jigokuraku modern au headcanons pt 1
(did someone say jigokuraku modern au)
TW: violence, assault, and many more related themes you think this au will not have the same drama as they had in canon? this au will still have it regardless bcos I am angsty like that. btw imma do this per character so it's elaborated hehe
gabimaru
used to become a part of the yakuza, particularly the top hitman of the Iwa family (see my reference there)
his parents were both hitmen who tried to run away from the yakuza but were killed by osa, later on adopted him legally and made him yui's fiance at birth
contrary to canon, he's been interacting with yui a lot before their formal engagement ceremony so yeah they be closer than ever but they weren't obviously close
ran away with yui from the yakuza bcos he wanted the two of them to live normal lives so they stayed at a rundown apartment for like a few days, hiding from the yakuza constantly
that is until he was forced to confront osa and kill him mercilessly by disembowelling him and shooting his head 10 times
his last act as the hollow involved killing 4 to 5 men with a helmet and scissors after they almost harassed yui
stayed at a crime and rehabilitation center owned by the yamada clan afterwards since they were both minors plus yui was dealing with ptsd episodes
he and yui are still part of the iwa family tho but the yakuza part of the clan is not after them anymore
was still able to continue school bcos of jikka's interference (uhh let's just say he became the gabiyui caretaker) so yeah he transferred school midway in his term
people are still sht scared of him bcos of his reputation as a delinquent
none of the yakuza underdogs from other clans fight him anymore after receiving news of his defect from the iwa clan (shija just gives him criminal offensive side eye tho)
he is actually yui's kouhai in their school tho so he was always around the second years' building waiting for her during lunch and after school hours
he is classmates with toma tho (who gives him criminal offensive side eye bcos he fought with chobe once and it ended up with chobe almost dying, well gabi too but still)
constantly getting recruited by martial arts and other related clubs but he turns them down bcos he doesn't wanna deal with any sort of fighting
actually helps yui during her library committee duties (but is still not a member)
sometimes, he part-times as a delivery guy from a logistics company just so he can have his own allowance to buy things
is actually so smart in academics but is so rude like if you ask him abt a subject he would say "why don't you get this? it's easy" but he just means well (accdg to him at least)
goes to school riding a motorbike with yui sitting behind him (and yes that spot is reserved for her only)
girls don't usually pay attention to him until he starts showing off his athletic skills or when they see him without a shirt and they're like "I didn't know Gabimaru-kun is so hot"
yes, especially when he wears glasses 🥵🥵🥵
yui
as a child, she wanted a normal life like she didn't want the yakuza part of the family to be bestowed on her
yeah until osa slapped her face and beat her up so she would know her place as a woman of the iwa family
the smile left her since then, which saddened gabimaru to some extent since he has always known her for her life and beaming happiness
she and gabimaru got closer as they age but they mostly meet in private and it wasn't until gabimaru opened up abt not wanting to kill that they cemented their relationship into "more than just two people in an arranged marriage"
so they ran away, only for osa's men to catch her being alone in a rundown apartment, then they tried to harass her
even burned her face, a reminder of the yakuza's imprint on her
yui healed after being taken to a crime and rehabilitation center, accepting everything that has happened and finally being able to live with gabimaru in peace
now that she is a normal high school girl, you would think yui's life is rainbows and colorful butterflies
nah, she only got nasty rumors abt her being a spoiled yakuza princess and the scar might be an appeal for pity
fun fact: yui is in the same year as tenza, sagiri, and yuzuriha but sagiri and yuzu are from different class
one time tenza was helping yui with class duties bcos there were a lot of heavy materials and girls think she was two-timing gabimaru
so they confronted her abt it at the back of the school building, even threatened to do something to gabimaru, and the next thing yui broke the bones on their wrists (you think yui can't? she can. it's canon that she can crush chestnuts with bare hands)
and it was widespread around school to a point where people constantly avoided being involved with the gabiyui couple at this point
she's a member of the library committee which made all students wary bcos yeah bone-breaking incident
has actually high grades but not enough to make her an honor student (it's almost at par with gabi)
her cooking skills are on-point tho that some of her classmates go to her for cooking tips especially when it's time for their cooking class
she still gets money from the iwa family tho; is even owning a private villa somewhere near a beach as an inheritance from her father
has started making short videos of her cooking online
she actually got a real engagement ring from gabimaru and a promise that they'll marry once he turns 18
sagiri
best cinnamon girl who can cut you
has rich girl academia vibes since she is the daughter of the yamada crime and rehabilitation center ceo
besties with fuchi and senta despite them being at the university
met gabimaru by fighting him in the streets after she accidentally caught him killing a target (and yes, she won that one)
and then she tried knowing where he was going until she found out the address to the rundown apartment and met yui
since then, she's been rooting for the two
yeah until the whole yakuza shenanigan thing
but afterwards, the gabiyui couple got to know her more and even relied on her at times
ngl she might appear calm and composed, but she a diehard fangirl of romance drama and stuff 😭😭😭
even collects posters of this one male actor bcos the acting was so superb and he so handsome
also secretly goes to cafes bcos she likes sweet things until yuzuriha discovered her true self and motivated her to slowly come out of her shell
knows a lot abt beauty products and stuff, particularly body care like you can smell her floral fragrance from a mile away
almost tried to beat up shija bcos they were lurking around the campus, wanting to get gabimaru back to being a yakuza hitman (shija's from a different school)
she doesn't mind yuzuriha flirting with her and up to this day, she still thinks she's joking
but if you ask her, she cares about yuzuriha a lot. LIKE A LOT
she still wants to be the head of the yamada clan despite her father's sexist remarks
yuzuriha
former hacker and thief; used to pickpocket valuable items at the mall for her sick sister (eventually died though)
still continued her old ways until she got tired of it and just wanted to enjoy a life of not running away from the police
she met senta who told her she has the potential to live a free life and in turn, she inspired him to follow his path towards theology
also met sagiri from there bcos I love yuzugiri interactions thank you very much
tbh being around senta and sagiri influenced yuzuriha to work hard for her own money by working at the nearby convenience store
despite rumors suggesting she was a pick up girl, meeting men at random places to have sex and get money
annoys gabimaru to no end bcos she just likes riling him up like that (in return, he would remind her of her unrequited feelings towards sagiri)
"so anything new happening with you and wifey?"
"yui's not my wife yet"
"oh? so when's the wedding?"
"how about you? confessed to sagiri yet?"
also helps sagiri during her internship at the Yamada Crime and Rehabilitation Center (like retrieving info and stuff)
also goes to the same class as her at school
but despite being close to sagiri, yuzuriha maintains average-ish scores??? ngl she is smart if she puts her head to it but nah she wants a carefree life so yeah all grades are enough for her to graduate
girls hate her guts bcos many men are after her since "she dresses so scantily like a slut"
they don't bully her tho cause yuzuriha can beat them up fr
senta
best boy hehe
contrary to canon, he was able to pursue theology as his course for college (yay) despite his family's disapproval
is into arts and sht like he paints and writes a lot to the point when he struck a convo with yuzuriha just so she can become the muse of his arts
admires yuzuriha so much that he ships her with sagiri (is basically president of the yuzugiri ship)
although he retired from helping the Yamada Crime and Rehabilitation Center, there are times when he lends a hand fuchi and sagiri whenever they need him
he was actually the one who recommended gabimaru to go to the same school as yuzuriha and sagiri
still drops by his old high school to submit a few papers to shion and visit the yuzugiri couple every now and then
he tutors yuzuriha during his free time and reprimands her every time she slacks off (which is rare and scary, according to yuzuriha)
like she was really expecting a gentle and nice tutor only to see another form of demon 😨😨😨

Welp. @splatoonfan88 here.
MAKI YAIBA VS AYANO AISHI
Schools out!
Ayano Aishi info:
Height: 5 foot 4
Weight: 95lbs
Weapons:Axe, Baseball Bat, Bokken, Box Cutter, Circular Saw, Crowbar, Fantasy Sword, Katana, Knife, Pipe, Magical Girl Wand, Old Axe, Ritual Knife, Scissors, Screwdriver, Shinai, Shovel, Sword, Syringe, Any weapon that is nearby or she can get her hands on.
Strengths: Despite being an unfinished mess Ayano has become the image of Yandere’s in gaming, Peak human strength (Despite her petite stature Ayano possesses impressive strength, Can kill any other student and faculty member with single hits, Can push large dumpsters several times her size, Can snap peoples necks with ease), Peak human durability (Can withstand hits from a Martial Arts Master), Athletic speed (Is the fastest student in her school), Gifted intellect (Can create complicated plans to remove supposed ‘threats’ to her happiness without anyone realising), Is highly skilled with stealth and deception (Killed at least ten students over ten days without being caught, Can frame other students for her crimes), Can see peoples auras even through walls with Yandere Vision, When pushed to the brink Ayano will enter SNAP mode granting her far greater strength.
Weaknesses: Despite her abilities Ayano is completely human and can be killed by normal means, If her Senpai is killed or rejects her Ayano will lose all will and reason to live, SNAP mode can only be entered if her Senpai is killed or rejects her and will end in her own suicide. Her dev is kind of a creep. Also if you want to add them the Easter egg menu is an extra and not canon and even then she can only use 3 a day and each one has a weakness. (She can only use timestop once she can't control the black hole and it dosent really work like a black hole she needs certain items for certain costumes the captain falcon and Saitama outfits have an audio Cue she's going to punch. The sans one can only use basic telekinesis the demon hands require her to kill a student in the occult clubs room on the pentagram with the ritual knife. Etc.)
Maki Yaiba info
Height: 6 foot
Weight: 167lbs
Weapons:Bare Hands.
Strengths:as a highly skilled UA student and maybe even 3-B's strongest of the next generation of MHA students she's quite the powerhouse. Extreme Strength (Out muscled Captain Saito who in a fight with okita when both were in modern times as Kiruyu and Goro punched Goro through multiple floors of a large stone hotel so hard the building shook and all the windows shattered. Saito has out muscled people who regularly break 5 ton boulders with their heads and throw around 1 ton statues. Shpuld scale to kaito and Bun kaito has accidentally derailed trains with simple kicks and Bun scaled to people who have thrown chunks of moutaind at folk) Extreme durability (she can apperntly take as much as she gives. Also once got hit by an attack comparable to a united states of smash which at its weakest was comparable to a nuke and leveled a city block.) Superhuman speed (Speed blitz almost all of Buns classmates and most of them attack faster then most can blink and her outspeeding Dark shadow means she can go faster then lightning.) High skill (she's got 6 black belts in different martial arts and she's a skilled grappler and wrestler flexible and adaptive in combat great at exploiting weaknesses.) Suprising intelligence (she's a very skilled mechanic.)
Weaknesses:her singing skills aren't going to be much help. Dosent fight with weapons. Is prone to fits of rage (but then again considering who her adoptive parents are.) Lacks ranged options. Despite her insane feats she is still human.

Okay so after a lot of planning and writing down stuff, here it is! A full breakdown of all the deaths in the AU, in order and with everyone's motives.
Chapter 1
Motive: If a murder doesn't occur in 48 hours, all students participating in the killing game will be executed.
As the countdown is rapidly coming to an end, Chica tries to reason with Springtrap and convince him to open the school's front gate. It's something the class had been discussing since they first got trapped inside, but he continues to refuse saying that it might get him killed. She argues that him not opening the door will get them all killed, but he insists that it will not- if whoever is behind this whole thing just wanted them dead, they'd have killed them all already, instead of preparing this absurdly complicated set-up of kidnapping and trapping them in a building. Chica considers his words, but disagrees.
Finally, he mentions that even if he wanted to open up the door, he probably couldn't do it before the countdown ended now, given how little time there is left. There's less than an hour left, and studying a security door he's unfamiliar with and disarming it without proper tools would take him much longer than that, if he can even manage it.
As he is about to leave the room to go back to his dorm, Chica watches the time anxiously, and considers her situation- the two of them are alone, in the middle of the night, with no witnesses around. He might be right in that nothing will happen if the countdown reaches zero... But if he's not, then this might be the only chance she gets to strike. Her only shot at saving herself or her classmates.
So, she grabs her sewing scissors from her dress pocket, and gets close enough to strike him directly on the neck. If it's already too late for him to help with opening the door- well, she supposes that he'll help by being a sacrifice.
Chapter 2
Motive: The mastermind reveals that one of the students is working for them, but gives no hint as to who this mystery person might be.
With one death and one execution having already happened, tensions are high on the group, and the reveal of a possible traitor only makes them higher. Everyone is pointing fingers and trying to sniff out who's the enemy hiding among them, despite some of the characters attempts at keeping the peace.
Toddy, in particular, is a ball of nerves. She's never been good at trusting others- in a situation as dire as this? She can barely even stand to be around any of them. There's hope that her family might come rescue her, but who's to tell they'll arrive in time?
So, with few options at hand, she tries to use what few information she has of her classmates to try and figure out who the traitor is- and kill them. That way, she might have a shot at escaping, or at least delaying her death. After some time of thinking, she settles on someone: Loon. His talent would be most useful for an informant, she decides, and he's always trying to hide away or blend in instead of standing out, like his hiding himself. Taking him down might be her ticket out.
So, she tries to attack him with a knife... But he manages to see her coming, and tries to defend himself. In the ensuing struggle, Loon ends up accidentally stabbing her, leading to Toddy dying instead of him. Freaked out over what he did but too afraid of being executed to tell the others, he tries his best to hide his tracks.
Chapter 3
Motive: Each student receives an envelope with their name on it- inside its their darkest or most shameful secret. All secrets will be revealed if someone doesn't kill within a 24 hours.
When Golden receives his secret, he starts worrying a lot- because more than it being his own secret, it's one from his family, and all the vile things they've done in the name of power. Government bribery and corruption, market abuse, embezzlement... And the false imprisonment of anyone that tried to call them out on their crimes. He knows what they've done hurt many people in desperate situations, and doesn't want that to color his classmates' perception of it. So, he reaches out to someone he thinks might be able to help: the therapist of the group, Cami.
Cami does wish to help him at first, but upon hearing some of the details he mentions, she quickly realizes that what his family did impacted her personally. She's an orphan, who grew up in foster care, surrounded by understaffed and undertrained personnel. In an orphanage that had little funding and had to rely almost exclusively on donations, in a building that looked close to falling apart. Many times she'd heard people trying to campaign for more help for kids like her, but the government had never answered to their pleas. And all this time, a shitty company had been trying to give them even less money and support to line their pockets?
But now, both heirs to the company are trapped in this building with her. She has the opportunity to take that corporation down- or at least, to hurt it as pay back for hurting her and so many others. So, as soon as she gets a good opportunity, she hypnotizes Golden and calls for Joy with an excuse. Once they're together, she attacks Joy, and asks Golden to kill her... Except he does not. Her hypnosis isn't strong enough to make him abandon his morals.
So, she does the next best thing- she kills Joy herself by strangling her, but making it look like Golden killed her. Once Golden gets out of his trance, he's horrified with himself, convinced that he's murdered his own cousin. Cami, making use of his weak and still suggestible mental state, convinces him to kill himself to avoid doing a class trial... Hanging himself with the same rope she used to kill Joy.
Chapter 4
Motive: The blackened, if they manage to win the class trial, can chose to save one of the spotless students and escape the killing game together. The spotless student doesn't need to assist in the murder, or even know about it beforehand.
Between all the general chaos of the killing game, one of the secrets in the past motive come out- Meg got into Hope's Peak Academy via fraudulent means, and she doesn't actually have an ultimate talent. This secret makes it so the others start speculating that she might actually be the traitor, having gotten into their class illegally to keep tabs on them, and so many in the group start to treat her with hostility. Bon, who had been getting close to her during the killing game, feels betrayed and is especially cruel in his treatment.
