Summary: you and Loki get into an argument, but neither if you are prepared for the fallout....

A/n- based on this amazing ASK.... by @psychospore loved it! Had to do it! This will most likely be a two maybe three parter....we shall see lol graphics by @harlequin-hangout. And a super special shout out to @vbecker10 for brainstorming with me and helping me come up with how all the shenanigans began lol your absolutely amazing and I love you!! 💚

Part One-

You walked into the common room, flopping face first onto the couch with a sigh. "That bad darling?" You heard making you groan into the cushion "do you wish to tell me about it?" You heard again, lifting your head to see Loki smiling at you from his chair by the window "it's fine, the mission just wore me out." You said sitting up "Well tell me, what happened?" He asked leaning his elbows on his knees "its just....they make me do everything." You sighed looking at him "its always y/n do this....y/n move that wall....its like, don't they understand that using my powers drains me." You said laying your head back.

"Well darling, if you spent time using your powers that wouldn't happen." He said making you look at him "what do you mean?" You asked "Well, Let's be honest you do not use your full potential, if you practiced more it wouldn't be so difficult to do simple tasks." He shrugged sitting back. "Simple tasks....moving an entire wall is a simple task to you?" You asked crossing your arms. "Well...yes, but you couldn't handle my powers love." He said standing up walking to the kitchen "I beg your pardon?" You asked following behind him "your little mind powers...while mostly effective are no match for what I can do." He said, a smug smile spread across his face "well excuse me your highness, I haven't had the benefit of private tutors and a thousand years to learn my powers!" You said raising your voice.

"It is not simply about time, it is talent as well." He said crossing his arms "oh, so I'm an untalented hack am i?" You asked glaring at him "no...that is not what I meant, you are.." he started when you cut him off "no, that's what you meant or you wouldn't have said it!" You yelled again making him shake his head "darling, you are tired and frustrated I think you should go rest." He said taking a step towards you. "Why? Because I'm a woman or because I'm a weak mortal?" You snapped stepping back "I did not say that, do not put words in my mouth." He snapped glaring at you "well I'm sorry you got saddled with an untalented loser for a year, maybe you need to upgrade!" You yelled.

"I was simply stating a fact, why are you taking it so personally?" He asked raising his voice "oh I don't know, being told I suck at using my powers and your so much better kinda tells me what you think of me." You said walking towards the door "i told you, it is not your fault your abilities are subpar." He snapped making you turn back to him, anger pulsing through you when Loki's eyes widened "darling..." He said putting his hands up seeing your hands beginning to glow "I wish...for just once Loki, that you could understand!" You yelled stepping closer "y/n...calm down." He said sternly "i wish anyone could understand, but I thought you of all people..." you growled clenching your fists closing your eyes "this is ridiculous y/n, stop this at once you are being dramatic." He said taking another step back.

Your eyes shot open at his words "dramatic?...I'm being dramatic!?" You yelled "why don't you try being me for once!" You yelled when your anger boiled over, your powers coursing through your vains shooting out of you knocking you back against something hard as you hit the floor. "Fuck.." you muttered rubbing the back of your head "whats wrong with my voice?" You said trying to clear your throat. You slowly learned up on your elbow, looking down your eyes widened at the size of your hand "l..loki, I think i..." you trailed off sitting up looking around seeing you were blasted into the kitchen "y/n..." you heard, looking over seeing...you. "aaaaaahhhhh!!!" You screamed, quickly crawling backwards across the kitchen "norns! Stop screaming!" The other you yelled rubbing their temples "who are you!? What is going on!?" You yelled watching yourself stand up.

"Well, it would appear we have been switched." The other you said brushing themselves off. "What are you talking about? LOKI!" You yelled stumbling as you stood up "I am Loki!" The other you yelled making you freeze "this is some trick, it has to be!" You yelled grabbing the counter "trust me it is not, now stop this nonsense at once and switch us back." The other you said sternly. You looked down, seeing you were wearing Loki's green button up when reality hit you. You looked up grabbing the toaster from the counter holding it up, yours eyes widening seeing Loki's reflection looking back at you "aaahhh!" You yelled throwing it across the room "h..how did this happen?" You asked stumbling back, your hands rubbing your chest feeling your heart pounding "it seems in your emotional state you cast your powers outward placing you in my body and I in yours." Loki explained.

