Genuinely i am so irrationally excited to get a cute pretty notebook to take notes on my cooking and baking adventures with, like. The whimsy!! The glamour!!! The !!!!
#like *listen*#for the most part i remember the modifications i make to the stuff i bake#i mean i bake the same like three things every time#but as im starting to experiment with new recipes im learning how valueable having this kind of notes is#and i just want a cute notebook to put it in!!!!#im gonna get one of those fancy little disc bound notebooks#id use a regular notebook but i have Anxiety about not being able to find my notes again if I dont have the option to rearrange the pages#but but on that note:#today i made such a good bubble tea omg#i didnt get it 100% correct but its better than my last attempt!!!#and im just so excited to be fixating on something like cooking/baking!!!

Here’s my take on the whole audio books vs. reading:
Oral tradition of storytelling predates written ones by millennias, and honestly, which one you like is just a personal preference.
The actual difference is
when listening, you have no idea how to write characters’ names
when reading, you have no idea how to pronounce characters’ names
hope this helps!
