Finished designing Ivoryfang, who is related to some other characters of mine, which I'll talk about some other time :]!! And yes, they got their suffix for their lil snaggletooth!

Originally, his design wasn't going to have lots of reds, and mostly just black and gray. But then, I realized one of his kits was red, so I decided to add more red colors to the palette for this guy.

He's o l d like some other minor characters, and is actually a decent, non-toxic guy?? Guess I'll just start a timer and see how long he can last, since I rarely let the nice ones survive- I mean what??

Will reveal a backstory in the future maybe, after some rp plot events occur!! The struggle of holding myself back from rambling...

I was thinking of making a Silent Hill x Pokemon AU, mainly with Alessa as a teenager gaining a connection to Giratina. I was curious what sort of team you see some of them having. Mainly Alessa and Claudia (they'd both be teenagers but you can go canon ages if you want). And maybe some other SH characters for fun like Harry, Lisa, Dahlia, Maria, Heather, and/or Henry? I know you have Heather in an pkmn RP too so that's part of why I figured I'd ask. Thanks~

Hey there-- sorry it took me a bit to get to this question, but Pokemon crossovers are (unsurprisingly) My Passion (tm), so I wanted to actually devote some time to this!

The funny thing about the pkmn RP I have Heather in is that, just because of the way RP goes, many of the Pokemon Heather wound up training and becoming close to are NOT ones I ever would have originally picked out for her. So if I was picking out a Heather team completely from scratch/based on what fits, it would probably wind up different than the motley crew she assembled in Route 29/Victory Road.

(Just for kicks, this was the ride-or-die team she defeated the Elite Four with:

... and her original starter was a Growlithe! The game started back when we were on GEN 4, believe it or not!! Some notable team members she's gained since then are Claudia's starter Vulpix, Talonflame, a shiny Lucario, a shiny Infernape, and Silvally (known as 'Silphally' in-game because Silph Co. stole the Type: Null blueprints from Team Aether and started putting bootleg Nulls on the market, lmfao), and she is slowly collecting Every Horse Pokemon because she turned into a bona fide Horse Girl somehow. If you want to read about any of her technicolor animals, they all have mini bios over here.)

BUT AHEM, onto your question-- I'll put these under a cut so it doesn't murder anyone's dash.

I really love specifically building balanced teams, so I'll do that and list some extras for each character. (Yes, I have thought about this extensively).

ALESSA:

Runners-Up/Extras: Haunter, Vibrava, Shedinja, Espurr Thoughts: Heavy lean towards psychic and bug-types specifically! Unsurprisingly, also tends to favor commonly-misunderstood Pokemon.

CLAUDIA:

Runners-Up/Extras: Sawsbuck, Noctowl, Watchog, Florges, Wyrdeer Thoughts: Admittedly had adult Claudia in mind while picking these, as a young child or teen obviously she'd be more likely to have pre-evos. Ninetales I've just always associated with her, 3 out of the 4 remaining are just a play on the offering of a reed and a snake to the sun lol.

HARRY:

Runners-Up/Extras: Clodsire, Herdier, Tynamo, Bunnelby, Dedenne, Zigzagoon Thoughts: Lots of ground and normal-types with the occasional outlier. Is probably a magnet for small/childlike Pokemon.

LISA:

Runners-Up/Extras: Spritzee, Fletchling, Cinccino, Ledian, Buneary Thoughts: Tends to only want cute, non-threatening-looking Pokemon. But ones that can do same real damage if they need to.

DAHLIA:

Runners-Up/Extras: Grafaiai, Hydreigon, Arbok, Wobbuffet, Galarian Slowking, Sableye, Claydol, Toxicroak, Gliscor, Whirlipede, Mandibuzz Thoughts: Dark and Poison all the way down, unsurprisingly has a bunch of traditionally creepy and sinister species.

MARIA:

Runners-Up/Extras: Sneasler, Masquerain, Sylveon, Gorebyss, Bruxish, Vivillon Thoughts: Glamorous and beautiful Pokemon-- she and her team all seem really snobby but she actually treats her Pokemon extremely well. I MAY NEED TO DO HENRY AND HEATHER ANOTHER TIME THOUGH, I am very tired! I kept myself very restrained here lmfao if I allowed myself I could probably ramble forever about Pokemon. Hope it's fun to look at anyway!

