Hello! I was wondering if you can do something with dex from zombieverse? I recently finished the show. Maybe like a zombie au version with fluff? Like how they protect each other and like little sweet simple cute actions if that makes sense like when she gets cold etc 😭 I feel like dex is being slept on since I haven't found anything like an x reader. He deserves some love 🙏
hi! hi! hi! thank you, thank you, thank you for requesting him!!!!! I've been wanting to write for him since I saw the show and how hot he was!! I really hope you enjoy this and feel free to request more of him in the future!
summary - the apocalypse strikes out of nowhere while you are shopping, thankfully there's a good-looking man that rescues you and makes you fall for him in a short amount of time.

You thought going out and getting some essentials from the grocery store was going to be fine, what you didn’t expect to see was people being attacked or dragged into the back room with your hand still gripping your bag. “Hey! Hey! What’re you doing?!” You yell, slapping whoever’s hands are on you only to stare wide-eyed at a zombie coming in your direction, a small scream escaping you. “Okay! Keep dragging me! But quickly! We’re gonna die!”
You both make it into the room, door slamming and you turn to finally look at who it was. Your eyes widen and your jaw falls to the ground. “Holy shit, you’re hot!” If it was even possible, your eyes widened even more, slapping your hand over your mouth as the rest of the people in the room laugh. You quickly bow your head and move over to the table taking a seat.
Thirty minutes go by and everyone has come up with a plan. You can’t help, but sneak glances at the man in the green tracksuit only to turn away flushed when he continued to catch you. Someone snaps you out of your thoughts with a groan, complaining that they are hungry. “Oh!” You pull your bag up, waving it around as there’s some snacks and drinks packed inside. “I remember packing this in here so I didn’t have to grab a basket. Here.” You hand it over, watching them tip the contents out and go through them, sneakily you grab a bottle and some food before making your way over to the man that saved you. “Excuse me…”
He turns, staring down at you. “I thought that you might like some before it’s all gone.” You hand the food and drink over shyly. Dex smiles, taking them from you.
“Thank you… I am Dex, by the way.”
You grin, “Y/n. Thank you for saving me.” You continue to stare into each other’s eyes, only looking away when someone clears their throat. You both turn and pay attention, you feel a soft poke causing you to look over your shoulder and see that Dex is offering you some of his food. You didn’t know it was possible to fall in love so fast.
“Huh?”
Your eyes widen even more. “Huh?!” Your head whips around, seeing everyone is staring at you with their eyes wide and jaws dropped. “Did I say that outloud?!” The women begin to giggle, covering their mouths before they direct the attention back to their planning.
Dex taps you again, looking down at you with a gentle smile. Without any words, he offers his drink and you feel yourself become flushed when you realise he’s already taken a sip and it’s like you would be kissing him. You didn’t know what was wrong with you, you had only just met this man and you’ve already confessed your love and now your thinking about kissing him… He was very handsome though. “Thank you… I’m sorry about before…”
He waves you off and you swear your heart nearly leaps out of your chest as his eyes drift over you, checking you out. Time passes, you and the remaining survivors have made it into a truck, tucked away in the back as two members of the group sit in the front, driving. You shiver, you weren’t expecting to be out all night so you didn’t dress for when it got extremely cold, your head was also drooping to the side from how tired you were, but you didn’t dare sleep. You didn’t want to fall asleep incase something were to happen.
You don’t notice the recently nominated leader beside you, watching you or that he unzips his green and white jacket until he places it over your shoulders, giving you a smile. Dex pats his shoulder, pulling you closer gently as you rest your head against him. Slowly drifting off into a peaceful sleep, he smelt so good even though you’d been through so much. The group watched as you slept and Dex stared at you with a small smile on his face before looking out and watching for danger. Something inside him wanting to make sure you weren’t in danger.
You wake when the truck comes to a stop, squinting out you notice there is another truck and a car blocking the road. Everyone gets out and you pull Dex’s jacket closer to you, slipping your arms through the sleeves so that you aren’t so cold. “What’s happening?” You cover your mouth as you let out a small yawn, leaning your head against his arm, subconsciously.
“We can’t get through unless we move them, but we’ve noticed that this is a delivery truck so we’re going to check for essentials.” You nod, listening to him.
“Why don’t we just drive around? There is enough room?” You look at the road, wondering how you are in a group of not the brightest people. “But we take the delivery truck. We could either fit inside or find a secluded place to look through and find what we might need.” You look up at him, noticing he’s staring down at you with a look of admiration. “What?”
“Maybe you should be leader.” You shake your head with a small smile, “I mean it. We could lead together? I’m sure that the group would allow it.” He nods to himself and you stare at him, this is the most he’s talked this whole time together and you only just realise he talks the most when he’s around you and no one else.
Lee Si-young appears behind you. “I am happy to give up my position, I didn’t really want it in the first place and you two seem like a better team.” She smiles and before you can think about thanking her, she disappears.
“Zombies! Quick!” Dex wraps his arms around you, moving you away just in case. You whack him.
“You dumbarse, if you are protecting me, who’s protecting you?” Your cheeks puff out, glaring up at him.
“Shh, get back into the truck.” You comply, something in his tone makes you want to obey him and only him.
You guys manage to get both trucks and drive to somewhere where it looks safe and secluded before you all begin to search the delivery truck. Dex finds some chocolates and begins to make his way over to you, clearing his throat so you can turn your attention toward him.
“Yeah?”
“Here…” He hands them over, looking down at his feet and your face heats up, a soft smile appears as you gently take them from him and grab his hand, pulling him somewhere away from the group and you sit, pulling him down with you.
You open the packet and hand him one, your eyes connecting as you both take a bite of the chocolate. Neither of you notice that the group has hidden behind something, heads peaking out as they all watch you with giant smiles on their face.

______________________________________________
He strikes again! Kim Geon-woo landed a fatal blow on Hong Woo-jins side! Sending him directly on the floor once more!
Will he stand up again just like he did earlier? It definetly does not look like this.
And three! two! one!
We have our winner! Kim Geon-woo won the tournament with an outstanding performance!
This year was truly something else. The pandemic hitting us out from the blue, causing for endless troubles.. These young men however proved us that the struggles we faced, still wanting to organize this grand show off, all of our hard work for making it work.. everything payed off!
We are proud to announce this years winner and to honor every other contestant who took part.
And let's not forget Hong Woo-jin! This finale was special because both of these young men went over their limits to decide the title of this years winner!
Now, have fun and enjoy your time!
Ladies and Gentleman, we'll hopefully meet again on the next years tournament!
The commentators praised the two while the cameraman focused on sharing close ups of the said fighters.
"He won! My Geonwoo won!"
His mothers melodic voice ringed through her small coffee shop, the small Samsung screen showing the broadcast.
"He's the best!"
You joined her cheering, engulfing her into a hug since she awaited you with open arms.
"I'm so proud of him!!"
His mother was the biggest sweetheart anyone could imagine. She truly loved her son and did everything in her power to ensure him a safer future.
You helped her once when she was cleaning up her store on her own.
Other then Geonwoo sometimes, she has no employees helping her to run the shop.. so you decided to offer your help.
It wasn't something you felt obliged to do, you just did it because you enjoyed helping others in general.
Ever since then, you decided to head over her shop to help her with everything, you didn't take money since you were payed well from another job you did sometimes.
With art.
Commissions payed you great.. this was more then enough for you to work for her for free.
"Do you want to head over? I can take over the shift until you return"
You offered but she was quick to decline.
"Thank you but I will stay here, what about you going to see him? I'm sure that it'd make him happy"
She offered you a warm smile.
... should I?
"Are you sure?"
His mother quikly nodded and pointed at the door.
"Enjoy his win together, make this day even more special as it already is!"
You were pushed out of the coffee shop with a gentle push.
She smiled at you as you waved her goodbye.
Now... where would he go after such a big win..
...
Time passed and you decided to just call him, finding him would be impossible otherwise.
'Hey y/n!'
"Congrats woo! You did it!!!"
'Thank you!'
You could hear his chuckle from the other side of the line, but there was another voice
'Hey who is that?'
The second voice was the one of a male, he had company..
"Am I interrupting right now...?"
'No, why? Did something happen?'
'Geonwoo who is this? Is this a girl??'
'Damnit Woojin!'
He whisper yelled that but you had to admit that it was funny.
"No, no don't worry everything is fine.. I just thought of meeting up with you to celebrate your win.. but I don't want to eh.."
'aaaa now I get why you asked me if you were interrupting earlier- No no, do not worry over this, I actually want to introduce you to someone! I'll send you our location, we'd be very happy to celebrate it together, with you!'
You could literally visually imagine his smile as he spoke. Your heart fluttered whenever he spoke..  whenever he smiled.. whenever he talked with you
He may be a boxer, but oh was he pure hearted. If politeness was a person, it'd be him. You need help? He's there. You need a shoulder to lean on? He'll stay by your side until the worst is over.
I'd love to meet him! I'll hurry over!!!
'Whoa whoa! That smil-'
Geonwoo hung up and you made your way to the location he had sent you.
They were eating. Perfect. You'd kill for a good meal now.
-
"Who was this?? Ohhh man you looked so happy!"
Geonwoo brought his hand to his forehead, resting it while he fought the urge of gifting him a second experience of their fight earlier today.
"A good friend of mine"
But Woojin didn't buy that.. not that easily.
"Yeah yeah.. let's believe that"
He smirked at him while taking the claw to turn the meat around.
Geonwoo was quick to snap it out of his hand.
"Not yet"
Woojin was left confused.
"... what? Hey I'm older, show me some respect"
"But they are not ready"
"I'm hungry."
"They need another minute. At least."
The hungry man wanted to say something but the doors bell interrupted his thoughts.
A girl entered the scene. She looked over the desks until her eyes met his.
"It's her.. from the call?"
Geonwoo nodded. He waved her over as he stood up to greet her and she sprinted towards him.
"Look who showed u-"
"Congrats to our champion!!!"
You jumped at him and hugged him real tight. He was taken aback but swung his arms around you immediately. He chuckled at your action and tightened his grip on you, spinning you around while thanking you. He put you on the ground again after the final spin and that was when you spotted the other man.
Wasn't he his opponent..?
"Let me introduce you to Woojin. Woojin, this is y/n and y/n this is Hong Woojin. We fought earlier at the arena"
You greeted him and complimented him on his fighting skills aswell.
"It's a pleasure to meet you y/n, and thank you"
Geonwoo and you sat down and looked at the meat.
"I think it's ready, you could turn it around no?"
Geonwoo took the claw again and turned the meat, leaving Woojin speechless.
"You disobeyed me when I asked you to do it!"
"It wasn't ready earlier"
"It was!"
"No"
"But-"
"It still needed some time, you see there is a me-"
"That's not fair!"
"It is"
"Okay, cut them now!"
"No"
"Why?!"
"They're not ready yet"
"They are!"
You sat there trying not to laugh, it was funny enough that that Woojin guy tried to make Geonwoo serve that meat while it was clearly not ready.
The trio sat there in silence until you spoke up.
"I think you can cut it now"
"Oh yes it's perfect"
Geonwoo took the scissor and cut the pieces.
Woojin.. well he let his head fall dramatically on the desk, whining that his marine comrad ignored him.
"The world has got to be kidding me"
".. is honesty really that bad?"
Woojin shot his head up and looked at Geonwoos eyes.
"You know what. Let's move on."
You and Geonwoo erupted into a heartfilled laughter and Woojin joined you soon enough.
"Let's raise a toast to the best boxers!!"
"Thank you!"
Said the two in unison as everyone prepared their bites to enjoy their meal after the great day.
"How did you actually meet? Was it after the tournament or during it?"
You were curious, Geonwoo never mentioned Woojin before after all.
"He waited at the hall asking each of his victims to go and eat with him."
Woojin said, side eyeing your friend.
"I thought that he was fooling me at first but he was serious about that" "Ahh yes that sounds like him"
You looked over and lightly hit Geonwoos shoulder.
"I'm glad you asked him, he seems like a fun guy"
Woojin felt a sense of pride as your words left your mouth, grinning widely.
"How did you actually meet Geonwoo?
"Well.. I came across his mother's coffee shop and I help her out ever since then. He happened to enter the shop while I was refilling something. Which was kinda funny because he thought that I was stealing something and oh did he get mad"
"He? Mad??"
Woojin may have only met him today but that.. that guy was more then honest and polite throughout the whole day.. him and mad didn't feel right in the same sentence.
"Oh yes."
You stood up, took a stable stance and mimicked Geonwoos face.
"Who the hell are you?"
Geonwoos eyes widened. Your voice was lower, you did something with your face that did not look like him at all.
"It wasn't that ba-"
"Answer now or I'll call the police"
Woojin nearly choked on his glass of water when you tried to copy his voice.
"Okay but be honest! How would you've reacted if a stranger was roaming freely in your mothers shop?!"
Geonwoo stood up for his defense, attacking your sides while he tickled the hell out of you.
