me personally i find designs that are like. well we all know the tumblr sexyman style. annoying. however i do also find designs that feel like their whole basis of inspiration is spiting the tumblr sexyman style also deeply annoying. because i think neither of these really try to like. design a character. one of them is about well here's what is conventionally attractive/cool/etc. and the other also doesn't design the character it's just someone throwing rocks at the first design, not taking the character into account but just trying to win the most smugness points possible in disavowing the stereotypicality of the initial approach. is anyone out there

on a more serious note i know ad astra as a whole isnt over but i still want to thank daybreaker for their fics. what friends are for was the very first md fic i ever stumbled upon when trying out ao3 for the first time, and prior to joining the server i was checking it near daily for uploads. god knows if i'd be as deep in ao3 as i am now if it werent for this story and convenient timing. so im making an AU that like, changes canon QUITEEE A BITTT and its gonna be a bit more disturbing i guess. Bare bones of it is basically everybody survived after Giorno defeated the boss (Fugo still doesn't join them) Abbachio and Bruno moved to France to start over while the rest stay in Italy. Fugo kept contact through emails and texts with the gang but he grows further away from them. yet he seems to like Narancia more with the lack of contact and gains a newly born obsession.

I guess you never know what you had until you lost it.

i've been waiting to introduce him for months. the plutonian shadow my beloved. aka my completely normal bag a legend protagonist, who is definitely not only normal but also mundane in nature. Definitely.

#my art #wonder woman #diana prince #dc comics #earth-101 #dc redesign #i loveeeeee her face and her hair and oughgohujhh #i like her a lot and soo happy w how she came out #wanted to give her some kinda regal vibes and approach it a lil more like i was designing one of my d&d characters if that makes sense #like she's still. very contemporary superhero. but i think the intention gets across and contrasts w my clark and bruce well #anywayyyy i think part of her story in this universe is ascending to godhood and only recently returning #because she missed walking the earth and felt disconnected to her humanity when she was deified #also maybe something to do with cheetah bc i wanna do toxic yuri stuff w those two #like maybe diana wants to help her w something but the gods are like. no. literally you can't. but she's likes the fuck? i'm gonna anyway #idk im brainstorming