­-The best way to spoil Kit is to do things for him or make things for him -He’s grateful every single day that you make dinner and says thank you every single day - “She’s pretty, she can cook, is there anything you can’t do?” -Baking cupcakes or cookies for him is one of his favourite treats as Kit has a huge sweet tooth -Kit loves when you buy him little gifts, even like flowers -Though you don’t have much money, so maybe stick to baking -Although Kit loved when you bought cigarettes for him, or lit them for him, or even occasionally smoked them with him, he would be willing to quit if you wanted him to -You would have to help him and support him to the nth degree -He would come home frustrated after a long day and not have anything to calm him down since he’s trying to not smoke -Let him take his frustration and anger out on you:) -Also tell him that every time he gets an urge to smoke he should kiss you -Which leads to your cheeks always being wet -Listen to him rant about work even though you don’t understand any of the specifics

-If you give him literally anything he will treasure it, because you gave it to him so it’s special -If he’s supervising (trying to help, but really just watching) as you cook, you have to give him a spatula to stand and hold so he doesn’t feel useless -He’ll stand there and take his job of holding it very very seriously, and if you take it from him to stir, you have to put it back in his hands -If you put it on the counter, he won’t pick it up he’ll just whine until you give it back to him -He absolutely adores soft cuddly things, so every stuffed animal you give him he cherishes -He earns a present when you leave him with somebody else while you have to go do adulty things -Even though you obviously can take him everywhere if you wanted to, sometimes it’s just easier to leave him at home while you quickly go out and buy food or sort things out -If you leave him with somebody, he doesn’t interact with them much and only needs them to keep an eye on him -But he’s always very whiney when you leave, so if he’s a good boy and stays at home with Cordelia or Fiona, then he gets a stuffed animal brought back -They will not leave his arms, even during dinner -He’ll try very hard to bring them into the bath with him but you won’t let him, so you compromise and leave the stuffed teddy on the sink, facing Kyle so he can watch him have a bath -If you give Kyle a kiss goodnight you have to also kiss the teddy -Kyle loves to cuddle up to you and absolutely loves when you play with his hair or stroke his shoulder or something -Whines if you stop touching him, even for a second to scratch your nose -Wants to be the sole focus of your attention -And he always is

-The best way to make Kai feel spoiled is just to not make his ‘job’ any harder than it already is -Don’t resist pinky powers or murder missions and just listen to him and be obedient to him -He’ll feel so much more comfortable around you if he doesn’t have to constantly fight with you -Although he wants strong people in his cult, he wants sheep that are devoted to him a lot more -If you murder somebody near him, you’re showing that you’re hard and strong but just be sweet to him -The sweeter you are to him the more vulnerable he’ll become towards you -Letting him talk to you about his parents and how he feels, even if his thoughts don’t make much sense -Honestly, the biggest compliment is Kai coming to talk to you about his feelings, even if his thoughts and feelings don’t make sense -Because if he has it all figured out, he already thought about it for a long time by himself -But if he doesn’t know what to think himself, then clearly he values your input and needs you to help him figure things out -Willingness to do everything for him -Listening to all of his plans and only contributing if he wants you to -I’m sorry, I know you requested gender neutral but the rest is about making babies, Kai is hard -If you’re willing to start a family with him he’ll convince you that the only holy way to do it is to get married first and do it properly -He’ll probably never ask you to marry him or be his s/o, because that’s a little cheesy -He’ll just take you out and take you to a jewellery store with some savings and ask you which ring you like, and then take you to get married -He’ll tell you and reassure you how good of a cause it is that you’re giving him a Messiah -You’re everything he’s ever wanted in a woman -Obedient to him but defiant against everybody else

AIGHT! I was asked and now I get to ramble!

First things first- wintersong goes by just about any pronouns, but is biologically female.

Wintersong is a cat originally from fallenclan, a clan that had recently gone very downhill leader-wise.

His father, Burnetstar, decided that as a lone kit, he'd make the perfect pawn to use as he commanded. Winter received specified training and basically did what he was told out of fear he'd end up on the other end of things.

Well then he got hit by a kid on a bike and taken to the vet, where he was soon adopted. Seeing this as a chance to escape, he went along with it. Simple luck brought him down south where the main story takes place.

In an effort to have a minor semblance of being wild again, he tried to make a deal with the closest clan to be allowed in their territory. The answer was no unless he'd have the leader's kits.

There was talking and winter, desperate for that sense of normalcy, agreed. He spent the pregnancy at his owners house and gave birth under it. The kits were moved to Shrubclan where they would be taken care of better.

Turns out the leader had a mate, that mate was Blossomtang. Winter didn't know this and things were bad for a while between them. But a bit after Blossom became leader, she came to terms with what had happened and did her best to make up for her actions against Winter.

After an attack by a group of nasty people and their dogs, Wintersong takes charge to help prevent them being caught unaware again. He was promoted to top warrior since the deputy died and Blossom had an order to go in with who got to be deputy next.