"Wait wait w- sto-op!"
Your laughter filled the place as you tried to free yourself of his attack.
"No."
"Geonwoo!"
He continued his merciless attack until you were both gasping for air. He because he couldn't get over his laughter and you because of the tickling.
"I am feeling like a third wheeler right now"
Woojin put a fake pout and you literally became breathless.
"Woo please-"
"Okay, you shall be forgiven"
"Thank you for your mercy, your majesty"
This is how the whole afternoon went by, you three bonding with each other, exchanging stories and experiences while the restaurants owner regretted their life's choices.
What nobody of you all knew was the sudden visitor.. a man dressed in a suit.. visiting Geonwoos mothers coffee shop to offer her a deal.
It seemed too good to be good, a startup company offering to help the ones in need?
"Thank you so much sir"
"She signed the paper and gave it to the man."
"I have to thank you miss"
.
"Woojin.. are these original?"
Geonwoo pointed at Woojins shoes, your gaze followed his finger as you spotted the said shoe.
But.. it does look fake.. no?
"Yes. 1.2 Million won"
Geonwoos eyes widened at this.
"What?! That's the rent of our coffee shop!"
Woojin chuckled and shook his head. Your friend looked at you in disbelief.
"Did you hear that??"
You nodded but waited for Woojin to say something..
"Bro.. these are fake"
Thank god.
Geonwoo was relieved upon hearing that.
"It's obvious if you look at the cap, it's shinier. The true ones don't.."
Their voices blended with your surroundings as you took in the scene.
Late night walks weren't rare but this one.. this was somehow special.
The two continued their talk until they realized that you were walking behind them.
"Hey y/n!"
They took a few steps back and swung their arms around you, holding you in their middle.
"You're so small.. we nearly lost you"
Woojin said and you jokingly punched him.
"I'm sorry Mt. Everest"
The three of you continued the chatter as you walked through the streets.
Woojin went to his home at some point leaving you with Geonwoo alone, on your way to the shop.
"Today was quite a handful huh"
You joked, but you had a point.
He won the match, he found a new friend, your trio got created and the restaurant owner now knows about the marines divisions.
"Haha yes.. thank you"
He turned to you, locking your gazes.
"You coming over after the match. It meant alot to me"
"Well.. you're my best friend after all, I'll always be there to support you"
Geonwoo was speechless but his smile was priceless.
"Now let us surprise your mother, I bet she's thrilled to congratulate you on your big day champ"
He nodded and you two arrived at the shop where his mother was. "My Geonwoo! You did it!!"
She sprinted to him and hugged him, really proud of her son. Her eyes then shifted to yours and a warms smile appeared on her face.
"Did you celebrate the win?"
"Yes!! The other fighter.. Hong Woojin was also with us. It was real fun!!"
"I'm glad! Now let's go home everybody"
You three closed the shop and made you way to the apartments.
A black car drove past you as you walked further into the street.
Geonwoo and you looked back at it but the plate was unknown to the both of you.
You turned around again, joining the topic his mother was talking about.
But little did you know that this day would change your life's forever.

MY DEMON SMUT- KIM YOO JUNG
Chapter 1
KIM YOO JUNG as Do Do Hee
Tumblr media
Park Ju hyun as Jin Ga Young
Tumblr media
Park Bok Gyu’s mind struggled to catch up with the incredible reality unfolding beneath him. The cool morning air against his bare skin was a stark contrast to the intense heat emanating from the two mouths работая on his cock. Do Do Hee, the CEO everyone revered, the picture of sophisticated elegance, was right there, her lips expertly gliding up and down the shaft of his penis, her long dark hair cascading over his thighs. On the other side, Jin Ga Young, the nation's beloved idol, her face usually beaming with innocent charm, was now focused with an almost predatory intensity on his balls and the base of his cock, her suction sending shivers of pure pleasure through him.
He watched them, his eyes still adjusting to the morning light, his disbelief slowly giving way to a burgeoning wave of arousal. Do Do Hee’s touch was refined and confident. She knew exactly how to tease and tantalize, her lips creating a perfect seal, her tongue flicking with a delicate precision that made his knees feel weak. She would take him deep into her mouth, almost to the back of her throat, and then slowly slide back up, her eyes locking with his, a hint of a knowing smile playing on her lips.
Jin Ga Young, in contrast, was more enthusiastic and unrestrained. She seemed to attack his balls with a playful ferocity, her slurping and sucking noises surprisingly loud. She would alternate between taking both balls into her mouth at once and focusing on each one individually, her tongue dancing around them in a way that made him clench his fists. Her free hand would occasionally reach up to stroke the underside of his shaft, adding another layer of intense sensation.
Park Bok Gyu had fantasized about women like them, beautiful and seemingly unattainable. Do Do Hee, his boss’s wife, was a constant topic of admiration among the employees, her beauty legendary, her power undeniable. He had often caught himself staring, captivated by her presence. And Jin Ga Young… every man in South Korea seemed to have a crush on her. Her image was everywhere, her bright smile a symbol of youthful innocence. Yet here they were, both naked, kneeling before him, their mouths devoted to his pleasure. It was a scenario so improbable it felt like a dream spun from his deepest desires.
He looked down at their bodies. Do Do Hee’s figure was sleek and toned, her skin flawless in the morning light. Her breasts were perfectly shaped, their nipples already hard despite the lack of direct touch. Jin Ga Young, on the other hand, was curvier, her youthful energy radiating even in this intimate act. Her breasts were fuller, their nipples a delicate pink. The sight of them, so different yet equally stunning, focused on him with such intense desire, was enough to make his head spin.
Tumblr media
The sensations were becoming more intense. The rhythmic sucking, the gentle tugging, the contrasting textures of their mouths – it was a symphony of pleasure that was quickly dispelling any lingering doubts. His cock, already large, was now throbbing, straining against their ministrations. He could feel the blood rushing to his groin, his body awakening with a powerful surge of lust.
Do Do Hee pulled back slightly, her lips glistening with his precum. She looked up at him, her eyes dark and filled with a palpable desire. “You feel amazing, Bok Gyu-ssi,” she murmured, her voice a low, husky whisper that sent shivers down his spine. Then, without breaking eye contact, she took the head of his cock back into her mouth, her suction intensifying.
Jin Ga Young, sensing the shift, also looked up, her innocent facade momentarily replaced by a look of pure, unadulterated lust. “You’re so big,” she said, her voice breathy as she gestured to his shaft. “Bigger than I ever imagined.” She then leaned forward and pressed a kiss to the underside of his cock, her tongue flicking out to taste him before returning her attention to his balls.
Park Bok Gyu could barely process the words, his mind completely overtaken by the incredible sensations. This wasn't a dream. This was happening. Do Do Hee, his boss’s wife, and Jin Ga Young, the nation’s idol, were worshipping his cock. He closed his eyes, letting himself sink into the reality of their touch, the pleasure finally overwhelming any lingering disbelief. His day had started in the most unbelievable way possible, and he had a feeling it was only going to get better. The way they were looking at him, the way they were touching him… it was clear they weren't finished yet.
Park Bok Gyu's mind drifted back to the whirlwind of the previous night. The raw fear and adrenaline after Jung Gu Won's attack had somehow morphed into an unexpected outpouring of emotion and then, inevitably, into a night of uninhibited passion. The initial sadness and worry had been drowned in copious amounts of alcohol, and the three of them, Park Bok Gyu, Do Do Hee, and Jin Ga Young, had found solace in each other’s bodies.
He had indeed fucked them both, with a primal intensity he hadn’t known he possessed. Do Do Hee, usually so composed, had moaned and cried out his name, her sophisticated facade melting away with each deep thrust. Jin Ga Young, the ever-cheerful idol, had submitted to his dominance with a surprising eagerness, her squeals of pleasure echoing through the Sunwol Foundation building. They had ridden him hard, their bodies slick with sweat, until they were both weak and trembling, finally collapsing into an exhausted, tangled heap in the early hours of the morning.
But apparently, a single night of intense pleasure hadn't been enough. As the morning sun streamed through the window, these two incredible women were still at it, their mouths работая on him with the same fervent desire as the night before. It was a testament to their uninhibited desires and perhaps to his impressive stamina.
Do Do Hee’s sucking grew more insistent, her head bobbing with a practiced rhythm. She would occasionally use her free hand to gently stroke his inner thigh, sending a fresh wave of tingling through him. Her eyes, when they flickered open, were dark with lust, a stark contrast to her usual cool CEO demeanor.
Jin Ga Young, on the other side, had shifted her focus to the base of his cock, her mouth creating a strong suction that made his entire body arch slightly. She would occasionally look up at him, her bright smile now carrying a decidedly naughty edge, as if relishing the taboo of their shared intimacy. Her hand continued its playful exploration, sometimes cupping his balls, sometimes teasing the underside of his shaft.
Park Bok Gyu felt like a king on his throne, worshipped by two goddesses. The sensations were almost overwhelming, a potent combination of pleasure and disbelief. He ran his fingers through Do Do Hee’s long, silky hair, feeling the smooth strands against his skin. With his other hand, he gently caressed Jin Ga Young’s back, feeling the delicate curve of her spine. They both responded with soft moans, their bodies pressing closer to his.
The air in the room was thick with a palpable sexual energy. The remnants of the previous night’s activities – scattered clothes, tangled sheets – served as a reminder of their shared passion. And now, in the soft morning light, that passion was being reignited, stronger than ever. Park Bok Gyu knew this was a moment he would never forget, a dream come to life in the most extraordinary way possible. These two incredible women, so different in their public personas yet so united in their current desire for him, were a testament to the unpredictable and sometimes wonderfully chaotic nature of human connection
Their lips, still moist from his essence, trailed delicate kisses along his stomach, a sensual path leading upwards to his chest. Their naked bodies followed, rubbing against his, creating a delicious friction that reignited the embers of his arousal. Do Do Hee settled her head on his left pectoral, her long dark hair spilling across his skin, while Jin Ga Young nestled her head on his right, her lighter locks a stark contrast. Their large, full breasts, now freed from any constraints, spilled onto his chest, the soft weight and warmth incredibly arousing.
With a coordinated grace, they raised their beautiful, sexy, fair thighs, straddling his legs. He could feel the soft, moist warmth of their pussies, still slick from the night and their recent ministrations, rubbing against the outer sides of his thighs. It was an incredibly intimate and tantalizing position, their most private parts pressed so intimately against him.
Their fingers, delicate yet knowing, began to circle patterns on his chest, tracing the lines of his muscles, occasionally flicking a nipple, sending shivers of pleasure through him. Then, Do Do Hee spoke, her voice a low, husky purr, her breath warm against his skin. “Tell me, Bok Gyu-ssi,” she began, her fingers tracing a line down his sternum, “how could you hide all this… beneath our Gu Won?” Her eyes flickered down to his still-prominent erection. “Such a thick, large cock. He never mentioned you were hiding such a magnificent secret.”
Jin Ga Young chimed in, her voice equally seductive, her fingers playing with the hair on his chest. “Yes,” she agreed, leaning in closer, her breath smelling faintly of morning coffee and lingering passion. “You’ve fucked both of us all night. You’ve made us both… well, you know.” She giggled softly, a sound that held a decidedly naughty edge. “Now you have to take responsibility for that, don’t you think?”
Park Bok Gyu’s mind raced. Do Do Hee, Jung Gu Won’s wife, the woman who seemed to share a deep connection with her husband, though he’d heard whispers they hadn’t yet consummated their marriage. The idea that he, the older butler, an average man in their eyes, had been the one to first truly satisfy her was a thought that sent a jolt of forbidden triumph through him. And Jin Ga Young, the beloved idol, who had always seemed so distant and untouchable, now lying intimately beside him, acknowledging the power of his touch. It was surreal.
Do Do Hee continued, her fingers now tracing the outline of his lips. “You know, Gu Won and I… we have feelings for each other. Our marriage… it’s been bringing us closer. But…” She trailed off, her gaze lingering on his mouth, a hint of longing in her eyes.
Jin Ga Young picked up the thread, her fingers now gently squeezing his thigh. “And me? I always thought of Gu Won as… someone special. You… you were just always around. Someone… insignificant.” Her eyes met his, a flicker of surprise and undeniable desire within them. “I never expected… this.”
Park Bok Gyu could feel the weight of their words, the unspoken complexities of their relationships with his boss. Yet, in this moment, their focus was solely on him, their bodies intimately entwined with his. The thrill of the forbidden, the unexpected turn their night had taken, hung heavy in the air, charged with a potent erotic energy. Their pussies, still warm and moist from their earlier exertions, continued to rub against his thighs with each subtle movement, a constant reminder of the intense pleasure they had shared and the unspoken desires that still lingered.
Feeling a surge of confidence from their blatant desire and playful accusations, Park Bok Gyu’s hands, emboldened, trailed down from their backs, settling firmly on the toned curves of their asses. Do Do Hee’s was firm and sculpted, while Jin Ga Young’s had a softer, more yielding feel. He squeezed them both, his fingers digging into the firm flesh, eliciting soft moans from both women.