You stumbled back feeling your chest tighten "y/n?" You faintly heard when the back of your knees hit something hard making you sit "love, are you alright?" You heard your own voice echo in your mind when two hands grabbed your biceps "look at me love, you need to breath." You heard again, looking up meeting your own eyes "that's it, calm down....deep breaths." Loki said rubbing your arms "w...what are we going to d..do?" You muttered trying to calm your racing heart "well first you are to rest for a minute, then we will figure this out." He said smiling. "I'll make tea, just stay right here." He said walking back into the kitchen. You rubbed your hands on your thighs, looking down seeing Loki's long fingers, the veins running across his hands up his forearms, reaching up gingerly running your fingers through his hair making you sigh.

Loki came back a few minutes later, two cups in hand as he sat across from you "ok, try to remember what you did." He said sipping his tea "i..I don't know. I was so angry and hurt I just..." you trailed off waving your arms. "Alright, close your eyes I want you to concentrate and think hard." He said. Doing as he asked you closed your eyes straightening your back "very good, now I want you to picture us in your mind, think about being in your body..." he trailed off. You nodded feeling a tingling in your hands "Good girl, your pulling my seidr forward, now...send it out like you did before." He explained. lifting your hands up you focused everything you had sending his magic out into the room when everything went silent.

"Did it work?" You asked but your voice was still Loki's, opening your eyes seeing you were in your room "Loki!" You yelled standing from the bed when he burst into the room "oh thank the norns! I wasn't sure where you sent yourself." He panted leaning over "w..what did I do?" You asked looking around "you teleported love, you must be careful you could have materialized into a wall." He said standing up. "What!?" You yelled putting your hands in your pockets "it has never happened to me but it has happened, it was not pretty." He said walking to the bed sitting down.

"Loki, what are we going to do?" You asked sitting down feeling tears well in your eyes. "I do not know, but we'll figure it out." He said grabbing your hand "wait! If I'm the one that cast it, and you have my powers you could do it." You said wiping your cheek "love, I do not know your powers, it would take me days to figure it out, I had thought my powers would have solved it." He said sighing "why, because yours are better then mine?" You asked looking at him "y/n, do not start this again...that is not what I said." He said looking up at you "no, you made it crystal clear before." You sighed pulling your hand from his standing up "where are you going?" He asked watching you "to your room, which I guess is my room now." You said opening the door.

"please love don't be like this." He said standing up "I just...I don't want to be around you right now." You said quickly leaving before he could say anything else. You walked to Loki's room keeping your hands in your pockets trying not to think too hard so you wouldn't appear somewhere else. You opened his door, inhaling the smell of him that you loved so much instantly calming you. "Ok, what now?" You asked yourself closing the door looking around. You had never been In his room alone but you could tell why he stayed here so much, the soft lighting and dark black out curtains immediately soothed your frazzled nerves. "Maybe a bath will help." You said unbuttoning your shirt as you walked towards the en suite. Turning on the water you bent down under the sink smelling the different bottle he kept, finding one that smelled of jasmine and sandlewood you stood pouring some into the hot water.

After getting undressed you slid gently into the water letting the heat sooth your muscles. "Aahhh god..." you sighed closing your eyes, feeling your body tingle when a sneeze interrupted your calm "ugh, I thought Gods don't get sick." You muttered laying back against the tub when you heard someone clear their throat, your eyes shooting open seeing Loki sitting on the edge of the tub making you jolt up "aaahhh who are you now!?" You yelled trying to cover yourself up when you heard Loki's door fly open hitting the wall "Darling, what.." you looked over seeing yourself, well Loki standing in the door way "what are you doing love?" He asked, a smile spreading across his face "nothing! I sneezed and he just a...appeared!" You yelled covering your chest.

Loki walked in, grabbing the other Loki's chin tilting his head up "you summoned a duplicate love, he's harmless." He said releasing him "a...duplicate?" You asked. "Yes, remember that night you wanted to try something new?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows "oh.." you said looking at the duplicate "He is an extension of you, he will obey whatever you ask of him." Loki finished leaning on the counter. "I want him to go away." You said looking at him "Well you only need to will him away then." Loki said waving his hand towards the duplicate "yes...cause that's easy." You sighed looking between them "it is if you try." He snarked crossing his arms. You felt the anger rising in you again seeing your hands begin to glow green "ah ah darling, no need to be rash." He said pushing off the counter "all you must do is concentrate and he will disappear." He said stepping closer.