That's about as far as the rp gotten but I can jump ahead of it to say that he is such a powerful menace to everybody who attacks his clan that one of his enemies brings in a special illness somehow, and despite being sick, Winter is still a badass and fights his best to defend his clan

PT 2 PT 1

Unfortunately, life did get worse.

All of it was ripped from him in a matter of seconds.

The windshield of his old car vanished, and instead warped into the towering window panels that overlooked Night City.

Kerry shot up on his leather couch, diverting his gaze all over the open space to catch a glimpse of anybody- but it hit him. It was just a dream, a fond memory. He was alone again in his villa, sitting in haunting silence. The emptiness of it all hit him intensely. The hole he tried to fill, to distract, was torn open again, causing his heart to ache, and his stomach to turn. Thoughts of that old raven haired Rockerboy flooded his brain again.

What an empty void, to have so much you’d want to say to a person, so much you’d like to scream at them, cry to them, speak to them- knowing you never could ever again. What frustration to have unsolved emotions, unanswered questions, a twisting knot within that’ll never be loosened- yet they’ll never know. Life, and it’s cruel ways, remind you that you’ll never be able to share your new experiences with this person.

This was Kerry’s racing, rambling mind every day this past week. He had highs and lows, some months where he thought he was for sure moving on, only for it to all crash down on his soul again.

He rubbed his tired eyes and leaned forward in his seat, resting his arms on his thighs. It was coming, and the old Rockerboy knew it. The wave of emotions. It hit him like a tornado- whisking him up, and throwing him about. He was furious at Johnny, the way he mistreated him, The words he spoke to him, the way he filled him with fear numerous times. And yet, their good times almost outweighed the bad. It was all Eurodyne focused on. He didn’t care if he was being shoved, shouted at, or even ignored. He longed to be in the mans presence again, to smell that horrid mix of cologne and cigarettes that seemed to leak from Johnnys skin.

But perhaps it wasn’t just Silverhand. Perhaps, it was the past in general. The laughs, the banter, the gigs. At the time, sleeping on the floor of a dingy motel surrounded by empty bottles and blood stained walls was a nightmare. But now, it felt like home- hauntingly filling his mind and body with a gut wrenching feeling of homesickness.

Though Kerry walked down his wide spread hallways, surrounded by an almost similar mess, it wasn’t the same comfort. Weights, a surfboard, art, even an old drum kit, he was reminded of all the hobbies he had given up on- a feeble attempt to fill the hole within his soul.

How could he, so famed and spoken of, bombarded with fanmail and phone calls, still feel so alone? Lounging in venues filled wall to wall with people, and yet, he still felt an empty room.

New friends were shallow, old friends lost. He longed for the connection he had with Samurai. He craved the feeling of youth, the thrill of tours, late night parties and stepping over broken glass back stage.

I could have that. I could do that all over again, if I just wrote a god damn.. good song.

He was crippled with self doubt.

Data shards reminded him of his failures, his struggle to climb out of the rut he was in. The inability to move out of Johnny’s shadow. Kerry was running in circle, after circle. And with every loop, he felt more shattered inside.

He would find himself taking a heavy seat at the piano set in the center of his living space, adorned with silken blankets, magazines and empty bottles of alcohol. A faint light shone down on him, revealing the particles drifting in the air.

Kerry’s eyes scanned the keys for a moment, his shoulders tensed, before he dropped his hands down on the cold black and whites- causing a single, eerie tune to echo through the quiet home. He needed to fill the void of empty silence that overwhelmed him. Though, he longed for the sound of bass bumping against the backstage wall. The muffled voices of Samurai bantering about late night snacks and who was sharing beds.

Nothing. Not even all the eddies in Night City could occupy this hole. He was fading away, and a glance over at his dust-caked old guitars proved it to him.

TNP Rewrite Headcanons / Nicknames

I truly just adore dumb nicknames that come out of warrior rps so here’s what I think the different clans call certain characters. 

Brambleheart - He’s got a couple. “Bram” is one used by his older family members and just general older warriors. Whitestorm came up with it, mumbling something about Bramble being a mouthful. Firestar tends to use it when he’s... genlty disappointed in him. “Bramble” is the most common shortening, used by most acquaintances and sometimes cats of other clans. “Mumble” a slightly mean nickname, coined by Ashfur and used mostly by him and maybe Lynxclaw. Came about because Brambleheart tends to get quiet when nervous or upset and starts rambling at a low volume. “My heart” is exclusively used by his mate Ferncloud. “Little Berry�� is used by Goldenflower affectionately, and sometimes by Swiftwing, Lynxclaw, Tawnyshade, and Tigerclaw. 