He started to knead their buttocks, his thumbs finding the sensitive clefts, teasing the edges of their swollen pussies through the thin remnants of moisture. Jin Ga Young let out a sharp gasp, her hips instinctively arching slightly off his legs. Do Do Hee’s breathing quickened, and a low groan rumbled in her chest.
His fingers then ventured further, gently parting the wet lips of their pussies. He could feel the slick heat emanating from them, the swollen clits already hard and sensitive. He began to gently stroke them, his fingertips dancing lightly over their most sensitive spots. Both women responded instantly, their moans escalating in intensity, their bodies shifting restlessly against his.
“Oh, Bok Gyu-ssi…” Do Do Hee breathed out, her head lifting from his chest, her dark eyes filled with a burning desire.
Jin Ga Young’s grip tightened on his legs, her moans becoming more frantic. “You feel so good…” she whispered, her voice thick with arousal.
Then, as if on cue, Do Do Hee leaned down and captured his lips in a deep, passionate kiss. Her tongue immediately sought his, tangling and swirling, a sensual dance that mirrored the movements of his fingers below. He tasted the lingering sweetness of her earlier oral ministrations, mixed with the fresh heat of her arousal.
As Do Do Hee broke away, gasping for breath, Jin Ga Young immediately took her place, her lips pressing against his with an equal fervor. Her kiss was more playful, her tongue darting in and out of his mouth with a youthful energy that was incredibly enticing. He could feel her breasts pressing against his chest, her hard nipples poking into his skin.
They took turns kissing him, each offering a unique and incredibly arousing experience. Do Do Hee’s kisses were sophisticated and demanding, while Jin Ga Young’s were sweet and eager. His hands continued their exploration below, his fingers working their magic on their swollen, slick pussies, driving them both wild with pleasure.
The air in the room crackled with sexual tension. The sounds of their mingled moans and sighs filled the morning air, a testament to the intense pleasure they were all sharing. Park Bok Gyu felt like he was on top of the world, sandwiched between these two incredible women, their desire for him so palpable he could almost taste it.
His fingers, slick with their combined juices, found the wet entrances to their pussies. Do Do Hee gasped softly as he slid a finger inside her, her inner muscles immediately clenching around him. Jin Ga Young let out a shaky moan as he repeated the action with her, her tightness a stark contrast to Do Do Hee’s more yielding warmth. The knowledge that he was exploring their intimate depths right here, in Jung Gu Won’s bed, in Jung Gu Won’s room, added an extra layer of thrill and forbidden excitement to the moment.
Both women were now trembling, their bodies reacting intensely to his touch. They continued to kiss him, taking turns to press their lips against his, their breaths coming in short, ragged gasps. While their mouths were occupied, their hands found their way to his thick, large cock, their fingers wrapping around it with a possessive eagerness. Their combined touch, two sets of hands working in tandem, barely managed to cover his impressive length, the smooth skin hot and slick beneath their ministrations.
He could feel the contrast between their touches – Do Do Hee’s strokes were more deliberate, more controlled, while Jin Ga Young’s were more frantic, her grip tighter. The combination was incredibly arousing, driving him closer to the edge with each passing second.
As their kissing grew more passionate, his fingers inside their pussies sped up, mimicking the rhythm of their tongues in his mouth. He could feel their inner muscles clenching and releasing, their wetness intensifying around his fingers. Their moans grew louder, more unrestrained, sometimes muffled by his lips, sometimes escaping in sharp cries that echoed in the quiet room.
Do Do Hee broke away from a particularly intense kiss, her eyes dark with lust. “You feel so good, Bok Gyu-ssi,” she breathed out, her hands on his cock now moving with a more urgent pace.
Jin Ga Young echoed her sentiments, pulling her mouth away from his with a wet smack. “Please… don’t stop…” she whispered, her fingers tightening around his shaft, urging him on.
He obliged, his fingers working faster and faster, his thumbs finding and teasing their swollen clits. Both women gasped and arched their backs, their bodies trembling violently with approaching climax. Their moans became a continuous symphony of pleasure, a testament to the intense sensations he was delivering.
The scene was a chaotic yet harmonious blend of touch, taste, and sound. Lips locked in fervent kisses, hands stroking and squeezing, fingers deep inside hot, wet pussies, the air thick with the scent of arousal and the sounds of unrestrained pleasure. Park Bok Gyu felt like he was in the eye of a sensual storm, surrounded by these two incredible women, their desire for him a tangible force.
Do Do Hee and Jin Ga Young’s bodies went rigid, their muscles spasming as the waves of pleasure washed over them in perfect synchronicity. They both let out cries that mingled together, a symphony of pure ecstasy echoing in the quiet bedroom. Their trembling hands clutched onto Park Bok Gyu’s body, their nails digging lightly into his skin as they rode out the intense contractions.
Do Do Hee’s full, heavy breasts pressed even harder against his chest, her breath coming in short, sharp gasps. Jin Ga Young’s toned body molded itself against his side, her legs tightening around his. Their sweat-slicked skin stuck to his, creating an almost inseparable bond in that moment of shared climax.
Their stroking of his cock ceased, their hands now limp against his shaft, their energy completely spent. They both seemed to drift into a blissful daze, their eyes fluttering closed, their faces serene with satisfaction. The only sounds were their ragged breathing and the occasional soft whimper of lingering pleasure.
Slowly, their bodies began to relax, the violent tremors subsiding. Do Do Hee’s grip on his chest loosened, and Jin Ga Young’s legs eased their hold. They remained nestled against him, their heads still resting on his chest, their breaths evening out.
A few moments of comfortable silence passed, the air thick with the scent of sex and contentment. Then, Do Do Hee stirred, her eyelids fluttering open. She looked up at Park Bok Gyu, a soft, satisfied smile playing on her lips. Her eyes, usually sharp and focused, were now hazy with post-orgasmic bliss.
Jin Ga Young also began to rouse, her head shifting slightly against his chest. A giggle escaped her lips as she stretched languidly, her body still feeling pleasantly heavy and relaxed. She looked over at Do Do Hee, and they shared a knowing glance, a silent acknowledgment of the incredible pleasure they had just experienced together.
Do Do Hee’s hand, which had been resting on his chest, slowly trailed down his stomach, her fingers gently brushing against his still-semi-erect cock. “Well, Bok Gyu-ssi,” she murmured, her voice still a little breathy, “you certainly know how to make a woman feel good.”
Jin Ga Young chimed in, her hand also finding its way to his cock, her fingers playfully squeezing the tip. “That was… amazing,” she said, her smile wide and genuine. “The best orgasm I’ve had in ages.”
Park Bok Gyu couldn’t help but grin, feeling a surge of pride and satisfaction. “You both felt pretty amazing yourselves,” he replied, his voice husky.
Do Do Hee propped herself up on her elbows, giving him an even better view of her stunning naked body. “So,” she said, her eyes twinkling mischievously, “what shall we do now? Round two?”
Jin Ga Young echoed her eagerness, her hand now stroking his cock with a renewed interest. “I’m not finished yet. Are you, Bok Gyu-ssi?”
His cock, sensing the renewed attention, began to stir, hardening once again. He looked at the two beautiful women lying beside him, their eyes filled with desire, their bodies still radiating heat. “Not even close,” he said, his voice a low growl, a promise of more pleasure to come hanging heavy in the air of Jung Gu Won’s bedroom

— No, he’s not answering.
— Something terrible must have happened to him!
She was sitting in the dining room across from me. My husband and mother-in-law shared a palpable sense of worry. The absence of In-Ho, my brother-in-law, had become a constant source of tension. Since his wife’s death six months ago, followed shortly by the loss of his job, he had fallen into a pit no one seemed able to pull him out of. Although his physical and emotional deterioration was obvious, everyone acted as if nothing was wrong—until a situation like this exploded.
— Don’t worry, Mrs. Hwang, I’m sure In-Ho is safe. Maybe he spent the night at a friend’s place… — I tried to console her, reaching out to gently touch her hand, only for her to pull it away sharply.
— Do you think if he had friends, he’d be in this situation, woman!? — she snapped at me harshly, and I stifled a sigh, already used to her outbursts.
My husband, Jun-Ho, tried to calm her by placing a hand on hers.
— Soo-Jin might be right, mother. I’m sure In-Ho is okay.
— My son is not okay! If he were, we wouldn’t be going through this! — she shot back, raising her voice, her face flushed with indignation.
— We’ve talked about this before, Mrs. Hwang — I interrupted, catching her attention. — In-Ho lost his wife just six months ago. It’s natural for him to still be depressed; it’s part of the grieving process.
— No, it’s not natural! — she exclaimed, glaring at me. — When I lost his father, I didn’t behave like that.
I scratched my forehead discreetly, trying not to show my growing discomfort.
— You were older when Mr. Hwang passed — I replied firmly, though without hostility. — And you had two children who depended on you. Can you imagine what it’s like for In-Ho to lose his wife so young, without even a child to connect him to her memory? The poor man is completely alone.
She leaned back in her chair, offended, but didn’t refute my words.
— Of course he’s not alone! — she protested, crossing her arms. — He has me and his brother. He should find strength for us.
I sighed, giving up. Some battles just weren’t worth fighting.
— I tried calling again, and he’s still not answering — Jun-Ho cut in, unaware of our argument.
— We have to go look for him at his apartment! — his mother exclaimed again.
— No, mother. You go to the cemetery, and I’ll check his building and the surrounding area. I’m sure he’s nearby — my husband said with determination.
— Can I come with you, Jun-Ho? — I asked, hoping to be of help.
He gave me a brief look before shaking his head.
— No need, honey. Go home and make something to eat. If I find him, he’ll need something warm.
Ah, of course. The kitchen.
Because apparently, it doesn’t matter if your wife was a former army captain—as long as she knows how to make stew.
It’s not that I didn’t appreciate Jun-Ho; he was a wonderful man. He just... could be a complete idiot sometimes.
— Fine — I agreed with resignation, rising from my seat and slipping on my jacket.
Jun-Ho took my hand to guide me to the door. Behind us, his mother was still bombarding In-Ho with obvious questions, as she always did.
Once we finally stepped out of the apartment, I took a deep breath, trying to release the built-up tension.
— Are you sure you don’t need my help? — I insisted one more time, a mix of concern and frustration in my voice.
— Thanks, sweetheart, but no. I need to do this alone. It’s the only way to figure out how to help him.
There it was again—that masculine conviction that confused determination with stubbornness. That’s why he became a police detective and still can’t even find his own brother.
— Alright. Then I’ll go to the store and buy some ingredients. See you at home?
— Sure. If I find In-Ho, I’ll bring him straight there.
— Fine — I replied, this time more curtly, letting go of his hand and heading down the stairs without looking back.
There were so many ways to help In-Ho, but they never listened. And that was what hurt the most.
Tumblr media
The bags weighed heavily in my grip, the burden of what felt like half the pantry sinking into my hands. We’d had to do a monumental grocery run; it had been days since we’d stocked up, choosing instead to buy only what we needed from street vendors due to the endless work hours that kept us tied to an exhausting routine.
Jun-Ho’s job was a mystery in itself: one day he’d vanish without warning, and the next he’d spend an entire week locked inside the house, barely moving from the couch. I, on the other hand, had a fixed and immovable schedule: eight tedious hours a day in those four oppressive walls I called an office, answering calls from clients who, paradoxically, hated the service we offered.
What a shitty job.
Still, I endured it all for him, because I loved my husband and, with every fiber of my being, I wanted to build a home together. But lately, that vision seemed to be fading, dissolving amid unpaid bills and a never-ending list of "maybe someday." When would we have enough money to do more than just survive? I didn’t know.
The streets were packed, a living chaos of people rushing as if life were fleeing from them. For a moment, I was grateful to have a car; I recalled with horror the years when the subway was my only option. It was a suffocating maze, pure torture.
The noise surrounded me, but my mind was elsewhere, worried about dinner and… something else. Something caught my attention.
—Wait a minute...
I spun around abruptly toward the same direction, unable to ignore it. There, across the street, was him. There was no way I was imagining it: it was In-Ho, walking with a nonchalance that mocked the gravity of the situation. His crisp white shirt, perfectly ironed black pants, shiny sneakers—everything about him radiated an unsettling perfection. Even his hair and skin looked flawless, as if nothing had happened.
I froze, as if my body had been trapped in time. The shoves and curses from passersby slipped past my awareness. All of my focus was fixed on him, on that firm, indifferent step I had missed so much.
When my brain kicked back in, I ran. The weight of the bags made my legs feel like lead, but I didn’t care. I had to reach him.
—In-Ho! —I shouted, my voice cracking with the weight of emotion and exhaustion.
He stopped immediately, as if my voice had cut through the city’s deafening noise. He turned slowly toward me, with that calm that always defined him, and his eyes searched for me with a mix of surprise and caution.
