Every single member of the supreme Court who ruled to make way for Trump to become a dictator if he gets into office should be removed from office and charged with treason.

If you don't vote to "send Biden a message" you're actually sending a message to every single marginalized person in this country that you don't give a shit about them and you need to think hard about why you feel that way.

Doing the right thing isn't always comfortable, but when you're facing someone who's literally "joked" about opening concentration camps getting into office, there is only one option.

And just FYI I despise Biden just as much as everyone else. I think he's a bad person and a war criminal. I don't think he should be in power, but we'll have a much easier time fighting back against his bullshit than against a full blown fascist dictatorship.

I cannot stress enough how important it is that whatever you think of anything else, Trump Cannot Be President Again.

SCOTUS basically just said, "If Trump sends the Army in to murder protestors, that's okay. If Trump assassinates a political rival with the armed forces of which he is the Commander In Chief, that's an official act, and there's no recourse."

Anything he can even vaguely justify as "an official act" - including installing people in the Justice Department to support his coup, including pressuring his VP to support his coup - is no longer a crime.

You WILL vote for Kamala Harris this fall. You will.

If you care about Palestine, you will vote for Harris, who has called for a ceasefire.

If you care about prison reform and changing the horrifically racist and classist prison pipeline, you will vote for Harris, who, as a prosecutor in California, kept hundreds of black men out of prison for minor "drug" (marijuana) offenses and only sent a handful to be incarcerated.

If you're a woman and you want to be able to live your life and make your own choices in it, you will vote for Harris.

If you are BIPOC and want to retain your freedom and your right to vote, you will vote for Harris.

If you're any flavor of LGBT and want to retain your right to exist, you will vote for Harris.

If you're an immigrant and you'd like to avoid deportation, a concentration camp, or death, you'd better fucking vote for Harris. If you're not a citizen yet, get your friends and neighbors to vote Harris.

Trump wants to be a dictator with unlimited, unquestioned power and a corrupt government beholden to him. He's said as much himself. The unhinged bigot frequently says the quiet part out loud, in the midst of his nonsensical ramblings.

Kamala Harris is level-headed, strategic, a cunning and experienced politician and lawyer. She's eloquent and delightfully sassy, but that last one's just my own opinion.

Donald Trump is a jabbering weirdo, a felon, a rapist, and he wants to kill, remove, or enslave everyone in this country who's not a wealthy cis het white man willing to lick his boots.

A third party vote is a vote for Trump. Not voting is a vote for Trump (I know. I and many people I know didn't vote in 2016).

A vote against Trump means only one thing: Vote. For. Harris.

I just can't with the "I'd rather lose my rights than vote" people right now. What even is the thought process here??? Like, okay, you don't vote as a "protest" (which accomplishes nothing btw, not voting isn't a protest), and then Trump wins, and he packs the court with young conservative justices who won't die for another 50 years and who spend the next generation eroding rights and regulations, and--it's all so you can feel morally superior? So you can feel "pure"? So you can feel like you atoned for the sin of being an American? Okay cool.
