No is I am crying about the packs pups and how adorable they all are. Though to be fair it’s been a crying evening

okay but i do wanna talk about the packs two girl pups, the older alpha one (who i picture with the prettiest red hair for some reason) and the younger little omega one- whose blonde and curly haired like i was when i was little, and how the older one would be all skinned knees and sneakers until it came to dress up with the youngest and tae- like please imagine the little one being so excited to try on her big sister's baseball caps and the older one all the way up in a tree wearing a giant tutu getting it muddy- but then when she comes down they all get muddy and grimey makeing mudpies in the front lawn (jk lowkey hoses them down before letting them inside for some very thurough grooming and scenting) in my mind they are pretty different personality wise but they're very very close.

i think when the older one leaves for college she gives the younger one her pink pocket knife and maybe a pink baseball cap to match hers but backing up a bit- maybe when they're younger- around 11 and 6- the older one convinces the younger that something is safe when it isn't, accidentally leading to the younger one getting hurt- like a broken wrist or something,

And it's not that the others suspect that the older sister pushed the younger or encouraged her to do something that would deliberatly get her hurt- that just is their first reaction since they do tend to bicker alot and clash- but any doubt that they had in their mind is quickly extinquished when the older one sobs louder than they've ever heard her- which is suprising, different than they've come to expect from their stoney minded oldest girl.

like this is the same kid who has fallen 10 feet down from a tree without even batting an eye- who straight up got bitten by a neighborhood dog and laughed- an alpha girl that for all intents and purposes- is probably the toughest alpha in the family- they always joke that she has too much wolf in her- always walking barefoot and getting knots in her hair.

Who is now crying over their little siblings broken arm. sobbing big big tears and hiding her face, crying out "i'm the worst alpha in the whole world!!!" and of course she's quickly scooped up and shushed and comforted by the others- especially jin and the m/c who all but scent her silly and reassure her that they are not angry with her at all- that things happened and next time everyone just has to be careful-

and it's mostly fixed when the younger one comes back in namjoon's arms, yoongi close behind- and the little one is really okay! she's got wet cheeks and her face is tucked into namjoon's neck but she excitedly asks their older sister if they want a lolly pop too! because the really really really nice nurse gave her a whole lapfull of them for being brave and she got one for everyone!!! but her older sister gets two!!! and could she be the first one to sign her cast?

and maybe the older one asks her "why did you get it green instead of pink? thats your favorite color" and the little one is all shy but so happy because she got it in her older siblings favorite color instead, because pink and green are the same color as watermellon and really- watermellon is like the best best food so (in my mind- the littlest pup inherits the m/c's penchant for food really- please imagine her walking around with a little chubby belly the way that little kids walk, she's very food obsessed in like- the best most healthy way)

i know i said that i didn't have names in mind for them- and i know they're not traditional korean names but i do think that maybe the pups get korean names and american names because jin and namjoon would probably want to make sure they all could speak and write it. in my mind- the older sisters name is Magnolia (maggie for short) and the younger one is Lily. imagine if the pack called them "our little flowers" 🥺 i also think that hobi plants a big magnolia tree in their front yard when Magnolia is born and that's the one that she likes to climb so much <3

(i just looked it up and both of these names actually do have a korean equivalent that might fit the sylabic name structure of korean names, someone who speaks korean should chime in! lily in korean is Baeghab and magnolia in korean is Moglyeon)

LAURA LEE :3333 i headcanon her as a Flip. A voluntary regressor! I think Laura Lee would just be a little angel, such a sweet little one. Always sharing and being able to put up with the other,,, not so well behaved little ones. As a Caregiver I CANNOT get the idea out of my head that she’s like a teacher. Giving the little ones lessons by the lake side, total Miss Honey from Matilda vibes… like teaching them their alphabets or their numbers with little songs 🥺🫶🏿

Lottie Matthews- Also a Flip, but with a caregiver lean. (In the wilderness she’s forced into a leader/carer role. So she’s definitely constantly taking care of all the littles). I think Lottie would be kind of independent when little, (involuntary.) maybe from ages 5 to 7, she’d want to do things on her own but mostly want a caregiver for supervision. Lottie would be nonverbal when regressed since she’s always had trouble communicating anyways. She likes to be praised for the little things, like pouring her own glass of milk and getting dressed— she was just never given attention much as a kid so that’d be nice for her.