—Soo-Jin? —His voice was soft, almost familiar, as if he didn’t realize the seriousness of his disappearance. His gaze swept over me, analyzing me silently. —What a surprise to see you here.
Surprised? I was the one surprised—but not by seeing him in the street, rather by his nonchalant attitude. My breath was still ragged, air heavy in my lungs after running. I adjusted the bags in my hand and met his gaze, feeling the rage start to mix with the relief.
—Surprised to see me? —I shot back between gasps, unable to hide my indignation. —Your whole family thinks something terrible happened to you! You don’t answer your phone, you give no sign of life. Your mother was on the verge of a breakdown this morning!
In-Ho raised an eyebrow, his expression barely changing, as if my words failed to pierce his apparent calm.
—Ah, right... —he murmured, like he’d only just remembered. —My phone broke a few days ago. I forgot to tell my mother.
—“Forgot”? —I repeated, incredulous. My chest tightened, fury and relief threatening to burst out all at once. But instead of giving in, I forced a sarcastic smile. —Well, I’m glad you’re okay, but you really should let your family know. Jun-Ho’s about to call the police, if he hasn’t already.
In-Ho frowned slightly, as if the comment genuinely surprised him. His gaze dropped to the ground for a moment before returning to mine.
—I had no idea things had gotten that bad. I’m sorry. I must’ve caused a lot of trouble.
I wanted to scream yes, that he’d caused more trouble than he could imagine—but something in his posture stopped me. Despite his flawless appearance, there was something dim in his eyes, like the man I knew was fighting an invisible weight.
—It doesn’t matter now —I replied, softening my tone. —What matters is that you’re okay.
An awkward silence settled between us while my mind analyzed every detail of his figure. His white shirt was still spotless, not a wrinkle in sight, and his posture was that of someone trying to project normalcy, though exhaustion hung at the curve of his shoulders.
—Were you headed somewhere? —I finally asked, breaking the tension.
He looked down at his outfit, as if weighing whether to tell me the truth.
—Not really. I just needed to get out. I’ve been feeling… off these days. I thought dressing up a little might help.
—I get that —I answered, my voice gentler. I remembered the overwhelming pain I’d felt when my mother died, and how I tried to drown it in shallow distractions. —We do what we can to keep going.
His eyes narrowed slightly, as if he wanted to say something more but couldn’t find the words. I took the moment to adjust the bags in my hands.
—Come home with me —I offered, struggling to pull out the car keys. —Jun-Ho will be thrilled to see you. He’d never forgive me if I left you here alone.
He hesitated, but eventually nodded.
—Alright.
We got in the car in silence—the kind of silence that wasn’t exactly uncomfortable but left room for thoughts to wander freely. I couldn’t help sneaking glances at him while driving. There was something odd in his expression, like he was physically present, but his mind was miles away.
—In-Ho —I began, choosing my words carefully. —Can I ask you something personal?
He turned slightly toward me, his gaze tired but open.
—Of course you can, Soo-Jin.
—Do you really feel better? —I asked, trying not to sound too intrusive.
He let out a deep sigh, full of sadness that seemed impossible to hide.
—Not as miserable as before. I miss her every day, but… work keeps me busy.
I caught the detail immediately.
—You’re working? Since when? —I asked, my curiosity sparking.
—A couple of months ago. No one knows. I kept it a secret.
—Why?
—My mother’s too overprotective. She’d probably think I’m overworking to avoid thinking about Eun-Ji. And Jun-Ho... —he paused, a bitter smile twisting his lips. —He’d ask too many questions.
His answer made it clear he didn’t want to keep talking about it, and I respected his silence.
When we got home, I noticed how distant he looked. His eyes were fixed on some undefined point in the horizon, and it gave me a knot in my stomach.
—In-Ho, can you help me with the bags? —I asked softly as I parked.
—Of course, sister-in-law —he replied with a weak smile that didn’t reach his eyes.
As I got out of the car, I pulled out my phone and looked for Jun-Ho’s contact. Better to let him know right away, before the reunion turned into something messier than necessary.
—What's going on? I’m looking
for In-Ho near his building…
—Jun-Ho, he’s with me.
I brought him home so
you can talk to him.
He’s doing much better.
—On my way.
Tumblr media
—Jun-Ho wasn’t lying when he said you were an excellent cook.
In-Ho smiled as he savored another bite of my kimchi. I responded with a soft laugh, enjoying the warmth of the shared dinner.
—When I was in the army, I had a teammate who insisted on cooking for everyone. She was so bad at it… —I chuckled at the memory— that I figured if I gave it a shot, I could at least do better than her. And I wasn’t wrong.
In-Ho let out a deep, warm laugh, taking another bite.
—Don’t you miss the army? —he asked, a curious undertone in his voice.
—Sometimes —I admitted after a brief pause—. It was a demanding job, but I loved giving orders.
I laughed lightly, though his eyes lingered on me, scanning for something beneath my words.
He put down his fork and looked at me intently.
—If you miss it, you should talk to Jun-Ho about it.
—I left the army to build a life with your brother. There’s no turning back now — I said, shaking my head.
—Three years of marriage and still no kids. You’re young, Soo-Jin. You’ve got time to do whatever you want. Kids can wait.
—What if they don’t? —I replied, looking away—. I don’t want to start something just to abandon it later. I need stability for them, and for me.
—I get it —he nodded, though a glimmer of amusement crossed his lips—. Still, if you don’t do what you love, you might end up being a really grumpy mom.
I narrowed my eyes at him with mock offense, and he laughed—really laughed—for the first time in months. The moment felt almost perfect, until three sharp knocks on the door shattered the calm.
—That must be Jun-Ho —I murmured, getting up quickly to answer it.
As soon as I opened the door, Jun-Ho walked in without a word. His face was tense with worry—and now I understood why.
—Goddammit, In-Ho! Why would you disappear like that? —he snapped as he entered.
In-Ho began to repeat the story he had told me earlier. Jun-Ho listened carefully, with more empathy than I expected. I guess he, too, knew what it meant to carry grief.
—It’s lucky Soo-Jin found you —Jun-Ho said, glancing between us. I blushed slightly and shrugged as if to downplay it.
—Your wife is a good woman —In-Ho said sincerely, and his words caught me off guard—. Take care of her, Jun-Ho.
—I know —my husband replied, smiling warmly at me—. She’s the best.
My smile slowly faded when I saw In-Ho’s calm expression falter. Eun-Ji. Her absence still haunted him, and our presence must have stirred the wound.
—Want some tea, In-Ho? —I offered, trying to ease the tension.
He shook his head and stood abruptly.
—No, thanks. I think I should go.
—Wait —Jun-Ho stopped him with a gesture. In-Ho froze, waiting.
—I was thinking about something on the way here —he began, immediately grabbing our attention—. Something that involves you and Soo-Jin.
We exchanged confused looks.
—What is it, Jun-Ho? —I asked, already feeling a knot form in my stomach.
He took a breath and dropped the news like a bomb.
—I have to go to Tokyo for nine months. It’s a new case.
My eyes widened.
—What?
In-Ho stayed silent, but his surprise was obvious.
—I know it’s sudden —Jun-Ho continued, looking directly at me—. And I know it’s a long time, but I need you to hear me out.
I pressed my lips together, trying to stay calm.
—I need you two to look out for each other while I’m gone. If not, I won’t be able to leave with peace of mind —his voice carried a pleading tone I had never heard from him before.
I stared at him, stunned.
—How long have you known?
—Two weeks —he admitted after a pause—. But it wasn’t confirmed until today.
I closed my eyes, holding back my frustration. Two weeks. And he waited until now—until after asking me to support his grieving brother.
Fucking coward.
—Of course I’ll be there for your brother —I said firmly, though my voice trembled with restrained anger—. But as for you… we’ll talk once I’ve had time to process this.
Without waiting for a response, I got up and walked toward the bedroom, leaving both men at the dining table.
—Goodnight, In-Ho —I said with a nod as I passed him.
—Goodnight, sister-in-law —he replied softly, just before I closed the door behind me.

𓂃 ♥︎ⴰ bloodhounds . kim gun-woo
Tumblr media
˚ TITLE 𓂃 ♥︎ⴰ lovesick ˚ WORD COUNT 𓂃 ♥︎ⴰ 1936
he looked unreal, all tanned with his beautiful eyes half closed as he looked down, full lips unconsciously forming a pout. his chest was bronzed and openly displayed for anyone with two eyes and a drooling mouth.
you wanted to eat him alive.
it was supposed to be a peaceful morning at your parents' beach house on the coast but, apparently, your boyfriend chose violence that day. with sleepy eyes and a drowsy appearance, you immediately realized that you accidentally fell asleep while trying to get tanned by the summer sun in the morning. luckily, the book you were reading fell from your grip at some point and didn't leave a funny mark on your stomach for woo-jin to laugh about later.
how can one person be so beautiful, inside and out? was he even real, or will you inevitably wake up to find the space beside you empty, his presence fading with your dreams?
you get goosebumps just imagining it.
feeling your eyes on him, gun-woo looked up from his drawing, a big smile forming on his pink lips.
"you look like shit, babe".
oh wow, what a day to feel loved.
"fuck off". you grumbled while sitting up and picking the book from the floor next to you, gun-woo's eyes never leaving your bikini form. "what took you so long to get here?". you asked him pouty.
"your mother asked me to move the sofa three times so she could do her pilates session in the living room". gun-woo couldn't help but laugh at his answer, never imagining he'd be in this position someday.
it was your first family trip as a couple, and also the first time gun-woo went on a plane and traveled since his school's excursion in 9th grade to say the best. you were happy to see him happy. it was thrilling to see the man in another setting, different from the usual gym clothes or café outings you guys first got to know each other. you considered yourself a good girlfriend, providing these opportunities for both of you while so young, even if gun-woo was paying for basically everything other than the house you were staying. you were a good girlfriend, right?
so why the living hell was he acting so mean towards you?
"i'm sorry about that". you grimaced embarrassingly because of your mother. "just because you have an insane amount of muscle she thinks you're her personal guard". gun-woo laughs. that bright innocent smile that makes his eyes disappear.
fuck you kim geun-woo for being so mean.
"my mom used to say we should never neglect help from others, including offering help in the first place". he tells you with innocence, a sudden wave of sympathy running through his veins strong enough to make him vocalize his thoughts. you were too accustomed with this side of him, being together for almost 6 months. “she also used to say that we always must look for the best in people”.
he was too pure. so why could you only think other things like what was this man saying? and why wasn't he kissing your mouth right now?
you embarrassingly found yourself in this predicament more times than you could count with your boyfriend.
the sound of his voice didn't shake you out of your sleepy daze, looking up at him with eyes full of love and wonder. like a lovesick puppy whose brain didn't seem to register the spoken words, too caught up in its own reverie.
when he didn't get the reply he was hoping for, gun-woo finally put down the pen and paper and leaned closer to you, your knees now touching and you almost choked on your saliva.
you loved him too much. and he was so hot.
“y/n?” he asked softly, placing a hand on top of your lap, the feel of his surprisingly cold hands against your warm skin almost making you shiver.
"i was so worried when i woke up and didn't see you, figured you'd be reading here". his smile continued to be nothing other than soothing, comforting, and exclusive.
exclusive for you and only you.
"woo-jin tried facetiming early this morning but i was still sleeping, i kind of feel bad for him not being able to come this time". he rambles. "and i also feel bad for sleeping so late, i hope your parents don't mind it. yesterday was a good day".
of course it was a good day. it was gun-woo's first ever private flight and you couldn't put your mind around the fact that this man's whole life was a huge unfair exposure to only the bad in life. you wanted to cry suddenly. cry for everything cruel that happened to him. cry for his still pure but poorly scarred heart. cry for his smiles and goodmorning pecks. cry for his fucking six-pack and spy reflexes.
cry because he was yours. exclusively.
without saying a word, you gently pulled his hands away before wrapping yours around his shoulders in a much-needed hug, the love you felt for him overwhelming all your senses. his arms found their place around your waist immediately, pulling his body closer and pouring all his love into you in return.
it was his fault for dating such a crybaby and he knew it, because the second he touched your waist and ribs, the boxer knew you were about to cry because of your uneaving breathing.
gun-woo hesitated for a second, giving your body another squeeze before finally speaking.
"are you okay, princess?" his voice was calm as he gently stroked your hair, knowing damn well you got emotional in the mornings sometimes. his 'bedroom voice' - that's what you called, don't judge - was enough to make your eyes sting, causing you to snuggle closer to his neck with a nod.
"'m okay".
you loved his bedroom voice - again, don’t judge the name you came up with -, it was special for you. it held something ethereal in the fact that he dropped a few octaves to talk to you and only you. the intimacy he could bring only by speaking more calmly to you, everywhere you both were together and tangled in each other's arms like right now.
everything was different. the setting, the weather, the clothes - it made you realize for the very first time in the six months of your relationship that dating itself shouldn't be overwhelming, tiring, or burdensome.
dating should feel like the books you grew up reading and the movies you grew up watching. anything other than that, it didn't belong to you in the first place.
you felt so comfortable in his embrace like you were floating on a fluffy cloud as the sun was slowly disappearing, so warm and safe. it was just the best, being with the man you loved, and nothing could come close to how you were feeling in his presence, surrounded by his unconditional love and care.
fuck, you were sounding like a corny teenager and it was embarrassing.