You looked at the duplicate sighing "if I teleport again I swear..." you said closing your eyes you held your hand out willing him to disappear, cracking one eye open seeing it was just the two of you again. "As I said, simple." Loki said sitting where the duplicate was. "Why are you even here?" You asked covering yourself again "well, I came to retrieve a few of my spell books when I heard your screaming like a banshee." He said laughing. "Well get your books and go." You said bringing your knees to your chest. "Listen love, about what I said earlier, I didn't mean..." you cut him off looking up at him "its fine Loki, I just want to be alone." You said feeling your eyes burn he'll probably leave me after this you thought sighing. "I would not." Loki said sternly making you look at him "a..are you reading my mind?" You asked furrowing your eyebrows "well I can't help it, it is part of your powers." He said watching you

"Yes, but I don't do it without permission." You said standing up grabbing a towel "love, I do not know how to control it yet." He said as you stormed out of the bathroom wrapping the towel around you "Darling, you do not need to cover..." he said waving at your chest "shut up Loki." You snapped going to his closet "and where are your clothes?" You asked looking around "in my pocket dimension." He said laying across the bed "your what?" You asked stepping back out "you know how I make things disappear and reappear?" He asked as you nodded "well, that is where my clothes are." He said smiling "can't you do anything the normal way?" You snarked sitting on the bed "I do hope you plan on brushing my hair, you've made quite a mess of it." He said reaching up when you slapped his hand away "keep it up and I'll color it pink." You growled.

"You wouldn't dare." He hissed glaring "try me...now get your books and go." You snapped standing up "you are quite tense y/n, maybe I could..." he said winking. "You can't be serious." You said crossing your arms "I am only trying to help." He purred sitting up on his knees smiling. You stared at him in shock "come on...it's only a bit of fun." He continued crawling towards you "only you would come up with that idea." You said shaking your head. "So, is that a.." he started "its a no Loki, absolutely not." You said sternly "spoiled sport." He huffed sitting back "can i atleast stay with you?" He asked giving you puppy dog eyes "ugh fine, but leave me alone." You said walking to the side of the bed as he got up grabbing a book "you rest love, I am going to try to find a way to put us back." He said sitting back against the headboard. "Yeah...ok." You sighed pulling the towel off getting under the covers "mm...no pajamas...naughty y/n." He purred "Goodnight Loki." You huffed rolling over hearing him say goodnight you closed your eyes hoping you would wake up and this was all a nightmare.

A sneer graced his face as his hand elegantly raised to slam down a +2 card. Tony and Clint both put down +4 ones. While Hulk put down a blue five. Tony hurried to fix his mistake while the Hulk pouted at the cards. (he had no idea why they were putting so many in his hand)

You, on the other hand was watching them play. You magicked a extra deck on Clint's thigh. While Loki was fending his cards from Hulk, Clint gave you a thumb up. Tony soon caught on what was going on. Poor, Hulk was trying to randomly put cards in the pile only to have Tony put them back in his hand.

Last week when you decided to play hide and seek with Loki he uses his powers to find you the second round. When it was your turn, the first round, you didn't use yours. But you expected it from the god. The three men that was battling him right now was also tired of him winning so they set up a battle with uno. They figured he wouldn't know the rules of the game, but he caught on quickly.

You all noticed that he was a little skittish around Hulk during the game. You didn't blame the poor man. He was literally flung around like a yoyo. During the rest of the game you put up illusions here and there in the game to cover up the tricks Tony and Clint were doing with the cards.

The four hour long games was finished as all the Avengers laughed, chuckled, or clapped(Wanda). He had lost. The god of mischief had lost. He calmly stood up and went to his room. You left soon after to talk to him.

As soon as you walk in he starts prattling about what he should've done to win. "Loki, I used magic on you because you always win and then you be an ass about it." He looked at your emotionless face and started to scowl. "You what?"he was pissed beyond belief. You were supposed to be on his side. "That's for hide and seek. Payback is a b*tch."

He slowly go up and you knew what was going to happen.

