Wicked agere headcanon (or maybe a future fanfic prompt as it lives in my WIPs garden):

Caregiver!Elphaba, talking to a regressed!Galinda who is currently crying and pouting over a scraped knee in the Shiz courtyard: “I know it hurts, ‘Lin, but it’s been almost five minutes, I don’t think we need to shed any more tears over this. Why don’t we go back to our room an—“

Galinda, still crying: “this is in NO WAY a WE situation! I’M the victim here!”

Elphaba, internally: I think we’re confused about who the real victim is when you’re about to have a temper tantrum

(But in the end our dear Elphie carries her sweet ‘Linny back to their dorm room piggyback style, where it’s an even bigger hassle to disinfect the wound on the squirmy, cranky girl. She loves the miraculous ladybug bandaid though, letting out a small giggle when Elphaba says she’s gonna “make the ouchies disappear with magic” and blows her a kiss to make her feel better.

Now every time Little!Galinda gets hurt, from a small bump to a paper cut, she runs to Elphie so “she can kiss it all better,” much to (CG!)Fiyero’s amusement when he’s with them)

I can't get over how tiny Galinda looks in this photo. Like that is just her holding onto her Mama! The pigtails, soft knitted dress and lack of jewellery make her look no older than five. I cannot.

Cg!elphaba wouldn't be super strict about rules but would have them. like when she has zoomies but its bed time she has rules about calming down before bed and not being to noisy later at night

Little!glinda 100% loves putting stickers on reward charts ! They make her really happy

+ every time glinda gets to add a sticker to the reward chart she asks elphaba if shes proud of her about 5000 times and elphaba just keeps saying yes

Wicked agere headcanon pt 2 as this also lives in my WIP garden, but most likely the whole fic will be posted on AO3 by the end of the month (or is it a teaser if I’m actually writing around this? Anyway enjoy some CG! Elphie and Little! Galinda because I’m straight up not having a good time in the club right now and need some Gelphie to self soothe lmao)

(I imagine Galinda being such a threenager when she’s overtired and grumpy)

After a very powerful fifteen minutes, the cries calm down into wet sniffles and coughs, her face covered with tears and snot and sadness as she rubs her puffy eyes with her palms, absolutely exhausted from what just happened.

“Welcome back down to Shiz,” Elphaba says with a small, teasing smile, pressing a kiss to the back of the other girl's hand. “That was a pretty big tornado of emotions, huh? Wanna tell me what it was all about?”

A huff followed by a long, high pitched whine and some babble grace her as an answer, making out some words such as tired, sun, and the ever so famous, no!

“You’re a bit too small for real words then,” she concludes, and the way Galinda reaches out for her pajama sleeve to chew on is all the confirmation she needs.

“I think you going to class today is out of the question,” she continues her one-sided conversation, booping her girl on the nose, “so why don’t we get up to start our morning and meet Nessie for some breakfast?”

“No!”

Litte!Glinda and CG!Elphaba drabble.

"Glinda..." Elphaba hummed as she wrapped her arms around her shoulders, pressing a soft kiss to her hairline. "You need a break."

She wasn't wrong, it had been hours since Glinda had lifted her pen from the paper that was covered in numbers and scribbles of something important.

"Nu-uh."

Elphaba frowned at the childlike response, rubbing her back soothingly, then- "Are you feeling small?"

Glinda pulled away so fast her little inkpot tipped over. Luckily it was nearly empty, but the black splotches still scattered across the paper she had been working on, covering some of her writing.

She froze in place, her chest moving slowly with her breaths, eyes hazy with the clear temptation of little space, but too stuck on the mess covering her paper. Then there were tears.

"Oh no," Elphaba sighed, pushing the pot upwards again and grabbing another paper to dab at the ink, but Glinda's hands beat hers, landing a harsh slap across her wrist.

"NO!" she cried, stomping her sharp heel into the tile beneath her chair. "No more touch!"

"Hun, I'm trying to-"

"RUINED IT!" Glinda slapped her again, harder. It stung like millions of needles, but Elphaba didn't pull away, pinching her lips together in worry.

"I did, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have startled you with an invasive question-"

"Gonna be mad," Glinda sobbed, shaking her head. "Gonna be mad, so mad."

"Who?" Elphaba asked, catching the girl's wrist before she could properly turn it on herself, though her other hand was already pulling at her hair. "No one is here but me, no one is mad."

Glinda didn't need to vocalize who, Elphaba already knew from the stories she'd told of Morrible, all those years she had been gone. She leaned down and pulled the girl into a hug, nothing light, a crushing hug that strained her muscles and relaxed Glinda in seconds, bringing her back to reality.

"Break time, we can deal with the ink later, okay baby?"

Bunching Elphaba's shirt within her hands, Glinda slowly nodded, tears still working their way down her rosy cheeks.

"This why we take breaks," she whispered softly, her brow furrowed. "Dumb breaks."

If she wasn't still worried about Glinda's emotions, Elphaba would have laughed, but she just pulled back and kissed her forehead gently.

"Mmm, I'm sure you think they are dumb, my little workaholic, I'm sure you do."

Yes Galinda made a whole ass sim family with her Galinda and Elphie sims and yes she has mods and uses cheats like any simmer ☺️

(Galinda would totally have like 500 hours on the sims and I thought it would be funny to give them 30 kids but my god this household kept BREAKING my laptop so I’ve deleted that file and most of those kids 💀 I only liked the first three cuz they were unplanned triplets)

(I forgot to mention that sim Galinda and Elphie had a small weed farm that I’m very proud of cuz it took forever to get them into good quality but now it’s over cuz of all them kids 😠)