Taissa: Regressor! I think it’s very much so involuntary and mostly to Middle space, she would have a lot of like tantrums and be generally pouty and mad. She probably wouldn’t notice she was little until someone else pointed it out.

Natalie: Teen Regresssor! Bc of trauma. Nat probably regresses to the ages of like 12-14. I think for the most part she would like sucking on lollipops but I could 100% see her making a deco paci. she’s usually rebellious when little, but it’s all in good fun, I could see maybe Lottie being her caregiver and Nat calling her “mom” or “ma”. But ALSO she may be a flip bc I love the idea of her being like a babysitter/big sister caregiver… she’s so sweet Misty: Pet Regressor/Flip. Vibes only. She bites people. She’s a puppy, a little excited puppy. Like in the pilot when she got excited doing the “BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ” and also as an adult she’s LITERALLY a caregiver so… Misty’s a lot of fun but idk, I could see her not really being good at dealing with high emotion situations (Ie; tantrums or accidents). She could come on a bit hard and condescending.

Mari: Regressor! Older kid, maybe 7-10! Mari’s personality definitely stays the same. A little Asshole if you ask me. I think Lottie would be her main caregiver, her mommy. But since Lottie takes care of ALL the little ones, Mari may act out for attention. I think Mari gets REALLY focused on the crafts she does and may not always notice when she has to go, so she’s padded. She’s super insecure abt her age regression bc of it. Finally, I was able to make hair I don't hate! This is Sam the Lamb in the security breach style! I used Glam!Chica as a reference for Proportion and help with how to make a more 'realistic' looking animatronic. (Also, for lore reasons, look below for that :p)

Lore under break!

She was designed by junior robotist who used a outdated (and public domain) glam!Chica model as her base. Fazbear Inc. Tried to sue, but once it went public they faced Heavy backlash. Eventually they decided to settle, giving the creator a large sum of money in return for Fazbear Inc. Getting full rights to Sam.

She is in the theater/daycare area, having very limited and monitored contact with guests. At this point, she's still not 'glamrock' yet, them needing to decide her colors and gimmick. She has a joint activity with Roxy where it's basically a HUGE game of tag across the theater, sheeps vs. wolfs style.

Since she's not originally Faz-tech, she doesn't have the internet filter the others have. the original creator not needing one and assuming fazbears inc will add it and the Faz-Technician in charge of her assuming it's already added, letting her know info the others don't (Also making her not connected to the network and essentially stuck in safe mode)

Faz Inc. Made it a contest where (with the purchase of a year pass) you can enter a glamrock design into a 'blind raffle' (not really, the techs will look through all submissions and choose the one they like) Roxy later takes advantage of this and uses a tech that is aware they're sentient to make her design (that her and Roxy came up with) win.

Her and Chica have a kinda 'sisters' relationship, considering they are the only farm themed animatronics left (rip Bonnie), and she uses Chica's base. Sam complains about how she can't eat, and Chica complains about wanting a cupcake companion like her past versions.

Her and Roxy have a 'ooohhh nooooooo, the big bad wolf is after meeee🥺' stick that they play up for the, but talk shit once the plez closes, Roxy happy to have another girl in the plex thats a blank canvas (Roxy is the one who ends up coming up with her color scheme and glam design)

Freddy asks her a BUNCH of questions bc of her not having the filter (I once read a fic where Gregory got injured, I think broken bone, and only Roxy was programed with the knowledge of how to set and Stabilize his arm). He's also the one who teaches her how things work in the pizza plex.

She openly stares at monty's ass-

I mean- because Cringe is dead, im shipping her with Monty. Gonna be the classic 'looks mean, actually a softy' x 'looks Innocent, secretly not', her lack of filters making her VERY Mischievous, telling dirty jokes whenever no one's looking.

Later on, once her glamrock design is finalized, she is able to roam the plex like the others during the day. It is during the wandering that she stumbles upon the arcade and discovers she glows in the black light! After that, she all but demands that her tag game get a black light version for the older kids, providing black light sensitive face paint for the children.

Werewolf Ness

Watching that Alvin and The Chipmunks meet the Wolfman movie reminded me of this post I made a while ago. Let me expand the werewolf Ness idea with this specific movie in mind.

