lara-le didn’t have a lot of time to have more of an acting role in Knuckle’s childhood as Locke gradually started to push her out of parenting for their son so he could micromanage his entire childhood, but she loved her son fiercely and tried to spend as much time with him as she could and did her best to make sure as much of childhood as possible was spent being a child without being made to train and prepare for the life Locke wanted for him

to give him enough time before the weight of his father’s legacy crushed him

though those moments were few and far between, Knuckles still remembers his mother fondly but, 9 years since his parents murder… he can’t say that he clearly remembers her face, just a warm presence to comfort him in the cold darkness
