That episode played with my heartstrings so much I can't. This show is my magnum opus I swear. The way this episode had me almost cry when I saw Mobius being a single dad with jet skis warmed my heart AND Ouroborus trying to get his book published and being his lovable dorky self.

Loki and Sylvie's impeccably written scene at the bar, the revelation of Loki being able to finally control his time slipping.

I could write all about how beautiful and well-written this episode was. I can't wait for episode six.

at the end of the episode when loki learns to control his time slipping he time slips back but, in his own body. not like when it was on accident and he could see himself.

why is that???

it's so interesting because before he'd time slip and if there was a Loki there, there'd be two of em. so why isn't there now?

I'm so mad that once Sylvie finally realized that she was wrong, she only had a few minutes to feel guilty instead of an entire lifetime drowning in soul-draining guilt and resentment for herself knowing she killed everything. I hate her.

LOKI SEASON 2 EPISODE 5 SPOILERS

I… am so mad right now. They ended the episode literally following the trope that I hate the most with everything in me: When everything is lost and they do lose, but a character finds out how to go back in time and rewrite history. Proceeding to no one(sometimes also the character who did it) remembering what happened and just being like, “oh wow, guess the world didn’t end! Let’s go on with our lives!” And the show ends. I HATE THAT GUYS. OK??!! I HATE IT. It’s such a dumb trope because the conclusion should be everyone knowing everything and then concluding. PLEASE. I HATE IT. Loki was going so so so so so good and I feel like it’s pummeling. But you never know, maybe Marvel will think of something clever and make me take what I said back, but until then, I’m really, really mad. The trope is so clear it hurts. It’s so predictable it’s killing me.
