Re-read the title please. You aren't creating anything. You are remembering everything.
How can you create reality when reality is already created? Creation is finished boo. Don’t give yourself that much credit. Stop looking at manifestation as if it’s bringing something new into your life. It’s “bringing” you more of you. When you want to experience something, it’s because you already have and you are now remembering what that experience was like. 
Every time I want to manifest something, I start to question myself on how I got what I manifested.
“How did that trip to Dubai end up going? I know I had wine and food on the plane but what were the beaches like again??” The picture below was taken when I was on a yacht headed to the beach btw.

Deliberately change the way you speak on the inside and your outer world will shift to your desire. You didn’t create your dream car — I mean the car you now own— it was created before you thought about having it as yours. Does that mean it wasn’t gonna be yours anyways??? No. All your desires exist now because they exist now. There is nothing you can think about manifesting that isn’t already in existence. Take that pressure off yourself and realized that you are simply remembering what it’s like to have what is yours. Just like sitting down to remember what elementary school was like when somebody asks you, remember what it’s like and how you felt getting everything you once wanted. Your desires are in the past now and a part of your present. Let's be so fr please.

make time for yourself: get enough sleep, do some yoga, meditate, eat nourishing foods, stay hydrated, take a nice shower, go on a walk, write down your thoughts, listen to your favorite songs/podcasts
self care also means: forgiving yourself, putting yourself first, setting boundaries, showing up for yourself, practicing positive self-talk, asking for help and for what you need
don’t forget: learning to say no can help you manage your to-do list and your stress, healthy boundaries are important in your wellbeing

there are people who brush off their own power by saying this after knowing about loa and getting their desires to show up. they think that something miraculous should happen before it is considered a successful manifestation.
the fact that your inner narrative is telling you "it would've happened anyway" means YOU KNOW. you have the inner knowing. it happened because, subconsciously, you commanded your mind that you must have it; therefore, you got your desire.
i was reading this book called transurfing in 78 days, and it said,
"don't forget to tell yourself that the technique is actually working. the rational mind needs to hear you affirming it because it constantly doubts: can i really be capable of that?"
from all the life experiences you've gone through, it might've taught you that things couldn't be that easy or are just too good to be true because our brain reacts strongly to negative information as a survival mechanism.
this instinct to dismiss manifestations as mere coincidence or luck is a natural part of human psychology. it is rooted in the way our minds have evolved, prioritizing caution and skepticism as tools for survival.
i have noticed that people who fully trust in their power don’t look for "miraculous" signs. instead, they rely on an inner knowing. they hold a steady confidence that what they desire is done, and it's just a matter of time for physical reality to align.
the more you brush off what you created, the more you neglect what you are actually capable of.
if you think back on all the "coincidences" and "luck" you have experienced, know that you were actually in a particular mindset or feeling state when these things occurred. often, you have already claimed something subconsciously before it shows up.
your mind has been trained, perhaps without you realizing it, to believe in certain outcomes, and these beliefs shape your experiences. it’s simply your rational mind protecting you, keeping you in survival mode.
once your desires physically show up, instead of thinking, "well, it would've happened anyway,"
you can remind yourself, “i created this.”
feel the power you hold and own it because it’s yours. you will be much more aligned with your ability to consciously manifest. don’t you think that this just opens up more possibilities of experiencing what you consider "luck" or "coincidence?"