"y/n, you're going to tell me what's on your mind, aren't you?". the sound of his concern was evident in his voice, reminding you that - even if this man's thighs were the size of your head -, he still was worried and soft on the inside type of boyfriend.
you were his first girlfriend. gun-woo didn't know how to do things usually.
without missing a beat, you looked him in the eye for the question.
"i love you, gunwoo-ya". you started to pour your eyes out for no reason. you blamed the hormones, your mom would blame the weather and woo-jin would blame the books you read but you didn't care.
the corners of his mouth turned up in response, a soft, sincere smile stretching across his face because he was also just that: a lovesick puppy.
"i love you too". gun-woo wasn't expecting that, you could tell. he was too nonchalant for his own good sometimes.
like who the fuck wears pink bright shorts at his parents-in-law’s beach house? WITH NO SHIRT ON.
his eyes were full of love as he looked at you, the sun making the already beautiful landscape even more dazzling as time seemed to stop once more, everything but him disappearing at that moment. not being able to wait any longer, gun-woo then leaned his head up, pouty lips brushing yours teasingly for a moment before connecting in a proper kiss.
his touch was soft and tender, brushing against your mouth as he had so many times before, your tongue darting out to meet his briefly as his arms around your waist pulled you even closer. the sudden change in height since you got up from the bench was a different angle for both of you.
a silent moan escaped your lips as your barely clothed breast brushed against his, giving your boyfriend the perfect opportunity to slip his tongue properly inside your mouth for another taste.
his hands squeezed your sides lightly, applying just the right amount of pressure to feel good, and just as you were about to pull him even closer to deepen the kiss, he slowly pulled back, making you want his lips more.
a smile appeared on his face at that, the smugness behind it pouting in response. you straddled him so your faces were on the same level and suddenly the boxer went exe.error404
"jagi, your mom-". he spoke, his hot breath hitting your face with each exhale. you smirked at him.
he was so mean.
"how can you act innocent right after sucking my mouth dry a second ago, you monster?".
"but-". oh no. his cheeks were red, wide eyes searching for one of your parents to pop up from nowhere suddenly, hands finding no safe spot to grip at your sides, finally opting to put them in your waist, almost engulfing its whole circumference because of the size of his hands.
when a few moments passed and you still remained in the same state, he finally relented and sealed your lips once more in a quick kiss, one of his hands moving up from your waist to gently caress your swollen lower lip afterward.
“is that what you've been thinking about all this time, baby?". he asked embarrassingly, eyes avoiding your brown ones for all that was worth.
you nodded, your eyes roaming all over his face before reaching out to move some of the hair away from his eyes, gathering his attention.
"sorry, but yes". you pouted, a small smile starting to appear on the boxer's mouth. you could tell he was embarrassed to hear you confess he occupies your mind 24/7 as if he didn’t know that yet. "and that you are so irritably sexy".
not even one second after, gun-woo's hand is covering your mouth with his eyes wide open and a laugh escapes your lips. he instantly mouths for you to be careful.
"i didn't even say anything wrong!". you defend, automatically tracing his scar on the right side of his face like you are already used to, brushing his hair at the end.
"you want sexy time, i know you!". he whisper-shouts, now completely avoiding your gaze. you laughed.
"sorry". you were not. "it's not my fault you're wearing pink shorts! you can't do this to me, you're mean!". you whined on his lap.
"you were crying seconds ago, what happened?!". it was his turn to pout, looking genuinely confused at your change of emotions. "woojin-hyung said you were crazy when you guys first met".
"that old f-". gun-woo covered your mouth again, warning you. "he's lucky he didn't make it here".

When the Quiet Breaks | Kim Seokjin
Tumblr media
Chapter 5: Lost in LA
The key turned slowly in the lock. The metal groaned as if waking from a deep, undisturbed sleep.
Click.
You pushed the door open, and the scent of dust, wood, and old memories greeted you like a bittersweet song. Familiar, but foreign. This place hadn’t been touched in a long time—years, maybe. Not since you moved out. Not since you started a new chapter with Jin.
Not since you believed home would never feel lonely again.
You stepped in carefully, your shoes echoing on the hardwood floor. It was empty except for the furniture you had left behind—minimal but meaningful. The couch where you spent nights curled up after work. The shelves that held your favorite books and quiet dreams. The mirror by the door that once reflected a young woman brimming with hope and plans for her future.
You remembered the day you first bought this apartment. You were younger, driven, fiercely independent. You’d signed the papers on your own. No backup. No second opinion. Just you.
That was before Jin. Before love swept in like a storm and carried you somewhere else—somewhere brighter, warmer, but increasingly unstable.
You dropped your keys on the side table and stepped further in. Every footfall echoed like a memory.
This was the place where you first stayed up late thinking about what life could be like with someone. The place where you once imagined bringing Jin, before he ever knew what color your dishes were or how you took your coffee.
But you left it all behind for a future that was supposed to be better. A shared space. A shared bed. A shared name.
And now, you were back. Not because you wanted to be… but because it was the only place you could breathe again.
You walked into the bedroom, dust-covered sheets still draped over the mattress you’d once loved for its silence. You sat down at the edge, your eyes scanning the place that held no trace of him. No picture frames. No suits in the closet. No faint cologne in the air.
Just… you.
And for the first time in a long time, you felt just how heavy that silence was.
Your fingers slowly went to your hand, trembling slightly as they brushed against the metal that had felt so permanent.
The engagement ring.
You stared at it for a long time, the way it sparkled under the late afternoon sun streaming through the half-open blinds.
You remembered the proposal. Jin’s eyes shining with excitement. His nervous laugh. The way your heart said “yes” before your lips ever did.
You remembered the planning, the arguments, the adjustments. The way you always said it was okay even when it wasn’t. The way you kept dreaming for both of you.
And you remembered the cold dinner conversation. His words. “I just hope you’re not pregnant yet.”
The ache they left still hadn’t dulled.
Your breath hitched. And before you could stop yourself, the tears came. Silent at first. Just a trickle. Then a flood.
You clenched your hand. And slowly, carefully, pulled the ring from your finger.
It didn’t resist. It slid off like it was never meant to stay.
You placed it gently on the nightstand. Like a memory you didn’t know how to keep anymore.
And then, you broke.
You curled into yourself on that dusty mattress and sobbed like the pain had finally found its voice. Like the disappointment, the loneliness, the love that felt one-sided had all finally risen to the surface.
Jin’s name echoed in your chest, but not on your lips.
Your phone buzzed.
Again. And again.
You didn’t need to look to know who it was. Dozens of calls. Messages that went unread. Missed calls that stacked like guilt.
But you couldn’t talk to him. Not yet. Not when you still couldn’t stop shaking. Not when you didn’t trust yourself to say things you might regret—or worse, say things that might still hope.
You reached for your phone.
Not to answer.
Just one message.
Your fingers hovered over the keyboard, heavy with indecision.
Then, you typed:
“Meet me at the office tomorrow morning before you leave for LA. We need to talk.”
No “love.”
No emojis.
No softness.
Just the truth.
You hit send.
And then placed the phone face down, afraid of what the reply might be.
Outside, the city moved on. Lights flickered on in distant buildings. Car horns hummed. People laughed on sidewalks.
But inside, you lay curled up in your old bed, in your old apartment, feeling like the version of you who once lived here had been right all along—
Love was never supposed to be this lonely.
The screen lit up, your name flashing at the top of the message thread like it always had.
“Meet me at the office tomorrow morning before you leave for LA. We need to talk.”
He read it again. And again. And again. As if some new meaning would appear if he stared hard enough.
His hands were cold.
You hadn’t answered his calls. You’d left with your things. Left the apartment without telling him where you went.
Jin sat on the edge of the bed, the mattress still sunken where you used to lie. The air in the apartment was heavier without you. The engagement ring box you’d once slipped open to with trembling fingers was still on the nightstand. Untouched. Unmoved.
He buried his face in his hands.
This was all his fault.
Every late rehearsal, every canceled appointment, every time you smiled and said “It’s okay, I understand,” even when you were breaking beneath it. He thought your silence was strength. But now he understood it was the sound of someone slowly giving up.
He stood, grabbing a hoodie, running his hands through his hair, pacing aimlessly through the apartment. He couldn’t breathe in here. Everything smelled like you. The ghost of your shampoo. The scent of home cooking. The note you left on the fridge three weeks ago still hung, barely clinging to the magnet:
“Don’t forget to eat. I love you.”
He couldn’t even throw it away.
Jin didn’t sleep that night. He laid on the couch, fully dressed, staring at the ceiling, waiting for the sun to rise. Waiting to see you.
What were you going to say?
Were you going to end it?
He didn’t blame you if you did.
But he hoped—God, he hoped—that there was still something left. That maybe you asking to meet him meant you hadn’t let go completely. That maybe there was still a sliver of space left in your heart where he could make it right.
He dressed carefully the next morning. Not because he wanted to impress you. But because it felt like the last chance. His black coat hung heavy on his shoulders. He looked in the mirror. He didn’t look like someone who deserved you.
When he got into the car, the driver asked, “HYBE, sir?”
He shook his head. “No. Her office.”
The driver didn’t ask again.
The city passed in a blur of grey and silver, and his heart beat louder with every turn.
This was the meeting that might change everything.
This was the moment he might lose you.
And if he did—he knew it wasn’t just your absence that would haunt him.
It would be the echo of every moment he took for granted.
The moment he walked in, the air shifted.
Jin stood by the office door, eyes finding you immediately. You didn’t look up. You didn’t even breathe too deeply. You had rehearsed this moment so many times in your head that you were numb by now.
He took a step forward, cautiously. “Y/N.”
Your name on his lips—it didn’t sound the same anymore. It used to be warm. Now it sounded like a question. Like he was unsure if he still had the right to say it.
You finally looked up.
“Sit down,” you said quietly.
He obeyed, wordless.
The silence between you wasn’t peaceful. It was suffocating. Filled with all the unsaid things and all the things that had been said too late.
You folded your hands on your lap. “I’m done. I’m not going back to the apartment.”
Jin flinched, just a little. But it was enough. “You’re serious.”
“I’ve already moved some of my things. What’s left, I’ll get when you’re gone.”
His mouth opened, but nothing came out.
You pressed on, because if you didn’t, you’d break. “I didn’t want it to come to this. But I’ve reached a place where I don’t know how to keep giving and still feel like I matter.“
“Y/N,” he whispered, his voice cracking. “You know I love you.”
You looked down at your hands. “I know you love parts of me. But I’m not sure you ever really saw all of me.”
He winced.
You slowly reached into your coat pocket and took out the ring. The light caught it, glittering like a cruel memory.
Jin’s breath hitched. “No…”
You placed the ring on the table. “We’ll tell our families when you come back from LA. Let them have this week without questions. Without pain.”
His eyes glistened, and he shook his head slowly. “We were supposed to grow old together.”
“We were supposed to do a lot of things,” you said softly, “but I was the only one who dreamed of them out loud.”
Tears escaped before you could stop them. You wiped them away quickly. Jin reached out instinctively, but stopped when you leaned back, distant.
“I’m not angry anymore,” you said. “I’m tired.”
“I can change.”
You smiled sadly. “I believe that. But I can’t keep waiting for that version of you. I don’t even know who I am around you anymore.”
He stood up. “So that’s it? You’re done?”
“I wish I wasn’t,” you said honestly. “But I am.”
The silence stretched.
He stood frozen, like his body refused to accept the finality his heart already knew.
You slowly rose too, walking past him toward the door. And just as your fingers touched the handle—
“Wait,” he said, voice breaking. “Just… one last hug. Please.”
You paused.
And then, slowly, you turned.
Jin stepped forward and wrapped his arms around you tightly, desperately. You didn’t move at first. Then your hands lifted and held onto the back of his coat, the same way you always had when you didn’t want to let go.
But this time, you were the one who pulled away first.
“I hope you find peace,” you whispered, eyes shimmering. “Even if it’s not with me.”
He nodded, but couldn’t speak. His throat closed with grief.
You looked at him one last time.
“I’ll see you when you’re back. We’ll explain it together.”
And with that, you turned and walked away.
The ring still sat between you on the desk, cold and shining—like the ghost of something that once was.
And Jin stood there alone, the sound of the door closing behind you louder than any silence he’d ever known.
The sky was bluer in LA, brighter—obnoxiously so.
Jin stared at it through the window of the black van taking him from one location to the next, watching the sunlight dance between palm trees. People walked by with coffee cups and open smiles. Tourists laughed at unfamiliar streets. It all looked easy.
And Jin was drowning in all of it.
“Hyung?” Jungkook’s voice called gently from the other side of the van.
Jin blinked. “Yeah?”