Fox, who has been keeping the fact that they're siblings a secret for safety reasons, is very frustrated with the situation. He knows exactly why Meg got into the school... Because he helped her do that in the first place, when he got scouted for the school. Since attending Hope's Peak would mean he'd have to leave the country and she'd be alone, he struck some deals to have the school permit her entry so he wouldn't have to leave her behind. With how complicated things are right now, though, he's worried that trying to explain the situation will only serve to have the others turn on him as well.
However, he can't just let the situation be. Toddy had tried to kill Loon for suspecting him as the traitor- who's to say everyone's antagonism towards Meg won't end up with a murder as well? Waiting around until someone harms his sister just isn't an option, and he needs to act now. He doesn't want to kill, nor condemn the others to their deaths, but his family comes first.
He needs to win the trial for the both of them to escape, though, so he comes up with an idea: use people's distrust towards Meg against them. His plan is to frame her as the killer, as people will be likely to vote for her, giving him an easy win. For this reason, he decides to kill Bon with poison.
Chapter 5
Motive: Each student will get back a small portion of the memories that they've lost, detailing their time in Hope's Peak Academy (and the many things that went wrong during that time which led to them now being in a killing game).
As all characters receive specific memories from their pasts (some of which will contribute to solving the final mystery), Eak in particular gets much more than the rest of them- and, unlike the rest of his classmates, he doesn't get any memories from his time at Hope's Peak Academy. Instead, he gets various memories from his time as a Remnant of Despair, confusing as disturbing him deeply. As all the others retell what they remembered, he realizes that he's the only one whose memories are different from the rest. So, he decides to lie to the others about what he remembered, and retreats to his room to consider the situation.
He tries to convince himself that his memory must just be flawed, since the others didn't mention anything like he saw, but he can't convince himself of that. Everything just felt so real. Even if he doesn't understand how that happened, a part of him tells himself that it has to be true. And if it's true, then... They've all done terrible things. All of them.
So, after a few hours of slowly dying inside, thinking of all the horrible shit he's done, he comes to two conclusions: 1- the others should not find out about this, because then they would feel exactly as shitty as he feels right now, and 2- they all deserve some type of punishment for their transgressions, even if they don't remember them. Which means that he's going to have to kill someone, not to escape (because he's not too optimistic about what will happen if he escapes), but so that everyone else will be executed. If he kills them now, at least they will die in peace, not knowing that they're Remnants.
As for his victim... He decides on Liontrap, tragically. He doesn't want to murder his best friend, but if everything goes according to plan, then he'll end up dying anyway- just in a much more panful and brutal way. And if the plan goes wrong, then Eak himself will die, leaving Liontrap alone and without any friends, since Cami is already gone. Besides, he needs to win the trial still, and his conviction might waver going against his friend. Better to make sure he has nothing left to lose.
Not to mention that, if Liontrap ever found out the things he remembered... in the end, the nicest thing Eak can offer him is an quick, painless death.

the story of my creepypasta character🤭
From the 1st grade, the girl immediately did not like one company at school, because of which her school reputation was very shaken in the eyes of her classmates and students of the school. School life turned into her personal hell, she communicated with only 2 classmates because she was interesting, so to speak. Marie tried to tell her parents about this, but they ignored these stories and said that this could not be. From class 7, ridicule and bullying became tougher and tougher, now they could hit her a couple of times, supposedly by accident, throw papers in her hair during lessons, and various such “jokes”.
Already in the 9th grade, guys could pester her, but they didn’t do anything because of fear, and one of the girls began to tell various rumors about her, dirty rumors.
At one time, when Marie stayed on extra. Algebra class with male teacher. Paul that girl accidentally went into the classroom where they were alone, she brought notebooks to the teacher and left this office and already outside there she got a new idea for rumors.
The next day, the girl came to school and, as always, everyone looked at her strangely, the guys were especially strange, but the young lady was already used to it. After serving a couple of lessons, she went to the dining room, and there some high school students began to frankly pester her, dragging her quickly into the locker room, the guys began to pinch her and say, “Well, how did you have fun with the teacher?)” or “Will you do the same thing as you did yesterday to the teacher?))”. Marie immediately realized that when that girl came in, she decided to tell various vulgar things about what they were doing there, even though this was not the case.
After this realization, she tried to somehow escape from these 2 guys, who were going to abuse the special one, and in general they succeeded.
Having skipped one lesson because of this, they simply left her there, the girl sat for a couple more minutes in this locker room and went back to the classroom, where she had already finished her last lessons.
After the last lessons, she quickly went out for the girl who came yesterday to take the notebooks.
At that moment it was already evening, a winter evening, the girl herself was returning home alone and already in the middle of the way when there were no passers-by, Marie stopped her by holding her hand, she slightly did not understand and turned around saying:
-Ha?! What do you need? recognizing the face and silhouette of Marie, she was slightly surprised
And in Marie at that time asked her a question
Are you spreading rumors with the teacher!?
To which the girl replied
-ah, are you talking about this? No offense, but yes I
a slight smirk appeared on the girl's face, she gloated at her
Without holding back her hatred and anger, she attacked her, starting to beat, she began to answer her and scream at the same time. at one point, Marie stopped and quietly took out the scissors from her bag, her mind became clouded, the girl tried to tell her something, but she did not listen and, waving, the first blow flew to the chest, she did not even scream from shock. So with hatred, she struck her more than 10 blows in the chest, then stuck these scissors in her stomach a couple of times and put them back in her bag, got up from the girl, breathing heavily, she tried to calm down, after calming down she got scared and quickly ran away from that place.
the next morning the corpse was discovered, but Marie did not know this, but she guessed. Arriving at school, she was immediately met by the girl’s brother and the same elders who raped her in the locker room, the guys immediately began to drive at her, saying that she killed his sister?
Marie, of course, denied everything and began to tremble all over. Of course, they didn’t believe her, but they left, and after school, when she left school, they quickly caught up with her and began to lead her into the car, she was very scared and immediately started screaming, but the guys quickly threw her into the car and gagged, the girl’s brother sat down behind steering wheel and immediately drove to an unknown place. All the way she was trembling and twitching to free herself, but two guys held her tightly, she was already in tears and tried to do at least something, unfortunately it didn’t work out.
Having reached some cemetery in the forest, the guys threw her out of the car, took her to the cemetery, after that and a little further, it was already quite dark on the street, so there were no people, and if any cars passed, they did not pay attention.
After a couple of minutes, they stopped with her, two guys held her hands and her brother stood right in front of her, he started talking about how he would kill her now and without stopping he took out a clerical knife, he immediately came even closer and now he wanted to do something but the girl abruptly snatched herself out of the grip of the guys and began to run into the forest, but their victim did not run far, she was quickly caught and decided to “punish” so to speak Marie began to mock her, her brother took some kind of stone and hit the girl hard on the head, she screamed in pain and felt her mind slowly grow cloudy, the person felt how warm blood began to spread over her face, began to breathe heavily and then the brother of that girl began hit Mari on her face, gave slaps, to be more precise, so that she would not quickly lose consciousness, then he approached her tightly and slowly began to cut the skin of the girl on her neck, he did it very slowly and painfully, her eyes rolled up and she began to fall , in just a few seconds she was dead, the guys left her there and went home.
The next morning, the mother of one and the guys noticed that he did not wake up for a very long time, went quietly into his room and screamed sharply when she saw the corpse of the guy in front of her, his throat was cut, and his eyes were not there at all.
That day in three houses, they found three corpses of guys, found them dead in their beds and there was only one death! A slit throat and the absence of their eyes, and Marie appeared on the wanted list.
A few weeks later, the search was closed, because they found her body, that everything was also lying in that place.
After these 4 cases, a series of murders came, the police were also looking for a maniac, but everything was unsuccessful.
After a couple of days, they realized that Marie was killed by one of the guys who was the girl’s brother, and after such news to the public, rumors quickly spread in theories that the ghost kills those who mock someone or who used to mock her, who dismissed rumors about her and tried to offend in every possible way.
This was popular with teenagers and children mostly, but some adults also got a little tensed when they heard about it.

okay help me pick which book to buy. im putting the full amazon descriptions
1. Like many ambitious New York City teenagers, Craig Gilner sees entry into Manhattan’s Executive Pre-Professional High School as the ticket to his future. Determined to succeed at life—which means getting into the right high school to get into the right college to get the right job—Craig studies night and day to ace the entrance exam, and does. That’s when things start to get crazy.
At his new school, Craig realizes that he isn't brilliant compared to the other kids; he’s just average, and maybe not even that. He soon sees his once-perfect future crumbling away. The stress becomes unbearable and Craig stops eating and sleeping—until, one night, he nearly kills himself.
Craig’s suicidal episode gets him checked into a mental hospital, where his new neighbors include a transsexual sex addict, a girl who has scarred her own face with scissors, and the self-elected President Armelio. There, isolated from the crushing pressures of school and friends, Craig is finally able to confront the sources of his anxiety.
2. Five months ago, Valerie Leftman's boyfriend, Nick, opened fire on their school cafeteria. Shot trying to stop him, Valerie inadvertently saved the life of a classmate, but was implicated in the shootings because of the list she helped create. A list of people and things she and Nick hated. The list he used to pick his targets.
Now, after a summer of seclusion, Val is forced to confront her guilt as she returns to school to complete her senior year. Haunted by the memory of the boyfriend she still loves and navigating rocky relationships with her family, former friends, and the girl whose life she saved, Val must come to grips with the tragedy that took place and her role in it, in order to make amends and move on with her life.
3. Charlotte Davis is in pieces. At seventeen she’s already lost more than most people do in a lifetime. But she’s learned how to forget. The broken glass washes away the sorrow until there is nothing but calm. You don’t have to think about your father and the river. Your best friend, who is gone forever. Or your mother, who has nothing left to give you.
Every new scar hardens Charlie’s heart just a little more, yet it still hurts so much. It hurts enough to not care anymore, which is sometimes what has to happen before you can find your way back from the edge.
4. In The Power, the world is a recognizable place: there's a rich Nigerian boy who lounges around the family pool; a foster kid whose religious parents hide their true nature; an ambitious American politician; a tough London girl from a tricky family.
But then a vital new force takes root and flourishes, causing their lives to converge with devastating effect. Teenage girls now have immense physical power: they can cause agonizing pain and even death. And, with this small twist of nature, the world drastically resets. From award-winning author Naomi Alderman, The Power is speculative fiction at its most ambitious and provocative, at once taking us on a thrilling journey to an alternate reality, and exposing our own world in bold and surprising ways.
5. Sloane knows better than to cry in front of anyone. With suicide now an international epidemic, one outburst could land her in The Program, the only proven course of treatment. Sloane’s parents have already lost one child; Sloane knows they’ll do anything to keep her alive. She also knows that everyone who’s been through The Program returns as a blank slate. Because their depression is gone—but so are their memories.
Under constant surveillance at home and at school, Sloane puts on a brave face and keeps her feelings buried as deep as she can. The only person Sloane can be herself with is James. He’s promised to keep them both safe and out of treatment, and Sloane knows their love is strong enough to withstand anything. But despite the promises they made to each other, it’s getting harder to hide the truth. They are both growing weaker. Depression is setting in.
6. Esme is born into a world of words. Motherless and irrepressibly curious, she spends her childhood in the Scriptorium, an Oxford garden shed in which her father and a team of dedicated lexicographers are collecting words for the very first Oxford English Dictionary. Young Esme’s place is beneath the sorting table, unseen and unheard. One day a slip of paper containing the word bondmaid flutters beneath the table. She rescues the slip and, learning that the word means “slave girl,” begins to collect other words that have been discarded or neglected by the dictionary men.
As she grows up, Esme realizes that words and meanings relating to women’s and common folks’ experiences often go unrecorded. And so she begins in earnest to search out words for her own dictionary: the Dictionary of Lost Words. To do so she must leave the sheltered world of the university and venture out to meet the people whose words will fill those pages.
7. Kurouzu-cho, a small fogbound town on the coast of Japan, is cursed. According to Shuichi Saito, the withdrawn boyfriend of teenager Kirie Goshima, their town is haunted not by a person or being but a pattern: UZUMAKI, the spiral—the hypnotic secret shape of the world. The bizarre masterpiece horror manga is now available all in a single volume. Fall into a whirlpool of terror!

Not a Damsel, Not in Distress (Billy X Fem!Reader X Stu)
Characters: Billy X Fem!Reader X Stu
Universe: Scream
Warnings: Mention of murder, attempted murder, injury, fighting and violence
Request: can you do a billy x reader x stu where the two are planning to kill her when they kill everyone else, and then realise she's an absolute fucken badass, and theyre lowkey hella attracted to her and so they have a little change of plans
Tumblr media
A lot of murders had been happening in your neighborhood. Starting from last week, 4 kids in your age range had been killed. You’d gone to school with them, or knew someone who knew them. The first two were at first deemed freak accidents, but after the 3rd death, it had become obvious that something was going on, and after the 4th, it became clear that someone was responsible for this.
You were on high alert. You didn’t go out unless absolutely necessary, doors and windows were locked, curtains and blinds shut the second it got dark so people outside couldn’t tell if someone was home and more importantly, home alone. You checked your car before getting in then immediately locked the doors when you got in. You added some hidden self defence weapons to your keychain. Admittedly, since you’re a woman you did most of this anyway, but still. However, as you looked around at your peers, your other classmates, your teachers, parents, hell, even police… everyone was laid back. You weren’t sure if they were all still in shock over the murders and didn’t process the dangers still, or if they were just running on the hope that even if another death happened, it wouldn’t be them or someone they knew. You weren’t willing to risk that.
Your parents, despite your protests, had decided to go out to see family a few towns over, and wouldn’t be back till morning, leaving you home alone. You’d asked if you could go with them, but they wanted you to stay back to house-sit. It was like they wanted you to die! However, you had accepted that there wasn’t much you could do about it, and instead prepped yourself. You prepared all the coffee and energy drinks in the entire house to be at your disposal, refusing to sleep tonight until the sun was rising, closing the curtains and remaining on the first floor. You had the television on a low volume, spending this time to just do all your homework and go above and beyond, deciding that if you survived tonight, you might as well make sure you get a good grade. You also boobytrapped parts of the house. Under the couch was a knife, along in other little hidden areas around the house, the only blade not hidden being a pair of scissors beside you for your project, and they were craft scissors, the tip of them being blunt. You’d decided to use your dad’s fancy metal pen to do your homework, and poured some of your old perfume into a spray bottle, keeping it on the coffee table, and of course you had a lighter on you. Everything from anyone outside would see was simply a girl pulling an all nighter to get her homework done while home alone.
That’s why they chose to target you.
Your house phone rang, and I looked over it. It was on the table between the couch and the armchair, so you could easily reach over and reach it, and you did so. “Hello?” You asked, holding the phone to your ear.
“What’s your favourite scary movie?” An altered voice asked you. You immediately knew what was happening. You took a deep breath, remaining calm.
“I’ve seen a lot of those, there’s pros and cons to a lot of them. Are we talking about movies that are classics and good, movies that are classics but are bad, movies where the plot is good or where it doesn’t make sense?” You listed. A moment of silence fell over the phone. “What’s your favourite scary movie?” You returned the question, looking around calmly like you would when on the phone, though really you were double checking that everything was where it was. Curtains closed, doors and window locked. You noticed that a curtain was slightly moving from a breeze.
“So you think you know your scary movies?”
“Yes.”
“Do you think you could survive being in one?”
“I’m already in one- no one else in this town seems to process that we are, but we are.” You said, turning off the television, leaning on an arm, letting your fingers slide under the couch, grabbing the knife, but keeping it hidden. “I think I’ll be the badass girl who comes out victorious.”
“Let’s test that.”
