@nutritional_factz ・・・ 💥💥12 “CALORIE FREE” VEGGIES💥💥 - 😉So, I heard you guys like green foods, vegetables. If not… LEARN TO EAT THEM. Seriously, when somebody tells me “I don’t like vegetables…” I legitimately think.by myself. Dude, I don’t like brushing my teeth and showering either. BUT IT’S NECESSARY!!!💪 - Yes, eating vegetables is necessary. Why you ask? Because of vitamins and minerals. “But can’t I just take a multivitamin?...” No. Don’t be a muggle and eat your damn vegetables. - Oh, and by the way…. If you’re trying to lose fat these can add a LOT of volume to your meals or can act as a legit “calorie free” snack. Yes, I’m saying you can endless cucumber all day long. It takes almost more energy to digest this food than it actually gives you. As you can see above; there is only a measly increase of 3g of protein per serving! Ok, it’s 3g more than the original product, but does this turn it into a protein rich product? HELL NO! Love ❤️🍕pizza but struggle to fit it in your macros on a regular basis? Then check out this #macrohack that will mean you can have a great tasting pizza style dish without ❌ all the carbs and fat that end up ruining your meal plan 👎🏻. . Now my suggestion might not taste exactly the same as real pizza, but it's pretty damn good for a meal you could have every day. . All you need to do is get some sweet potato wraps (I use @bfreefoods). Smear on a couple of tablespoons of tomato purée 🍅. Throw on 50g of cooked 🐔and 30g of mozzarella 🧀. Finish with some spinach and herbs to complete the dish. Oven cook for about 10 mins to make that cheese melt. . To eat it, fold it up like a calzone and it tastes divine. It hits the spot for taste and is almost bang on the 40/40/20 target a lot of you will be aiming for. . Oh. And those macros are for 2️⃣ pizzas so that's win win all round in my book 📖. . Of course, there's no reason why you can't work a full Pizza into your macros, but I'm guessing it'll be at the expense of some other decent meals 🍽 during the rest of the day. .