Bucky was petting a stray dog in the lobby that had approached when him and Sam went to go get groceries. A figure streaked through screaming like demon. The h/c woman was barely made out to be you with Loki not far behind. You breezed through the living room to the game room.

He cornered you between two pinball machines. Sauntering up till he was 2 inches from you nose. " I want waffle fries for breakfast for a week." Then he disappeared.

Owen Wilson will never know just how much I love his little ordinary time-man character. In a cinematic universe of super geniuses and sorcerers and aliens and enhanced soldiers and thunder gods, all with crazy abilities, I love his littlest normal human analyst who started out solving time mysteries so, SO much, in my very heart, soul, bones. He’s just some guy but like… he’s NOT just some guy at the same time. Some of my MCU favourites I’ve had over a decade of getting to know them, yet here Mobius is, sitting comfy in one of my atriums like he’s always been there. He’s so soft and soothing and reasonable and safe. If I had to choose between travelling to all sorts of weird and wacky and wonderful places with the Gaurdians, maybe Thor, or sitting in a Burger King gossiping over a Whopper and a Slushie with Mobius, I’d absolutely choose Mobius. He just has this vibe. I totally get why Loki would sit eternally alone to let Mobius live freely. Just a lovely, stand-up lil fella. He is coded like a well-needed hug. Thinking of him right now.

I have seen a few DCxMarvel dimension travel fics, and quite a few of them are of them are Peter Parker post-blip. Which gives me a crack fic idea: everyone who got snapped ended up in the DC universe. Yes, all of them.

The current world population is around eight billion, so half of that would be 4 billion... Yeah that would cause so so so many problems. But the DC universe is used to crazy shit.

Obviously there would be a sudden influx of "new" heroes and villains but with absolutely no context it is hard to figure out who is who.

Batman immediately trying to make contingency plans for all these new heroes and villains as well as figure out their civilian identities but this is very difficult because literally no records exist yet.

Magic users from both worlds team up, but I think they were still unable to fix it, the infinity stones were just too powerful. Also I think Dr. Strange and Constantine can't stand each other.

While I am at it, Wonder Woman and Loki would probably hate each other too. DC is more Greek but it has had their own version of Norse mythology, so maybe they are the same and have beef?

They would struggle to feed and house that many new people, but getting them jobs and integrating them into society would be hard too. And good luck proving anything anyone says. "You swear you have a law degree from Harvard? Okay I guess."

Do doubles exist? Yeah a lot of people probably don't have an alternate universe double, but it stands to reason some do. How do you deal with having a new kind-of twin? Or a dead friend or relative coming back, but different? Or even someone you never knew/doesn't exist in this world insisting they are family.

Some au double ideas I have seen people toss around are: Dick Grayson as Richard Parker, Kara Danvers as Carol Danvers, Steve Trevor as Steve Rogers, and Slade Wilson as/being somehow related to Wade Wilson, but I am sure there are other fun ideas out there too.

The snap didn't just affect humans/earth! So other planets are having the same problems.

Then randomly, five years later, just when people were getting used to the change, they all disappear again without warning. This causes as many problems as the original appearance did.

Part one -- Part two-

You slowly opened your eyes, a curtain of black hung across your face blocking the light. "Ugh, not a dream then." You huffed, rolling over you pushed the dark curls back off your face. "Loki, what..." you trailed off looking over seeing the other side of the bed empty. "Loki!" You called out getting no response. You sat up rubbing your eyes seeing you were alone. "Nice..." you trailed off swinging your legs over the side of the mattress standing up you felt a small breeze, looking down remembering Loki's clothes were in his pocket dimension "shit..." you muttered looking around, the only thing in site was the towel from last night. You closed your eyes, shaking your hands you tried to concentrate.

"Ok y/n...you can do this...focus." you said to yourself pacing back and forth you felt the tingling in your fingers, holding your hand out you felt something materialize in your hand. Smiling you opened your eyes, your face dropping seeing a familiar toy Loki had acquainted you with many...many times. "Loki..." you sighed tossing it on the bed. You closed your eyes, trying several more times before flopping into his chair looking at the bed. A leather strap, a bottle of lube, a book of Shakespeare poetry and something that reminded you of a sex swing had joined the pile "what do you keep in there?" You muttered grabbing the towel wrapping it around your waist. "Please dear God let everone be gone." You said walking to the door.

