honestly pyjamas in public is fascinating because some people are so casual about it and others think it's so immensely taboo and marks a lack of self respect to wear soft, comfortable, loose fitting, patterned trousers to the supermarket and will also argue like this is some objective reality and not a cultural hangup that they have that isn't shared by everyone in the culture