“You okay?” The younger man looked concerned, brows pulled tight.
Jin nodded too quickly. “Fine. Just tired.”
Tired was an understatement. His body ached from flights and rehearsals, but nothing matched the heaviness sitting on his chest. He hadn’t slept more than three hours in the past two nights—not since that final conversation in your office, not since you placed the ring on the table and walked away like you were holding in a scream.
And he couldn’t even blame you.
He did this.
You had offered him your whole heart, your whole future, and he’d responded with silence. With fear. With a hesitant “I don’t know” when all you needed was reassurance.
Now all he had was that moment—looping in his mind like a punishment.
Back at the hotel – midnight
The suite was luxurious. Useless.
Jin sat on the edge of the bed, hands in his lap, phone by his side. Dozens of unread texts buzzed through from managers, stylists, producers. None from you.
He stared at the screen like it might change its mind and light up with your name.
It didn’t.
He had replayed your words a hundred times:
“I didn’t want it to come to this. But I’ve reached a place where I don’t know how to keep giving and still feel like I matter.“
And the worst—
“I’m done.”
You had said it with such quiet resignation it tore something open in him. You weren’t angry. You weren’t screaming. You had already mourned the relationship before he even noticed the cracks.
He rubbed his eyes with the heels of his palms.
He should’ve listened. Weeks ago. When you brought up the house. When you showed him baby names. When you cried and he walked out.
His throat tightened.
He had everything he ever wanted: the tour, the fans, the spotlight. But now it all felt weightless.
“We’ll tell the family when you return.
Let them have this week without questions.”
Even now, you were protecting him. Still thinking of his schedule, his stress, his career.
He let the phone drop to the bed and leaned back, staring at the ceiling.
What did you do all night? Did you sleep? Cry?
He didn’t know where you were staying. You didn’t tell him. You didn’t want him to follow. That hurt more than anything.
The next morning — rehearsal studio
The director was shouting over the speakers. Jin was out of sync. Again.
Yoongi pulled him aside.
“What’s going on?” he asked, low and direct. “You’re here, but you’re not here.”
Jin exhaled slowly. “She left.”
Yoongi blinked. “Y/N?”
“She gave back the ring. Said she can’t do this anymore.”
Yoongi’s jaw clenched. “Hyung…”
“I don’t know what to do,” Jin whispered. “I think I broke something I can’t fix.”
“Do you want to fix it?”
Jin looked at him, eyes bloodshot. “With everything I have. But I think she’s already gone.”
Silence.
Yoongi glanced around before putting a hand on Jin’s shoulder. “Then when you go home, you don’t go back to the life you had. You fight like hell for the one you lost.”
Jin didn’t reply.
Because what if you didn’t want to be found?
Later that night
He lay in bed again, staring at his phone.
He typed a message. Erased it. Typed another. Deleted it too.
What do you even say to someone who had already walked away?
He finally just sent:
I miss you.
It stayed unread.
He didn’t blame you.
But for the first time in years, Kim Seokjin—the man with everything—had never felt emptier.

No intro needed 😈 Is there anyone else before Vin? I can imagine Otsuyu having exes but it didn't work out as well due to her character (not in a bad way, I love how she's written!) and since you mentioned VinSuyu formed by slow burn. And obviously she's dating to marry 😌✨
Ohhh~ Hiya Dood! First off, thanks for appreciating Otsuyu the way she is :'D
Vin Jin is in fact her very first boyfriend! SHOCKING!
Not for the lack of potential suitors, I can imagine that she's fairly popular in school - especially (and she hates that) among the Comic-Dept. solely because she's japanese... But it really just stems from her own trust-issues, that it takes time for her to get to be comfortable around you and, well, when she crushed on someone it was always unfortunate - before Vin XD
So far she had a young teenage (~14 years old Otsuyu) crush on Akemis Husband Kurage ( OC by @mandarinasart ) - but she knew that she can't even dream of that because of the age-gap and that he's completely devoted to his wife. She's happy that the silly crush is long gone, they're a lot like father and daughter, which she is more than thankful about~
Tumblr media
Then she also had a crush on Mary Kim when they were first years, because she spent a lot of time with her, during the time Vin surrounded himself with other bullies. She confessed too, but was turned down softly - again, they're better off being friends and both are happy that the crush faded. It is the ultimate weapon to tease Otsuyu about and later even Vin Jin - because Mary Kim was FIRST. xD
Tumblr media
But even if she had a chance with either of them (in Kurages case hypothetically if it was ehtical / legal [same age and not married/in relationship]) things wouldn't have worked long-term. She has the tendency to be annoyingly clingy, up to mischief and i.e. Mary would have her hands full with holding her back and/or accountable - that would ruin any romance, let's be fair :'3
After she crushed on those two, it was like a bucket of ice, when she developed feelings for Vin. You can imagine her scolding herself, slapping her cheek in hopes to get a grip and taking cold showers whenever she thought of something romantic or even sexual (hormones be damned) with him. Luckily, Otsuyu quickly realised that she can't shake those feelings off and has to act on them - especially after Mary caught her swooning.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Luckily for her, despite Vin not having romantic feelings for her, he was open to the idea of having her as his girlfriend. To boost his reputation and ego, as well as to mock other guys who're still single. We all know that he'd take motivation from that AND he's not shying away from asking a girl for her number himself, next to the fact that he has come to care about Otsuyu and like her platonically at least. So win / win / win for Vin. xD
They'll definitely be very clumsy at dating at first, but that'll change rapidly once he catches feelings for her. That's also the point she'll want to date him for marriage. ;3c
TLDR: If she didn't have emotional baggage about trusting, she'd definitely dated before and it wouldn't have worked out in most cases, before Vin, but alas she has, Vin Jin is her first boyfriend. She DID crush on other people prior.
Funfact! In her Haikyuu!!Version she actually works well with different characters in a ship (which is why she is a multiship character over there) but in Lookism, she just fits Vin like a puzzle piece tbh - it was a WILD experience to have her concept ready while reading the manwha and unravelling Vin Jin.

BTS as k-dramas 𖡄̽ݴ᭄ᭂ ⠀
jungkook: dream high
Tumblr media
this drama got me into Korea in its all and into Kpop as well. it's so close to my heart I can't help but put it with my favorite Korean boy. the Kirin art school's students have a dream, and they grow up learning to become stars, ultimately succeeding, just like jungkook did.
jin: business proposal
Tumblr media
the main character is exactly how I imagine jin in a relationship to be like. a stoic, successful, kinda naive man who warms up and becomes devoted as soon as he sets his eyes on someone. and the rest his history.
taehyung: nevertheless
Tumblr media
i imagine taehyung loving this drama. its complicated explanation on love reflects all the flaws of the human spirit and portraits love as chaos in a life full of art.
jimin: true beauty
Tumblr media
jimin's just like Lee Soo Ho would like someone regardless of his flaws. I always imagines jimin as a kind and careful soul who cares about people's feelings and emphatazies with them. I imagine jimin to like light, fun and cute dramas and this is it.
namjoon: what's wrong with secretary Kim?
Tumblr media
namjoon gives me the impression of being a controlled and calm person, but just like young-joon he loses his composure when he likes someone and gets tested by a potential lover. I feel like he'd be as funny as the main character when he finds a partner who challenges him and, frequently, beats him at his own game.
yoongi: descendants of the sun
Tumblr media
if I ever imagine yoongi liking someone, I imagine him playing it cool. no drama, no embarassment, simply a cool strong man who admits he fell in love. in descendants of the sun life gets in the way of love one too many time and I imagine for yoongi too life sometimes is pretty heavy to carry around without getting crushed.
hosoek: strong woman do bong soon
Tumblr media
I thought hoseok belonged in an historical drama, but I see him as well as the ceo of a company who meets a strange girl who ends up being his bodyguard and lover. he's as funny as MinMin and he gives me Labrador boyfriend vibes.

Tumblr media
We start the episode off strong with Jang Uk getting exactly what he's always wanted: officially becoming a mage of Songrim's Jeonjingak. He gets new robes, a new spirit plaque, and bows to Lord Park and his fellow mages.
Tumblr media
NOW IT'S TIME TO PARTY! To celebrate his initiation, the Jang estate has paid for food & drink for everyone at Chwiseonru. Master Heo gives Lord Park a hangover prevention pill so that he won't get wasted trying to keep up with the young'uns. And Head Maid Kim reports the good news to Lady Do Hwa.
Tumblr media
I'm suddenly struck by the fact that this woman raised Uk by herself and she is the only family he has. I am filled with dread that she will die for him and I adore her! :(
Mudeok approaches behind them and we get a montage of all the progress Uk has made since they first met. He asks Mudeok how he looks in his new robes and she pretends to not know, so he changes tactics and asks her as his teacher. Mudeok replies that she thought Yul and Dang Gu looked good, but Uk looks 1000x better. She then gives him the same hangover cure from Master Heo and he splits it for them both.
Ooh, I love a good villain standing on a cliff moment! These two have gotta be the flashiest mfs in Daeho. More importantly, we now know how Jang Gang was able to perform the alchemy of souls.
Tumblr media
The queen doesn't understand why Jang Gang didn't make his son king and master hwansu using the ice stone. He could've ruled Daeho! He may be a shitty father but alas, not everyone is destined to be as excellent a villain as you, Your Majesty :D
It turns out that they found the ice stone 10 years ago. Or rather BU YEON did!!!!
Tumblr media
Jin Mu says that even at a young age, her divination power was strong. The queen says that Lady Jin thinks that her daughter is still alive, implying that the stone's power overwhelmed her and Bu Yeon fell off the boat and drowned. Jin Mu says that he will find her and use her to make Lady Jin his puppet.
Tumblr media
Jin Mu says he'll find a girl to play the part, which is honestly the stupidest thing he's ever said. He's assuming that Lady Jin's joy at finding her long lost daughter would make her stupid, when she already hates him. Why would she believe him? Anyway, if Bu Yeon was originally blind, then she's definitely the original soul inhabiting Mudeok's body. Or maybe her divine power made it hard for her to see normally?
We get some good villain music and the queen seems satisfied with her lackey's evil plan. It's enrichment! A villain can't be the only one with an evil plan. Evil sidekicks must also have their own evil goals, or they'll get bored and become the new primary villain.
Meanwhile, a blind girl is on a boat from Sari Village headed to Daeho Fortress. Apparently her "friend" stole all her things and fled to Daeho. And guess who that friend is?
Tumblr media
It's a tale as old as time: this girl is actually a thief and steals from the ladies on the boat with her. And she's not actually blind! She also has a ribbon with the Jin family crest on it.
Tumblr media
Either Bu Yeon is way different than I imagined, or this girl stole it from Mudeok. I'm willing to bet it's the latter. Anyway, I LOVE the nightclub vibe they've given Chwiseonru! There's flashing lights and the gisaeng has an almost autotune quality to her voice. And it's packed with mages dancing and drinking and singing along.
Yul is drinking alone and thinking about Naksu. Specifically about the way that she and Uk smiled at each other. UH OH!! Mudeok is on her way back to serve more drinks when she sees him and is confused why he's outside by himself. Yul explains that he got lost because he's tipsy and she says that she'll lead him back to the party.
He seems to be having a moral dilemma because he lied for her. He didn't tell his Masters the entire truth about Naksu and what he knows, and he's being eaten up by guilt.
Tumblr media
The grave mistake is his feelings for her. Yul says that he doesn't know what will happen to him in the future and Mudeok says that he will follow her. She says that the reason he gets lost when he's overwhelmed is because he is focused on too many things. She said that he should only focus on her and following her right now. Which is going to make him even MORE down bad for her lmao
While leading him back to the party, Mudeok mentions the illusion and asks what it said to him. He lies and says that the illusion said she was in love with him. This shocks Mudeok and she forgets to pretend that she's supposed to be into him. He asks if her feelings really were a lie, but Mudeok lies and says that her feelings are real. He picks a flower from a nearby bush and puts it in her hair.
Meanwhile the elders are also getting smashed and reliving the past.
Tumblr media
Master Heo and Head Maid Kim roast Lord Park for fumbling a baddie like Do Hwa and he said he did everything he could. He wrote poems and sent gifts! But apparently never actually confessed. HMK calls him out for his frustrating behavior but Lord Park doubles down and says, "If love is so fickle that I need to say it aloud, I don't want it. If a woman chooses to leave me and love someone else, so be it." This is apparently the last straw & HMK leaves.
HMK clearly has feelings for Park Jin, which is why she was so mad at him for not being direct. EVEN THOUGH SHE IS ALSO NOT BEING DIRECT!! In her frustration, she kicks her shoe into the water and tries to retrieve it with a stick. She almost falls into the water but is saved by Master Lee. It's a very silly scene in my opinion. He's very clearly ace and it kinda annoys me how the narrative tries to be like "yeah but we gotta remind you that he does have those urges sometimes, OK? Cuz normal people do."