♡ How i shifted for the first time ♡

The first time I shifted was a normal Sunday. I was so depressed and I absolutely didn't want to go to class because the next day I had a lot of control, so i just said to myself "I'll shift tonight or never" I was seriously determined, so I tried closing my eyes and putting on a subliminal but it didn't work so I fell asleep.
I woke up around 2 a.m. and realized that I hadn't succeeded. I was a little disappointed and very tired but I wanted to try again. So since it was still early and I had time, that's what I did. I concentrated on my dr very precisely, imagining myself looking in the mirror and dressing myself in my dream clothes, I was extremely focused on all the details , my face, clothes my friends, things like that.
It lasted about 20 minutes I think, until my eyes opened on their own and was in my room in my dr on my bed, I didn't immediately understand that I had shifted , everything seemed so normal. It took me 5 minutes to understand that my room had changed and I was like "Oh shit"
I think what made me succeed that night and not the others was that I was very focused on my dr and that I was too tired to notice the symptoms that I had, And also because those days I was alone at home and therefore my house was completely silent, so i understood that was just a problem of distraction
I didn't use any particular method, I just let myself go and I don't use any at all now. I just think very hard about my dr and I'm there
Honestly I really like being a master shifter, I feel so powerful lol😭. and it really boosted my self-confidence. It also means that now I no longer ask for anything at all because I know that if I want it I will have it whether it is with the shift or with the manifestation. When I realized that I had become a master shifter I first had a mini existential crisis. I was asking myself things like "So technically magic exists?" "So technically I'm immortal?" "So anything is really possible?" I wasn't really sad about it on the contrary. I found it incredible (and still do)
The shift also really changed the way I interact with others, whether here or in my other realities. Personally I don't make a script and I keep everything in my head because my subconscious knows what I want and sometimes in my dr my personality changes without me realizing it.
In my fame dr I am rather extroverted or even arrogant, and in my barbie charm school dr I am rather introverted and stubborn, the worst is that I never realized it until the day I had a big argument with my best friends from my fame dr. They didn't want to talk to me anymore and that's when I realized that yes, I can have problems even on shift in a perfect reality.
I have a lot of idea for my dr but for now i shift only in my better cr, fame dr and my Barbie charm school dr (I will definitely do a post about my dr).

Ignoring Reality Makes No Sense When You Are Reality

Pay attention to the 3d because what you say about it tells you where you are in consciousness. If you know the outer world is based on your inner world, you don’t need to ignore it. If anything you should laugh bc Mrs. 3D really thought she was doing something like girl bye. 
This notion that you need to "ignore reality" in order to get what you want is wack asf and it pisses me off honestly. Why would you ignore reality when you are reality itself? When somebody calls you by your favorite nickname, are you gonna ignore them because you like that name or will you answer since it’s your name???? 
The 3d is a reflection of old and present thoughts and your state of awareness. How you respond internally is what determines what is happening externally. Change the meaning to what you “see” with your physical eyes and see with your mind’s eye that which you are now choosing to experience. Are you gonna ignore your sp, new money, house or car now bc they are in your 3d???
Your reality/3d only becomes real when you are getting what you want? Are you serious? Who told you that? You need to stop listening to that person. The 3d is you. So if reality isn't real, that means you aren't either boo. How can you be reading this post right now if the 3d isn't real?? Are you dreaming right now or something? Don't take people's advice just because they might be popular or get a lot of attention. Listen to what they say and actually see if it makes sense. Most of the times it doesn't. If you want to ignore reality, go ahead and ignore yourself for a week and see how that goes.
There were times people would tell me I couldn’t have something or do something because it’s too expensive or whatever and every time I’d respond back in my mind like “no wtf. It’s cheap asf actually.” I used this to lower my rent (somebody pays it for me now) and medications costs and ofc flights. Literally anything I want because I have come to understand that it’s just me. 
Similarly, it’s just you in your reality. The 3d is you and you shouldn’t fear it. Let it remind you of who you now are— the creator that has everything they want. Giving her power and trying to act like she isn’t there makes zero sense. Now that you have all your desires, are you gonna act like they are not real because you can “see” them in the 3d? No. That would be stupid and nonsensical.

Talking with my therapist (yes i´m mad) i decided to start a journal. Sometimes beginings are difficult, so here you have some questions you can ask yourself to get you to know better<3
Have I been sleeping enough? It has always been said that you have to sleep enough to be pretty, then why don´t we start introducing it to our routine?
Have I been sticking to my work out routine?
Have I accomplished keeping up with my routine?
Am I taking care enough for my self-care? (Physically, mentally and emotionally)
What´s going on in my mind right now? Don´t be too hard on yourself, remember you are human as well. Remember not giving more tha five minutes of your time to something you will no care about in five years,
Have I been eating healthily? Did I drink enough water? If you want nice skin, drink MORE water and eat healthy. Do not starve yourself, do not restrict, you can eat that hamburguer, determine your limits though <3
Did I show love to the ones I appreciate? There are many ways to show love, respect and careness, although it never hurts anyone to say it out loud.
Am I losing interest in activities that I usually enjoy?
How has my focus on studies/work been lately?
What am I grateful for?

the real issue? some of y’all are out here overthinking, micromanaging every word, thought, and action instead of just affirming anyways. it’s not that deep, babe. chill out, go have some fun, and live your life. you’ve already set things in motion, and it has to manifest. so trust that it’s coming, and let yourself relax.
