i really am cursed when it comes to headsets, i treat them with the outmost care and reverence and yet they either dont work, break incredibly fast or are unusable for me

theres been many before but in the last like few years, after my first HyperX Cloud ..2 (i think, but wired, i only use wired ones) one that lasted for years (for once) started to peel off even on the headband (i switched the ones on the ears once) and was just very very used, i bought another one from them (version Alpha something i think) which ... one of its earphone part thignies stopped producing sound just after the warranty ran out (and i dont want to buy a HyperX again bc itss part of HP and they support israhell if i remember right)

then i bought a Razer Kraken v3, it makes high pitched background sounds i can hear (but most dont) and could not ignore, and had a too short cable as well

then i bought a Teufel Zola, which is the one im still using right now .. bc i works, HOWEVER the material on the ear parts is impossible to clean and its already pretty dirty, the headband thingy started to fall apart like a week into use, and its cable was too short as well (got a USB extension just for it though ..), but i have kept it bc its the only usable one i had (and i need at least ONE for work)-

now my lil brothers BF recommended a Logitech G432 and bought it for me for christmas, send it to me and i didnt open it until then bc it was meant as a gift (and the basic return thing is 14 days isnt it? idk... ... i hate returning stuff)- the REAL kicker though is, that when i opened it ... it was clearly already open before, the stickers were cut, def some paper missing, the thing wasnt in its plastic bag and there were minor scratches on it, it was probably returned and, for some reason, sold as a new one again- and i assume the reason it was returned was bc, while both ear parts TECHNICALLY work, the left is like .. barely hearable, so, another one for the pile

at this point im gonna look into just getting headphones and a mic seperately (i am listening to recommendations .......... im so tired of this circus and wasting so much money) though i dont have the space for a mic that has to stand on its own or one of those expensive arm things (i dont need it that often either)

No one is talking about how tiny the table at the restaurant is?? It's so cluttered with stuff too that there's barely any empty spots?? The way Buck is also sitting on a tiny ass chair is taking me out 😭. This 6ft plus muscled man sitting on a tiny ass chair with a tiny ass table 😭😭😭

Imma be honest I didn't do a lot of writing this weekend oskasokaoskas but here's more of the wayf fic because I love this fic so much and I'm always thinking about it. prev snippet here.

Eddie was touchy. That was not new information. Not exactly at least. Buck was used to a squeeze on his shoulder, a hand on his back, a thigh pressed into his, their shoulders brushing when they walked too close to each other, knees bumping together. But this was more than what he knew what to do with. He wasn't sure Eddie actually stopped touching him since they left the room. His hand was around his wrist, their fingers were laced together, his arm was around his waist or draped over his shoulders, he would hook their ankles under the table, he would wrap their pinkies together.  Not that Buck minded. He was getting a bit drunk on it though.

EHEHEHE THE TOY EXPO WAS AWESOME It was a lot quieter/smaller than some of the ones I've been to before, but honestly that was fine and I got to take a longer look around.

And I got SOOOOO LUCKY!!!! I got Dayna Jones, Peri and Pearl Serpintine, and Jane Boolittle. Three dolls on my "must get" list!

I like Dayna Jones the most out of a lot of the G2 girlies bc her design is really cute (and her dress flips to another style). Peri and Pearl are so unique, I love the fact the doll has two heads, its so unique and they're probably my favorite (and the best imo) from the Great Scarrier Reef doll line. Jane is one I have been wanting forever since I started collecting. I'm just so happy to have found these three!

Not pictured from my haul is a Rainbow High girlie I grabbed (Gabriella Icey is her name I think) I don't normally grab a Rainbow High girl but she was cute and cheap and had no outfit and just a stand but I have a spare outfit to give her later so I can make her more unique. The second cool item I grabbed is a chair/stand for a MH doll, I think it's from a Draculaura playset but I can't pinpoint where its from. I don't have enough doll stands and its a super cute chair so it's perfect for one of my Draculauras

Tbh watching Mota I did not get fruity vibes from buck at all. In my mind it always seemed like bucky was in love with buck but knew it was unrequited and he could live with it but when the reunite in the camp, the look they give each other says everything- that bucks always been in love with bucky, even if he wasn’t aware of it the whole time, he knows it’s there as he watches bucky file into the camp all broken and bruised and as bucky grins at buck and tries to keep it cool he sees it in his friends eyes, the feeling he’s felt for so long and never expected to see reflected back at him
