Created a flower mandala around a budding nasturtium plant on the labyrinth path, as a warm hug from friends. It's a "thank you" to Earth for all of her blessings, which I spoke aloud as I walked the path barefoot.

It was the only Soulful thing I did all day and restored my energy for the rest of the day! It's so important to do something that feeds our souls each day. Here are some more things I do that feed my soul:

I am hosting a Fellowship Walk on the Labyrinth Path at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson MA tomorrow afternoon: Sunday, 2/18, 1-3pm. All are welcome! We will be walking as a group to listen to our hearts, then create a multimedia picture of what our hearts are drawn to. Look forward to walking with you!

❤️Stepping onto the labyrinth is stepping into liminal space and time. It is "kairos" (nonlinear) time, sacred time. You deserve to give this precious gift of time and fellowship to yourself!