You turned quickly, getting up as you did so, putting the knife you had against the throat of the cloaked, masked figure behind you, who was welding his own knife, but clearly wasn’t expecting you to be armed yourself, since his weapon wasn’t prepared. “So you’re the killer, huh? The choice of costume really explains the questions.” You commented. He tilted his head at you, but you didn’t break eye contact. You remained focussed, and it was because of this focus that you heard the faint footsteps behind you. You moved quickly, ducking in time as someone lunged for you, you catching their leg and throwing them over your back, hitting the couch, and getting between you and the other person, and you took a step back, seeing someone dressed the exact same. “Oh, so there’s two of you?” You asked, grabbing your spray bottle, calmly spraying the one on your couch multiple times, his hands coming to his face to cover his eyes. He jumped up, having his own knife, and you pulled out your lighter. “Ah-ah, careful there, that wasn’t water.” You warned, making him freeze. The one behind the couch came around and that’s when the games really began.
You shoved his friend in front of him causing them to fall, you taking off to the dining room that you walked through to get to the kitchen, and you ducked around the corner, grabbed your next weapon, and waited around the corner, and as one of them came through the entrance, you swung, hitting him with a chair. The chair, to your surprise, shattered, and he hit the floor hard. You couldn’t help the surprised laughter that came from you, before you remembered your situation, and you moved to the kitchen, grabbing the frame entrance and using it to swing a few feet over the entrance, and then you stood at the counters, turning and waiting. The one you’d hit was getting up, his friend, coming at you full speed, and as soon as he took his first step into the kitchn, you dashed to the side, as he slid on the washing up liquid on the floor, colliding with the cabinets. You didn’t look back, running back into the hallway, and back into the livingroom. There you saw the one you had hit had seen your movement and met you in the room, charging at you. This time you didn’t run. You fought back.
He swung at you with his knife, you ducked, back, kicking instead, knocking him back. You positioned your knife correctly in your hand, taking a step forward, and as your attacker tried to jab you again, you dodged to the side, grabbing his arm, pulling him towards you, and with your hand with the knife in it, slashed his side. He yelled in pain, confirming for you that he was in fact a man. He clutched his side as he stumbled, and you kicked him down, where he curled up a little. You turned, going to check where your other problem was, seeing the space empty, but the kitchen door leading to the backyard wide open. You turned back, seeing a blood stain, but no masked, cloaked killer.
“You okay?” Stu asked when he saw his friend rushing back to the car as quickly as he could. He got in, Stu immediately driving off. Billy checked his side, seeing his hand covered in blood. “I can’t believe she doused me in alcohol… is this perfume? I’m gonna have to wash this or they’ll know it’s me from the smell-”
“Stu!” Billy snapped. “She fucking stabbed me!” He emphasised. “This has never happened before.”
“She was ready for us. She home aloned us. Who knows what else she had planned if we hadn’t ran.” Stu fussed as he drove. Billy was quiet, leaning in his seat. “How bad did she get you?” He asked. Billy didn’t answer. Stu glanced over, seeing Billy grinning.
“Do you know what this means?” He asked.
“We’ve met our match?”
“Maybe… but maybe… just maybe… we could turn this plot around and instead of her being the girl who stops us, she’s the girl who joins us, and us three become a force to be reckoned with.”
Hope you like it! If you have any questions, please send them in!

Guess I always knew
Prequel to Say it to me Softly.
Pairing:Nolan Patrick x Sawyer Grey(OC fem)
Warnings: swearing, mentions of death, parties, alcohol, sexual situations, fluff, angst, harassment, fighting.
Hi all! This is really long, but it had to be done! Just some fun Nolan and Sawyer moments through the years until he asks her to move with him. Hopefully it can give you some background on them and you enjoy it!
-💕
Tumblr media
Toast popped up just as Delaney wrapped the hair tie around the bottom of Sawyers braid
“Viola.” She said smiling and pulling it tight. Sawyer smiled at her sister as her mother pulled the toast up and put butter on it. It was a warm early summer morning and a cool breeze was drifting through the open screen door in the kitchen. The radio was on, Sawyer’s mother, Anna humming along with the radio as she moved about the kitchen making breakfast. Mason was in his high chair eating cereal, and she could hear Liv making her way downstairs. Kellan was seated at the island reading the sports section of the paper.
“ Alright.” Delaney said, finishing her orange juice and placing her plate and cup in the dishwasher “I’m out.”
“Where you off to today?” He mom asked as she stirred pancake batter, bowl perched on her hip.
“Heading to the lake with some friends, shouldn’t be home too late.”
Her mom smiled, as Delaney dropped a kiss in Mason’s head and slugged kellan in the side. She waved to the girls and her mom.
“Del?” She turned hoisting her bag over her shoulder, hand braced on the door frame.
“Be careful. “
She smiled “Always am mom.” She breezed out the door, the sound of her flip flops on the gravel growing faint until she reached her car and pulled out of the driveway.
“How bout you?” Her mom said turning to Kellan. He stood drinking the last of his coffee, and stretched setting the paper down.
“I’m heading out to pick up some bait, then I’m gonna meet dad out at the mill and we’re gonna go fishing and then we’ll be home with dinner.” She smiled and wiped her hands on her apron, accepting a kiss on the cheek as he walked to put his boots on.
“And you?” Sawyer smiled and before she could say anything she heard her name being called from the driveway.
“Why do I even ask?” He mother chuckled and opened the window.
“Good morning Nolan honey! Are you hungry?”
“Good morning Mrs.Grey! No thanks my mom wouldn’t let me leave without eating. She said she has flowers to drop off for you later today!” Sawyer shoved her feet in her sneakers and put her plate and cup in the dishwasher before giving her mom a quick hug and waving to her siblings.
Nolan was sitting on his bike at the bottom of the driveway, backpack strapped on his shoulders. Sawyer heaved her own bike up, throwing a leg over it and hoisting herself up on the seat.
“So what do you want to do today?” Nolan asked as they began pedaling down the gravel road.
Summer had just started, and they had 3 whole months of free time with no school, no teachers and no responsibility.
“ I don’t know. It’s not warm enough to go swimming.”
He shook his head as they continued down the road waving to various neighbors and classmates. The sun was out now, high in the sky beating down and burning their shoulders. They ended up pedaling out of the neighborhood and dropped their bikes at the end of a hill and hiked to the top. They could see almost the whole town from there. Nolan was stretched out laying on his back eyes closed. Even at 12 Nolan was all legs and arms, hair shaggy that he refused cut. His mom had given up chasing him around with scissors and threatening bodily harm if he didn’t keep it short.
“I’m so glad schools over.”
“Yeah me too. No more homework, no more class, no more hockey.”
“You love hockey.”
“ Well yeah I do but I like a good break now and again you know.”
They sat for a while talking about the important stuff all 12 year olds talk about until it got too hot. They trekked back down the hill and decided to go to Nolan’s. The sun was shining and the air was warm and what should have been the start of a fun filled summer was the day their lives were about to change. Nolan’s mom had come frantically running from the front door when she saw them coming up the front walk and ushered them both into the car.
Delaney Grey was gone, her car abandoned, and no one knew where she was. Sawyer watched the following days destroy her parents, and turn her world upside down. The discovery of her car and her body later on would change the course of Sawyers entire life. She would forever be known as the girl who’s sister was murdered. Nolan was more important to her than ever. His mom took her in, keeping her shielded and protected from things she didn’t need to see, and stepped in when her mom couldn’t.
Time passed, the wounds healed but her parents were never the same and never okay. A lot of it passed so quickly she woke some days and didn’t remember. But the time they turned 15 rumors and stares mostly died down, until the anniversary. It would always be a part of her, and something that would always affect her. But she had Nolan. So she would fine.
******
“Gosh it’s so hot.” Jessi was sitting on a lawn chair in Sawyers backyard, sunglasses perched on her nose. Jessie had become an unexpected and close friend over the school year. They had met in English class, and paired together in a project. Jessie had a purple streak in her long dark hair, and a nose ring but she was funny and the only person who she could spend long amounts of time with besides Nolan. He even liked her, and the two of them got along well. The girls had been laying out in their bathing suits for almost 45 minutes and the most color they had gotten was sunburn. Sawyer closed her eyes and tipped her head back. It was rare to have peaceful moments like this so she was going to cherish it.
“Speaking of hot-“Jessi lowered her glasses and nudged her chin forward. Nolan and Chase, along with some other guys she didn’t know had just pulled into her driveway.
“Are you sure you never hit that?” Jessi was talking about Nolan, as always. She didn’t understand how ‘two people so attractive could exist as just friends without sex’.
“No Jess, I have not.”
“Are you sure you don’t wanna now? I mean damn.”
“If you think he’s so hot why don’t you-“
“He’s way out of my league babe. I wouldn’t even try it. But you should.”
Nolan had immediately tried to get them to leave her driveway the minute they pulled up and he saw she was wearing a bikini.
“Oh hell no.” Chase said practically jumping out of the car. “Sorry Pat. You said I couldn’t touch, but you said nothing about looking.”
Nolan mumbled something and followed his friends into her backyard, already regretting not calling. Why couldn’t she be wearing clothing?
*******
Sawyer closed her locker, balancing her books in one arm as she clicked the lock shut. It was raining but it was Friday and school was halfway over. As she turned she bumped into a chest. She looked up, about to scold Nolan for sneaking up on her when she was greeted by Kyle Welch. Kyle was the captain of the football team and a pretty well known colossal dick, but all the same he was popular and someone she had never even spoken to. Her eyebrows shot up on her forehead and she took a step back.
Hi. Your Sawyer right?”
“I-Uh yeah?”
“Your in my English class right? We should study sometime.” He was smiling at her, all teeth like a fucking dragon. He was looking at her with the strangest of looks, one that made her very very uncomfortable. Like she was a piece of meat, a toy for him to play with.
“Uhm. Sure. I guess.”
He gave her another smile and a nod before walking down the hallway and disappearing.
She shook her head, still confused but began her walk to the cafeteria. She found Nolan and the rest of her friends seated at the usual table. She sat between Nolan and Chase, across from Jessie, still bothered by the exchange at her locker.
“Your never going to believe who asked me to study today.” She said as she bit into an apple slice from her spot between them.
“Who?” Chase asked turning to her, mouth full of sandwich.
“Kyle Welch.”
Nolan’s bottle of water banged loudly off the table as he dropped it and his head whipped towards her.
“He what?”
She nodded and as she went to speak Kyle himself passed by their table sending her a smile. Nolan was glaring at him so severely, if looks could kill Kyle would be dead and the football team would be out a captain.
“No fucking way are you helping that guy study.” Nolan said, face set in stone.
“Yeah I’m gonna have to second this one.” Chase said from her other side.
“I wasn’t going to anyways, I think he just did it to be a dick.” She could feel heat and tension radiating off of Nolan, though she wasn’t sure why. As far as she knew they had never had any interaction, and ran in separate circles. But he was still glaring at him all the same.
“I heard some pretty messed up shit about that guy.” Chase said, eyeing Kyle from across the room.
“Like what?” Jessie asked. She was staring at Nolan who was still visibly angry, eyebrows furrowed. She glanced at Sawyer, who shrugged and turned her attention to Chase.
“ I mean it’s just a rumor but someone said that spiked some girls drink at Jenny Miller’s party last year. And I guess she isn’t the only one. Apparently he’s done it before. Like I said, just what I heard but still alarming eh?”
“Just stay clear of him.” Nolan snapped. He was quiet for the rest of lunch till the bell rang. He gave her a long look as he stood, and then turned abruptly and left the cafeteria without another word.
“What’s his deal?” Jessi asked, making Chase roll his eyes.
“You know Nolan. Come on.” He said nudging Sawyer “We’re gonna be late.”
She had always tried to keep her distance from Kyle and his group of friends in general. Nolan had an issue with him that she never truly understood but because it was Nolan she trusted it was for a good reason. She was following behind Chase on the way to history, but as he rounded the corner Kyle reappeared in front of her separating them. Chase kept walking unaware that she was no longer behind him.
“Oh hi.” She said taking a step away from him. The hallway was mostly empty and he was way too close to her.
“So about studying. How about later?”
“Oh I Uhm. I don’t know.”
“Come on. My parents are gone for the weekend so we’ll have the place to ourselves.” He reached forward, and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear. She froze. Nolan had a habit of tucking her hair behind her ear, but it felt all wrong when Kyle did it, and she didn’t like it one bit.
“I can drive you to my house. It’ll be fun.”
“I usually drive home with-“
“Me.” She jumped and turned to find Nolan coming up behind her. He was glowering at Kyle over her shoulder, who looked at him unfazed.
“Is this your boyfriend or something?”
“Yeah I am. Let’s go.” He steered her away by the waist, and down the hall away from him.
“What the fuck was that about?” He stopped suddenly and spun to face her.
“He wanted me to come home with him after school. I said no.”
He rubbed his forehead eyes closed “Go to History. And wait for me after school. “
He left, storming down the hall leaving her standing in front of her classroom. After class she said goodbye to Chase and stuffed her books into her locker before walking out the back entrance of school. The rain had stopped but it was damp and chilly as she walked, avoiding puddles on the sidewalk. She rubbed her arms through her sweater, and as she turned the corner to the back of the building she stopped.
Kyle and a few of on his football buddies were hanging around, and turned to face her. Kyle smiled slowly, and gave her a once over, making her feel like she needed a shower. She felt trapped for a moment when she realized she was alone, the closest person being way ahead of her in the parking lot.
“Hey. Decided to take me up in my offer eh?” She was still glued to the spot.
“I was actually heading to meet Nolan. Excuse me.” She tried to brush past him but he grabbed her arm.
“Hey where you going?” He pulled her closer, fingers gripping her skin painfully. The other guys had wandered over, circling around laughing. She broke from his grasp only to have him catch both of her wrists and pull him to her.
“You should be thankful I’m even giving you the time of day.” He said coolly “Now how about you come get in my car and we’ll go to my house and you can get on your-“
“What is this?” Nolan had turned to corner with Rhett and Chase. Kyle released her and held his hands up. She bolted to Nolan, falling into his arms holding back tears. Had he not turned the corner she had no idea what would have happened. Kyle and his friends turned to leave, and he yelled over his shoulder.
“Have fun slumming Patrick.”
“I’ll kill him.”
“Whoa buddy. Calm down.” Chase said peering around him to look at her.
“Are you okay?”
“Yeah I’m fine I just really wanna go home.” She swiped at a tear, as more came rolling down her cheeks, she heaved in a ragged breath. He had scared her, and made her feel small. She wondered if this was how her sister felt when she knew she was in trouble that day. Small and scared. And alone. Nolan ducked his head down to look at her.
“Hey. Hey. It’s okay let’s just go.” She walked with them to the car, several student noticing her red eyes and tears. She got in quickly, while Nolan said goodbye to the guys. The ride home was quiet. Too quiet. She felt disgusting, and every time she closed her eyes she could feel his breath on her face and his hands on her skin. Nolan was gripping the steering wheel, knuckles white face unreadable. When he pulled up to her house, he parked and sighed. No one was home, and though normally he would drop her off, he got out.
“I’m not leaving you here alone.”
She nodded and he followed her up the front steps and in the front door. She was still crying as she dropped her backpack by the door.
“Sawyer.” He said softly. She turned, head bowed and he very gently wrapped her in a hug, sobs wracking her body. They stayed like that for a while, till she was all cried out.
******
Nolan had completely forgotten that he promised Bo he would do an “interview” the best day. While he was annoyed, he was also relieved. They had been friends for a long time, and Bo took his mind off getting in his car and driving to Kyle’s house to murder him. Sawyer was going to come over afterwards. She was still upset, but was doing her best to mask it. He felt guilty for letting her walk out of school alone that day, when he would typically meet her by the entrance.
After the whole thing was over and Bo ended the interview, miffed that Nolan had answered the phone before he was done speaking, Nolan hung up and turned back to Bo who was smiling mischievously.
“ So?”
“What?”
Bo rolled his eyes “We all know who your best friend is Pat and we both know it’s neither one of those guys.”
Nolan rolled his eyes and scowled “ Leave her out of this.”
