I have to get my wisdom teeth out in January and looking at what insurance is going to cover, I'm going to be about $500 short.

All information and sign-ups are in the commission form! I'll do my best to get these all finished before my surgery in Jan, otherwise I'll wrap them up in the week I'll have off.
