Carbs cleaned and ready to be assigned with a rebuild kit. These carbs are simple, but I need more time to understand how it works and which needs to be completely removed, cleaned out replaced.

A 1974 Honda CB360 with 8000 miles, possibly not running for over 30 years. My plan is to convert this to a cafe racer. This would be my first time working on a motorcycle. The bike came without carbs installed, but got a carb along with the bike.
