Pumpkin cheesecake. I gave it a shot and it turned out pretty good 😃 I used the same base as the other low calorie protein cheesecake but I added some pumpkin and spices. You can find recipes and more cool stuff on my YouTube channel 😊 link in my bio. The whole cake has 900 calories and over 100g of protein. Ingredients: - 400g fat free cream cheese - 300g skyr/low fat greek yogurt - 2 eggs - 45g protein powder - 25g sweetener (stevia) - 400g canned pumpkin - 2 teaspoons cinnamon - 1 teaspoon Ingwer Mix everything in a bowl and put it in a baking pan. Bake the cheesecake for 45min at 160°C(320°F) and then another 45min at 100°C(212°F). Let it cool for at least 6 hours in the fridge.