“I would but she’s just so hot-“
Before Bo could say anything else Nolan had pulled the back of his shirt over his head and had him in a tight neck lock. The other guys laughed immediately trying to turn the camera back on.
“Alright Jesus let go Pat! I was joking!”
He released him and pointed a finger threateningly at him as Bo straightened his shirt and started giggling.
“I’m serious-“
“I know Pat I would never do that. I thought you knew me better than that.”
That was Nolan’s worst fear. Most of his friends knew better than to even think about asking Sawyer out but it didn’t stop them from looking and making comments. The speculation that surrounded them had grown huge by the time they were in high school, and while it was exhausting to have to answer the same questions over and over again Nolan found that he didn’t really mind that people thought there was some attachment between them. It kept guys away from her and while he knew it was selfish he couldn’t help it. He just didn’t think anyone was good enough for her. He had purposely said someone else’s name when Bo asked so that they would leave him alone about her and it had backfired anyways.
It was frustrating for Nolan to know that given the opportunity all his friends would make some type of move on her, and he would break both his legs before that happened. He tried to keep a barrier between her and them but most of the time it didn’t work. She was just so damn friendly and approachable, her big smile pulled people in like a magnet.
“ I thought she’d be around, where is she anyway?”
“None of your business.”
Bo held his hands up, and as if on cue Sawyers car pulled into his driveway. Nolan had tried to hurry the process of the ‘interview’ hoping they would be gone before she got there but Bo had spent so much time goofing around they were behind schedule.
Great.
She stepped out, closed the door and made her way to Nolan’s back yard. Her hair was curly today, falling down her back to her waist. She had on a pair of jeans and a long sleeve grey shirt. Even completely covered the other guys had already given her a thorough once over and continued to stare as she came to stand next to him. Nolan gave Bo one last glare
“Hi.” Nolan wrapped an arm around her shoulders and gave her a squeeze. For whatever the reason Nolan got slightly possessive over her in situations like this, which didn’t make sense because he wasn’t her boyfriend. But the arm that he wrapped around her shoulders stayed there, keeping her pulled flush to his side.
“Hi Bo.” She smiled at him, practically making the other guys flood Nolan’s yard with drool.
“Hey. Your boy here just hit me with a plastic ball right in the junk.”
“Well you probably deserved it.”
Nolan laughed and bid Bo and the others goodbye, as they filed out of his yard, and Sawyer followed him up the steps to his room and threw herself down on his bed. He pulled open a drawer and pulled his shirt off to put on a new one. Sawyer turned and felt a blush creep up her neck while he changed. She had seen him shirtless plenty of times but he had obviously been spending extra time in the gym and his long lanky frame was beginning to change.
What the hell am I saying? She shook her head and turned her attention to the tv instead, trying to ignore shirtless Nolan on the other side of the room. He pulled another shirt over his head and came to sit next to her.
“Tired?” He asked. She was curled in a ball, head on his pillow. She nodded and closed her eyes.
“I couldn’t sleep last night after you know-.”
He nodded “I’m still mad about it. But that’s never gonna happen again.”
He laid down next to her, settling in and flipped the tv on and she inches closer resting her head on his shoulder. She had an angry purple bruise on her wrist, another on her upper arm. He was pissed just looking at it. It was a reminder that he hadn’t been there to protect her.
Her eyes had slid closed. He was so warm and inviting and she felt safe and relaxed for the first time in 24 hours, as she felt his arm wrap around her shoulders. He felt her body grow heavy, and her breathing even out and grow slow. They were alone in his house, his parents and sisters were gone and would be for several hours. He reached a hand up and ran it tentatively through her hair. He always had his hands in her hair. It was thick and soft and caught the light just right when she moved. She stirred slightly, and wrapped an arm around his midsection, sighing. Her eyes opened and she tipped her head back to look up at him.
Nolan suddenly felt an extreme urge to kiss her. His eyes moved to her mouth, which was less than 6 inches from his own, and then back up to her eyes again. They stayed that way for a few moments before Nolan leaned forward slightly hand coming up to her face. Her heart rate increased as his nose brushed against hers. Their lips had just touched when the sound of a slamming door from downstairs made them jump apart and Sawyer moved clear across the bed away from him before standing up quickly. Nolan was alarmed at what had almost just happened and was rooted to the spot. She was backed up against the wall like a animal cornered in a cage, eyes large.
“Sawyer I-“
She hurried from the room, the sound of her feet carrying down the stairs, out his front door and into her car. He threw himself backwards and sighed.
Fuck.
******
Sawyer was standing with Jessie drink in hand when Bo came up behind her and bumped her shoulder.
“Your boy is here.” He motioned behind him with his head, and Sawyer rolled her eyes.
“He’s not my boy.” She looked over Bo’s shoulder and felt a twinge of annoyance. Nolan was standing with Rhett and Chase surrounded by a group of girls all giggling and twirling their hair around their fingers, giving them their best doe eyes. One girl in particular had Nolan’s attention, as he leaned against the wall hands in his pockets smiling as she spoke to him. The twinge of annoyance became anger. What the hell was he doing? He had nearly kissed her earlier that afternoon and now he was flirting with someone else?
“Kaylee Smith eh?” Jessie shook her head and took a sip out of her solo cup “Is anyone gonna tell him it’s supposedly like a cave down there?”
Bo stifled a laugh and looked at Sawyer. She was gripping her cup, other arm folded across her midsection.
“Well isn’t that just fucking cozy.”
She downed the rest of her drink and pushed through the crowd to get another one. Bo and Jessie watched her go before turning back to each other.
“This isn’t going to end well.”
“Maybe I should go warn Pat.”
Bo turned and weaved through the crowd of people, and gave Nolan a punch when he reached him. He turned pausing his conversation with Kaylee, and gave Bo a small smile.
“What’s up?”
“Can I talk to you?…. Alone?” Kaylee reached forward and gave Nolan’s hand a small squeeze before she turned to walk away.
“I’ll talk to you later.” She gave him a smile over the shoulder which he returned, and turned to leave with her friends.
“Are you a moron?” Bo asked arms folded. Nolan frowned, and Rhett and Chase both let out a chuckle.
“What?”
“Your about to cause a serious cat fight my guy.”
“Cat fight? I’m down for a cat fight.” Chase was snickering over the top of his solo cup, as he surveyed the girls in the living room.
“Who?” Nolan was confused. He had been talking to Kaylee since he had arrived and she was definitely flirting with him. He didn’t really have any interest in her, but he also didn’t have a girlfriend so he let her continue. And then it hit him. Sawyer had to be around here somewhere and no doubt it looked from the outside that he was going to take Kaylee home.
“Where is she?” Bo was frowning at him, and shook his head.
“What is up with you two? Your friends but I don’t think your really just friends-“
“Please dude we’ve had this conversation with him a million times and he refuses to budge.”
“Where is she?” Nolan repeated more forcefully this time. After what had happened earlier he had to at least explain himself. He couldn’t see her but he did see Jessie making her way through the crowd. He pushed in between them and caught her by the elbow.
“Nolan hi.” She knew what he wanted, but Sawyer had asked her to cover so she was going to.
“Where is she Jessie?”
“I don’t know honestly. I lost her a little bit ago. Check the bathroom maybe?”
Jessie’s face was solid as steel. She wasn’t going to tell him anything.
Sawyer in the mean time was in the kitchen pouring alcohol into a cup when she felt a presence behind her. Kaylee smith was leaning against the counter behind her, arms crossed. She had never spoken a word to her before so she wasn’t sure why she was in her space now.
“Sorry do you need something?” She wasn’t usually this snippy but she was already annoyed and the source of her annoyance was way too close for her liking.
“What’s with you and Nolan?”
“Why?”
“Because I’m going home with him, and I just want to make sure you aren’t together.”
Sawyer giggled into her cup, before sipping off the top of it and shook her head as it burned all the way down her throat. “Your awfully sure of yourself huh?”
She pursed her lips in a tight smile, head turning to the side “Honey, I always get what I want. So you can find your own way home tonight. Kay?” She gave a wide nasty smile and Sawyer saw red.
“You really think he’s taking you home? Then you don’t really know Nolan at all. And don’t ever think he’ll take you home over me. Ever.”
At that moment Nolan himself entered the kitchen looking relieved to find her and then awkward when he realized she wasn’t alone. Kaylee smiled at him but he brushed past her and stood between them.
“Can I talk to you.” He gently grabbed Sawyers elbow and pulled her out of the kitchen. She sent a small smile at Kaylee over her shoulder as he steered her away, and left her standing in the kitchen mouth open. Once out of sight she pulled her arm from his grip and nearly stumbled, catching herself on the wall.
“Are you drunk?”
“Not enough.” She took another sip of her drink and ran her fingers through her hair before she turned on him.
“You and Kaylee smith huh?” She was squinting at him, cheeks red, hand on her hip. She looked angry, but Nolan wasn’t sure why because he hadn’t done anything.
“What? No.”
“Oh please.” She jabbed a finger into his chest, and stumbled back from the force of it “I saw her all googledneyes-gogole eyeed” Nolan was almost tempted to laugh as she stumbled over her words eyebrows furrowed as she struggled to say what she was trying to.
“Okay. I think it’s time to take you home.”
“She said you were taking her home.”
“God no. I’m taking you home. Now let’s go.”
He said goodbye to his friends and put her in the car. Her house was dark which meant no one was home. He had a hell of a time getting her out and up the stairs. He had just gotten her in the door when he felt her start to shake. At first he thought she was going to puke and immediately held her out at arms length, and rubbed against the wall near the light switch trying to turn it on with no hands. But when she let out a whimper he realized she wasn’t about to get sick.
“Are you crying?”
“No.” She choked out, bracing a hand on his arm as she almost fell in the doorway.
“What’s wrong?”
“She’s gonna take you away.”
“What? Who?”
“Kaylee what’s her name? Girlfriends never let guys have girl beat friends.”
“Oh my god are you-stop.” He heaved her up the stairs as tear flowed down her face. He turned her around so her arms were around his neck, face tucked into his shoulder. She had herself pulled so tightly against him he was struggling to get up the stairs. He had one hand firmly on her lower back, the other one he was using to pull himself up the stairs by the railing. She let out a particular loud sob, and Nolan tired to pull her off of him to look at him, but she just held him tighter.
“Im not even into her like that.”
“Her. Someone else. Doesn’t matter. They’ll take you from me.” She whispered against his neck. Her words touched Nolan’s heart.
“That’s never gonna happen okay?” He opened her bedroom door and walked her forward to her bed losing his footing and falling down into bed with her. They landed, bed springs squeaking with a small ‘oof’. Her tears had subsided and she was laying with her eyes closed on her pillow as he untangled himself from her.
“ Nolan?” Sawyer asked face against the pillow
“ Hmmmmm?”
“ Do you still love me?” He chuckled and pulled the covers up over her, pushing her hair from her face. She was flushed and her eyeliner was smudged around the eyes from her crying, but she opened them and stared at him waiting for his answer.
“ Of course I do. Why?”
She sat up suddenly, getting right up in his face. He was frozen as she stared at him, lips pushing up against his, arm wrapping around his neck. It was chaste at first but then she pressed harder and pulled herself flush to him. Like his body was on autopilot he let his tongue trace across her lower lip, and she opened her mouth allowing him to push it inside. Her heart was beating hard in her chest as one of his hands tangled in her hair and gripped the back of her neck. They carried on a few more moments till he felt her tug at the bottom of his shirt.
“No Sawyer.”
She looked shocked, and then angry as she backed up against her headboard.
“Did you say no? “
“Yes I did.”
She sputtered for a moment, genuine hurt clouding her face. Nolan felt bad but he had to put his foot down.
“ What? Not pretty enough?”
“No that has nothing to do with it. I’m not gonna let you do this when your drunk. Now go to bed. We’ll talk about this tomorrow.” She blinked sadly and laid down facing away from him. She was out within seconds and Nolan sighed looking down at her. He laid down on the sofa at the opposite end of her room, and folded his arm beneath his head as stared at the ceiling.
What the hell was going on?
Sawyer woke up with a raging headache the next morning. Her whole body hurt, and her mouth tasted like booze. She blinked a few times before she lifted her head and immediately put it back on her pillow. Her clothing from the night before was still on and as she curled up to snuggle deeper under the blankets her foot hit something. She froze and turned slowly to find Nolan was sitting up next to her on her bed, doing something on his phone. Her curtains were drawn shut and the room was still dark, but the the tv was on. She could hear the putter patter of rain on her window and could see the dark clouds through a sliver of window not covered by the curtain. He looked down when she stirred and smiled.
“Hey. How are you feeling?”
“Like I got hit by a train. She rolled over to face him, head still on her pillow.
“Go back to sleep. I’ll stay for a while.”
She nodded and yawned snuggling in closer to him. He reached a tentative hand up and let his fingers run through her hair. She was asleep within a few minutes, her head resting on her pillow by his hip. She didn’t remember last night and he wouldn’t tell her about it. It was a secret he would keep, and kiss he would try to forget.
Nolan never spoke of it to anyone, not his friends, family no one. It was a secret he would take with him not only for his own sake but for hers as well. He didn’t know what she was going through but what had happened last night could have changed everything. He had thankfully not been drinking at that point, because if he had he wasn’t so sure he would have stopped her. The way she had kissed him had sent a chill up his spine. He buried it, and things between them went back to normal, but sometimes late at night when he couldn’t sleep it floated into his mind, and though he would never admit it to anyone but his own conscience, he wanted to do it again.
*******
“Nolan James you are cutting this hair whether you like it or not.” His mom said as she shoved him out the door and into the car. Sawyer was chuckling as she buckled herself in the backseat. He threw his head against the passenger seat. He had worked so hard to grow it out.
“I will not have you looking like a homeless child when you get drafted.”
“Everyone wears it this way now mom-“
“Well you don’t.” Nolan grumbled, and bitched and moaned through the whole thing. His mom made him take it short, shorter than it had been in a long time. He looked clean cut and presentable, but she liked it long.
“You look SO handsome.” She said smiling at him through the mirror. He looked sadly at the long pieces that littered the floor.
“I better get drafted really high for this.”
*******
“Philadelphia selects from the Western Hockey League’s Brandon Wheat Kings, Nolan Patrick.”
Sawyer covered her mouth, blinking away the tears in her eyes. She watched as Nolan stood, and hugged his parents and sisters before turning to her and pulling her into a very long hug.
“I couldn’t have made it this far without you.” He whispered, before releasing her and walked up to the stage, and pulled on the orange sweater.
He had made it. And she was so proud of him. His mom gave her a squeeze and a kiss on the cheek.
“It’s so important to him that your here.”
“I wouldn’t miss it.” She swiped at a tear, and clapped along with the rest of the crowd as Nolan stood on the stage and officially became a Philadelphia Flyer. She knew this meant she was going to lose him, that he would be far away and make new friends, and maybe even meet the girl he would spend the rest of his life with. But he had made it and that was all that mattered. When everything was all said and done, interviews completed and photos taken, it was just them alone in her hotel room. They had broken into the mini bar, and were laying on their back in the bed. The orange jersey hung on the back of a chair, and her black dress was hung on a hanger, shoes on the floor.
“How does it feel?” She asked quietly. The sun had just started to go down, the tv was on and she was sleepy from the long day and the alcohol. He shrugged.
“Nols you got drafted today. That’s a big thing.”
“Yeah. But it means I’m going to have to leave you.”
He turned his head to look at her. He was happy about the draft, but his whole life was in Winnipeg, with his family, his friends, and her. And he would leave all that at the end of the summer.
“I’m not going anywhere Nols. I’ll be here when you leave, and I’ll be here when you get back.”
There wasn’t much talking the rest of the night. They chose to sit in comfortable silence till they both fell asleep. They spent as much time together that summer as they could, clinging on to the last moments together for dear life. They were both absolutely terrified of being without each other for the first time in almost 19 years. She would have to re adjust her life at home without him, and he would have to start over somewhere new without her.
