fucking insane choice of photos netflix chose because this is literally like half of the gi-hun x in-ho fics on ao3 — in-ho being torn between his purpose (the front man) and the feelings he felt during his time with gi-hun as young-il. and of course gi-hun is chained up to a bed after his failed rebellion in season 2, and then in-ho has to eventually face gi-hun, not as young-il but as in-ho | the front man, and then it’s just angst and pain and betrayal and feelings and oh my fucking god I can’t believe netflix actually chose these photos???? they know what they’re doing

yeah yeah yeah it probably isn’t actually in-ho in the second photo, but the implication of it all and the fact these two photos were released together are still so insane to me

thing that scared me the most is that I don’t see in-ho getting a happy ending in season 3 and I don’t think he’s gonna make it out alive in the end. which I just know will literally break my heart. like… I fear the best we can hope for him is for him to not die by the end of season 3 and even the chances of him making it out alive are so low.

I’d love for him to mend things up with jun-ho and get a redemption arc where he didn’t die sacrificing himself for “the greater good”. I’d love for him to go to therapy and get help with jun-ho by his side. but at this point I think I’d be okay with it if season 3 ended in him being locked up in jail for life because I know his death would hurt me more

like we might need a miracle but I really hope he doesn’t die

he should be rewarded for that, not punished—and even invited to speak at parental workshops. what he did is incredible; not all parents have the courage to take this path.

DRAMA REVIEW | The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call (2025)

I always trust Ju Ji Hoon to deliver and he has done it once again! I thought I was going to see him starring in a medical drama but turns out he Tom Cruise-d the hell out of this role. The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call had me hooked from the very first episode and kept me glued to the screen until I finished the entire kdrama.

The story takes you into the chaotic, adrenaline-fueled world of trauma responders with every episode packed with nail-biting emergencies, heart-stopping moments, and stories that hit you right in the feels. But it's not just about the cases-it dives into the lives of the heroes behind the scenes, their struggles, relationships, and what keeps them going when the pressure's sky-high.

I also thought it was accurate how the drama portrays what all the South Korean medical residents were protesting about last year. So, while The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call it's in extreme in some ways (to drive the point home), the situations are grounded on reality and creating well-rounded characters.

On the technical aspects such as the soundtrack and cinematography are perfectly complement the story and what the characters are going through. You can feel the tension when the alarms go off, the heartbreak when things go wrong, and the triumph when lives are saved.

If you're into shows that make you laugh, cry, and sit on the edge of your seat all at once, The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call is IT. Trust me-once you start watching, you'll be recommending it to everyone you know.

no but what if in-ho decided to show up as young-il again in season 3 but it’s as a ghost where he made sure gi-hun was the only person who saw a shadow, a glimpse of him here and there, just for a split second before he was suddenly gone again? and so no one would believe gi-hun when he told them young-il was alive and that he saw him. and so they would all think gi-hun had lost his mind for good. and so gi-hun would eventually believe he was haunted by the ghost of young-il because he failed to save young-il, he’d led young-il to his death and now young-il’s ghost was haunting him. and he just missed young-il so much.

bonus if in-ho felt a little silly and chose to appear to gi-hun covered in blood. he could either use the dead players’ blood or he could just use fake blood.

bonus if it was the pink soldiers who had to… well, make sure their boss looked like he’d been shot. because in-ho wanted the wound and the blood to be as dramatic as possible. and the pink soldiers just wanted to fucking scream at boss and his obsession with seong gi-hun and his weird ass way of declaring his love for seong gi-hun.

it would be both angsty and funny as hell.

I actually wrote a fic based roughly on the idea here, you know, because I was feeling silly.