You peaked your head out seeing the hallway empty as you made your way towards Thor's room. The plan was simple, sneak in grab some clothes and sneak out "easy peasy." You whispered reaching his door. You pressed your ear against it, hearing silence you slowly opened it and snuck inside. You tip toed to the closet, opening it you grabbed the first shirt you saw pulling it over your head you rummaged through the hangers finding a pair of grey sweatpants "oh thank god." You whispered, pulling the towel off you pulled them up cinching the waist as you stepped out "Brother...what are you doing?" You heard, snapping your head up seeing Thor naked as the day he was born.

You quickly averted your eyes, trying to look everywhere but him "umm...i uhh...." you stuttered making your way to the door "loki? What is the matter?" He asked stepping towards you. "N..nothing Thor! I just...my clothes are dirty and i...I am borrowing some of yours." You said quickly walking towards the door "Brother wait, there is something I wished to ask you." You heard feeling his large hand grip your shoulder. Screwing your eyes shut you tilted your head down "what is it Thor." You snapped hoping he would let you leave "are you and lady y/n alright?" He asked making you open your eyes "why? Have you heard something?" You asked keeping your back to him "only idle gossip, I have heard that you have been seen flirting with the ladies in the lab so I thought I would ask." He said releasing you.

You heart plummeted to your stomach was he really doing that? You asked yourself clearing your throat "I will thank you to stay out of my business thor." You snapped, trying to sound as Loki as possible "apologies, I meant no disrespect. I only hoped what i heard was false, y/n is an amazing woman...you should cherish her." Thor said stepping back "we will speak later Thor." You said quickly leaving before he continued talking. You walked down the hall feeling your heart racing in your chest. You didn't know if what Thor said was true or not, all you knew is you needed to find Loki and now.

You walked into the kitchen, the smell of bacon wafting through the air made your stomach grumble when you froze, taking in the site before you. "Thank you captain..." he purred running a hand down Steve's arm "I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it" He continued, a large smile spread across his...well your face. "Oh its no problem at all y/n, now what did you say was wrong?" He asked looking at Loki, concern spread across his features "oh...I broke a nail you see." He said holding his hand up "it hurt sooo bad." He whined, giving him big puppy dog eyes as Steve grabbed his hand "well ill make breakfast for you anytime y/n." He smiled kissing the back of his...your hand.

You stepped in clearing you throat seeing Steve drop Loki's hand "hey, morning Loki. Breakfast?" Steve asked shifting his attention back to the stove "no...y/n can I speak to you?" You asked sternly seeing Loki smile at you "im a bit busy at the moment actually." He smiled looking back at Steve "now darling." You growled watching his smile drop. You watched him slide off the counter, your eyes widening seeing the outfit he had on. He had taken your favorite jeans and cut them so high they practically weren't there anymore, your tank top rolled up above your stomach and tied to the side exposing your midriff as he sauntered over to you. "Yes dear, what did you need?" He asked, his smile returning seeing the look on your face. You grabbed his arm pulling him into the common room.

"Loki, what the hell am I wearing?" You whisper yelled hearing him laugh "you have a beautiful body darling, as I have told you many times, why not show it off?" He snarked sitting on the couch spreading his legs apart "because loki, I would never wear that!" You said raising your voice "yes I know, your closet was full of frumpy sweaters and what you call grandmother clothing....so I improvised." He smiled. You looked down rubbing the bridge of your nose people are gonna think im a slut you thought looking back up "no they will not, and if they do they will answer to me." He said sternly standing up "stop reading my mind!" You yelled putting your hands on your hips "and what..." he trailed off crossing his arms "is that?" He asked pointing at your shirt. You looked down for the first time noticing the bright red shirt you stole from Thor, a picture of mjolnir on it with the words "feel the thunder" printed across it. "I had to steal this from your brother." You snapped.

"Did you even try to summon my clothes? Or did you just give up?" He asked making you sigh "yes I tried! And the things that appeared should be illegal." You whisper yelled seeing him laugh "well I didn't hear you complain the other night when.." you cut him off holding up your hand "I don't wanna know Loki." You sighed flopping down on the couch "did you figure out how to switch us back?" You asked when he came over straddling your lap "no, I have not...but I must admit I am very much enjoying this." He purred leaning forward. "How are you so comfortable with this?" You asked grabbing his shoulders "you forget darling, I can shift to whichever form I choose....female being one of them." He smiled standing back up "now if you will excuse me, the good captain is making me breakfast." He said sauntering back towards the kitchen.