Anyway, the Young Lady Heo from before turns out to be Master Heo's granddaughter! Apparently Master Heo hopes she'll marry one of the other Four Seasons boys, but she insists that she's only there to work at the clinic. Her servant (whose name is translated as Sun-i and written as 순이) says that they should've gotten the name of the arrogant mage from before so they could report him to Master Ho. Looks like Young Lady Yun Ok has a crush already though...
And as he's drinking with Master Heo, Uk also unwillingly becomes a marriage candidate for her. Lord Park tells Uk to thank Master Lee for vouching for him. Master Heo said that others almost misunderstood him because Uk used Naksu's trademark move of tansu. And then Dang Gu puts his whole foot in his mouth.
Tumblr media
Lord Park immediately demands that his nephew explain. Dang Gu says that Uk was frustrated that his energy gate was closed and said it as a joke. Uk confirms this and Lord Park has Yul remind Uk what the punishment for unsanctioned sorcery is. His energy will be completely cut off and he'll never be able to cast spells again. He'll also be banished from Daeho and more importantly:
Tumblr media
Having Yul be the one to say this is diabolical actually! He's the only one who knows that Mudeok is Naksu. But Uk isn't convinced why unsanctioned sorcery is bad.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He says that if he can save someone with magic, it shouldn't matter what kind it is. This is apparently an extremely upsetting answer for everyone at the table. Before anyone (other than Master Heo) has a chance to get too mad about it, Sang Ho reports that CP is here to see Uk. Everyone is immediately tense, since he officially lost the battle.
Even Uk says that he's sure CP was hoping for a funeral instead of a party, so the least he can do is greet him solemnly. (CHEEKY BASTARD). But parties and funerals have one thing in common: booze.
CP says that he's happy he lost because that means Daeho has powerful mages. He even offers Uk a drink he poured himself.
Tumblr media
Uk returns the favor by pouring CP a cup as well, saying he hopes CP becomes a great leader as well. To break the tension, Mudeok repeats this message and leads a round of applause. Lord Park is still apprehensive about CP and Uk interacting, since Uk is destined to become king.
At the Jin estate, Lady Jin orders Cho Yeon to burn the destroyed relics and throw them into Lake Gyeongcheondaeho. But then a servant arrives and says Lord Jin has returned, much to Cho Yeon's delight.
The return of her husband can mean only one thing: he found a girl who could be Bu Yeon. This girl's eyes are covered and she was found on a volcanic island. She has no memories of her parents, but also can't use spells. It's possible that she lost her powers being away from Jinyowon, but there's only one way to tell for sure. Lady Jin leads the girl to the door and has her touch it, but nothing happens. Disappointed, she leaves everyone. And we get some Bu Yeon lore!
She is actually blind! She senses that one of the birds has died and tells her mother.
Tumblr media
This is the only time we see Lady Jin smile which is so so sad. I'm not sure how young Cho Yeon was when her sister disappeared, but that means she must have had a mother at some point. Now all she has is an angry, distant person who scares her and a father who is never home. I feel sorry for her :(
It's been 10 years without results, so Lady Jin tells her husband to give up.
Tumblr media
Both me & Lord Jin are like "HUH???" As expected, she will do anything to find her daughter - even working with her slimy half-brother. At Chwiseonru, our little thief has returned to see Mudeok but is barred entry because of the party. She tries to pull rank on them by saying that she's from one of the Four Families which means she KNEW who Mudeok was!! Ju Wol shows up just as the girl is scurrying off and asks who it was.
The guards mention that she had the crest of Jinyowon.
Tumblr media
But the one who got slapped said she's not very powerful for a mage. Ju Wol thinks it's strange that someone would impersonate a mage, since the punishment for that within Daeho is death. The thief is obviously not from here. She climbs the wall to get a better look of the place and spots Mudeok. Apparently, the OG Mudeok was "foolishly kind" and therefore easy to manipulate.
CP sends his guards ahead and makes to leave, expecting Mudeok to stop him. At five paces, she does. He tells her that even though he hates Uk, he doesn't want Songrim as his enemy. She tells him that hiding his pettiness was a smart move. CP says he only shows his pettiness to her. He hates Jang Uk but also how Poodeok supports him.
Tumblr media
He tells her that if she interferes in a fight between them again, he'll kill her. So now TWO men have threatened her! The list keeps growing. Mudeok says that if she dies by his sword, she won't resent CP. This loyalty to Uk only further annoys him and he starts to leave.
Mudeok stops him and finally asks how his injuries are, which is what he was hoping for all along. Alas, she only has eyes for her pupil. He wasn't expecting Uk to use tansu, so he was surprised. CP then asks where his sachet is, after remembering Uk taunting him by saying Mudeok hung it by the outhouse. She pulls it out of her top and says that she would never treat something so precious that way.
After the party, Uk is understandably completely smashed. He has to be carried up the hill but Sang Ho makes everyone who's not a mage turn back. Mudeok continues on but is blocked.
Tumblr media
Now that Uk is a member of Songrim, she cannot enter. To make matters worse, Uk also can't leave Songrim until he's done with basic training. A plot-relevant reason for them to be separated? I'm sure nothing could go wrong!
Jang Uk is brought to Sejukwon because of "irregular breathing", but it's also his first time drinking so much. Master Heo treats him at first but thinks this would be a good opportunity set him up with Yun Ok, so he pretends to be tired and goes to bed. The show decides this is a great time to develop the secondary couples! Jang Uk wakes up with a hangover but is calmed into sleep by Yun Ok's gentle touch that reminds him of Mudeok.
Tumblr media
Outside of Songrim's gate, Mudeok uses Uk's outer robes to keep dry. But it seems like Yul couldn't bear to see her like that.
Tumblr media
Mudeok says she refuses to leave, but Yul says that doing so will undo all Uk's hard work. He says he will take her home and offers a hand to her. When Mudeok stands, she tells Yul to deliver a message: she will enter Songrim no matter what. Yul agrees and she turns to leave but not before he puts the umbrella in her hands. More excuses to hold hands, I see :)
He is still down bad for her, so Yul just stands in the rain watching her longingly. When Uk wakes, he's shocked to find that instead of Mudeok, it's Sun-i. The maid tells him that he should be grateful because Yun Ok took care of him all night. Uk remembers that when he saved her and panics at the thought of her telling the others.
Meanwhile, Yun Ok is meeting with Lord Park and HMK. The latter two are arguing, which is their way of flirting. Yun Ok asks what their relationship is and her grandfather whispers back that Lord Park is too stupid to recognize HMK's affections. Right as he asks how she knows Uk, he appears and asks to speak to her. Lord Park continues to fail to read the room and says that they can speak here. It's a personal matter and Uk drags Yun Ok away. So now ofc the elders ship them!
It turns out that Uk is worried about people finding out that he was chasing Gil Ju. She agrees to keep the secret and says that they should formally introduce themselves. It turns out Uk has heard a lot about her! Master Heo bragged about his granddaughter's beauty to everyone and now Yun Ok is even more embarrassed. Yun Ok is from the same town as Do Hwa, and even HMK remarked how similar Uk's mother looked.
When Yun Ok brings this up, Uk says that he can neither confirm nor deny similarities since he never met his mother. He thanks her for taking care of him all night and then immediately leaves, much to Yun Ok's disappointment. Yul and Dang Gu are chatting about Mudeok and see Uk heading somewhere in a hurry. "He must be on his way to see my uncle. He'll never agree," Dang Gu says.
Despite all the exceptions made up until now, Jang Uk is an official mage and must abide by the rules. Lord Park will not budge on this.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He assumes that Uk is using Mudeok to communicate with the one who taught him tansu. Uk says that Master Lee already vouched for him. Because he mastered ryusu and tansu so quickly, rumour has it that Jang Gang came back to train his son. Lord Park wonders if Uk is trying to get people to talk about him on purpose.
Tumblr media
Uk realizes that rather than risk having Lord Park find out that Mudeok is a soul shifter, he must abide by the rules. Meanwhile, Mudeok is trying everything she can to enter Songrim. She enlists Ju Wol's help again, but is denied. A gisaeng was killed over the spirit plaque last time. She tells Mudeok that Uk may have needed her while training but he doesn't now. All his future training will be taken care of by Songrim.
Sang Ho is put in charge of Uk's basic training and tells him that he can't leave the training hall until he has memorized the dos & don'ts of Songrim mages. As soon as Sang Ho leaves, HMK shows up. She tells Uk that she's proud of him for being obedient and then takes a tour of the room. The tables are too low and the chairs are uncomfortable in her opinion. But! That's not why she's here.
He tries to dodge the question by saying that he has a lot of work ahead of him. Before she leaves, Uk tells HMK to take good care of Mudeok since she's probably worried. HMK says that Mudeok should be happy since she went through so much shit for her Young Master. HMK says that Mudeok will become comfortable without him around. But that's not what he wants!
Mudeok leaves Chwiseonru but Ju Wol chases after her saying that Songrim is hiring servants. It's apparently extremely competitive to get in. When she returns to the Jang estate, Mudeok is excited to see HMK. She asks about Uk and when he'd come to see her. HMK happily tells her that Uk is following the rules and she should just enjoy the flowers and eat well.
She then asks Mudeok if she knows who Uk is into.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Mudeok is like, "but I'm his egg..." And takes out the jade egg he gifted her. In the classroom, Uk is also holding his egg and says that he misses her. Has it really not occurred to anyone other than Yul that these two are not normal about each other????
Overall, it felt like most of the important stuff happened in the beginning and the rest of it wasn't that interesting. I'm wondering if now Mudeok will see Uk in a different light after hearing HMK's words? It will take a lot to melt an assassin's heart but Uk has done a pretty good job so far!

Han Kang’s books sell out as South Korea celebrates her Nobel prize in literature
Nine of the Top 10 bestsellers in Korea’s largest bookstore chain are works by Han with her win being honoured by politicians, authors, readers and the entire country
Queues of customers spilled out of South Korea’s bookshops yesterday and online stores crashed as readers tried to get their hands on the work of the new Nobel prize winner, Han Kang.
The country’s largest book chain, Kyobo Book Centre, said sales of Han’s books boomed on Friday, with stocks selling out almost straight away, reported Reuters.
South Korean politicians, authors and readers celebrated her win. President Yoon Suk Yeol congratulated her in a Facebook post, and in parliament multiple government hearings were paused as officials cheered the news.
“I was very surprised when I was first told the news of the award. When the phone call ended, I slowly regained my sense of reality and started to feel emotional,” Han said. “Thank you very much for selecting me as the winner. The huge waves of warm congratulations that were delivered to me throughout the day were also surprising. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
Tumblr media
“Han Kang is a brilliant novelist who reflects our modern condition with courage, imagination, and intelligence,” said the Korean-American author of Pachinko, Min Jin Lee. “She is most worthy of this global recognition.”
Han became the first South Korean to win the Nobel prize in literature yesterday. “If one Korean novelist must win the Nobel prize in literature, it would have to be Han Kang,” said South Korean author Sung-il Kim.
Nine of the Top 10 bestsellers listed on the Kyobo site are Han’s works. The top seller, The Vegetarian – her 2007 novel which was translated into English in 2015 by Deborah Smith and subsequently won the International Booker – has climbed more than 350 places.
“We cheer and rejoice,” said South Korean author Kim Bo-young. “I am even prouder and happier that this winning of the prize directly refutes the foolishness of trying to hide and distort Korea’s past history.”
Han’s works often address historical traumas. Her 2014 novel, Human Acts, is about the May 1980 Gwangju uprising, while her 2021 novel – to be published in English with the title We Do Not Part in February next year – looks at the 1948-49 Jeju uprising.
Tumblr media
“As soon as I heard the news of Han Kang’s Nobel prize win, I thought of her dedication to writing novels that address marginalised and discriminated groups,” said South Korean author Jeon Heyjin. “The next thought was that Han Kang is from the Honam region, like Kim Dae-jung.” Kim was the president of South Korea between 1998 and 2003, and received the Nobel peace prize in 2000.
“The Honam region and Gwangju have both suffered from discrimination and prejudice, endured the atrocities of dictatorship, and played an important historical role in sustaining democracy in Korea during harsh times,” she added. “I believe that, like Kim Dae-jung, Han Kang also represents the pain and discrimination of modern Korean history through her work while demonstrating the courage for all of us to move toward a better future.”
Han’s father said that the new laureate may decide to avoid the limelight, according to Reuters. “She said given the fierce Russia-Ukraine, Israel-Palestine wars and people dying every day, how could she celebrate and hold a joyous press conference?”
He said that Han received the news of her win about 10 to 15 minutes before the rest of the world found out. She was so surprised by it that she at one point thought it might be a scam.

You Belong with Me
Tumblr media
I am back after quite long literally. I wanted to continue Jin's part. So here it is! Though I am still stuck with next part of instalment, that's Jimin's part. It's just that he's too sweet for me to imagine him as a yandere :(
Warnings: Yandere! Not my best work, lol. xD
“How could you do this Jin?!” shouted Lord Kim as he walked back and forth in the chamber of their home. He expected such behaviour from his youngest but Jin, his prodigious child? Lord Kim felt furious, “You have left me embarrassed and ashamed to face society. How dare you try to make a filthy maid the lady of this house!!”
