I’m really unhappy

Yesterday was one of the hardest days for me in a while

I can barely sleep. I’ve only gotten like 10 hours of sleep for the past two days and i am so tired

#walks don’t help like they used to #idk what to do #having a job and the whole routine of it and then finally being able to work with people i actually liked and who actually liked me #was really the only thing keeping me together #i’ve been meeting up with some friends here and there but idk #i don’t even know how to describe it #i just wish I wasn’t here anymore #i’m having such a hard time and i truly don’t know what to do #and i have no one to lean on #i’m so tired #i truly hope you all are happy or at least content and always have someone you can talk to and if not i hope someone comes into your #life soon #cause I don’t wish this on anyone #i’ve been here before and i never wanted to be here again #this time it feels 100 times worse #if anyone feels the same i hope everything gets better for you really really soon

shout out to my folks with insomnia & depression & delayed sleep phase disorder & sleep apnea & disabilities & other sleep disorders diagnosed, undiagnosed, and just my plain old night owls & night shift workers!! we r so fucking cool & exist every day in a society not made for us at all. and NONE of us are lazy bums or bad people for staying up late & sleeping in till noon or two or whatever whenever you get up!! no matter what anyone says!! you’re incredible and i love you!!!