"Loki, that's not a good idea! He's going to think im interested in him" you said seeing him smile "it's only a bit of fun...besides I don't cook and he is so very helpful." He said walking out of the room. Anger flooded through you remembering what thor had told you...loki ruining your clothes and flirting with Steve "oh, two can play that game....darling." you said, standing up you walked to the elevator and headed down to the labs, if he wanted to mess with you you would respond in kind. You walked out seeing a small group of women huddled around a table "Hey Loki." One said waving at you, you glared in response heading straight for Tony "Stark!" You yelled making him jump "geeze reindeer games give a guy some warning." He said setting his blowtorch down "I require a vehicle and money." You snapped, trying to do your best impression of your boyfriend. "A please would be nice." Tony said pulling out his wallet "what did you need it for?" He asked handing you a black card "that is not your concern." You snapped turning quickly heading for the door when the woman from earlier stepped in front of you.

"Hey, is everything ok?" She asked taking a step closer. Your heart pounded in your ears as she reached up rubbing your arm "I am quite fine thank you." You said shooing her hand away "you never gave me an answer...about tonight." She smiled making you want to gag "what about tonight?" You asked crossing your arms "remember, I asked if you wanted to have dinner at my place, but you left in a hurry." She said taking another step closer "you know, I can make you feel good. I'll treat you better then she does." She purred. You felt your heart sink knowing Loki never mentioned any of this "i...I will let you know." You said stepping back "ok, you have my number...call me." She smiled walking back over to the table. A few hours later you returned to the tower, adjusting your suit you walked towards the common room with a smile on your face. "Brother, you look...different." Thor said "yes, I thought I would try something new." You said walking into the kitchen seeing Loki sat on a barstool, Phone in hand. "Hello dear." You snarked as his eyes met yours "odins beard what have you done!" He yelled jumping off the stool. "Do you like it? Is it your color after all." You said running a hand through his now green hair. "This is a travesty! Change it back at once!" He yelled looking you up and down "and what in the norns are you wearing!?" He yelled walking around you "oh, I thought you needed a little color in your wardrobe." You smiled adjusting the crushed velvet purple suit, and for kicks you added a matching shirt and tie "you cannot be seen in...in that!" He yelled waving his arms "what will people think!?" He continued, smiling seeing his face turn red. "Well I had to make sure I looked good for my date didn't i?" You asked seeing his eyes widen "I beg your pardon?" He asked crossing his arms.

"One of the ladies from the labs, she asked me...well you to dinner....remember?" You asked crossing your arms "y/n, wait...please, it's not..." you cut him off "oh, not what I think?" You snarked looking down at him "Well based on how you were with Steve today you'll forgive me if I don't believe you." You said. How many other women did he have? You asked yourself seeing his eyes soften "Darling, there is only you, I have not been with anyone else." He said making you shake your head. "Well that's not what thor said." You said walking to the counter "you would believe that witless oaf over me?" He asked following you "I don't know, should i?" You asked.

"Y/n, cease this childishness at once and fix my hair!" He yelled "you know...I don't know, I got quite a few compliments on the way back" you smiled, looking over you could practically see smoke coming out of his ears. "I have to go her ready for tonight, if you will excuse me." You said walking to the door "y/n, please..." he said making you turn around "you know, I think it hurt more knowing you didn't even tell me" you said watching him look down. "If you are innocent as you say you are, why didn't you tell me she asked you out?" You asked crossing your arms "it....it wasn't a big deal, and I didn't want to upset you." He said making you sigh. "Well that worked well for you." You said turning back to the door. "Y/n..." he called after you but you chose to ignore him, heading to his room.

You slid your jacket off, loosening the tie as you sat in his chair. Closing your eyes you leaned your head back against the cushion. You had no intention of going anywhere with the lab girl but you wanted to make him sweat, hoping maybe he would understand how you were feeling. You opened your eyes looking at the pile of toys in the middle of the bed making you laugh "your lucky I love you you ass." You said getting up scooting everything over lying down. You needed to figure out how to switch back, and soon.
