Atom, Ceres & Nervous

Why do kiddos Atom and Ceres have nightmares every night? Obviously, these two are well aware that their pseudo-privileged position in the Beaker household is not so different from the unenviable fate of the test subject. Feeling themselves in the same boat with Nervous, the clone children are drawn to him, despite the strict prohibitions of Loki and Circe. Ceres and Atom enjoy watching TV in his basement and patting Nervous' cheeks as if he were a big, friendly dog.

Unlike the stern and cold Loki, Nervous treats Atom and Ceres with patient kindness and willingly gets involved in their childhood troubles. Who leap out of bed in the middle of the night and runs to chase the scary monster out from under the kids' beds? Nervous. Who reads thrilling tales of the Grim Reaper to these children? Nervous! Who do Ceres and Atom go to for advice on various school matters? I think you get the point. And the most interesting thing here is that in Sims 4, this sim has not the slightest hint of any family aspirations.

Отчего же маленькие Атом и Церера каждую ночь страдают от кошмаров? Судя по всему, эти двое хорошо понимают, что их якобы привилегированное положение в доме Колби не так уж и сильно отличается от незавидной участи подопытного. Чувствуя себя в одной лодке с Типусом, дети-клоны тянутся к нему, невзирая на строгие запреты Локи и Цирцеи. Им нравится смотреть телеви��ор в его подвале и трепать Типуса за щеки, словно он — большая, добрая собака.

В отличие от строгого и холодного Локи, Типус относится к Атому и Церере с терпеливой добротой и охотно вовлекается в их детские проблемы. Кто подскакивает посреди ночи и бежит прогонять страшное чудище из-под кровати? Типус. Кто читает ребятам захватывающие сказки про Мрачного Жнеца? Типус! К кому Церера и Атом бегут за советами по поводу разных школьных дел? Думаю, вы поняли. И самое интересное здесь то, что в Sims 4 этот персонаж не имеет ни малейшего намека на стремление к семье.

Atom and Ceres Beaker

In 2016 Tycho and Lazlo competed between the two of them doing the bottle flip challenge

They also did the ice bucket challenge but Pascal argued with Lazlo for fear that Tycho would catch a cold because of it

Tycho hummed Crazy Frog Axel F all the time

Tycho bought a fidget spinner secretly from his dad because Pascal found it useless

Tycho was afraid of Charlie Charlie's challenge, but he played it with Atom and Ceres anyway to show he was brave

Context: The Beaker's children have been tasked with "looking closely into the Curious's alien offsprings". In doing so, Atom invited Tycho over to the crashed alien ship to hang out while the former was grounded, (and Violet hoped along in exchange for not snitching) but while exploring the remains of the ship, the youngest of the group got in touch with some strange substance that got her sick with an extraterrestrial flu!

Luckily, Atom has a great hold of knowledge on how to make all types of cures and viruses from his mom and kindly made an antidote for her using Tycho's DNA. However, how will Tycho repay for this now that he's indebted to the Beaker's son?

This is so silly and dumb but the idea entered my head and now it won't get out. I really want to make more drawings or writings of this concept but I'm not sure if people will be really into it? Anyways, Tycho, Violet and Atom and Ceres are meant to eventually become besties in this idea despite the conflict between their parents. However, unlike Veronaville, they really don't give a damn about up what their families think of this newfound bond between them. They're just vibin.

5. The Beaker Family

Despite losing their prized subject Nervous, the Beakers continue to study sim and alien life, with the consequences of their experiments still lingering. Now one of the richest families in Strangetown (due to benefactors that support their unethical medical experimentation), the Beaker family brushes fingers with the elite. Loki is top of the science career, while esteemed Circe fumes that Jenny Smith and Erin Beaker are at higher positions than her at the hospital. Ceres was sent away as a child to attend Circe's alma-mater boarding school, and is the snobbiest teen in Strangetown. While Ceres cannot wait to follow in her parents footsteps, she is also crushing hard on the richest, most-popular boy in school. Will she be able to win the heart of fellow elite Isaac Morrow? And Atom, despite being the oldest child, is the black sheep of the family, as he has long questioned their upbringing and the ethics of their parents' experiments. Is Atom poised to uncover & expose the truth about his parents pushing the boundaries of science?

This is Atom with Beeba Beaker, who was his imaginary friend who he turned real when he was just a child, after his previous best friend (and nanny) Nervous Subject ran away from Beaker mansion. This scientific discovery impressed his parents at the time, but they are now wary of their closeness (given Atom doesn't let them experiment on her) and definitely don't consider Beeba part of the family. Atom is top of his class, but is a bit of a loner at school, and is feeling insecure about Beeba making friends with others (i.e. Gabbie and Harper) when he can't. Will Atom be able to make some new friends at school amid his conflicting feelings about his parents research?

Note: Atom insisted on this picture together when he noticed Beeba felt hurt about being left out of the family portrait.
