hopefully you mean the biology and society around vampires so i dont look stupid... but yeah.

so in order to be turned, one has to be bit, then consume/come in contact with the sires blood, then die and boom you wake up a vampire! very important fact of this universe is that creatures and humans have been assimilated for centuries atp, so society has been built around that. humans and creatures dont attack eachother, and theres laws in place to accomodate all the different species that are part of the world. so vampires dont need human blood to survive since there are whole shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that base their products on animal blood/synthetic blood, cuz lets be honest plain blood would get pretty boring fast. vampires dont take any nutritional values from human food but can still eat it, even tho it does taste slightly different to them. for that reason drinking from humans is looked down on as animalistic and crude, and without the humans consent its plain illegal. ofc there are humans who are into being a 'drink' and theres communities and clubs in place for that sort of a thing. theres also humans who want to get turned and can do so after a psych and medical evaluation and a bunch of legal paperwork for both the human and the vampire. but again turning someone without consent and agreements is a crime. after turning the vampires body stays in roughly the same state as at the time of death (fun fact, thats why gee is colder and paler than most vampires, cuz he bled out so at the time of death his body was almost bloodless). it kinda freezes, thats why thwy dont have pulses but if yoy cut them they still bleed. they also have wacky fast healing which is great for small injuries but kinda sucks for bigger ones (again thats where gees chronic neck pains come from. the skin over his bite wound scarred very fast but his muscles and nerves didnt catch up so theyre all messed up resulting in frequent pains yowch). the only thing i could not get a ligical reason for is vamp gee aging but hey its my universe so behold the sciency medical aging pill/treatment engenereed for vamps wjo want to age along with their loved ones! the aging is still a bit slower than the regular kind but its something.

silly facts include twilight and other 2000s' sexy vampire movies being the unhealthy vampire beauty standard that some of them hate and are working to abolish. makeup companies are selling sparkly lotions for that skin of a killer look. also yes they get irritated by garlic but its more like an allergy. also my vamoires have two sets of fangs. and more batlike ears. and nocturnal eyes so sunglasses are on high demand. their skin is sensitive to sun but doesnt exactly burn, more like very potent to sunburn. and theyre nocturnal but just like humans, they can have fucked up sleep scheduels and kinda train themselves to function in the day, altough most dont do it. vampires gather in clans which are usually a few families or completely non blood related ppl froming a tight community. theres some slight differences between turned and born vampires and there are vampire purists who only accept born vampires as real ones. theres also some more conservative humans who dont like turned vampires for abandoning their humanity.

i think thats most of the stuff that matters but feel free to ask abt anything bcs im serious when i say i put an unnecessary amount kf tought into the worldbuilding of this thing lmao

Genshin impact theories (idk if it's really considered a theory lol) + a bit of spoilers

We all know that Dainsleif is from Khaenri'ah, but he has powers, the source of his power and his element are both unknown, but his power is like some navy blue with glitters, and if you look at the Traveler's idle animation (photo added in the end of the post) its also the same like Dain. Since the Traveler and they're sibling both witnessed the fall of Khaenri'ah, and the sibling is known as abyss prince/princess, and the abyss monsters are people of Khaenri'ah, many assume that Traveler and they're sibling are from Khaenri'ah even their origin is currently unknown, plus, we all know that the Traveler doesn't possess visions, they can only control elements, so it seems logical if Dain and the Traveler have the same power/element. (Main power of the Traveler)

And now we turn to Skirk, she is confirmed to be from an ancient realm, the daekest corners of universe, and we all know Khaenri'ah is under Sumeru, near the Chasm and it's ligical to describe such a place as "The Darkest Corners Of The Universe", and she also spent a long time in abyss, so it's also logical that Skirk would be from Khaenri'ah too, and her power is also gives the same vibe as Dain and the Traveler's idle animation.

So I believe the origin of these four people (the Traveler, their sibling, Dain, and Skirk) and their power/element are same, and they are all from Khaenri'ah, with the unknown power/element.

As much as I hate (more like would rather inhale cyanide) to say this, when I turn off my logical side or read fanfic about them, Elena, Stefan, and Damon have a very interesting dynamic. They have a deep history and the clashing of both morals and personalities makes them really interesting to watch. When it’s done right.

oh definitely, i was a hardcore delena shipper in 7th!8th grade (ik ik but i was 12) but there were some amazing fics that i read back then. there’s definitely a lot to dive into there but i seldom see it done in away that doesn’t feel like a attempt to remove the salvatore’s of any blame and place it all on elena.