Squirrelpaw / Squirrelflight - As a kit and apprentice, Brambleheart accidentally coined the name “Squish” due to Squirrelpaw’s small size and his accidentally stepping on her once or twice. Firestar uses it the most, far more than her actual name. He accidentally calls her “Squishpaw” when talking to the other leaders and Tallstar laughed for nearly ten minutes straight. “Squirrel” or “Squill” is used by most of Thunderclan, though the later is more popular with the younger warriors and apprentices. “Squill” develops into “Squilf” once she gains her warrior name. 

Leafpaw / Leafpool - “Leaf” is the most common and used by nearly everyone she knows. “Leap” or “Leapie” is sometimes used by Brambleheart and Squirrelpaw. 

Feathertail - “Fae” / “Fey” is used by Stormfur and Graystripe almost exclusively, though Mosspelt likes to use it to. For the rest of RiverClan, “Feather” is used, and “Plume” is sometimes a joking stand in. Hawkpaw’s sign name for her roughly translates to “Wing”

Hawkpaw / Mothpaw - Both of them have rather simple nicknames, both going by their rogue names Hawk and Moth. They both have sign names for each other, Hawk’s being “Swipe” and Moth’s being “Fly.” Tadpole’s, or Tad’s, sign name was “Leap.” Hawkpaw, once assorted with Tigerclaw and his other siblings, uses the sign names “Roar” for Tigerclaw, “Berry” for Brambleheart, “Talon” for Lynxclaw, “Shadow” for Tawnyshade, and “Bird” for Swiftwing. 

Stormfur - Stormfur goes by Storm most days, though Hawk’s sign name for him is closer to “Boom,” mostly because he thinks Stormfur is loud. 

Tawnyshade - She mostly goes by Tawny, but Tawn or Fawn are also good substitutions. 

Rowanclaw - Rowan is the most ‘professional’ version. Russetfur has bestowed upon them the nickname “Rust,” which her and Boulder use affectionately. Blackstar calls them “Rowan” most, and Tawnyshade and Cedarheart are the only ones who use “Roe”

Crowpaw - Crowpaw absolutely hated nicknames. Demands to be called Crowpaw. When he gets his warrior name he begrudgingly accepts Squirrelflight calling him Crowf. 

Gorsefire - Gorsefire also simply goes by Gorse or his warrior name.

Not ask related this time but for you to react to at your leisure!!! A lil bit about my Scourge interp and how he turned around for funsies

So for starters he pulled a Henry Stickmin and used Fiona to help him escape Zone Jail and left her behind (She shows up later and starts working for GUN and gets herself a nice polycule but this ain't abt her)

After escaping back into the universe where all of Charlie (friend) and I's Sonic RPs take place he meets Mercy (Charlie's oc, a moth bioweapon that defected from working for Eggman) and it's love at first sight for him, she's got the uncanny ability to keep him calm and he likes being calm so he just follows her around after that

He visits my girly Miss Melony (he calls her Mels) for good ol therapy, specifically to help with his anger issues, violent tendencies, and identity problems

He's trying to be a better person and it shows, Mercy is a huge motivation for that tho

Eventually they actually start dating and go on double dates with Sonadow (Mercy doesn't understand dates or fun and Sonic wants to show her) and eventually live together (though not for a while bc it never occurs to her that Scourge would want her to live with him ghfhfv)

I also mentioned in my Fleetway ramble that eventually he adopts Surge and Kit! He basically uses them to try and make up for how he treated Miles and the others back on Moebius, they're his kid sister and baby brother now and he loves them to pieces

(I have an ao3 and the first RP for Merge is going on there whenever I have motivation to edit it into a fic 😌)

Good for Fiona, moving on to better things in both our lores. In my fics she gets together with Bark's cousin Crystal. 😌 But again, as you said, not about her. 😂

And aww, Scourge taking on Surge and Kit as his siblings is so cute! Everyone deserves better and is getting better! 🥰 And his dynamic with your friend's OC sounds so sweet too! They can help each other learn and move on! 🥰

Carefully and oh-so-slowly it was coming together, the nose having taken a proper, more distinguished shape. Moving up he began to shave down the eyes and head part there, following the basic outline given by the pencil sketch. He’d become absorbed in the work, almost all of his focus put upon the slow progress that he was making. It was only when she gasped and began to move about once more that he got distracted, pausing to look up and see what she was doing. A first aid kit? Had she injured herself? The fool... Burke’s paranoia with all the unnecessary first aid kits seemed to pay off once again. The mistake was minorly amusing but the feeling quickly vanished as his gaze drifted towards the table.

