Y đức là phẩm chất tốt đẹp của người làm công tác y tế, được biểu hiện ở tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, tận tuỵ phục vụ, hết lòng thương yêu chǎm sóc người bệnh, coi họ đau đớn như mình đau đớn, như lời Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đã dạy: “Lương y phải như từ mẫu”.
Hằng năm cứ đến ngày 27/2 là mọi người dân Việt nam lại có dịp được thể hiện lòng kính trọng và sự biết ơn của mình đến các y – bác sĩ, những người một lòng tận tâm cống hiến không quản hi sinh vì sức khỏe của những bệnh nhân của họ. Họ xứng đáng với sự quan tâm và chia sẻ của xã hội. Đây cũng là dịp để những người làm ngành y cùng nhớ đến và cố gắng làm theo lời căn dặn của Bác Hồ.

Quanto siano proteiche non lo so, bisogna vedere per ciascuna i valori nutrizionali, ma le uniche barrette che non mi hanno fatto schifo sono state quelle a base di frutta e noccioline varie "crude". Cioè, la loro principale distinzione dalle alternative con cereali vari era che erano fatte principalmente con frutta essiccata (tipo datteri o mirtilli o mela) e frutta secca (noci, arachidi e via dicendo), senza zuccheri aggiunti.
La marca che prendevo io era la lifebar, del link sopra, che ha anche roba non "cruda" ormai e anche diverse barrette ad alto contenuto proteico senza cacao.
Una di quelle più simili per peso e ingredienti è questa raw bite che ti linko, ma online ce ne sono altre analoghe, magari ne trovi una che ti piace
Io ho smesso di prenderle perché erano diventate un vizio e una merenda troppo costosa XD però ora cercando online mi sa che me le ricompro, mi è tornata voglia *_*
Chissà a quale demone bisogna vendere l’anima per trovare una barretta proteica interamente vegetale che a) non sappia di imbalsamazione e b) che non sia al cioccolato (per le povere anime sfigate come me che non possono cibarsi neanche di questo alimento, oltre che di molti altri). Se qualcuno ne conosce batta un colpo.

La última etapa de la elaboración de los quesos, y no menos importante, sino la que le da el carácter a un queso. . Queremos compartir con Uds. este post gentileza de @cuestiondequesos . Qué significa la fase de maduración en la elaboración de los quesos. . Es la etapa clave para el resultado final del producto, ya que los aromas, la textura y los sabores se desarrollan a través de una serie de reacciones y cambios físico-químicos, mediados por temperatura, humedad y ventilación. La maduración puede variar desde unas horas, hasta meses y años. Cada tipo de queso tiene una forma de maduración completamente diferente. Depende de muchos factores como el tipo de leche, la coagulación y las técnicas empleadas. La maduración tiene lugar en zonas acondicionadas, con una temperatura de entre 9 y 11º C, en ocasiones algo más alta. La humedad relativa del 85-99% dependiendo de que sean quesos de pasta prensada y corteza seca, de pasta blanda con corteza húmeda o con mohos. Para lograr una curación homogénea y evitar que los quesos se deformen, es normal girar las piezas para que no estén siempre en la misma posición y el proceso sea homogéneo. El cepillado de las cortezas es otro proceso que se realiza durante esta fase. Cuanto más tiempo permanezca el queso en fase de maduración, más agua perderá, por lo que la textura será más dura y el sabor más intenso. Michael S. Fenster, MD, FACC, FRSM, FSCA&I, MIANE, PEMBA, member FIDES, known to friends and fans simply as “Chef Dr. Mike,” is one of the world’s only board-certified interventional cardiologist and professional chef. He holds cross-faculty appointments at The University of Montana (College of Health and UM Medicine, School of Public Health, and Missoula College Culinary Arts Program). He currently teaches one of the country’s leading courses on Culinary Medicine at The University of Montana.
In addition to his clinical practice, he has a huge media footprint. He has had innumerable television appearances, including The Doctors and Fox National News, where he has served as a national contributor. He has hosted a national radio show, Code Delicious with Dr. Mike, featured on RadioMD, and a sponsored weekly podcast, Journeys into Quantum Food. He has done countless lectures, cooking demonstrations, and presentations, including keynote addresses for audiences as diverse as The American Heart Association and The American Culinary Federation.
He currently writes a regular column for The Center for Food As Medicine.org and previously wrote a regular column for Psychology Today.