TENNESSEE HEADCANONS

[ Ok so, it is four in the morning and I am just sgsiaiansbsakamd right now so here's some brainrot because I just finished a chapter of that one fic I write and now I had thoughts to share ]

Tennessee used to be a volunteer at a dog shelter for a very long time (he would go to several, a lot of the time overworking him with the ligic that he's a state, its not like he needs sleep and food outside of ham sandwiches that Becky sometimes brings and the occasional indulge in whatever he bought from the grocery store).

He loves helping dogs and is very very very patient with them. Progress is progress, after all. Over the years, he's gotten curious - because he's a state, wouldn't that mean he could be the immortal owner of his own little shelter? Wouldn't that mean he would always be around to help out and he could keep everything under his watch? Wouldnt that just be so great?

And so he did, and his dog shelter opened officially in December. He had to work on Christmas, nearly missed the dinner (everybody and their mothers wanted a puppy as a last minute present, he hadn't gotten enough coffee to be faster, traffic was awful), and he's still not sure if he's forgiven for that.

He swears South Carolina's always has some amount of doubt in his eyes whenever he mentions that of course! He'll be there, why wouldn't he? He won't be a second late-

His fellow states like him, they really do, but Tennessee doesn't have a lot of actual friends. Doesn't have anybody he'd call during moments of need, or when he wants to tell a story.

He gets invited, and he tries his damn hardest to come. Sometimes, he makes it... sometimes, he truly can't. The dogs need him (and he needs the dogs).

The statehouse is a loud, sometimes annoying, environment. He's not completely used to it; the fact that anybody could come into his room and start talking to him. Tennessee enjoys his room, likes the way his flag hangs on the wall and how much easier it is to decorate when there's little space.

He's a good cook, can make a lot of soups and sandwiches. Likes to eat comfort food and watch a mixture of extremely cliche romance movies (that always end up being endearing to him because, goddamn, do they feel good to watch) and any other movie he can buy for less than four dollars at the thrift store. Also enjoys a good game of football when it's on the television.

He gets frustrated quickly... extremely quickly. Is a tad awkward at times, but usually manages to cover it up. Tends to be incredibly protective, but doesn't realize it. To him, he's just doing what makes sense and what feels right.

Overall, he cares about his fellow states, his friends, his people, and, most importantly, about his dogs.

Gore Magala, the Black Eclipse Wyvern

THERE ARE BACK !! THE MAGALA, GORE AND SHAGARU, ARE RETURN !!!

I so happy so see them in Sunbreak  ! ^////^

It’s funny that when I discovred for the first time Monster Hunter, theses two monsters  were not in my favorites but still ,I found their designs interesting.

One day a friend ask me for a Wyvermen version of the Shagaru Magala (for Wyvermen definition see note at the end of the post). So in the character’s design preparation  I do some researchs about the creation, history and lore about Shagaru and Gore Magala. At the end theses two became one of my  favorites.  

So there is some concept art for the Wyvermen version of  Gore Magala (I will post Shagaru Magala’s later during the week)  

When I made my researchs about the lore and the History of the Gore Magala but also MH 4 and 4U, I notice that the game’s graphic aesthetic have some Indonesia, Mesopotamian and Precombian civilization influences. So I go in that direction for the Magala’s tunics.

When we see the Gore Magala, we immediately notice that when he walk, his wings look like a dark cloak that hide his body. the name of his theme song is “A Cloak Concealing Light“. So I simply retake that motif for the “calm modd“.

When he become frenzy, his tunic and his claws-like handarmor are revealing while the horns of his helmet rise up and glowing in a supernatural purple light.

About the helmet...

Well...

I don’t have any scientific or biogical explaination for this XD. I know that, even if Monster Hunter is a Fantasy world, there is a sicentific and biogical ligic that could work in our world. In that Wyvermen project, that logic is compromise because how to explain and make a tribute to  the elemental powers of the monster (and specialy the Elder Dragons) in a other way than a kind of supernatural powers ? (without calling it magic of course).

For all the Wyvermen Elder Dragons, I headcanon that all theirs equipments (armors and weapons) are in fact made form the materialization of their very elemental powers. So...  Gore Magala’s helmet is made from the Frenzy Virus and it’s why he can use the “horns“ for know what surronding him, like in the game. ^^'

If I had to describe Gore Magala as a character, I will say he is a blind feral child/adolescent form royal origin but completely on his own. He had no allies except that, tremendous dark and deadly power on which he doesn’t have any control...

 I use this word as a generic name for all the human-like characters that I create from Monster Hunter’s beasts, monsters and dragon.

Except sharp teeth and animal-like eyes, they don’t have any animals features such as wings, tails or ears.
