That everything is gonna be okay, if not now, then it will be better some day. You're gonna be okay, don't give up hope, and don't feel like you're any less worthy of a better time because you need a way to cope with what's happening now.

(Also being anti non-sexual abdl and non-sexual age play is bad, and you're a hypocrite for it but that's not as nice to say)

Honestly... I have my own massive crop of trauma, and being able to help others by just telling them simple life advice and spreading joy though compliments and conversation, has grown to be the best feeling in the world.
The smiles and the joy and just knowing I'm the person who caused that. That's the best part.

I support Age Regression, duh, I am a regressor, it is my way of coping with trauma and is often even involuntary
I support Age Dreaming, duh, I get it, cope how you need to
BUT ALSO
I support non sexual Age Play
I support non sexual ABDL and Adults wearing Diapers
And I do not judge anyone on what they find sexually appealing in private because it's none of MY business as long as I don't hear about it

things I love that cg's do pt 3 <3
-when they order for you
-when they rest their hand on your lowerback to lead you somewhere
-them opening doors and boxes for you
-them not letting you handle anything with a knife because they don't want you to hurt yourself
-when they take care of you while your too out of it, ie drowsy/drunk/high. them carrying you to your bed or moving your limp body carefully while your *faintly* aware of what's going on
-when they fix up your outfit/hair (buttoning my shirt or fixing my hair)
-them glaring at other people who look you up and down
-them patting their lap for you to come sit on it
-holding!hands!everywhere!
-them asking if your okay in a soft voice if you have injured yourself
-when they pick out your outfit
-when they rest their head/arms on your shoulders
-when they point to water or food for you to drink/eat it
-when they can tell your getting overwhelmed in public and start to rub circles in your back or your hand with their thumb
-being told to breathe while overwhelmed/panicking, and them talking you through a panic attack

Just a reminder to all my little friends that “childish” and “immature” are not the same thing. You can love coloring, cartoons and stuffed animals but also have your priorities set straight. You can enjoy doing small puzzles and reading picture books and also be in charge at your job or an extracurricular at school. Likewise, you can wear fancy suits and ties every day but not get any work done ever.
Just because you find comfort in being in a younger headspace, does not mean you are a burden, lesser than anyone else, or in any way immature.

Tips for my littles who are struggling mentally:-

✿-If you don’t feel like showering but hate the feel of grease in your hair, try rinsing in the sink. Try and wash away the oils with water even if just a little bit.
✿-If you struggle with binge eating, especially when stressed, NEVER plan a diet or a “redemption” activity (fast, workout, etc). For my eating problems, documenting my bests and my lows without critique is the biggest first step.
✿-For those who can’t shower for too long (physically or mentally not having the ability/energy), get a chair, and I recommend focusing on the hair first. Wet your hair with water for a bit, shampoo it and rub till oils melt and mix with the shampoo, clean your body with soap, and wash it all with just one rinse.
✿-If you struggle with anxiety, especially regarding public speech, try lining up some stuffies or dolls (anything human or animal-like works), and give speeches to them, as if you’re actually talking to real people, express your hidden opinions. This is not the same as talking in front of actual people, but a good head start for people with severe anxiety.
✿-Never do anything if you don’t feel like it (not talking about crucial responsibilities), if you can’t workout today, don’t. Didn’t journal today? That’s literally fine. Too tired to cook? Order food if you can. Point is, pushing yourself to do optional things just to look good is more physically/mentally draining than people realise it is.
✿-This will sound niche, but sleep is SO crucial. If you can sleep, do it. I see sleep as slightly more important than food, the effects of under-sleeping are actually horrifying if you search it up. Personally, lack of sleep worsens my binge episodes, as I have to eat more frequently and in quantity to compensate.
✿-If you struggle with anxiety/panic attacks/emotional overload, try playing Tetris/solve-match/puzzles.
✿-Speak aloud, even when no one’s around. Help yourself process your feeling to not get overwhelmed. This also helps with memory retention, I repeat stuff to myself when I study.