Now the plot about Alvin accusing their neighbor of being a werewolf would be kinda funny with Mike, Abby and Ness, but now this time it's Abby making up all kind of conspiracy theories.

So Ness is their new neighbor in this, who's very reserved in the beginning and doesn't talk to anyone. All this arouses Abby's suspicion, who'd been secretely reading Mike's monster and horror comics he'd owned since his teen years.

Promptly, this new Mr Sparky next doors became one of the creatures in her books, tho her most recent theory is that he is a werewolf, of course, Mike only rolls his eyes about this and she feels forced to collect enough evidences so her brother believes her.

Now, Ness isn't stupid, he of course notices her snooping around but doesn't do anything since she doesnt appear like a big threat, only when Abby looses sth (maybe her notebook or so) on his property, he rings on their door to return it and take the chance to introduce himself awkwardly. Abby popps up too while they talk, and she explained that she just wanted to take a look at his dog, because she hears it howling at night from time to time, but has never seen it. Ness nervously explains that he doesn't own a dog.

Mike apologizes for her behavior and promises it won't happen a second time, but Ness is distracted by the rising full moon, so he says it is alright (he doesnt hold a grudge anyways) and pretty much flees back to his house.

Mike is holding a lecture...but it doesnt really stop Abby in her task to prove her theory and they kinda argue.

"Isn't it suspicious I hear it howling from his house, even tho he doesnt own a dog?"

"Not this again...."

"Mike, I'm serious, something about him gives me the creeps..."

It goes on like this for some weeks, Abby not finding any strong evidences to convince Mike, instead making him more and more impatient until he forbids her to watch and read anything that has to do with monsters.

Ness is always polite when they cross ways and even helped them with their flower bed once. (He disappeared quickly that day, Abby was pretty convinced it was because of the wild wolfsbane growing in their garden).

Soon, however, he learns that his sister had been right all along. Maybe because one evening he had visited Ness to apologize for sth Abby did and ended up seeing him transform into a wolf.

Mike is horrified, flees and hides with Abby. Despite his fear, he can't help but feel bad for Ness.

So in the morning, when Ness is himself again, Mike once again knocks on his door. Ness opens hesitantly, terrified of himself, remembering that Mike had been with him the night prior,but they have a talk about everything and Ness ends up explaining a lot about his kind.

They become friends quickly and as a were, Ness quickly becomes attached to those humans.

They fall in love, blabla and thats pretty much how Mike got himself a werewolf husband who's protecting them like a guard dog.

I know this is dumb and niche but Its been too good in my mind🥺

my feelings on jane and bonnie are nuanced just like my opinion on many of twdg characters. but i love twdg for all its messy fucked up characters :) its fun :) so while i dont hate either of them they definitely still do things that piss me off

in janes case, i think her mentorship/sisterhood with clem came more from her guilt about her sister than actually wanting to have this 11 year old around. so while she would teach clem important survival skills, she was also always quick to leave or act selfishly (clems "i thought you believed in me 🥺" always makes me sad). and this is just solidified by her actions in her S3 flashbacks. i do think she TRIES to work with the group, but she just gets in her own way and is never able to fully integrate, especially since the S2 cast is a fucked up mess in and of itself so its understandable. her actions at the end of S2 are born of pure selfishness, leaving a newborn infant in a random freezing vehicle so she could "show clem what kenny was really like" when clem is WELL AWARE of the thread this madman is hanging on to (having already faced the brunt of his frustrations MULTIPLE times at this point, and is desperate not to lose anyone else). she wanted a fight and she got one. i think maybe she told herself it was about saving clem, but honestly i dont think that was really ever her goal. again i just think a lot of her motivation comes out of the guilt of leaving her sister behind, so she saw clem as a second chance to make things right. but depending on clems actions, she can end up on her own without either of them, and jane can be the sister left behind to die. its interesting to see clem kinda pick up janes personality in the first half of S3 now that shes also at a point where she has no one and trusts no one, and is deep down lonely and longing for community. the difference is clem is not selfish (while still caring about self preservation), and actually likes being able to help people when she can. shes more so just afraid of caring for people again to protect herself from what she sees is the inevitable pain of losing them, as opposed to janes "theyre all just gonna bring you down so you should be on your own instead" outlook. but i definitely saw jane (and luke) as a bigger mentor/big sister(/brother) figure to clem than kenny was to her. jane actually taught her how to take care of herself. kenny was just someone from her past she didnt want to let go of