The night before he was due to leave they hiked up to the top of that hill they had sat on the day her sister disappeared. It was dark by the time they reached the top, the sounds of nightfall echoing through the trees. The moon was high in the sky, casting a pale milky glow over the trees and hills. The light sod town seemed so far away as they sat neither one saying a word.
“Will you come visit?” He asked quietly. She nodded.
“Of course. As soon as I can. Your gonna have so much fun in Philly Nolan.”
“I guess.”
It was quiet for a while before Nolan couldn’t take it anymore. He had been dying the last few months, each day getting shorter and shorter as it passed. His time with her seemed like it was being robbed from him. He went over it a million times in his head. And he always came back to the night she kissed him. A night she didn’t even remember and he would never forget.
“Sawyer.” He said suddenly, startling her. She was so used to him mumbling his way through life it took her aback how deep his voice was when he spoke clearly.
“What?”
“Can I- I just. Maybe this is just me being…whatever about leaving tomorrow but, can I…can I kiss you?”
She sucked in a breath, feeling like her chest was constricting. They had not spoken of their almost kiss the day he took her home when she was drunk, and she had pushed it out of her mind as a pity kiss for what had happened at the school the day prior. She didn’t remember the other one, and here he was asking her to do it again. He stared at her for a long time waiting for an answer. She didn’t know why she did it, she couldn’t think of a reason, she could barely even formulate words, but somehow she managed to say.
“Yes.”
He rose to his feet and extended a hand pulling her up with him. Her heart was clocking around in her chest, as she watched his hand moved forward and came to rest on her cheek. He stepped forward, pulling her against him very gently before he leaned down and brushed her nose with his own, before he pressed his lips to hers.
It wasn’t a heavy make out like in a movie. It was soft and slow, and shorter than she wanted it to be. When they broke apart, he sighed and let his forehead fall against her own.
“I don’t want to leave tomorrow.”
******
She watched with tears in her eyes as Nolan hugged his parents, various aunts uncles and friends at the airport. There had been no more talking, or kissing the night before. She didn’t know why he had done it, but it felt like it was okay. He finally turned to her, eyes sad and took a deep breath.
“Don’t cry.” He said as she fell slowly into him, arms coming around his midsection. A series of silent tears fell from her eyes as he rubbed a hand up her back. She knew this moment was coming, but she wasn’t ready for it. He pulled back to look at her, hands resting on her shoulders. She had her head bowed, two fistfuls of the material of his sweatshirt. His mom motioned for the rest of the group to turn around, and give them some privacy.
“Nolan.” Her voice caught in her throat. He reached forward and tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear for what felt like the last time.
“I’ll see you soon.” He gave her a small smile, and let go of her still grasping her hand as he walked away towards the gate until they both let go. She wrapped her arms around her middle. She watched until he disappeared through security before she let out a choked sob. Bo, Jessi, And Chase immediately pulled her into a three way hug, and allowed her to cry on their shoulders right there in the airport.
*******
I hope you like this! It was both funny and sad and special to write! Let me know what you think💕

(Byakuya Togami x Reader? That's how this idea started.) - Danganronpa 1 Ghost AU - "They Failed."
Oh it's as funky as it sounds. Just trust me on this one. Also, big fat Trigger Warning for assault, s3xual assault, murder, and angst.
Hope's Peak Academy is reportedly the most haunted high school in Japan. After the Most Tragic Incident the world had ever seen, the class of 78 was forced into a recorded killing game run by their fellow classmates Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba and failed to survive. The Future Foundation, after eventually beating Despair and restoring peace to the world, established the high school as a National Monument to the pain and suffering of the students and turned it into a museum recording the history.
There are too many stories of the passed students to count, some from construction workers and some from ghost hunters. These are their sightings.
============================================
Yasuhiro Hagakure is reportedly the most active ghost, which makes sense as the Ultimate Clairvoyant.
He tends to greet visitors at the entrance.
If you drop your hat or gloves and don't notice, you'll find them by the coat rack later for you to find.
Children tend to see him the most, or they hear a whispered joke in their ear if they're particularly upset at any of the Despair history.
He doesn't tend to interact with adults a lot, but he's known to follow the descendants of all their relatives or friends to make sure they're okay.
10/10 ghost, very friendly and a chill dude. Makes sure kids are okay.
Toko Fukawa is rarely seen or heard, but if she's there you know.
She hangs out in the bathrooms with the most common sightings being in the mirrors.
She's often found playing with her braids or grimacing at guests if there are a lot of people.
The friendliest sighting was when a child got lost and found their way to the women's bathroom.
When the panicked mother finally found them, their child was calm and content while playing with a stuffed toy they know they didn't bring.
When the child was guided to leave, they turned and waved goodbye to the mirror.
8/10, antisocial but harmless.
Genocider Syo is extremely active.
She likes pulling pranks on tall, skinny men, like throwing their wallets across the room and pinching their elbows.
If said men are blonde with blue eyes, they will tend to feel watched whenever the enter the building and will continue to think so until they leave.
Children tend to be scared of her, but if she sees a scared child she'll tend to leave the room so they're more comfortable.
She likes knocking over stuff, books and coffee mugs in particular.
However, if the staff scold her she'll knock it off.
She never knocks over artifacts, but people have seen her scissors rattle in their case.
8/10, harmless prankster.
Leon Kuwata can be found in the First-Floor Dorms.
People report hearing guitar strings playing in the boys bathrooms.
If someone mentions baseball around his dorm, mirrors and glass will crack or straight up shatter.
Paranormal investigators once spent the night in his old room, but they "forgot" to take off their shoes and slept above the covers.
They woke up with a blanket that hadn't been in the room covering them and their shoes neatly placed by the side of the door.
That same investigator used a Spirit Box to try and talk to him about what happened in the school.
Of course their older generations saw what happened live, but they never spoke of it.
"Do you have anything you need to say?"
"I'm so sorry."
6/10, ow.
Hifumi Yamada can be found in the kiln room in the Art Studio.
People hear camera clicks, as if he's still taking pictures.
Pencils will roll when the floor is completely flat.
He likes messing with the kiln and knocking off the hammers.
He loves playing the flashlight game.
If anyone mentions Celestia Ludenburg, people swear the room falls into a heavy and tense silence.
When everyone leaves the kiln, they feel his conflicting pain.
Anger? Sadness? They don't know. He's still grieving.
6/10, more ow.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru is silent unless he needs to talk.
He only talks if you do something wrong.
He doesn't play any of the games.
If you run in the museum, people swear they hear a loud voice telling them to stop.
If the staff breaks the rules at all, they straight up get smacked in the shoulder.
Groups of friends, particularly men, feel very welcome in his dorm room.
They all leave after a friendly, invisible squeeze is given to them on the arm.
6/10, he'll never change.
Mondo Owada has one reported sighting.
When construction to restore the building was going on, there was an incident between a worker and a girl on the street one afternoon.
He took her behind the building and attempted to hurt her.
A man in a Crazy Diamond gang jacket, which it should be noted that it doesn't exist anyore, pulled him off and hit him with a pick axe.
After the assaulter was unconscious, her savior didn't say a word; he looked at the girl up and down, presumably checking her for injuries, and passed her a card with a phone number before nodding to her and walking off.
It was the local s3xual assault line, which had been established only two years prior.
After she called the number, she was never able to find the card again.
She didn't even put two and two together until she visited the finished museum and saw Mondo's picture.
No one has ever seen him since.
10/10, badass.
Sayaka Maizono is in one of the boy's bathrooms in the dorms.
Visitors report feeling unnerved or even scared when they enter the bathroom.
She will not interact with you.
She doesn't like playing any of the games. Do not turn on the spirit box in her bathroom, the shower glass will crack.
One investigator decided to spend the night in the bedroom and turned on the shower in the morning.
When they got out, there was a message written in the fog on the mirror.
"LEON."
1/10, no fucking thank you.
Aoi Asahina hangs around the pool room.
She's reportedly like Hiro.
She's been seen walking the halls everywhere.
Children love visiting the pool room. They tend to feel excited and safe.
At night you can hear the pool splashing when no one is inside.
She has one recorded incident.
A child brought a small bag of donut holes to snack on.
Said child began to complain that "the air" kept pulling the donut holes out of his hands.
So they ran an experiment.
They dropped one on purpose and watched it roll away towards the pool room. After that, they didn't feel anymore pulls.
Now it's a tradition to leave a donut for her on Obon by the pool room or her dorm room.
Staff report donuts pulling themselves apart to share. If staff take a half that is offered, the treats are always gone by the next morning.
9/10, a whole mood.
Chihiro Fujisaki is relatively quiet.
They can be found in the boy's locker rooms by the pool.
People will smell a slight perfume over the chlorine.
Muscular men in particular will feel an odd sense of guilt when entering.
There was a guest, who was a muscular man, who took out their phone to record the room and listened back to it to find bits and pieces of the audio were gone.
They took it to a friend who deciphered it into a message in Morse code.
"I forgive you."
9/10, holy ow.
Celestia Ludenburg is only active in the kitchen.
Investigators have put on a full pot of tea water with no heat on the stove.
If they leave and come back, they'll find the pot whistling with the heat still off. The water is always the perfect temperature.
She is never active at night.
She'll only use the spirit box on Obon, but you have to make her a cup of milk tea first.
She's very picky about it.
There was one who got it right on the first try.
"Well finally," the box picked up. "Have some."
She will share details only she would know.
"I don't want to be rude, but do you have any regrets?"
A moment of silence. The cup on the table left for her shakes for just a moment.
"I have too many."
6/10, talkative but be careful.
Kyoko Kirigiri has never talked, but you'll hear her.
Staff will hear her heels clicking in the halls at night.
She likes writing in people's notebooks.
Random strangers will enter with an empty pocketbook and leave with a full one.
She loves to write.
She tells her side of the story.
If the mirrors ever fog up, she's there scratching out letters and numbers.
She also turns on the coffee pot in the kitchen.
Intuitive teenagers tend to know when she's there because they feel safer in rooms that people normally aren't comfortable in.
She writes clues to all the murders that she was never able to solve.
She's not done yet. She's made it very clear that she is not at peace.
9/10, talkative and informative.
Sakura Ogami is said to be hanging around in the recreational room where she committed suicide.
Children feel safe in there, but they never play with the old equipment.
There is an unspoken rule among them that they all know and have never discussed as soon as they walk in.
Some thrill-seekers sit in her chair.
They report feeling their head throbbing and intense nausea, some even passing out from the pain.
They also report intense guilt.
One child sat in the seat without thinking about it and they reported being fine but feeling a little sad.
She plays the flashlight game with investigators, but only if they're nice.
One turned on a spirit box and gave her a cup of tea on Obon.
"Thank you."
8/10, don't sit in her fucking chair you dumbass.
Mukuro Ikusaba is heard rarely.
Like Mondo, she has one reported calling.
In the gym, late at night, you can hear a quiet sobbing.
Children will hear a crying girl in their head:
"I didn't want this."
3/10, how is this even more ow.
Junko Enoshima is heard in the execution room.
Staff used to think there were multiple ghosts in there, but it turns out it's just her.
She laughs, cries, and shrieks.
The story is that she killed herself with her own executions after succeeding in the killing game.
At night investigators play the flashlight game with her.
Every visitor is always unnerved by her.
There is an unspoken bitterness towards her.
She doesn't deserve her success.
0/10, scary bitch.
Makoto Naegi is seen everywhere.
The Ultimate Lucky Student loves telling his story.
He's seen in windows and mirrors with his hoodie and a warm smile.
He's always kind and welcoming.
People leave him popular snacks at his dorm room on Obon.
He never speaks, he just likes watching everyone learn about them.
If children ever get lost he leads them back to their parents.
They'll always tell their family about the "nice boy with brown hair" who takes their hand gently and leads them to safety.
He feels a duty to protect the staff. They never feel alone at night. He's always there to keep them safe.
The descendant of Komaru Naegi, who happened to be a paranormal investigator, once spent the night in his old dorm room.
She reported hearing quiet crying and sniffling that morning before she opened her eyes and was flooded with a sense of relief.
Oh thank god, she was okay.
10/10, heart of gold.
Byakuya Togami is seen in one room and one room only.
He is the only one that people regularly see in the flesh as a full figure.
He's sitting in the library, reading a murder mystery novel.
He has never acknowledged any of the guests, except for one.
A small child, a descendant of Togami's old butler, gently knocked on the table to get his attention and waved politely. They thought he was a staff member.
He looked up at them, gave a little wave back, and went back to his book.
When they turned away and looked back, he was gone.
Staff will see him walking back to his room when the museum is closing up.
He's snobby, sure, but he has his manners. He won't purposefully get in the way of the staff.
9/10, super chill.
???
There is an unknown ghost that has one known/recorded interaction.
One night a paranormal investigator spent the night exploring the building.
They walked in the library to see Togami with a book and a lamp on that was previously off.
They nodded at him politely and went to the bookshelves to "find a book". They turned on a spirit box and stayed quiet.
The library door opened and closed.
They hear a passing conversation.
"Hello love."
A kiss, presumably on the knuckles.
"How was today?"
"Tiring", says a voice. "Lot of cleaning. Did you get any visitors?"
A chuckle. "Too many. I think they can see me."
"Probably."
A pause.
"Togami?"
"Hm?"
"Do you think they'll ever figure out what really happened here?"
Hesitance. "For their sake, I hope not."

'The smart thing would have been for Touko to retire to her room. Anyone could wear the mask of a handsome man, even a monster. Instead, she found herself following him, spurred on by her own curiosity, not only about what he offered to tell her but why he wanted to tell her something potentially so important. As she walked, she felt extra conscious of the holster of scissors hugging her thigh. Throughout her life, she had met many monsters that wore fake faces, but with Byakuya, she felt sure he didn’t wield a mask hiding his true self.
It was a gut instinct. No. Not gut. Her heart told her this.'

Ten students remained.
As Touko Fukawa sat at her desk, twirling a pen between her fingers, she passed over their corpses. She stepped over Yasuhiro and Kiyotaka. Skipped around Hifumi and Chihiro. Hopped across Sakura and Celes. Of course, she wasn’t really maneuvering around them. Her dorm obtained no bodies. In reality, they were tucked away wherever Monobear dragged them to once it had finished with them. What had been described was figurative, as could be found in a passage from a literary novel.
Not that Touko was a published author. The title of Super High School Level Writer belonged to her classmate, Byakuya Togami. Touko Fukawa was the Super High School Level Heir, not that her title was anything to scoff at. Already she had earned billions of yen, and she had survived more attempts on her life than anyone else here. Except perhaps Sakura, the Super High School Level Soldier. But she was dead so she didn’t count.
Other than Sakura, Kyouko was also likely to have fought off death, and Touko wondered whether the Fighter had participated in any deadly battles. Whether she had inflicted such pain onto others. Whether she had ever murdered an opponent before arriving at this school.
Touko had. Killed people.
Not in the way her alter had, puncturing the veins and lungs of corrupt businessmen, of perverts, of half-siblings, always with scissors, always with a signature written in the victim’s blood nearby. No, Touko didn’t need to do that. With victims working for other corporations, she struck them bankrupt. In her conglomerate, she confiscated jobs, leaving victims to drown in their desperation as they tried to stay afloat. She exposed fraud, blackmail attempts, human trafficking, and with nowhere for her victims’ darkness to hide, they withered in the light.
Memories dug into her skin like termites. Tasting bile, she looked up from her desk. The walls of her room lurched toward Touko before reeling back into place. If she stayed here any longer, the room would close its jaws and crush her to pieces. She stood up, her chair shunting backward with a grunt, and marched to the door.
