Is canola oil spreadable butter and olive oil spreadable butter the same?
Canola oil spreadable butter and olive oil spreadable butter are not the same, but they share some similarities. Both products are designed to be butter alternatives that are spreadable straight from the refrigerator, much like traditional butter. However, they are made from different types of oils and have distinct flavors and nutritional profiles.
Canola oil spreadable butter is typically made from a blend of canola oil and other vegetable oils, along with various additives and flavorings to mimic the taste of butter. Canola oil is known for its mild flavor and is often used in cooking and baking.
Olive oil spreadable butter, on the other hand, is made using olive oil as the primary oil source. It has a more pronounced olive oil flavor, which can add a distinct taste to your dishes or spreads. Olive oil is commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine and is known for its health benefits due to its monounsaturated fats.
So, while both products serve as spreadable alternatives to butter, the choice between them will depend on your preference for flavor, as well as your dietary and culinary needs.

you know it’s only fair for Anthony to contribute towards making Neddy wear a hat, because it was definitely Anthony’s genes that gave him the tendency to get sunburnt, along with a love for butter toast 😂
Kate just watching her husband slather sunscreen on and still get sunburned like “Crazy how attracted I am to this man actually. Insane that I’ve never been more attracted to another man.”
There she is slicing sourdough and slathering it with Lurpak for Neddy whose little legs bounce up and down happily while he eats it.
“Yummy Neddy?”
“Yummy!”
“Oo!” Anthony hummed as he came into the kitchen, “toast.”
Anthony kissed her cheek and Kate watched him over her coffee, watching him kiss Neddy on the top of his head. He put a slice of bread in the toaster, hovering over it while he fiddled with a jar of lemon marmalade.
“What?” Anthony asked her, digging in the drawer for a knife.
“Nothing.” Kate sighed, “Just checking you out.”
Anthony winked at her before he turned back to the toaster, pressing the eject button. Kate gasped.
“It’s not done!”
Anthony tossed his eyebrows, “Yes it is. It’s crispy.”
“It’s warm bread!”
“It’s perfect.” Anthony hummed, heaping marmalade on.
“God, I can’t watch you eat that. It’s like watching Paddington Bear eat.”
“You love me.”
“Even that has its limits, Ant.”

hello! it’s 10 in the morning, and I had been up for hours watching a sketchy video, downloading some anki decks, and answering immunology anki decks. now, you might be wondering why I am studying, if I have any exams due soon. no exams as of the moment. the real studying starts on the week of clerkship, but for now I’m just doing light studying. doing active recall to simulate my brain.
I had a double shot espresso with milk and a toasted bread with melted lurpak butter for breakfast, journaled a bit, and now it’s time to do some cleaning I scheduled for today!
THE big to-do list for saturday
start pharma anki
put basic audit schedule on notion
watch sketchy pharm
watch 2 dirty medicine and ninja nerd videos (physiology preferably)
put batteries on thermometer and pulse oximeter
change bedsheet
clean walls
laundry: curtains
laundry: berry things
sort out files on desk
clean electric fans
workout
ps. I’m trying to fix my body clock since I had been waking up at 10am and sleeping at 3am for the first half of June, and this morning even though I only had 4 hrs of sleep, I woke up at 7am and couldn’t go back to sleep so I started my day early. will probably just nap later. I feel tired, but it’s okay! I’ll get there. I plan on being the morning person I am this clerkship again

How I make my mash potato
Potatoes
Peel the skin off. Wash them then Cut them up into chunks. Place them in a pan of cold water then bring to boil for 10-15 minutes.
When you are able to crush the potato with a fork then you drain the water out from the potatoes...I advice you to mash them after drained because they'll go black.
add any butter you like...I prefer using Lurpak. Mash the butter into the potatoes and then what you'll want to do is add a bit of milk into the mask so it'll come out creamy, mash it one more time then cover it up
If you're making peas with it then I suggest you places the peas in a bowl, put a bit of cold water in, put it into the microwave for about 2 or 3 minutes.
Cook the mash and stir it. Do NOT leave it on for to long or you'll end up burning it. When its warm enough then put it on a plate or in a bowl if you prefer.
When the peas are done put them into a drainer, shake them a bit then pour them on the side or ontop of your mash.
For people who would want gravy with it then just grab a cup, boil your water, put gravy pwder or whatever it is in then put the hot water in and stir until you get the gravy to how you like it
Pour it on then boom your mash dinner is done.
