Perhaps it was when he kissed me against the wall that night, or when he left violets in a jar on my desk. I still have that jar. Or it was any and every time he showed that he cared for me- but never said so. When I had become his, I do not know.

But he never was mine to begin with.

I wanted to gaze in his onyx black eyes, tell him- prove to him- that he was worth loving. It was foolish of me to think that I had peeled off this facade he wore around everyone. Thought that perhaps I was special, I was not just anyone for him. Now I realised he wore it around me too.

Perhaps it was the way he looked at me everytime, the intensity in his eyes blocking out all my thoughts, my mind clouded by his scent, his hair- him. Now he looks at me with guilt in his eyes.

Is he guilty for bringing me with him and the other marked ones? Is he guilty for falling for me- if he had fallen at all?

for anyone too young to know this: watching The Truman Show is a vastly different experience now, compared to how it was before youtube and social media influencers became normal

before it was like, "what a horrifying thing to do to a human being! to take away their autonomy and privacy, all for the sake of profits! to create fake scenarios for them to react to, just to retain viewership! to ruin their happiness just so some corporate entity could harvest money from their very humanity! how could anyone do something so evil?"

and now it's like, "ah, yeah. this is still deeply fucked up, but it's pretty much what every influencer has been doing to their kids for a decade now. probably bad that we've normalized this experience"

Day one progress: I finished the line work! I used mainly a stem/outline stitch, but did improvise with a split stitch when I wanted a thicker line. I tried as hard as I could to preserve the design while transferring from @hoolyelina 's wonderful art, but sadly some of the details had to be dropped so the end result wouldn't be to busy. First time embroidering on felt and I absolutely love it, it'll probably be my new favorite (replacing cotton). Now its time to fill it in!!

(I wont tag hoolyelina for anymore daily updates so the final result will be a total surprise! I'll probably do the @\ username thing so people don't forget that it is his design, not mine)

i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

i wasn’t expecting my HoF to come riding in on a griffon, but i can’t find a monument dedicated to warden tabris somewhere around the anderfels? lucanis couldn’t have some lines about the time that one arainai boy was stirring up trouble in antiva city? you’re gonna tell me that making a mage the new divine wouldn’t have some impact on nevarra and antiva? on the anderfels, the supposed most devout militant andrastian nation in thedas? you’re saying nobody in the north is paying attention to who rules orlais or ferelden? come on.

When Danny enters the Fenton portal for the very first time, he still trips and shocks himself but at the same time damages the inside of the portal enough that it can’t sustain itself past the point of changing Danny’s molecules.

The electricity and damage done to both Danny and the portal isn’t something Danny, Sam, and Tucker can cover up and his parents find out immediately. They’re more concerned about their son then the portal (they have the blueprints for the portal and can rebuild it later but can’t replace their son if something happened to him) and go through a lot of things emotions regarding the existence of ghost human hybrids.

Danny’s new biology could easily be passed as meta human traits. Unfortunately President Lex Luther had just recently passed laws against meta humans. Meaning they can’t risk people find out about Danny’s new powers, at all. The Fentons decide that Danny should live with one of Maddie or Jacks relatives off grid until he can control his new abilities better.

luckily Jacks sister, Martha, and her husband have experience with a super powered child and after their son moved to the city could probably use a hand on their farm. All Jack needed to do was call.