Ahead of her lay a silent corridor. Most of the others were probably sleeping by this time. Touko stayed on guard as she wrapped her arms around herself and started plodding along with no particular destination in mind. The cafeteria would be shut, so she couldn’t acquire a cup of tea to try to soothe her jittering nerves from there. While she had glimpsed a box of teabags in the storage room a few days ago while searching for some towels, she still had no way to heat them up.
Then she remembered she had also spotted some chocolate in there, and chocolate was supposed to be able to help calm a person down. That was better than nothing.
Touko quickened her pace, moving with more purpose now. Maybe she was being reckless. Six of them had been slain and another motive dangled over their heads. Someone would surely attempt murder for what Monobear had on offer. Not her, but someone else would. All Touko had to do was ensure she wasn’t the victim.
By the time she entered the storage room, she hadn’t seen Monobear nor any other students. The idea of returning to her room, where the only sounds would be her own thoughts, made her stomach roll, so she decided to eat her chocolate in the library. Reading about another’s life ought to distract her from her own. Grabbing two bars, she left, and she soon arrived at the library. She managed a few paces forward before she heard rustling, turning her blood to ice, freezing her, rendering her immobile.
Moments later, Byakuya Togami emerged from behind a bookcase. His presence in the library wasn’t shocking in and of itself. He was the Super High School Level Writer and an avid reader. Touko just hadn’t expected him to be here so late. Though she had seen him here during the evenings, she usually stayed in her room after the nighttime announcement so never saw him in here after that. She would have thought he would have kept to his room at this hour, especially when one took into account the latest motive to murder.
“Which one are you?” he asked her. When she entered, she hadn’t made much noise - at least, she thought she hadn’t, but Byakuya seemed to have homed in on her as soon as she came in. “The abhorrent admirer, or the creepy loner girl?”
“I’m Touko Fukawa,” she replied.
“The latter then.”
She stayed where she was, and he stayed where he was.
“Have you come to murder me?” he asked. “Or is this just a regular stalker with a crush behaviour?”
Touko squeaked and shook her head. Her cheeks burned. “I... I came here to read, that’s all.”
“You’re rather jittery. Does my presence unsettle you? Do you believe that I intend to murder you?”
A gasp cracked in her throat. He sighed and pushed up his glasses.
“Compose yourself. I will not harm you right now. I intend to be the last man standing. The survivor who confronts and defeats the monster at the end.” Byakuya’s brow furrowed, his face darkening. “I refuse to yield to the pressure that Monobear tries to inflict on us.”
“... is that it?” Touko asked, her voice a pinprick. “You don’t plan on murdering anyone because two students will be allowed to leave? It ruins your envisioned ending?”
That was the motive. For the next murder, if the perpentrator was not voted out in their victim’s trial, they were allowed to choose another student to graduate with them.
“Not quite. I couldn’t care less if another escaped with me.” The bitter twist of his lips morphed into a smirk. “It’s simply too early for this to end. The plot has barely reached the halfway point.”
Even with such a wicked expression, he was still handsome. Touko’s heart raced watching him. By now, the chocolate bars in her hands had crumbled from the pressure of her fists. Not that it mattered, because her insides were writhing too much for her to keep any food down. She shifted her weight between feet.
“You don’t have to believe me,” he told her. He cocked his head to one side, his gaze as sharp as a knife. “I do wonder about you, though.”
“Even if I wanted to kill anyone, I couldn’t,” she said. “Everyone knows about my alter, so I would be the first person to be heavily scrutinised and suspected.”
His stare embedded deeper.
“Still. I must be on my guard. Your alter may wish to seek revenge on me for revealing her identity,” said Byakuya.
Touko hunched her shoulders. She should have hated Byakuya for announcing her secret in the last trial, even if the alternative was being framed by Hifumi and dying. After all, when a person shoved another out of a window on the top floor of a blazing building, the fall still left bruises.
And yet the sight of him still filled her chest with butterflies.
“My alter wants to survive as much as any of us,” said Touko.
“None of the motives so far seem to have impelled either of us to murder,” remarked Byakuya. “Not money... not the paranoia of another owning one of our secrets... not being forced to sleep in the same room, in the same clothes, and abide by the same rigid routine everyday.”
He trailed off. She didn’t offer a word to the silence, waiting to see what he was getting at, if anything.
“Tell me, what would drive you to murder?” he asked her.
“I told you - ”
“ - that you’re always going to be a suspect because of Genocider Syo,” he interrupted with a flap of his hand. “You already said. But is there nothing that Monobear can do to force your hand?”
Touko edged back a step, eyeing him. She found it hard to tell if the fluttering inside of her was still attraction, or fear. “What are you? The m-mastermind?”
He smirked. “That would be a twist, but no. Curiosity.”
“There is nothing that Monobear could offer me,” she said firmly, even if her legs were trembling. To counteract that, she clenched her legs together and further mutilated the chocolate bars in her tightening fists. “What about you? What would push you to murder?”
The glimmer in his eyes disappeared as he glanced away. “This isn’t the best location to discuss this. Monobear may be listening in.” He returned his gaze to her. “How about we continue this conversation elsewhere? The locker room by the baths will provide sufficient privacy.”
She was still processing his offer when he strode toward her. She stiffened. Didn’t breathe. He paused next to her.
“You may stay here, or hurry back to your room if you desire,” he said. “Should you wish to indulge me in more conversation, however, you know where I will be. I shall be there for the next hour, with an answer to your question.”
Touko stood motionlessly as she listened to Byakuya’s receding footsteps. The smart thing would have been for Touko to retire to her room.
No. Not gut. Her heart told her this.
They arrived at the locker room together, slipping past the noren curtain.
“So what about you?” asked Touko once both were well inside. She had thrown away the chocolates on the way there and could now fidget her hands together. “What could convince you to deviate from your plot outline?”
He was already standing near Touko, but he took a step toward her, approaching like the swell of an oncoming wave.
“Perhaps,” he said, dragging up his glasses, then hers, “a love interest.”
Her breath caught in her throat. Byakuya dipped his head, drawing closer and closer. Touko could have pushed him away. Kicked him between the legs. But she didn’t. She didn’t want to. As their lips pressed together, and his hands rested against her upper arms, her heels creaked away from the ground and her hands latched onto his waist.
Byakuya withdrew first. Touko wobbled for a moment, feeling light-headed. Even though he had initiated the kiss, she still expected him to grimace and swipe the back of his hand across his mouth. He scraped his teeth lightly against his lips, wetting them. Tasting. Then he made eye contact again.
“Hm? Are you suffering from post-kiss catatonia?” he asked. She stirred, the fog in her head not yet fully cleared.
“I’m s-surprised.”
“That is what is known as a test kiss.”
Touko squinted. “Test kiss?”
“It’s a trope that means... I am testing to see if you would partner with me in murdering one of our classmates.”
Her head jerked back. “W-What?”
He held out his hand toward her.
“Would you commit murder with me, Touko Fukawa?” he asked like a marriage proposal. Touko’s eyes flickered.
“I...”
She didn’t finish her sentence. His fingers curled into his hand before retreating, coming to rest on his hip.
“It doesn’t matter. As I told you, I have no intention of murdering yet. This was really a test to see if you could be recruited for murder. Though as you have said, due to your alter, you are by default a prime suspect.”
A test. There was always some kind of catch. Touko nodded, gazing down at her feet. She should have hated him.
“That’s all,” he said. “You are dismissed.”
The room hummed.
“Goodbye, Fukawa,” he said. “Go to your room now.”
Touko turned away and trudged out. With her back to him, she didn’t see him bring his hand to his lips, not to wipe his mouth, but as if he could still feel the kiss lingering.
She should have hated him.
And yet... she was smiling as bright as a butterfly.

Are You Going To Destroy It? (Part one)
Rating: Mature
Fandom: Danganronpa
Pairings: IshiMondo
Summary: Ishimaru is supposed to be perfect. He gets perfect grades, enforces the rules as hall monitor, and then goes home to care for his ailing grandfather while his father works long hours to support the three of them. But the simple fact is he's not perfect, and everything is unravelling his mental state more and more. Being forced to care for the man who ruined his life isn't helping.
TW: Suicidal thoughts, extreme bullying, self-harm, homicidal thoughts, family issues, mental health issues
Author’s note: Heavily inspired by Zankyou no Terror. Taka's storyline can be seen as an AU, but Daiya and Mondo aren't terrorists. Also, as a disclaimer: If you are aware someone is suicidal, DO NOT leave them alone. Mondo is just a kid, and doesn't know better, but now you do. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out.
For all Kiyotaka loved school, it could be hell.
He was drawn to learning, to pleasing his teachers, following the rules… But the same could not be said for those times of day where he was offered no protection. Before school, breaktime, lunchtime, and after school. Those were torture.
“C’mon, Taka,” One of the boys by his side grinned wolfishly, arm slung around his shoulders in some faux-friendly action, when in reality it was simply to keep him from leaving.
Had he expected any different when he was accosted and all but dragged to the pool behind the school building? Honestly, no. However, despite the probability that he could fight the boys off and run home, he… was tired. Too tired to push out of their grips and run yet again.
Too tired to go home.
Hence, here he stood, shoved to stand on one of the diving blocks - still in his full uniform - his classmates looming over him like vultures.
“Why don’t you go for a little dip?” The boy laughed as Kiyotaka resolutely stared out at the glistening water, so crisp and clear in the afternoon sun, “And then, well, not come up again.”
Ah, telling him to kill himself, yet again. They’d done this dance before (or was that another classmate? Their faces blur). He’d be lying, to say he hadn’t thought of it. Despite the utter terror that last instance had incited, razor blades thrown at him with jeering taunts to go cut up his arms some more, this is another level of intimidation.
So painfully close to casual.
“It’s what a filthy Ishimaru like you deserves.”
He was right about that, he supposed. Some time ago, he would’ve held his head up high and asserted that, yes, he is an Ishimaru, but he was going to fix his family’s reputation. He would drag his name out of the mud, and make it all better.
Now, he just wants the exhaustion to end.
“It’ll be just like falling asleep.”
The sentence rang over and over in his head, so similar to ones he’d thought on countless occasions; clutching bottles upon bottles of his grandfather’s pills, staring at the open blades of a pair of scissors, at the length of rope in the rotting garden shed that could easily be tied into a noose.
And God, did he just want to sleep.
His body leant forward, without explicit permission but he had no will to stop himself, eyes closing as he awaited the burning sensation that comes with breathing chlorinated water -
“CANONBALL!!”
The yell was loud, startling all of them at the poolside, and accompanied with a large splash. Kiyotaka and his classmates got soaked with the tidal wave of water that had been dispersed, and Kiyotaka’s breath caught in his throat when he saw the cause of the disturbance.
A handsome boy was in the pool, grinning ear to ear after his impressive dive from the roof above. His bleach blonde hair hung down in sopping ringlets, dishevelled out of whatever style it’d had before. His pretty, almost lilac eyes were heavily ringed in smudged, dripping eyeliner, but he didn’t seem to have a care in the world.
“‘S too warm to stay poolside, guys!” The boy smirked, swimming up to them as Kiyotaka could only watch in confusion. Assumedly, his classmates were also dumbfounded, considering the utter silence that seemed to envelop them all like a thick fog.
That was when the boy grabbed him by the leg, pulling him into the water but never letting his head dip below. He wasn’t dragging him under to drown, wrapped in a cool embrace like his mind and peers had whispered to him over and over again. No, this seemed… friendly. Like the adolescents in the media, who play and rough-house, yet never want any harm to come to each other.
He was still in the boy’s arms, head static and floating above his shoulders, reality a haze. He swore he could hear his classmates say something, though he doesn’t know what, and when he looked back they were gone.
“Hey,” The boy smiled, much more subtle and subdued than the grin he’d previously flashed. Kiyotaka was lifted a little higher, placed gently on the side of the pool, his head lowered and rivulets of water running down from his short hair.
“Are you okay?” The boy asked, “The things some assholes do… But you’re safe right now, yeah?”
He didn’t speak. He never spoke.
“Sorry I pulled ya into the water,” The other spoke once more, leaning on one toned arm as the other scratched at the back of his mop of hair, “Thought I should put some distance between ya ‘nd those guys, and that was the first thing I thought of. Didn’t really wanna cause a fight with you in the middle, looking so out of it -”
“I’m -” Kiyotaka began, voice hoarse and so soft, quiet, and he paused to clear his throat, “I’m fine… Used to it, I suppose…”
“Well, then that’s not really fine, right?” The other posed, like it was the simplest thing in the world, “Name’s Mondo. What’s yours?”
He looked down at his uniform, thumbing the seam of his blazer sleeve, a million thoughts running across his mind but without any substance to actually grab hold of one. As noncoporial as a spirit.
“I… Kiyotaka Ishimaru…” He hesitantly put forward, his name feeling like molasses in his mouth, gluing to his teeth and oozing between his lips, “Thank you for helping me, Mondo-kun.”
It feels right, to thank him. Or, not right, but proper. A thing one should do. He cares a whole lot for propriety, has to, and the instinct kicks in fast. Mondo simply looks amused.
“Ya don’t need to bother with honorifics, it’s cool,” He waves off, and a small pang in Kiyotaka’s chest murmurs ‘ah, to be so casual’.
He’ll never be able to do something like that, because he’ll never have a friend to be casual with. He’s not being morose when he thinks that, either; at this point in his life, despite being just a few months shy of his fifteenth birthday, he knows that as empirical fact. He’s unlikeable, plain and simple, exemplified by his classmates attempting to gode him into suicide.
That must mean he’s a special kind of hateful.
Mondo looks up, then, at the roof. A man with dark hair stands at the railing, arm casually slung over the side, watching the pair of them from his vantage point. Something in Kiyotaka’s chest shrinks, but Mondo is quick to assure him.
“My brother,” Is his simple explanation, “Are you… gonna be alright to get home? By yourself, I mean?”
The thought of going home makes him flinch. The soulless eyes, staring at the wall as he gives his near-catatonic grandfather his bath, feeds him his dinner spoonful by spoonful, gives him his meds and forces him to swallow. So helpless, dependent, pathetic…
An evil part of him screams to just hold him under the water, wrap his hands around the old man’s throat, give him too many pills at once. Because, for God’s sake, this man ruined his life before it began, and it’d be so easy to take him out. Like an old dog that has outlived its use, out behind the garden shed -
He cuts off those thoughts there. He’s truly a vile person.
“It’s fine,” He lies, because it isn’t. He doesn’t know who he’ll snap and kill first, himself or his grandfather, and he still wants nothing more than to lay down in the water and breathe until his lungs give in.
“If you’re certain,” Mondo hesitates, looking like he wants to say more, but instead he just pulled himself out of the pool, “I should probably get back to my brother. Still, though, if those idiots come after you again… I ain’t usually one to agree with being a narc, but some things are just way too much.”
He nods, though his heart isn’t in it.
“See ya around, Taka!” Mondo grins, giving a mock salute as he walks off.
Nothing’s stopping him from shuffling off the tile, going down into the depths of the water and laying at the very bottom until the staff come by tomorrow morning. But he doesn’t. He’s not sure why he doesn’t, but he stands and walks out the pool gate, dripping water onto the concrete of the pavement and drawing odd stares as he treks home.
Taka, he thinks, I like that.

