuck are you still alive?! Getting possessed by a demon and letting it run roughshod all over the place sure worked out well for you, huh!” Deldry screamed out after she threw the rock at Hendrickson. Arcadia gasped and just watched, shocked at the scene unfolded around her. “You still get to live and breathe while Denzel and all the others died horrible deaths!” Deldry then grabbed another rock and threw it at Dreyfus. “You con of a bitch!” Howzer instantly then stood in front of the two men. “That's enough! It's not like he asked to be possessed!” Howzer yelled out protectively. “Move it!” “It's fine Howzer,” Dreyfus spoke as a rock hit Howzer in the head. “No, it really isn't... Ow!” Howzer responded in pain. “Everyone, please... if you could somehow find it in your hearts... I, as king... with to see off the brave souls of those who have died with at least a moment of silence.” Bartra spoke gently, trying to soothe the situation. “What I wish for the most, is everyone's assistance in returning the morale and livelihood of this once bustling kingdom that has been ravaged and destroyed by the demons. In order to accomplish this in a timely manner, all of our hearts must be one and we cannot stand divided!” The king's words caused Hendrickson and Dreyfus to look at each other. After the funeral, Dreyfus offered to have the two stay at his home, while Griamore stayed with the princess. The brown-haired man had a lot of questions for his friend and the girl. However, their talk first started with Hendrickson explaining how Griamore ended up a child once again. “I see. Well, tomorrow we should talk to Lady Merlin about how to turn him back to normal.” Dreyfus spoke once Hendrickson was done with his story. “Now, explain this.” He waved his hand between Arcadia and Hendrickson. That caused Arcadia's face to instantly go red. “Well, to start, you know about who and what I am, correct?” Arcadia began hesitantly. “I believe I know more about you than you'd want me to. Fraudrin shared some... information about you while I was possessed by him.” Dreyfus's face had a slight blush, causing the girl to full-on panic and freak out. “What the fuck did he tell or show you from his memories?! Wait don't answer that please...” Arcadia then took a deep breath and regained her composure. “Anyway... in Istar, I met Hendrickson and that's where everything started. Griamore chose him and me to be his temporary parents and we grew closer due to him. Now... I care about Hendy deeply and would do anything to keep him safe.” “And you, how do you feel about her?” “I would give my life to keep her safe.” “So... you two... are in love then, correct?” Dreyfus added everything up and gave it a name. Both of the other adults looked over at each other and instantly blushed. Arcadia had already realized her feelings for him, but Hendrickson hadn't put a name to his for her quite yet. However, the word love seemed to resonate with him. “I've never been in love before... but I always imagined it would feel like this...” Hendrickson finally admitted after a few moments of silent thought. “And you, Arcadia?” “I haven't felt this strongly for someone before, and it's slightly scary, but yes, I'd say it's love...” Arcadia admitted with a smile on her face as she looked over at Hendrickson. “I'm glad for you, Hendrickson,” Dreyfus spoke as he strongly patted the white-haired man on his back. “Thank you, Dreyfus.” “Well, it's about time we go to sleep, right? I'll stay on the couch and Arcadia can take my bed.” Both Arcadia and Hendrickson just looked at each other, not wanting to be the one who explained their sleeping arrangements, but eventually, Arcadia spoke up. “Actually, Hendrickson and I stay together. We sleep better next to each other and it keeps the nightmares away.” Arcadia explained with a slight blush on her face. “Oh... I see.” Dreyfus wasn't sure how to respond to that. He never expected Hendrickson would sleep with a woman so easily. Even if nothing inappropriate went on. “Well, you two take my bed, I'll sleep in Griamore's.” “Alright. Thank you.” With that, the three adults went to different rooms and began to get ready for bed. The men had to take off all their armor and Arcadia just took her cloak off. Once they were all ready, they all climbed into their own beds and Dreyfus slipped off to sleep. The other two remained awake for a few minutes to chat with each other. “So... Hendy?” “Yes?” Hendrickson looked down at the girl in his arms hesitantly. “Are we... a thing now?” “I would say so.” “Good...” Arcadia then surprised the man, be sitting up a bit to kiss him on the side of his face. “Goodnight then.” The then lied back down and snuggled into Hendrickson's arms. She fell asleep almost instantly, while Hendrickson just remained awake in shock. He'd never been kissed by a woman before, even if it was just on the cheek. He wasn't sure how to react, so he remained still, and eventually sleep overtook him and he joined Arcadia in dreamland.

Understanding Marma Points in Ayurveda:
Marma points, integral to Ayurvedic philosophy, are energy centers located throughout the body where vital life force, or Prana, is believed to be concentrated. There are 107 major Marma points, each serving as a juncture where veins, arteries, tendons, bones, and joints meet. These points are considered gateways to the body's energy channels, influencing physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual vitality. 출장마사지
The Essence of Ayurvedic Marma Massage:
Ayurvedic Marma Massage is a holistic therapy that aims to balance the body's doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), enhance Prana flow, and restore harmony within the individual. This modality integrates the principles of Ayurveda with hands-on massage techniques, herbal oils, and the precise activation of Marma points to create a comprehensive healing experience.
The Foundations of Ayurvedic Marma Massage:
Ayurvedic Marma Massage draws on the foundational principles of Ayurveda, understanding each person as a unique combination of the doshas. The massage session is tailored to an individual's constitution, current imbalances, and overall well-being goals. This personalized approach ensures that the therapy addresses the specific needs of the recipient.
Massage Techniques in Ayurvedic Marma Massage:
Ayurvedic Marma Massage employs a variety of massage techniques, each chosen to support the doshic balance of the individual. These techniques may include gentle strokes, kneading, and rhythmic movements, all performed with the aim of promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and releasing tension. The use of warm herbal oils enhances the therapeutic benefits, nourishing the skin and facilitating smooth, flowing movements.
Activation of Marma Points:
Central to Ayurvedic Marma Massage is the intentional activation of Marma points. The therapist uses precise pressure, circular motions, and gentle tapping to stimulate these energy centers. The intention is to awaken and balance the flow of Prana, allowing the vital life force to move freely through the body's energy channels. The activation of Marma points is thought to not only address physical ailments but also promote mental clarity and emotional well-being.