Oh. Oh. His breath caught in his throat for a brief moment as he eyed the open book, faintly making out the picture taped onto the page. Even with the angle and the short distance between him and it he could clearly make out the photo and the people within it. Had that been hidden away here all this time? With some amount of effort he managed to tear his gaze away from it to instead sweep the room, taking in the cluttered boxes and shelves with a new mindset. He’d thought it to be a storage room but not for these things... Mementos of the past, of a brighter, happier time. His chest felt tight, mixed feelings swirling within him. It was a surprise that Burke hadn’t set it all alight, with how angry he got upon being reminded of past mistakes. Bonbon did well in managing to hide it all, it seems... Or perhaps the old man had focused too much on his work, burying himself and keeping himself in that little cage, unwilling to seek out these reminders and instead wishing to pretend they didn’t exist unless they were brought to his attention. It was tempting, really, to get up and wander over to the book, to carefully flip through the pages and think of a happier time, to scour the room and see what other memories were being stored here. How pleasant that would be... He wished he could go back to such times, to see it all from before that incident once again, even if only for a few moments.

He couldn’t, though. Not with her in here. His grip on the tools became tight. An intruder upon his home, all of these survivors just ruining the place with their presence... Some of the hunters, too. All of them. All of the unwelcomed guests trespassing upon these lands. He wanted her gone, wanted them all gone. The hook held by his belt felt hot, iron chains wrapped around his glove emanating heat. He grit his teeth, the tempting thought of just eliminating her and playing guard once again floating through his mind. To rid the place of all these rats. A burning rage that scorched his chest. The trap around his neck felt heavy and he was all-too-aware of the mask that his his face. His fingers twitched and-

No. He shook his head, trying to shake the thoughts away, forcibly turning his head back down to the project in his hands, the wood threatening to break under the strain of his iron grip. Frowning, he loosened his grip, going the opposite end and instead holding it loosely, almost at risk of dropping it. Carefully, he moved it around, trying to adjust his grip until it was at a comfortable level again. Scratch. Scratch. Scratch. The knife dug into the wood, carving out larger chips than before and he quickly tried to move to aim it at the base so that he was at less risk of messing up the face. Scratch, scratch, scratch... The movements were repetitive, calming and soothing his erratic mind, quelling the fire little by little with each wood shaving made. Scratch, scratch, slice-

A soft hiss escaped him as he moved his thumb away from the carving, almost dropping it as he did. Blood oozed slowly from the new scratch and he couldn’t help but to stare at it for a solid moment, strangely calm about it. Instead of joining Delara by the first aid kit though, he instead wiped it off against his pants before holding it there as he waited for the bleeding to stop, placing the carving down next to his thigh. With the hand that held his knife he gently scraped the wood shavings off of his lap, letting it fall upon the ground and couch next to him.

“Hello…? I’m sorry for bothering you, but I think I may be a little lost…? I’m still quite new to the manor and being here is…. confusing…”

The sound of footsteps is what caused Bane to look up from where he'd been standing in the hallway, thoughts about what to do for the day quickly leaving his mind as he watched her approach and listened to what she had to say.

The manor was large and confusing, even him having gotten lost several times when he'd first come here. Still, survivors rarely ended up so lost that they got this deep in the hunter's side of it.

Why couldn't she have just stuck around with the other survivors instead of wandering around all alone?

For a few moments he remained silent, simply contemplating the idea of just abandoning her so that she could sort it all out herself.

...

No, he sighed. It'd be for the best that he help her. Less trouble than letting her wander for who-knows-how-long in this part of the manor...

"Where is it that you wish to go? Come and I'll take you there."

So I was up all night reading graystripe's vow

First off, just... just god, I have not felt genuine fucking grief in a warriors book in so long I swear those first chapters with Graystripe missing Millie and Firestar... God.. fuck.. it made me feel things

And just?????? Him meeting Stormfur.. and Stormfur just being overjoyed to see him...

Oh but also???? Also??? Gremlin???? Is kinda boring like I understand how she's reasonably worried about her kits and all but. We've seen this basic character before. Generic thoughtful queen=Basic bitch of warrior cats

Nope, it’s fine! I’m still Heather in a Pokemon RP, we just moved over to Dreamwidth (and due to mental health/life circumstances/2020 in general, I haven’t been very active at all so she’s been a bit of a nonentity in-game. ICly, she is out in the freaking woods trying to start her own Pokemon Gym).

The game is now called Victory Road and despite my personal flakiness is still hopping with lots of fun and creative players! No Silent Hills aside from me tho.