In light of the recent personal I had to block let met explain something to you all very clearly. Just because I do not air it out here, does not mean that I, or the people around me, do not suffer. Okay. I have stories and I am used to things that it is occurring to me aren’t quite normal. I wasn’t going to talk about it but the recent Reservation Dogs episode had got me thinking, and you know what. Yeah I’m going to fucking talk about it and my experiences because I shouldn’t get a message saying ‘indigenous community doesn’t suffer police brutality because the media doesn’t talk about it.’, or see a blatant lack of attention on the fact that suicide ideation is a real big problem in the reservations.
tw/ gore mentions, because guess what it’s irl.
ffs, in 2008, my mom and my father figure witness a POLICE OFFICE intoxicated on duty run a high school girl over because he was angry she didn’t get in the car with him, and you know what. It ripped her legs off. The police stopped by our house and tried to smear dried paint on her car to make it look like she was the one who ran the girl over, yeah - we had to tell them to get the fuck away or we will defend ourselves. But guess what, this isn’t the first time that particular family - ancestors look after them, lost their daughter to police brutality because their oldest girl? A cops son ran her over in the early 2000′s, you know how I know? Because my cousin was in the car with him and he was passed out drunk, woke up and the guy was cleaning blood off his bumper - said he ran over a deer. Guess what tumblr, the guy ripped her entire chest cavity open and left her entrails along the road. Both of these men who killed these girls and young ladies were police officers? The paper work was lost, destroyed, and my mom was told to shut up and be quiet or they will do the same to her.
in 2010, my biological dad accused me of being a runaway - mind you he gave up his rights on the reservation and left but his friends are judges. So as I was leaving the store and going to my grandma’s house, a police officer who is friends with him pulled up and slammed me on my face right on my grandma’s porch and threw me in jail for three days. And guess what, they had to let me go BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CHARGE ON ME AND ME BEING THERE? NOT ON MY RECORD BECAUSE I WAS ILLEGALLY HELD .
In 2015, my best friend, who I loved entirely and completely, was walking to her grandmas house. And guess what, an inebriated jail guard hit her and threw her body 20 feet into the air, if her neck was broken on contact with all the broken bone the fucking 20 foot drop might have. And guess what, the charges? the fact the woman was on duty? never went to court. Paperwork was lost, my best friends obituary didn’t even make the paper.
IT IS A WIDELY KNOWN FACT HERE IF YOU ARE A POLICE OFFICER AND YOU KILL SOMEONE? NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. There are SO many instances where native people have disappeared because our own police officers make people and cases disappear.
Don’t even get me started on the suicide rates, in 2006, I had a classmate who hung herself in her closet. I felt so guilty because I hadn’t done enough to help her emotionally, but remember everyone we were in the SIXTH GRADE. SO how could I have known that the girl sitting across from me was struggling when I didn’t even know what suicide WAS back then. I will forever remember hearing the cops screaming on the scanner because they had never seen a kid so young take her own life.
In 2011, one of my classmate's cousins took her own life and she was discovered when her school bus driver drove by her house to pick her up. Him and the whole bus of kids.
Just a few weeks ago my other cousin tried to hang himself in his deceased dads basement. Just two weeks ago a 14 year old confided in me she went to treatment for hurting herself with a scissors.
I myself, have made attempts on my own life.
AND THIS ISN’T EVEN EVERYTHING.
We have countless cases of suicide here, just as well as we have constant cases of police murder and police brutality. There is corruption, there is pain, everywhere I look.
We. Suffer. Too.
Don’t fucking talk to me about the ‘lack of suffering’ because you don’t see it in media or the fact that I don’t ‘seem to be that bad’ for fuck’s sake.

TOP ECCHi ANiME TO WATCH FOR
It’s sexy time now or in anime terms, it’s ‘ecchi’ time now. After doing a list about some of the popular harem anime out there, why not compile another list, this time with popular ecchi anime. The ecchi genre has been a fan favourite for a long time. So much so that there are special fanservice episodes in anime from other genres. Though I am not an avid watcher of ecchi anime sometimes I do tend to dwell in them. If you are looking for some sexy anime the here’s a list compiled just for you. So, let’s see what are some of the top ecchi anime out ever. You can watch some of these best ecchi anime movies on Crunchyroll or YouTube. Most of these anime are erotic and hot
10. No Game No Life (2014)
Tumblr media
‘No Game No Life’ is a fantasy, ecchi anime. It has been made bright, colourful, and is filled with fan service. I liked the premise of the movie (though it has been done before). The base theme is that you have to play high-stake games to make critical decisions. Thus, this removes all kind of action, bloodshed, and war. So, if you are into that action anime then I suggest you skip this one. Sora and Shiro are one of the best online gamers. They are siblings who are not currently pursuing any sort of education or doing any jobs. Their online game username is ‘Blank’ which has achieved a sort of legendary status. They don’t go out much and feel that the real world is nothing but a lame game.
One day they receive an e-mail which challenges them to play a match of chess. This starts their adventures in another realm where every rivalry and problem is solved by games. The ruler of this world, Disboard, is Tet, who is the God of Games. This system of settling disputes and discord via high-stake games works pretty well for one particular reason. Both the parties must wager something equal in value to the wager of the opposite party. Now, the gaming genius duo Sora and Shiro has got a reason to play games. They must unite all the races of this world to play against Tet so that they become the new God of Games.
9. Kill la Kill (2013)
Tumblr media
‘Kill la Kill’ is an entertaining anime. There are two ways of watching this show. You can watch it as a parody of sorts and enjoy how it satirically criticizes the stereotypical anime paraphernalia. You can also watch it as a common ecchi, action anime with strong female leads and lots of funny scenes. Whichever way you choose you will end up having fun while viewing this show. Though at first, the series might feel a bit confusing and clichéd it matures gradually as the series approaches the end. Ryuuko Matoi is the protagonist of the series. Her father was an inventor. One of his inventions is a scissor-like weapon. It is the missing half of this weapon which serves as the only remaining clue of his murder that Ryuuko has.
With the remaining half of the scissor blade, she ventures out to find the killer of her father and avenge his death. Her investigation takes her to Honnouji Academy. It is a prestigious academy at the top of which is the cold and heartless Satsuki Kiryuuin, the student council president. Four people serve her and are known as the Elite Four. They have been given God Clothes by Satsuki which grants them superhuman powers. Ryuuko tries to fight one of them but looses and retreats to her home. There she finds a rare God Cloth which after coming in contact with her blood latches onto her. This gives her immense superhuman abilities.
Now, armed with power Ryuuko ventures once again to the Honnouji Academy to face Satsuki and her underlings to uncover the culprit behind her father’s murder.
8. Highschool of the Dead (2010)
Tumblr media
The only reason I decided to include ‘Highschool of the Dead’ is that I found it quite entertaining. Mind you it is nowhere close to some great ecchi anime like ‘Shokugeki no Soma’ but it is entertaining nonetheless. It is an erotic zombie apocalypse anime with lots of fanservice. There are some steamy hot scenes in this anime. It does not plan to intrigue the viewers with a complex and interesting plot or relatable characters (though at times you can relate with some of them) but rather let them enjoy a sexy little zombie apocalypse anime. So, if you are a fan of the genre then you might enjoy it.
The plot starts with the world suddenly amid a zombie apocalypse. People start turning into the undead. The entire social structure is experiencing a great demise as humans start feeding on each other. Takashi Kimuro is the protagonist of this anime. His friend, unfortunately, turns into a zombie. Takashi takes the harsh decision and kills his friend before he can harm anyone. He promises to protect the girlfriend of his friend. As they navigate through their school campus they meet a bunch of other students and a school nurse. All of them are trying to escape this predicament. They decide to bundle up together and work as a team so that they can survive this apocalypse.
7. Sekirei (2008)
Tumblr media
‘Sekirei’ is a popular ecchi genre anime and like lots of other anime in this genre, it too uses the supernatural theme. The series has some funny scenes and some over-the-top action sequences. The female characters, who are the centre of attraction for all ecchi anime fans, in this anime are quite pretty and sexy. They are nicely endowed and have voluptuous figures. Though it is common in these types of anime I felt that ‘Sekirei’ was somewhat misogynistic in its approach. It is one thing to make women wear skimpy and tight clothes (which is quite staple in any ecchi anime) but it is another thing to treat them as objects. This was one of the most obnoxious things about this anime. If you can get over this fact then it will become a fun little anime which you can either binge or watch an episode or two once in a while taking a break from your regular stuff.
Though Minato Sahashi is not an idiot he keeps struggling with academics. He tries hard but ends up failing the college entrance exams a second time. He and people around him lose their hope and think that Minato is a failure. But suddenly his life changes when a beautiful human-like extraterrestrial-being falls into his life (literally). Her name is Musubi. She is a Sekirei, special beings who kiss humans who possess a special gene to unhide their secret powers. Musubi brings out Minato’s hidden powers but now he is paired with her to compete against other similar pairs. What Minato doesn’t know is that there is far more danger regarding this than he thinks.
6. Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san (2018)
Tumblr media
Up next is another supernatural ecchi anime. If you fantasize about sexy supernatural or fantastical beings then you will enjoy ‘Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san’. There are 12 episodes in this series and each episode is around 23 minutes long. If you have ventured into the ecchi genre after watching anime like ‘Shokugeki no Soma’ then I will suggest you not to hang around this genre much, since most anime are not remotely like it. They are filled with lots of fanservice and buxom beauties and that’s mostly about it.
Fuyuzora Kogarashi is a medium and has been troubled by spirits since his childhood. He has been possessed many times but as he grew older he became more resistant towards the spirits and can now even exorcize them with just a punch. But he is poor and in need of a cheap boarding house to stay in. He finds it quite cheap to stay at the Yuragi manor. The main reason that this Manor is cheap is that it is haunted. But having dealt with ghosts most of his life Fuyuzora has no problem with it and starts staying in the house. The other tenants of the house are beautiful and sexy females. There he meets the ghost of the girl who is haunting the house. After Fuyuzora vows to help fulfil her lingering wish, the other members of the house reveal their supernatural nature.
5. Sankarea (2012)
Tumblr media
The next anime is an odd one. ‘Sankarea’ had one of the most unusual plots. The main character is Chihiro Furuya a boy obsessed with everything ‘zombie’. He is so into them that he even wants a zombie girlfriend. One day Chihiro’s cat Baabu dies. This makes him determined to create a resurrection potion. He finds one of the main ingredients in Rea Sanka’s, a girl who wishes to die, house. After the potion is complete Rea decides to drink it thinking that the potion will kill her. But the potion was successful and when Rea, dies in an accident she is resurrected from the dead thus, becoming a zombie. Though this situation may seem ideal for Chihiro he faces a lot of trouble to deal with Rea.
4. Mayo Chiki! (2011)
Tumblr media
Kinjirou Sakamachi had developed gynophobia, a fear of women, thanks to his mother and sister’s wrestling obsession. One advantage did come out of this though, his body has become very resilient allowing him to even brush off bumps from vehicles. But his fear is quite abnormal so much so that even a touch from a female can make his nose bleed. He ends up discovering that Subaru Konoe, who is the butler to his headmaster’s daughter, is a female. In exchange for secrecy, she promises to cure his phobia.
3. Prison School (2015)
Tumblr media
Hachimitsu Private Academy is a popular all-girls academy until very recently when it decided to let boys enrol. After the first enrollment process, only 5 boys are selected. This puts them in a very awkward position as they cannot converse with almost any of their classmates since they are all female and ignore them. They try to find recluse in being peeping toms. But they are caught and thrown in the school prison for one month. Will they be able to survive or will they break?
2. High School DxD (2012)
Tumblr media
Issei Hyoudou is your everyday pervert who wants to own a harem someday. He enjoys peeping on women. One day he is asked by a girl. Unfortunately, the girl is a fallen angel who wants to kill Issei and is successful in doing so. End of story, right? Wait! Issei is then resurrected by Rias Gremory, a devil, who makes him her servant. Now, Issei must adjust to this new lifestyle and survive in the vicious world of devils and angels.
1. Shokugeki no Souma (2015)
Tumblr media
Souma Yukihira has been working as a sous chef under his father in their family restaurant. He is quite creative in his cooking style and entertains the customers with skilful culinary creations. His dream is to one day become the head chef of the restaurant. His dream is however cut short when his father closes down the business and enrols Souma in Tootsuki Culinary Academy. Now, he needs to work hard since only 10% of the students can graduate. Will he be able to survive the academy and its famous food wars?

BNHA, MomoJirou?
Prompts 25. "I know this looks bad, but I swear, it's not."
Tumblr media
So many ways this could go~! Hopefully the route I took was a fun one!
Minor Trigger Warning: Mentions of Blood
Momo considered herself to be a rather fortunate woman. She had a financially successful family, a great relationship with her father and was working on things with her mother, a close-knit group of friends she loved dearly, and had started a paid internship just a few weeks back for a designing agency run by The Kayama Nemuri. She knew that she was an incredibly lucky person, that there were those who would kill for the opportunities she had been given, and made sure to wear her gratitude on her sleeve to everyone she knew. She put all her effort and energy into being a good daughter, a good friend, and a good employee, doing whatever she could through action to help emphasize the depth and sincerity of her gratitude. After all, actions were a great indicator of the merit of one's words!
But sadly… Her love life hadn’t seen nearly as many returns as the rest of her life had.
She’d had three relationships in the past and they’d all been… lackluster, to put it mildly. Her first relationship had been a situation where she agreed to date the guy more out of obligation than anything. He had been incredibly nice to her and her then-friends had insisted that meant she at least owed him a chance to prove himself as a boyfriend. The relationship had only lasted three months of her first year of high school and ended so horribly that her father had transferred her to a new school at the conclusion of her first semester.
The school she transferred to was a girls-only boarding school and where she grew into her sexual identity as a pansexual woman. She had a longer relationship with one of her classmates that started in the winter of her second year and ended in the spring of their third year, with her ex immediately jumping to date another of their peers within a week of the break up. It had been painful to watch and, for about a year after, she had avoided relationships for a while.
Her relationship after that had been even worse. She didn’t like to dwell on that ex too much simply because… Well, how incredibly awful it had been. The relationship had felt much more like the two of them getting together because they were afraid of being single in their group of friends. The two of them had nearly no common interests and her ex had always seemed to find her passion for fashion design to be a waste of time, frequently inquiring why she didn’t study something more “practical”. Momo herself, however, thought that her degree plan had been more than practical, considering her minor had been in business.
That relationship lasted ten months and ended when she learned of an affair.
She’d taken a two year break from dating after that, focusing instead on her friend and family and school. All of her friends had rallied around her after that break up, helping to lift her back up, and she had been incredibly grateful for it. They reminded her to never settle for less than she was worth, to wait until someone who deserved her commitment came around.
And then, one day, she met Jirou Kyouka.
Their first meeting had been an impromptu sort of thing. Momo’s dear friend Mina had to take her new puppy, Floofles, to the vet for vaccines and spaying. It was an overnight situation with a designated pick-up time, but Mina had to be at work during the time. She has begged Momo if, since she was free that day, she could pick Floofles up and monitor her until she herself was home. And not one to let a friend in need down, Momo had agreed.
In the lobby of the little vet clinic had sat a young woman in dark colors, with short cut indigo hair, and a snarling mass of hay colored fur in her lap. Momo had been a few minutes early and was urged to take a seat while she waited, causing her to settle into the vacancy next to the stranger and her displeased pet. Upon closer examination she realized that it was a cat, with a front paw that looked to be at an odd angle, which seemed to explain the attitude. “Oh, the poor little dear,” she murmured quietly, not thinking as the words left her mouth.
Dark eyes flickered up to her, the gleam of disinterest fading to a light of interest. Her lips twitched up in a small smile. “Thank you, but he did this to himself,” she hummed, reaching out to set one hand on the cat’s head. He responded by growling audibly and jerking his head out from under her touch. “Leave the patio door open unsupervised for one minute, and he leaps out to chase a bird. Eats shit and ends up hurting his paw.”
The cat let out a displeased hiss at his dirty laundry being aired, but it only resulted in both women laughing. The next few minutes waiting for Floofles had passed in the blink of an eye as she chatted up the cat owner, learning that the cat was named Dynamight and was just a grumpy old man trapped in the body of a young cat. Once Floofles was brought out to her, Momo asked for the other’s number, explaining she wanted to see how Dynamight was doing once his paw got looked at. And while there was genuine care about the cat’s well being involved, there had also been a selfish motivation behind it, too. Her companion seemed to know as much but didn’t draw attention to it as they exchanged numbers.