Jin stood near the window looking at the vast expanse of the garden. “Then don’t. You are old now, just retire.” Jin replied without looking back. His nonchalance acted like fuel to fire for Lord Kim’s rage.
“You..you insolent child!” Lord Kim marched towards Seokjin.
Jin moved back effortlessly before Lord Kim could hit him. His eyes had lost all the calmness. “Don’t force me father. You know the result won’t be good if you try to go against me,” He smiled, as he bored into his father’s eyes, “I can get you removed any day from this precious little position you hold so dear. Don’t try your luck against me, it will be a losing battle.”
Jin gave one final look to his family, “All of you listen”, his shrewd eyes settled on their faces one by one, “I am going to marry her. None of you will or can stop me. Understood?” Lord Kim and his wife trembled under his gaze. They had created a monster. Jin did not move till they all nodded their heads.
A smile spreaded on the devil’s angelic face. “That’s good! See, I knew you would be able to see it. Let’s begin the wedding preparations! I will go bring my queen.” In his twisted mind, any opposition to his desires was met with a chilling ferocity. A warning to anyone who dared stand between him and the object of his affection fixation.
   *-------*--------*
Choi could not believe it. Such humiliation, such affront on an influential Minister like him. A palpable tension hung in the air. “Where are all the servants?!” he screamed.
Mr. Na came running on hearing the enraged voice of his Lord. “Lor-”
Enraged Choi yelled “Shut up! Bring that bitch to me. How dare she ruin my plans.”
“Yes, my Lord.” Mr. Na had no choice. He felt bad for Binna. The poor girl’s life was hard enough with loans on her head and her brother was still young. Na took pity on her and got her the job with much difficulty a few months back. It seemed like black clouds followed her along. With much dejection, Mr. Na turned to bring Binna.
   *-------*--------*
This was bad. The house was in a frenzy since the Kim’s left. Binna didn’t know what to do. She could feel her heart thumping against her chest. She had not anticipated the storm; her mere presence would stir within the household. Heck, she had not anticipated that her life would become upside down in a flash. Binna looked at Ms. Da Eun sitting forlorn.
“Ms. you have have to believe me” Binna begged with tears, “I don’t even kno-..you have to believe Ms…” Binna whispered looking at Ms Da Eun, “please”
Da Eun’s eyes conveyed her hatred for Binna.
“People like you, don’t deserve kindness.” Da Eun sniffed, “I took you in, pitying you. Treated you like a friend. And look where it got me. Who will marry me now?!” Da Eun turned away from Binna. She couldn’t bear to look at her face.
“Just go away. Leave” Da Eun resigned.
“Aghassi, please just listen to me onc-”
“I said leave,” Da Eun pushed Binna in her rage. The vase near her broke, hurting Binna’s feet.
“How hard is it to understand that I am not interested in listening to you? Go”
*-------*--------*
Tears dropped from eyes as felt herself suck in air to breathe. Binna decided to leave. It was the best decision she could make for herself and Ms. Da Eun. Binna’s loyalty belonged to Miss Da Eun and Mr. Kim’s action had left a tumultuous turn of events in its wake. His gaze made her feel dirty. And his actions impure. With renewed resolve Binna began to pack her bags as fast as she could. She needed to leave now. If his promise was true, he would come and Binna knew she would be too helpless to take a stand against the Defense Minister’s son. Binna felt a shiver run down her spine as she recollected his maddening gaze. It was dark, possessive and sinister. She needed to run and she needed to do it now.
Engrossed in her packing, she did not notice Mr. Na had entered her room.
“Binna”
“Aaah” She shrieked with her heart jumping out of her chest. “Mr. Na! You scared me. What are you doing in my room this late?” Binna enquired.
The solemn expression of Mr. Na’s face made her more weary. “Is it Mr. Kim, is he here” Her eyes conveying her fear.
Mr. Na shook his head and sighed. “Binna, why did you seduce him? Lord Choi is too angry.”
She could not believe it. He too thought of her in the wrong? Binna felt a pinch. “Mr. Na” She quavered, “you have to believe me. I did not, Mr. Na. I would never.” her voice rose.
“You were caught in the room alone with him..Binna. That too in an indecent position.” Mr Na snapped. “Now come with me, Mr. Choi has called you.”

My choice of binge in drama drought? Rewatch of the delicious delicious melo Missing You.
Why yes, it IS young Yeo Jin Goo and equally young Kim So Hyun as child version of the protagonists whose adult versions are played by Yoon Eun Hye and Park Yoochun (both of whom have not done any dramas in over a decade; him because of scandal and not sure about her but who back before all that stuff I used to adore so you can imagine my glee watching this first time.)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Missing You (also known as I Miss You) is the kind of old school melo that does not get made any more or at least if it would, it would be crazy makjang, not this earnest vibe that is somehow low key despite the dramatics, if it makes any sense.
This is the type of story where terrible things happen to good people and every time you think it's done, the story goes "well, actually..." (but yes, it ultimately has a happy ending.)
Our FL's life sucks. Her father is abusive, her mother a drunk. Then her father gets convicted for murder and she becomes utterly persona non grata in their small town. Her one ray of sunshine in Jeong Woo, the only son of a wealthy family, who is just sunshine in human form and who becomes her friend. His father btw is a total psycho even if not to his son (at one point he sics the dogs on his own small child half brother his wealthy dad created in his dotage because he does not want to share his fortune.)
But ultimately, this is not a story about a girl mistreated by the town who makes a friend or even of a rich family's money mad shenanigans.
This is a story of adults haunted by an act of horrific violence in their childhood. Because both Jeong Woo and Soo Yeon, two sweet 15 year olds, get kidnapped by a psycho. And while Jeong Woo manages to escape. Soo Yeon is raped before she's rescued.
And so Soo Yeon has to live with that trauma and Jeong Woo has to live with his moment of cowardice (understandable as a kid of course but...)
When they meet as adults, her as a fashion designer living with wealthy, mysterious "Harry" (not really a spoiler - he's the grown up version of the kid she helped, the kid half brother of ML's dad I mentioned - yes the love triangle involves an uncle and nephew, I told you this is MELOOOOO) and him as a cop who's dedicated his life to atonement, they are both vvvvvvvv fucked up and deliciousness goes from there.
Have a MV aptly titled "Cry"

I Miss You - Sometimes I start missing you! N.R.G
Scans credit: S.E.S. Magazine Archive on Naver / see the original article online (archived)
Leafing through the pages of remembrance...
NRG, who'd presented a masculine image with their title track "Face", now try to change their image with the mid-tempo follow-up "You! Me!". They've transformed themselves into young aristocrats with neat hairstyles and luxurious formal wear. We reveal their precious memories in this no-laughing-matter "bad boy report". Coverage: Im Jae-hyeon / Photography: Jo Won-jin
Kim Hwansung
The eardrum rupture incident
Hwansung was born in Gwangju, South Jeolla on February 14, 1981, as the youngest child among one sister. In the 20 years he's lived, he's had many shocking things happen to him. Out of those, the most memorable incident to him is the time his eardrums split. He's gotten surgery and can now hear normally, but we almost couldn't have had the singer Kim Hwansung. Now, let's reveal the whole story. Hwansung's least favorite TV show is Korean Ghost Stories.
Hwansung's hate for the show started when he was about 3 or 4 years old. He and his family were sitting in front of the TV, watching Korean Ghost Stories as usual. He might have been especially scared then, or a frightening ghost might have appeared, but young Hwansung was so surprised that, in a frenzy, his eardrums ruptured. His family turned upside down over their one and only son, and they sent him to the hospital to get a big surgery. Of course, since this was when he was young, Hwansung says he doesn't remember much. But when he imagines what happened, he thinks it must have been horrible.
The youngest runaway (?)
At first glance, Hwansung looks like a model student, but in fact he has himself a distinguished past (?). He ran away from home in his fifth grade of elementary school.
Hwansung was a diligent student ever since he was young, and starting from 2nd grade he received private tutoring. But since he was spending time studying when one would usually play about, he realized he wanted to romp around like his friends. Eventually, his extra classes stressed him out so much that he decided to run away. Hwansung wanted most to visit an amusement park and enjoy the rides, so he gathered some money and aimlessly rode the rides. But it promptly got dark, and Hwansung realized he didn't have a place to sleep. After a while of hesitation, he called his mother and finally returned home after four hours. He says that he was quite immature thinking about it now, but that it was fun and not an entirely bad memory. Who knows—maybe Hwansung might be Korea's youngest runaway.
Memories of his first love
Hwansung first caught the love bug in 2nd grade. He first encountered his first love 11 years back from now. She was named Kim Pyoseon and had long, tied up hair and black eyes. Maybe because her name was quite unique, he still remembers it now. The girl, whose whole face including her eyes was round, was the president of Hwansung's class and even sat next to him in class. She completely stole Hwansung's heart, but Hwansung couldn't figure out how she felt about him. Then, one day, there was a test. Hwansung was struggling with a question when she helped him cheat. The two ended up being caught by the teacher, but through that incident Hwansung grew certain that she liked him. After that, Hwansung made many precious memories with her until she eventually left his life. Even now, his heart warms when he thinks of her.
Moon Sunghoon
His first exam
Sunghoon was born on October 15, 1980 in California, as the middle child out of three brothers. Before he was born, his mom dreamt that she was on a trip—but inside her bag was not travel gear, but a stunningly beautiful gem. Soon after, Sunghoon was born.
The first time he took a test after moving to Korea was in 3rd grade, but his Korean was so weak the letters on the paper merely seemed like pitch black ink. It was then that a student behind him explained the answers to every question, and so he ended up achieving a good grade. He says that if a chance comes where he can reunite with that student, he'd like to thank them.
His day of humiliation
Sunghoon was his school's vice president in elementary school. There was one day where all the students would gather in one room and have to talk. The day prior, Sunghoon had written down what he was going to say, prepared by memorizing and practicing his pronunciation, and then went to sleep.
He might have practiced too hard—he slept in late, and rushing to school he forgot the paper on which he had written his speech. When he stepped on the platform, about to say his piece, his mind drew a blank. His peers laughed as his face reddened and the room fell silent; caught in a rough spot, Sunghoon ended up butting his head on the microphone while trying to introduce himself. The kids couldn't stop laughing, and that day became the most humiliating of his life.
What happened on field day
Sunghoon was was a major joker when he was young, to the point where he'd play until his body gave out. In his first year of middle school, he broke his legs while tightrope walking after the rope broke, and in his third year he had to wear a cast after breaking an arm in a car accident. On field day, there was a relay match between classes, and Sunghoon got picked as the first runner.  Deciding he'd have to foul if only for his class, he grabbed the baton with his bandaged arm and outran the other class's students to first place. The moment he was supposed to hand the baton over, the baton fell from his hands, and Sunghoon's class ended up at last place. He says because of this he got into the class's bad books.
Noh Yoomin
A bloody fight with his brother?
Yoomin was born on November 12, 1980, as the middle child among three boys. Before he was born, his mom dreamt that she saw tens of snakes piled up at a rock while hiking up a mountain; that was her conception dream.
Yoomin grew up in a wild (?) environment, on account of only having brothers. Broken bones and nosebleeds from fighting twelve times a day with his younger brother were child's play. One time while having fun with his younger brother, Yoomin hit his brother because he wasn't listening to him. But on the sight of blood surging from his crying brother's mouth, he was caught off guard and hid in his room. Yoomin says that eventually, his dad found out he had broken his brother's tooth, which got him a massive scolding.
The transfer student who sat next to him
Yoomin's most memorable seatmate was a kid who transferred to his school in 6th grade. Holding the hand of the teacher as they sent off the day as usual was a pale-faced, wide-eyed kid of small stature. He couldn't help but be stunned at her pretty looks, so when the girl happened to sit next to Yoomin he mentally cheered "woo-hoo!". He says from that day on he spent more time looking in the mirror to look good for her. He was quiet and well-behaved and stood up for her if anyone was unkind, though he says it's a shame that they graduated without any outstanding incidents. But recently he met the girl again—she was as pretty and kind as ever, and for the few days he attended that class reunion his heart fluttered.
I hate running the most!
Yoomin's been the king of all kinds of things, but the one he's worked the hardest (?) on is "the king of tardiness". He says that once a week, he was on the verge of not going to school at all—you can imagine the situation from there. He was a celebrity amongst tardy students; if he was supposed to be at school by 8 o'clock, he would come in at 9. Usually when he was late, he had to run a few laps around the playground, but rest was given according to order of arrival, so he always ran alone until the very end. That was because Yoomin's least favorite activity was running. Whether it was a 100-meter run or a long run, he always came in last place, so as the athletic meet approached, he suffered from anguish. Fortunately, he was always the captain of the cheerleading squad, so he was able to regain the trust of his friends.
