Name: Timothy Tarantula Twinkle

Species: Tarantula ... G-Goliath Beetle...

Timothy is a Goliath Beetle, who randomly appeared in the neighborhood one day. No one really knows where he comes from or why he moved here, but... he is a friendly fella, so don't worry!

He loves to participate in Julies games, helps Sally with her plays, assists Poppy in the kitchen or carries Wally's easel whenever he wants to paint in nature. Most times you can find him looming over his neighbors and... I-I mean... helping his neighbors! Haha...

Due to his height, he is a great help carrying stuff or reaching for the cookie jar on top of the shelf.

Okay... maybe Timothy is a Tarantula, creeping around the neighborhood and waiting for the perfect opportunity to let his dear neighbors "disappear"...

Did you know the limbs of a spider can grow back? Timothy makes sure to "get rid" of two of his arms whenever they start to grow back, so he maintains his beetle-like appearance. He also likes to wear fake antennas on a cheap hairband.

You don't believe Frank would ever fall for some fake antennas, do you?

No of course not! Frank is well aware of Timothy's intentions and both are highly suspicious of each other.

Howdy also sees right through Timothy and tries to keep his neighbors safe. Timothy does his best to avoid Howdy... he is a bit intimidated by that caterpillar...

Eddie as well as Poppy are oblivious to Timothy being a Tarantula. They even maintain somewhat of a friendship with Timothy... though Eddie wonders why Frank seems to dislike their new friend...

Wally, Julie and Sally are also oblivious. They enjoy spending time with their new neighbor, not realizing that Timothy sees them more as a snack than friends...

Barnaby and Home aren't quite sure what to think of Timothy. That new neighbor seems to avoid them both as best as he can. It's probably because of his fear of dogs... but why does he also avoid Home and averts direct eye contact...?

IMAGINE THIS: Lil baby Damian, bored and being not quite old enough to start learning how to use proper weapons (curse these wooden ones, he wants true steel!) is wandering the base. This is not out of the ordinary, he’s the prince after all. What is out of the ordinary is that his shadow, his Akhi, is not here. 

Technically, he should be napping, but he woke up and neither his mother or his brother- who is quiet but gentle and isn’t a good speaker (mother said it was from a head injury)- is there. Which is how he finds his way to the Pit, which he’s not supposed to be at. Or at least not alone. 

But! His mother and Akhi are there! And- and Akhi is screaming and he’s never heard him scream like that, like he’s in agony- His eyes are green- they were blue, had, had Mother placed him in the Waters- 

And then the pool is bubbling- he should be running away, get assistance or something, he’s five, he shouldn’t be running towards it when everything is screaming to flee. But one moment he’s at the doorway, the next he’s clinging to his akhi as something writhes in the Pit, a mighty bellow echoing even as the Shadows take defensive positions. 

The water cascades, laps at their feet, splashes everywhere as a scaled form rises from the depths, wings like a bloodied sunset spreading as fur bursts into flames. Crimson eyes glare down at them all, pupils slits as they bare down at his Akhi. 

The creature- the dragon- dips its head down, its breath warm as it chuffs at his akhi, wings folding as though it is bowing. His akhi is clinging to Mother, shivering, several scars glowing as they fade and a burst of hair burned white. 

Oh.

Okay but does Peri KNOW that Dev has a robotic leg when he shows up? Something about the fact that Peri's wand is a cane and the fact that Dev could have kept his leg and just had a cane for the rest of his life instead tickles my brain.

I mean he doesn't know immediately, he wasn't like briefed or anything, but he basically lives in Dev's house so he definitely finds out. Peri doesn't comment on or react to it all though really, there's no reason for him to think anything of it, plenty of people have missing limbs, a lot of people are born without them, it doesn't necessarily mean anything sinister happened. He had no reason to pry or ask and I think Peri's lack of reaction to it helped Dev feel a bit more comfortable in his skin. (Not by much but.. a little bit.)

Happy Birthday to Damian Wayne!!! A fanart for a fanfic where the brothers got reborn as Reverse Robins and kept all their memories. So Damian, now the eldest, adopted a more cheerful Robin persona knowing that the Gotham before Grayson needed hope and until his other siblings show up, he would have to BE that beacon of light. Though the fic has been in hiatus for awhile.

Not gonna lie, a happy-go-lucky Damian was hard to imagine, but the image of him holding his arms out to comfort a civilian had long been stuck in my mind. In the end, I went with this design that's a lot less sharp, yet more welcoming than his original Robin uniform. With only hints of his true self scattered throughout. I also like how he's doing his best, but it's really not his style. Lol. That's why beneath the mask, he's awkward.

As far as character progression goes, I'd argue that the most important aspect of the RLJ reveal isn't just Jon learning that he isn't Ned's son. The most important part is him learning that he isn't Ned Stark's bastard son. He's spent all his life chasing after Ned's shadow, trying to prove to himself and to the world that he is worthy of being Ned Stark's son, "let them say that Eddard Stark had fathered four sons not three", “he was not a Stark but he could die like one” and all that. He's internalized the shame of being the one stain on honorable Ned Starks' reputation

“But it’s a lie,” Jon insisted. How could they think his father was a traitor, had they all gone mad? Lord Eddard Stark would never dishonor himself … would he? He fathered a bastard, a small voice whispered inside him. Where was the honor in that? And your mother, what of her? He will not even speak her name.

So it's important for him to finally stop chasing after that elusive shadow. It's important for him to understand that Ned's dishonor was a deliberate choice that he made by himself, and it's thus no fault of his own. Once Jon internalizes that, then he can finally move on and ask himself, who am I? What do I want for myself? What can I be in this world, just as I am? So far, he's been unable to do that successfully because he still has an incomplete (and false) understanding of who he is.

i finally feel ready to share my favourite fallout oc currently !!!!! :D his name is Casper...and ive got a butt load of info below the cut u_u

his full name is Casper Gallowsman ! hes 31 and was born on October 31st. hes 6’0” tall and pretty well built, body of a soldier, although a bit on the lean side. his clothes consist of an old NCR utility suit he took and modified. casper hangs around Freeside mainly, getting stuck into any manual labour job he can get himself into. he especially likes helping the followers since Arcade is one of his friends :) Raul is his other companion too, along with Rex, which he got as a gift from the Kings after doing some odd jobs here and there. he also scavenges as a half-gig, looking around buildings and finding pre-war items to sell. he died april 16th, 1945

casper is something ive decided to call a Revenant - a variation of a ghoul that, unlike your usual ghoul whos a heavily irradiated human, was a corpse that was resurrected through heavy radiation.

revenants NEED frequent contact with radiation to regenerate their body and, in turn, to look human/alive. without it their body decomposes and looks like your traditional ghoul. too little of it for too long…and theres a chance of turning feral. or dying. lose lose situation

and thats all im willing to share for now... ;p expect lots of art of him in the near future. i love him so very very dearly