That was eleven months ago, with she and Jirou’s nine month anniversary as an official couple just on the horizon. And Momo couldn’t help but smile whenever she thought about it. Jirou was unlike her past partners in so many ways. She encouraged and supported Momo’s designing works, they shared a secret love of true crime love documentaries, and she was incredibly laid back. With her, Momo could feel her walls fall down and she felt genuinely secure about it. There was something naturally calming about Jirou’s presence and approach to life - of going with the flow and taking things as they came - that was refreshing and exhilarating. So much of Momo’s own life had been slotted around by activity start and end times, of living up to expectations both real and imagined, that the idea of simply letting things be and dealing with them as they came up was incredibly freeing.
The thought occurred to her as she stepped out of the elevator at Jirou’s apartment complex and started to make her way to her door. Normally, she made sure to reach out before dropping by. Part of it was because she didn’t like just showing up unannounced, but another reason was because of her girlfriend’s erratic work schedule. The other woman did freelance work of some kind - the details were vague and confidential - so her hours tended to shift depending on the needs of her client. Sometimes, she’d be free for a good three or four days, while other times she’d be engrossed in her projects for hours at a time. Things had been pretty quiet from what little she remembered last time they talked about work, though, so she felt things would be fine this one time.
She opened the door to the front door, unsurprised to find it unlocked. Jirou tended to leave the door unlocked in case her neighbor, a bedraggled single father, ever needed to ask for an impromptu baby-sitter. His daughter liked cats and Dynamight, as Momo herself had seen, was surprisingly agreeable with the young girl when she came by. She half expected to see young Eri settled on the couch, a Disney movie playing on the television, while Jirou prepared dinner or worked on something for a client, when she stepped in.
Only to stop just a few steps through the threshold.
A map of the city was spread across the coffee table, two large pillar candles set up at the far corners of the table, while Jirou was kneeling in front of it. She was cutting open what seemed to be a small blood donation bag with some scissors, a small wooden box to her left with what seemed to be crystals inside. After a moment, Jirou reached towards the box and pulled one out, a thin strand of yarn wrapped around the crystal. She released a slow breath. “Okay, Kyouka… This shouldn’t be too hard. You haven’t exactly used this combination before but it should work out fine,” she mumbled to herself, moving the crystal to dangle over the open lip of the bag.
Momo couldn’t help it; she gasped, loud and horrified. She was completely stunned. What was all of this? What purpose did it serve? It all seemed incredibly occult. Jirou had never seemed like the type to have such interests. Hearing her gasp, Jirou jerked to stare at her with a horrified stare of her own. She opened her mouth twice, clearly scrambling to find words to string together, before she clamped it shut with a soft click of her jaw.
They stared at one another for a long moment, eyes wide and their heart beats seeming to echo in the tiny space.
"I know this looks bad, but I swear, it's not!" Jirou yelped, finally cutting through the silence, dropping the blood bag in her hands and letting it hit the ground with a sickening splat sound. Momo felt her whole body shudder with the sound and her stomach flipped uneasily. She shifted her weight back on the heels of her feet while keeping her eyes fixated on Jirou.
“Tch! She’s gonna try and make a break for it if you don’t seal the door off, ya idiot!” For a moment, Momo was befuddled by the new voice she heard. She swore she could hear quiet, cat-like growls between their words, but… That wouldn’t make sense, right? Who does cat impressionations while speaking? Slowly she turned her head in the directions of the voice, her eyes landing on the familiar fluffy form of Dynamight sitting on the kitchen counter. His pupils shrunk to slimmer slits before he curled his lips back, the voice from before sneering, “Oh, looks like she’s starting to put shit together! Get your head back in the fucking game!”
Dynamight… Her cat… Was talking? But then… Talking cats were common of…
Momo whipped around and moved to rush for the apartment door, heart beating erratically in her chest. If this was all really happening, she needed to get out! Before a hex of some kind could be placed on her, or even worse! “Wait, Yaomomo! Please hear me out!” Jirou called out after her.
Just as her hands made to grab for the handle, it shriveled and withered into the door itself like a rotten fruit being reclaimed by its tree. A startled shriek left her as she scrambled backwards, watching with wide eyes as the rest of the door melted into the frame, the seam separating the two disappearing completely. She felt herself drop to her knees and wrap her arms tight around herself. “Oh God,” she breathed shakily, closing her eyes tightly as she heard soft footfalls approaching her. “I promise I won’t tell anyone about this! J-Just please! D-Don’t hu-hurt me! L-Let me go!”
There was a quiet swishing of wind and fabric before she felt herself being lifted slightly. Then, there was a soft and warm hand gently cupping her cheek. “I would never hurt you, Momo. Please… Even if you aren’t sure how to feel about the rest of this, please know that much is the truth,” The other woman’s voice hitched with pain as she spoke, clearly wounded by the suggestion. She peeked her eyes open to see she was floating just a few feet above the ground so that she was able to meet the other’s dark eyes. Those same eyes were pleading and vulnerable.
Momo swallowed thickly before timidly nodding her head. “I’m sorry,” she breathed softly.
“No, I understand. This… Isn’t what you were anticipating to walk into,” Jirou said with a small sigh before glancing over at the sacrificial site set up on her coffee table. “Just let me clean that up real fast, put on some tea and then I’ll explain.” Momo nodded with a bit more certainty before she was carefully floated over and set delicately on the couch.
She sat and watched in quiet bemusement as the other skittered to and fro, using what Momo could only assume was magic to help her. The longer she observed, the more relaxed she gradually became. While she worked at getting the blood cleaned up off the wood paneling, Dynamight actually rummaged through the kitchen cabinets to fish out the kettle and start filling it up. It was a little impressive to watch how he did it with his paws and teeth, though she could still hear the quiet grumbled swears he released as he did. Once all the summoning stuff and blood were cleaned up, Jirou prepared them each a cup of tea and settled into the couch seat a space away from Momo, giving her a good amount of breathing room.
She handed the cup over carefully with one hand. “I went with that citrus one you brought a while back. I remembered that one having a nice little zing to it,” she explained.
“Thank you,” Momo took a quick sip of her own cup, disregarding how it scalded her tongue just a smidge. “So… You’re a witch, I take it.” she said evenly.
Jirou nodded. “Yes, I am,”
“And Dynamight-!”
“Bakugo,”
“Huh?”
“His actual name is Bakugo Katsuki. Dynamight is just his… um.. Common cat name. Easier than explaining the logistics of a familiar,” she explained with a small nervous laugh.
“So he is your familiar,” she mused, taking another sip. The other nodded as she took a sip from her own cup as well, setting it on the coaster on the coffee table when she was done.
Jirou’s hands clutched at her knees, eyes skirting down to stare at them instead. “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you sooner. I’ve wanted to but… I was worried. There’s a lot of paperwork and hoops to jump through to get that kind of clearance. And even then… There’s no guarantee that you’d want to keep that knowledge. And if that happened, your memories would have to be wiped and I couldn’t see you anymore.”
Momo blinked in surprise. “Wait, what?”
“It’s a safety protocol that the higher ups implement to keep the general public safe, as well as those of us in the bureau,” she sighed, lifting her head to peek up at her worriedly. It was clear she was uneasy but was also being transparent. “Though, I suppose I should actually… Well, explain what’s going on here, huh?”
She nodded. “So… Is this related to your work?”
“Yes, actually. See, I’m aligned with what’s called the I.B.O.M.O., which is abbreviated further to I-Boom, and is short for International Bureau of Magical Events. As a representative, I have the ability to travel between this realm - the mortal plane - and the realm of magical creatures - the magical plane. As such, it is my responsibility to keep instances of magical creatures and mortal interactions limited. Part of that is tracking down rogue magicals that come into the mortal plane without the proper permissions and, if they encounter a mortal, wiping memories and issuing out punishments,” she explained, picking her cup back up and taking a sip.
“So what you were doing… Was that related to something like that?” Momo asked with a tilt of her head.
Jirou nodded. “Yes. I was trying to scry. My current assignment is to track down the heir of a noble warlock family who has apparently fled to this plane. He is apparently somewhere in this city but.. Well, since he hails from a high ranking family, his magical skills have been well-honed so trying to find him has been a struggle. I’d been hoping that by combining my scrying technique and a powerful conjuring technique using the bird blood I could… Well… Try to get some idea as to where he might be,” she sighed, letting her shoulders slump. “This is the longest I’ve ever taken on an assignment and it’s.. Well, it’s difficult.”
Momo stared at her before glancing back down at her cup. Her thumb traced along the rim of the cup thoughtfully, an idea turning about in her head. “Could… Could I help you find him?”
“Huh?”
“The fuck can a human like you do to help?” Dynamight - erh, Bakugo? - chimed in, hopping down from the breakfast nook and trotting over. He scrambled up and sat on the table, glaring her down with his ears back and fluffy tail lashing. “If a witch with as many accomplishments as Earlobes is having a hard time, what fucking chance does a mere human like you have?”
“Well, if you have an idea of around when he appeared, I can ask around,” Momo said, tone a little petulant. The sheer lunacy that she was arguing with a cat wasn’t lost on her completely - and she made note to ask Jirou later how, exactly, it was she could hear his voice - but she still felt the need to, as immature as it was. “I have a lot of connections around the city. I might be able to get you a list of suspects, since there is the chance he could do… Um… What is it called? Glamour?”
Jirou giggled a bit. “You’re right. Glamour is the tool magical creatures use to disguise their true forms,” She lightly tapped her chin in thought. “Hmm. That’s not a bad idea, actually. He could be using glamour to disguise his appearance since it’s so unique. Make himself harder to find.” Momo smiled at Jirou’s words, her heart fluttering a bit at the prospect of being about to help her girlfriend. “But… If you’re going to get involved, I’ll need to file the proper paperwork and make a protection charm for you. I want you to be safe. I don’t think the nobleman would harm you but… I don’t know the specifics of why he left the magical plan unannounced. I’d rather air on the side of caution.”
Momo nodded as she took another sip of her tea. A part of her told her she shouldn’t get this invested. It was Jirou’s work and she herself wasn’t a witch. She shouldn’t be getting involved too heavily. But… If she could help her girlfriend, wasn’t it worth it? If it gave her a chance to show how much she appreciated how good Jirou was to her, it had to be worth it.

I know that my posts don’t usually get seen when they aren’t about Nico di Angelo or Percy Jackson in general, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. School is shitty in places outside the US
I live in Canada. I don’t have to worry about getting shot if I go to school, but it’s still shitty at my school (especially at my old school)
Quick tw for this entire thing. It deals with eating disorders, mental abuse, physical abuse, psychotic episodes, teachers not caring, mental illness, trauma, and suicide. Please tread carefully before you continue
I’ve been going to Catholic schools since I was 3. I went to a catholic elementary school in Ontario for about 10 years before going to my current Catholic high school
At my elementary school, when I was in fourth grade, one of the girls in my class was struggling with her mental health. Her dad had died a few years before then (by the way, our school NEVER gave her a safe space to discuss what was going on in her life) and she had been through some other shit
Now, in fourth grade, I didn’t know anyone in my class except for her (there were around 70 kids in my grade, I didn’t know a lot of people). So we hung out that year. Some days, she was in a great headspace and was happy and we got along great. She was funny, smart, nice, easy to talk to, and she was probably the first friend I had that I had anything in common with
But as I mentioned, she was seriously struggling. About once a week (at the minimum), she would have what I am going to refer to as an ‘episode’ because I really don’t know any other way to put it. She would scream, throw things, chase people around the class with scissors, and just overall torment me and my classmates. It got so bad that the entire class had to be brought into the hall for our own safety on more than one occasion
Our of everyone in the class, she harassed me the most. I’m not entirely sure why, but I’m guessing it had something to do with her own self-sabatoge since I was pretty much the only person there for her that entire year
One time she tried to cut my throat. Another time she threw a textbook at my head. She followed me around for almost six hours straight, calling me names and harassing me.
None of this was a secret from our teachers. They all knew about this. Our principals knew about this. Half the school knew about this. But none of the adults, who were responsible for keeping us safe, did anything.
They let it slide. They sent her to the office (the principals did nothing). They brought us out of the class, but didn’t ever do anything to help her to stop her episodes or to help her with any of her issues. In fact, just so they could all avoid doing their jobs, they hired college students to come in and talk to me and her at recess a couple days a week. I feel so bad for those girls since they were busy with school and exams, but they had to help out two extremely traumatized and extremely fucked up kids
One time this girl tried to kill me. And I mean this seriously— she came at me and tried to cut my throat with a pair of scissors. There were three eye witnesses (outside of myself and the girl). There was footage of it on the security cameras. And the girl started chasing people with scissors after I ran away from her. Our principals did nothing. Our teacher did nothing.
I asked my parents and teacher and principals to move me to the other class because I couldn’t be around that girl. She tormented me, and I was terrified to go to school because I didn’t know if it was going to be a good day or if she was going to attack me and scream at me. I was terrified of the building, and that year led to a lot of the issues with school and mental illness that I have to deal with now. They didn’t move me. They switched desks and put mine right next to hers. Like, the fuck was wrong with those asshats?
Also, me and this girl were walking around the halls during indoor recess one time and heard our teacher shit talking me, her, and this one other kid we were sort-of friends with. He called her psychotic, called me ‘at fault for (the girls) episodes and aiding (the girls) delusions’ and made fun of our other friend for having a high pitched voice. Like, we were nine? I wasn’t responsible for this girl trying to kill me and having episodes all the time. She wasn’t psychotic, she just had some issues she needed to work out, and she needed help with it from adults. And our friend was allowed to have a high pitched voice, he was nine! Don’t make fun of nine year olds who are clearly dealing with some shit!
We told the principal what happened, and the mother fucking teacher got a raise. We asked the principal why, and he said ‘well, he’s retiring this year, and it’s not fair that he has to deal with all of this’. It’s not fair that I had to deal with that, either! Let the crusty old dude get into shit for making fun of nine year olds!
At the end of the year, my teacher had the AUDACITY to send an email to my mom, to thank me for ‘sticking by that girl even when it was difficult, and for supporting her’. Like, bitch, you mean doing your job and putting my nine year old self at risk? Shut the fuck up and help your students when they’re going through shit!
Now, if you’re wondering why I hung out with this girl, there’s a couple reasons.
My teachers, principles, and parents told me that she needed me around, and that she’d been through shit. They told me that she really did care about me, and she needed a friend. That her dad had died so she was allowed to abuse me. More or less, all the adults in my life said that she was struggling, and that her happiness was more important than my safety
As I said before, when she was having a good day, I loved hanging out with her and talking to her. She was really nice, and the first semi-real friend I ever had
I got an eating disorder that year, that still affects my life 6 years later. I got anxiety and depression from that year (there are other causes of it, but it is a big part of the reason). I now have a crippling fear of school and other people, as well as extreme trust issues. I have serious self worth issues and let people push me around because that year I was taught that I could be beaten and bruised and murdered if it made other people happy. I have suicidal ideation and cut myself because of the trauma I endured that year.
The school system did nothing to help. They let that girl fester in her issues and take them out on others, permanently traumatizing and scarring me in the process
And I started talking to that girl again about three years ago, after she’d chilled out and I wasn’t terrified of her anymore. She told me she would have killed herself if it weren’t for me. That her mom was still mourning, the rest of her family hated her, that our teachers didn’t care, and that I was the only one actually there for her. I don’t regret being there for her at that time. She’s one of my best friends and I would hate if she had killed herself
But it’s shitty that the only person supporting her at the time was me. If she had have gone through with it, it would’ve been my fault. I was the only thing keeping her from dying. And that terrifies me. I can’t even be trusted to keep myself from dying at this point.
This is just one of many, many, many stories I have about how fucked up schools are, and not just in the US. I don’t have to worry about getting shot, but my old school is still fucked up, and my current school is a little fucked as well. Let me know if you want to hear any more stories from my experience at Catholic school, or with this girl, or whatever.