in bonnies case, she can be really horrible to clem if she listened to luke and stayed back instead of trying to grab him, so i'll literally try to save luke just so i dont have to hear it 😭 but also i like the convo her and clem have on the steps if you tried to save him. its an important character moment for clem, being asked what SHE wants instead of what the people around her want, and that she should start thinking about that, which is formative to the decision she makes (or fails to make) at the rest stop. the way bonnie is initially dismissive of carvers behavior i think is supposed to mirror the way clem can be dismissive of kennys behavior after leaving howes. will they come to see the man they once respected is becoming someone unstable? (i used to be in the "kenny might be going crazy but he'd never hurt clem" camp UNTIL i picked the "lee shouldnt have tried to save me 😔" option in the car and kenny threatened to smack her for it AFTER giving it a moment of hesitation so he KNEW what he was saying there. my jaw was dropped. but kenny is just another interesting flawed character in a game of interesting flawed characters (although they Heavily backtracked on the kenny/carver parallels in the S3 flashbacks. you can make the argument hes happier now but idk he cant come back from the threat for me he MEANT that)). bonnie leaving with mike is fucked but understandable, and she can show real concern after clem gets shot before getting chased off by kenny. i hope her and mike are still out there somewhere i dont hate either of them, even tho it was horrible of them to steal ALL of their supplies when they knew they were leaving TWO children behind. like cmon. but overall i liked bonnie :) shes a bit of a mess but i like her for it

It's a very soft moment for the brothers because they're usually fighting... If Rise gets renewed I'd love to see this arc again.

Chapter 10. The chapter than nearly didn't exist! This actually came to be from another ramble with someone. All I'm learning so far is good things come from rambles. But yes, this part nearly didn't exist. But I am very glad it does. It gives us a little glimpse into Ophelia and Xaden, but also Ophelia and Garrick pre Basgiath/Rebellion.

So lets get into it!

There will probably be some spoilers for Lost Sister and the books in the below. So if you haven't read my fic or the books completely, you have been warned.

”I assume the hair colour was something Melgren made you do?” He asks as he reaches out and grabs a piece of it.

You can just tell how much this hurts Xaden to see. As we know these two don't look a lot a like. Ophelia has paler skin and green eyes. So growing up, the only thing that was the same was their hair. Which is why we get such a reaction out of Xaden and Garrick at Reunification Day/War Games when she changes it back with the help of Imogen (side note - Ophelia and Imogen have come so far, proud of them). But know that he did it to her, makes him angrier than he lets on. But by this interaction he's had a few weeks to deal with that. It's such a small detail, but something I wanted to add in.

As we know this eventually leads into her signet. She can read people well, pick up on those little details very easily. Pick up on their emotions as well. Something Xaden used to his advantage as a kid. She would always pick up on things he wouldn't. Sitting on the side line while he trained, providing feedback on the others. Definitely helped him get better at fighting and reading people's intentions (leading into Xaden's second signet). The boys definitely sent her in first to sus out if they were in trouble or something. Fen could never get mad at her. Well, least till he figures out she's in league with them. Which doesn't take him very long at all.

Well, more just stubborn now.” You just know Xaden was making comments about this one he figures out their feelings for each other. Ophelia was always smitten with Garrick. She definitely had a crush on him for ages before developing proper feelings for him. Even as young kids she always gravitated towards him. So Xaden would keep his teasing more subtle. But once Garrick fell, and fell hard, Xaden was jumping on the making jokes and comments about it constantly. Definitely led to some fights if Xaden pushed it too far.

But as I said in my last directors cut. He has been there since day one of Garrick and Ophelia meeting. He's the one that introduces them. So even though he is protective of his sister, he knows Garrick only has good intentions. He knows Garrick would do anything for her. Because he's seen him do it multiple times while they were growing up. So next to mama Tavis, he would be their biggest supporter.

But you know once they're all at Basgiath he's just rolling his eyes and muttering under his breath how stupid they both are and how they need to sort their shit out and just get together.

This man already knows those two are endgame for each other. Big brother Xaden is very much pro Garrick and Ophelia. Though Garrick definitely still gets the shovel talk from Xaden regardless of this fact. Even if it is his best friend, he will dig that grave if he needs to.
