Once upon a time.. Marco's ship sank while he was travelling from Roma to Amani Amani Nakupenda Wewe.. But he managed to swim his way to Malaysia and discovered Bandar Utama.. So he built his mansion there and open his own restaurant named Marco Creative Cuisine.. But one day he found out that he is actually German.. So he sold his mansion and restaurant to 1 Utama and went to Germany.. He ended up signing for Borussia Dortmund and uses his creativity on the pitch instead of the kitchen because playing football makes more money than cooking.. Smart ass.. His name is.. Marco Rois.. #RawChefYin visits Marco Creative Cuisine. @marcocreativecuisine I was in One Utama and we chose to eat here since I was with non-vegans. My preferred choice would have been BMS Organics. I checked with them whether they could suggest some vegetarian options with no dairy and no eggs and they initially suggested a salad and the pasta. Later on, a very nice lady from the kitchen came over to explain that they could also make me 2 other salads with no dairy and no eggs. So I had the: ��Ratatouille: Mosaic of thinly sliced green and yellow zucchini, eggplant, roma tomato confit in piperade sauce 💚Couscous Salad: Fresh Mixed Greens plated on top of couscous 🍝They also have the Vegetarian Arrabbiata which is a Spaghetti in Spicy Pomodoro Sauce with Zucchini, Eggplant, Shimeji. They omitted the cheese upon request. I tried a bit of that and it was amazing. I'll definitely have it if I'm ever back there again.
