During this week, I have made a new design brief catered for my new how might we statement of "How might we create a recruitment process in the corporate industry that empowers and supports women, while mitigating the impacts of age and gender stereotypes, fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce"

I have used the e employee life cycle to narrow down my demographic as creating a solution for my old HWM statement was too broad and complicating. The result of this is that I have found that through the respondents of the demographics in new Zealand, female (73.3%) in between the ages of 18+ and 65+ years of age.

Design Vision: Empowering recruitment in the corporate recruitment.

overview: My design visions centres on revolutionising the recruitment process within the professional industry, with a specific focus on empowering women and dismantle age and gender stereotypes. Creating a transforming experience that not only attracts varied talent but also promotes equality, diversity and equity, through the use of technology and inclusive practices and education.

Hey, I told you a while back that I was entering a radio contest to win Taylor Swift tickets and a bunch of money in order to donate it. I stayed at it, figured out the patterns to the keywords and how often I could enter everyday. I was just notified that I'm a finalist! 🤯🎉 Super excited, now I have a serious shot at winning.

Then they dropped the bomb that in order to win I have to go to their Taylor Swift party. 🙃 The things I do for love of humanity.

Do you or your followers have any tips on how to make attending a Taylor Swift party more bearable?

Modern AU | Askeladd when introducing his family to people...

Askeladd: "I'm gay, their mother is gay, and all of my stupid motherfuc—I mean, beautiful children—are gay."

Bjorn: "I'm the mother; I take care of Askeladd. They are quite sweet children. Garm, stop trying to murder your brother! Canute, you cannot exercise the demons out of Thorfinn! We already tried that once already..."

Thorfinn: "Tell me again why I have to make a stupid introduction." Askeladd threatens to take away his guitar and alternative music. "I am Thorfinn, son of Thors. These people are not my family... I was kidnapped..." Garm attacks Thorfinn again.

Canute: "I am princess Canute. Our Lord and Savior, Nicki Minaj, gave me the ability to be a woman." Eyes Garm and Thorfinn suspiciously. "Mom-! Garm keeps stealing my dresses and wearing them... Thorfinn keeps stealing my make-up to do his stupid satanic rituals!"

Thorfinn: Thorfinn threatens to punch his sister. "I'm sacrificing you first to the demons."

Garm: "We're sacrificing people? Am I allowed to do it to Principle Ketil?"

Askeladd: "Only if you're paying for your bail."

Garm: "Is that a yes...?"

Bjorn: "No."

Garm: "I'm taking that as a yes."

Bjorn: "Introduce yourself Garm... we will talk about those arson charges when we get home."

Garm: points to himself. "Garm."

Canute: "That's close enough to Gay."

Garm: "I will steal all of your dresses and wear them out of retaliation."

Canute: "You wouldn't dare! You'll stretch them out with your broad shoulders!? Dad! Mom!"

Bjorn side eyes Askeladd.

Askeladd: "You're the one who said you wanted kids."

Listen, I’m a complete SLUT for WtD, but I was hauling absolute ass to finish TC&tF 1 and 2 with the book passes and had even planned to revisit the proposal chapter to see the variants so WHERE is my TC&tF 3 pass???? 😩

the real challenge with writing/developing the proctor is that i don't want him to be too much like atticus... but it is hard when they're essentially born of the same archetype haha
