During this week, I have made a new design brief catered for my new how might we statement of "How might we create a recruitment process in the corporate industry that empowers and supports women, while mitigating the impacts of age and gender stereotypes, fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce"

I have used the e employee life cycle to narrow down my demographic as creating a solution for my old HWM statement was too broad and complicating. The result of this is that I have found that through the respondents of the demographics in new Zealand, female (73.3%) in between the ages of 18+ and 65+ years of age.

Design Vision: Empowering recruitment in the corporate recruitment.

overview: My design visions centres on revolutionising the recruitment process within the professional industry, with a specific focus on empowering women and dismantle age and gender stereotypes. Creating a transforming experience that not only attracts varied talent but also promotes equality, diversity and equity, through the use of technology and inclusive practices and education.

So I have no interest in posting any photos of Tim’s “performance” at the Golden Globes last night. He doesn’t seem like he was there to work anyway. I also will not be putting any photos of Kylie or the rest of her family on my blog (not a big fan of them) - so that may mean less photos of him over time. You can probably find it on other blogs anyway.

Does this mean I believe in this sham? Nope. Still don’t.

Hey, I told you a while back that I was entering a radio contest to win Taylor Swift tickets and a bunch of money in order to donate it. I stayed at it, figured out the patterns to the keywords and how often I could enter everyday. I was just notified that I'm a finalist! 🤯🎉 Super excited, now I have a serious shot at winning.

Then they dropped the bomb that in order to win I have to go to their Taylor Swift party. 🙃 The things I do for love of humanity.

Do you or your followers have any tips on how to make attending a Taylor Swift party more bearable?

I'm still working on answering other people's asks but this seems pretty urgent to me. Does anyone have any advice for anon?

I know we like to joke about how Jasper whined when in Breaking Dawn Carlisle was like "Oh yes I just happen to have some human blood stored here in the house."

But I actually think he (Jasper) was genuinely angry about it because of the battle in Eclipse. When Jasper was "thinking about cheating" in order to optimize his strength, we don't know if that plan was about murder or bagged blood. But either way I think he must have approached Carlisle re: all of them having some bagged blood and been dead serious about it.* Carlisle said no and reminded him of how having human blood in your system is a huge setback in terms of self-control, that blood is for humans who need it, the wolves might not understand, etc.

"But it turns out you had already had blood ready to go, didn't you? You don't seem to mind giving your own granddaughter a taste for human blood day after day, even though she can eat human food. I guess spoiling her is more important than giving your family every chance to survive the biggest danger we've ever faced. You're training her to want human blood in full view of the wolves. And what do you think that'll do for her self-control in the end?"

I like to think that this was the day Carlisle decided it was time to wean Renesmee off human blood.

bf admitted he gets turned on at the thought of being pushed down the stairs. he said every time he’s tripped or fallen up and down the stairs he gets so turned on he just lies there til he climaxes at the thought of being pushed or falling again.

Modern AU | Askeladd when introducing his family to people...

While responding to someone’s comment on ao3 it occurred to me that when Eiffel forgets to depressurize some gas tanks in season 1 and Minkowski and Hilbert almost blow themselves up moving them, Hera ought to have been aware of the issue and warned them about it. From a writing perspective she’s often an afterthought in a lot of season 1 episodes, but in-universe I guess Hera was like That’s Not My Problem.

Listen, I’m a complete SLUT for WtD, but I was hauling absolute ass to finish TC&tF 1 and 2 with the book passes and had even planned to revisit the proposal chapter to see the variants so WHERE is my TC&tF 3 pass???? 😩
