Here's a big post of some of my doodles of [Cap'n and crew] that I haven't posted yet! Couple are comics, couple are shitposts, you know how it goes.

(Also have some extra character tidbits beneath the cut!)

Cap'n (she/they) has become a Spongebob-adjacent "married to the job" type with sprinklings of "they are not immune to rose-tinted Company propaganda". Cartoonishly loyal to work, she's more upset about lying to the boss about her condition over actually becoming a monster on work time (though she isn't particularly a fan of being a monster, either).

Skeets (she/her) was already implied to be pretty optimistic and curious, but I've doubled down on this. She's constantly curious about entities and the state of her co-workers, asking questions and absorbing new information. She's also extremely lucky when it comes to encountering entities.

Mav (she/him), as implied by her nearly leaving Cap'n behind in the first comic, has become a "I won't hesitate, bitch" bitch. Split second decisions aren't an issue for her, she WILL shoot first and ask questions later. (She also now has a gambling addiction, haha. LOVES betting credits on things)

Kid (he/him) is now Irish. I will not elaborate. He's kind of literally the same otherwise. He's also in major inherited debt because of a Company-caused clerical error, but don't worry about it.

Uh. That's about it, I suppose!

People get so offended when you ship the guys together. "It's a otome game!" We know that and we're not asking them to make it canon. "The company says we can't!" 1)the company's homophopic, 2)have you ever been in a fandom? They can't make the rules for us. Literally. "Respect their sexuality!" ..Did they ever explicitly said they're straight in the games? Did you hear the guys say it? Cause lemme tell you something, there ain't no way Sylus and Rafayel are straight. Zayne, Xavier and Caleb I could see(they aren't thought), but Sy and Raf? Like nah those two are bi as fuck.

Overall I do think things would've gone significantly better for Martha if Donna had accepted the first offer she got from The Doctor and been in season 3. Donna would absolutely be the Number One member of the Martha defense club and would've constantly been like "SHE'S SO FUCKING COOL AND BRILLIANT AND SMART AND BEAUTIFUL AND IF YOU DON'T CHEER AND CLAP FOR HER I'M BLOWING UP THIS BUILDING" like Donna IS her living breathing hypeman. Also I think Donna would've killed the master so that whole year that wasn't? Never happened.

That being said. Rip to Martha Jones because I think she would've had a disaster bisexual moment where on either side of her is an incredibly attractive person that is ruthlessly teasing her for her crush on the other. Neither of them have figured out she has a crush on them. She is not subtle about it.

Jay wanting to be a pirate just because of the freedom it gives her in this world. No lofty goals or ambitions. That’s what it’s always been about, hasn’t it? Since La Alma, who set sail from Joaldo without a thought of his future, and even before him, it’s been a clear theme. There is freedom in the open seas, there is freedom in having an open future. Not knowing what is next because you get to decide your heading.

And they help others find their freedom as well, as they make their own journey. Whether it’s by helping them fight back against whatever boot is crushing them, or trying to help them and give them resources to continue on their journey, or other such means. They’re the best goddamn pirates because they embrace this freedom, and they use their power to help others find their freedom as well.

Just a little disclaimer since theres been a bit of discussion:

While i do write ianthony fanfiction in a romantic way, i dont really ship ship it (if that makes sense). I know Anthony has Mykie, who i genuinely like, and Ian might have a partner. I dont believe theyre in love or together, it's all for fun. I'm not trying to prove anything.

I just find the dynamic and what they show us on camera nice and very cute. The things I write are from a fan to other fans. If they one day sat down and said 'we dont like fanfics about us in a shipping way' I would genuinely delete every piece of content i made, because i respect them so much and their boundaries.

If anything i write or post makes you uncomfortable, block the tags i use (especially ianthony rpf or smosh rpf)! Block me if you want! Curate your own internet experience! Other people wont do it for you! This is a fandom, there is a lot of content out there you'll find that you enjoy!

In the end Ian and Anthony are platonic soulmates, and i think thats more beautiful than anything.
